        4차 산업 인재양성을 위한 3D 실감콘텐츠 제작 및 유사형 홀로그램 키오스크 연구 개발

        본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 융합형 인재 양성을 위한 3D 실감형 콘텐츠 및 유사 홀로그램 키오스크 기술의 개발과 활용 방안을 탐구한다. AI, IoT, VR, AR 등 신기술이 교육에 적극 도입되면서, 실감형 콘텐츠는 학습자의 몰입도와 체험 중심의 학습 효과를 높이는 수단으로 주목받고 있다. 본 논문은 3D 콘텐츠 제작 과정과 인터랙티브 시스템 연동, 교육·훈련·전시 분야의 사례를 중심으로 분석하였다. 특히 홀로그램 키오스크는 비대면 환경에서 맞춤형 학습 콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 사용자 친화적 플랫폼으로서의 가능성을 보여준다. 본 연구는 실감형 콘텐츠의 교육적 적용을 위한 실질적인 가이드를 제시한다. This study investigates the development and application of 3D immersive content and pseudo-hologram kiosk technologies for cultivating future talents in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, VR, and AR become integral to education, immersive content offers enhanced engagement and experiential learning. The paper explores the production process of 3D content, integration with interactive systems, and case studies across education, training, and exhibition fields. In particular, hologram kiosks provide a contactless and user-friendly platform for delivering customized learning experiences. This research offers practical guidelines for implementing immersive content in educational environments and highlights its potential in fostering convergence-based talent.

        유사형 홀로그램 및 반응형 3D콘텐츠 기술을 적용한 반려동물 추모시스템 연구

        본 연구는 반려동물의 죽음을 경험한 이들을 위한 새로운 추모 시스템으로서, 실감미디어 기술 중 하나인 유사형 홀로그램과 반응형 3D콘텐츠를 접목한 추모방식을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 물리적 공간의 제약을 넘어선 감성적 상호작용을 가능케 하며, 개인화된 추억과 기억을 시각화함으로써 반려동물과의 정서적 연계를 지속시킨다. 본 논문은 관련 기술과 콘텐츠 사례를 분석하고, 제안 시스템의 설계 방향 및 기대효과를 제시함으로써 실감형 추모 콘텐츠의 새로운 패러다임을 모색한다. As a new memorial system for those who have experienced the death of a companion animal, this study proposes a memorial method that combines pseudo-holograms and reactive 3D contents, one of the realistic media technologies. This system enables emotional interaction beyond the constraints of physical space and continues emotional connection with companion animals by visualizing personalized memories and memories. This paper explores a new paradigm of realistic memorial content by analyzing related technologies and content cases and presenting the design direction and expected effects of the proposed system.

        6시그마 기법의 적용을 통한 대형 할인점 공사의 시공성과 향상

        대형 할인점 공사는 반복적 프로세스에서 발생하는 다양한 성공 및 실패요소를 파악하여 이의 개선방안을 후속 대형 할인점 공사 프로세스에 적용하여 성과향상을 모색할 수 있는 기법의 적용이 절실히 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구는 6시그마 기법을 대형 할인점 공사의 프로세스 개선에 접목하여 시공성과 향상을 꾀할 수 있는 합리적 방안을 모색하기 위해 수행되었다. 우선 6시그마의 개념과 추진절차에 관한 문헌연구를 실시하였으며, 최소 5년 이상의 대형 할인점 공사 경력자로 이루어진 팀을 구성하여 대형 할인점 공사의 프로세스 개선을 위해 6시그마 기법을 적용하였다. 또한 프로세스 개선방안을 3개 대형 할인점 공사에 적용하여 시공성과를 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 6시그마 기법을 대형 할인점 공사에 적용해 본 결과, 동일유형 사례 적용률이 향상되었으며, 공사 현장별로 $10{\sim}20$일의 공기단축 효과, 실패사례 예방으로 인한 재작업 감소와 품질 향상, 안전/품질 개선효과가 발생하였다. 따라서 6시그마 기법은 반복적 인 프로세스를 지닌 대형 할인점 공사에 적용 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 시공성과를 향상시키는데도 유용함을 확인할 수 있었다.

