스퍼터를 이용하여 실리콘 기판위에 제작된 안티몬-테레니움 다결정 박막을 방사광을 이용한 고해상도 엑스선 광전자 분광법 실험을 수행하여 화학적 상태를 분석하였다. 엑스선 회절 실험을 통해 제작된 안티몬-테레니움 박막은 롬보헤드럴 구조를 가지는 다결정임을 확인하였다. 엑스선 광전자분광법을 수행하기 위하여 표면의 산화막 제거를 위해 저에너지 네온 이온 스퍼터링을 빔에너지 1 kV로 1 시간동안 수행하였고, 이를 통해 표면 산화막이 완벽히 제거됨을 확인하였다. 또한, 스퍼처링에 의하여 표면 비정질화된 상태를 결정화 상태로 만들기 위해 상변화온도인 $100^{\circ}C$에서 5 분간 초고진공상태에서 열처리를 수행하였다. 이후 획득되어진 테레니움 4d와 안티몬 4d 속전자레벨 분석에서 각각의 묶음에너지가 40.4 그리고 33.0 전자볼트임을 확인할 수 있었으며, 각각은 단일한 화학적 상태를 나타내고 얻어진 피크의 밀도분석을 통해 화학적조성비가 2 : 3임을 확인하였다. We investigated chemical states of a $Sb_2Te_3$ thin film with the polycrystalline phase by using high-resolution x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy with synchrotron radiation. The $Sb_2Te_3$ thin film was formed by sputtering. The rhombohedral phase was confirmed by x-ray diffraction. To remove the surface oxide, we performed $Ne^+$ ion sputtering for 1 hour with the beam energy of 1 kV and post-annealing at $100^{\circ}C$ for 5 min in ultra-high vacuum. We obtained the Te and Sb 4d core-levels spectra with the peaks at the binding energies of 40.4 and 33.0 eV, respectively. The full-width of half maximum of both the Te and Sb $4d_{5/2}$ core-levels is 0.9 eV. The Te and Sb core-levels only show a single chemical state, and we also confirmed the stoichiometry of approximately 2 : 3.

OTS처리 전후 실리콘산화막 위에서 펜타신