        Background: Rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is essential for optimal control of infection. We evaluated the clinical usefulness of a novel ultra-fast, chip-based real-time PCR system. Methods: A total of 147 sputum specimens were prospectively collected. These specimen were examined by fluorescence staining for acid-fast bacilli (AFB), culture with both solid and liquid media, and the real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with a novel, portable LapChip system (Nanobiosys, Seoul, Korea) and a conventional tube-type real-time PCR (CFX96; Bio-Rad, Hercules, USA). We evaluated and compared the diagnostic accuracy of LapChip system with other diagnostics for tuberculosis. Results: Among culture-positive patients, the overall sensitivity of LapChip test was 73.33% (22/30). For smear- and culture- positive cases, the sensitivity was 94.12% (16/17) and for smear-negative and culture-positive cases it was 46.15% (6/13). The specificity was 95.73% (112/117). These results were identical to those from a tube-type real-time PCR system despite of the very short PCR time (27 minutes versus120 minutes, respectively).         불활성 증발 응축방법으로 제조된 금과 은 나노입자의 소결특성

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the sintering characteristics of gold and silver nanoparticles. In this study, gold and silver nanoparticles were prepared by using Inert Gas Cndensation (IGC). The sintering temperatures for gold and silver nanoparticles were $100{\sim}1000^{\circ}C\;and\'100{\sim}500^{\circ}C$, respectively. The sintering characteristics of gold and silver nanoparticles prepared by IGC were evaluated by X-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Gold and silver nanoparticles with the size of $1{\sim}100\;nm\;and\;10{\sim}100\;nm$, respectively, were obtained. The size of sintered gold and silver nanoparticles increased with an increase in the sintering temperature. XRD data showed that silver nanoparticles were similar with polycrystal single-phase.

      • EASP를 이용한 무인항공기 비행제어시스템 검증환경

        무인항공기 비행제어시스템 개발과정에서 HILS(Hardware In-the Simulation)는 중요한 검증환경이다. 그러나 HILS는 항공기 운동모델을 모사하는 컴퓨터가 필요하며, 항공기에 탑재되는 각종 센서신호를 출력 할 수 있어야 한다. 비행시험을 위해 항공기를 시험실이 아닌 다른 장소로 이동하였을 경우, HILS는 수행하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는, 기존 HILS 검증환경을 보완하는 EASP(Embedded Aircraft Simulation Program) 검증환경에 대해서 기술하고 있다. In development of UAV flight control system, HILS(Hardware In-the Loop Simulation) is important verification environment. But HILS needs the computer to simulate aircraft dynamic model, and it should send the sensor signals. When the aircraft move to another place for flight test, HILS is difficult to perform. This paper presents the EASP(Embedded Aircraft Simulation Program) verification environment to supplement disadvantages of HILS.

        국내 표준품셈 현황 조사 및 원전해체 표준품셈 제정에 관한 고찰

        Recently, interest in the decommissioning of nuclear power plants is increasing due tothe permanent shutdown of commercial nuclear power plants such as Wolsong Unit 1 and Kori unit1. Since there is no experience in decommissioning commercial nuclear power plants in Korea, manypending issues such as development of technology and decommissioning regulations are piled up. Among them, pending issues such as waste management measures, and evaluation of decommissioningcosts are classified as issues that must be urgently resolved before decommissioning proceeds. Inparticular, continuous research is required to estimate the cost of decommissioning nuclear powerplants in accordance with the social, institutional, and technical requirements. Therefore, this studyinvestigated the standard cost estimates system in other fields among the domestic construction costcalculation systems. Through this, we investigated and analyzed how the current nuclear power plantdecommissioning cost evaluation is being carried out, and suggested the direction for enacting thestandard cost estimate system for nuclear power plant decommissioning. The direction of enactmentof standard cost estimate system for nuclear power plant decommissioning suggested through thisstudy can be used to introduce standard cost estimate system for nuclear power plant decommissioningbusiness. In addition, it is expected that it can contribute to cost reduction and proper estimation ofexpected cost of nuclear power plant decommissioning in the future.

        맹장에 발생한 선상유암종 1예

        An adenocarcinoid of the cecum is a tumor that has seldom been reported in the literature. Its has the histologic features of both an adenocarcinoma and a carcinoid tumor. However, the malignancy potential and the prognostic behavior are still unclear. We treated one patient with this unusual tumor. A 64-year-old man was admitted with a complaint of right lower quadrant abdominal pain for 2 months. On colonoscopy and histological examination, the patient was diagnosed as having a cecal adenocarcinoma. A radical right hemicolectomy was done. Postoperative histologic analysis revealed that the tumor was composed of well-differentiated adenocacinoma and carcinoid components. Lymph node metastases were found in the three lymph nodes with only the carcinoid component.

      • 임신입덧으로 발생한 베르니케 뇌병증 1예

        저자들은 임신 초기 산모에서 심한 임신입덧에 의해 발생된 베르니케 뇌병증 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Wernicke's encephalopathy is an acute-onset illness characterized by mental confusion, ataxia and ophthalmoplegia due to a thiamine deficiency. Immediate administration of thiamine prevents progression of the disease and reverses brain lesions. We have experienced a case of Wernicke's encephalopathy associated with hyperemesis gravidarum. As Wernicke's encephalopathy is mostly associated with chronic alcoholism, the possibility of Wernicke's encephalopathy may be ignored in young women. We emphasize the need for thiamine supplementation in the patient requiring intravenous alimentation such as hyperemesis gravidarum.
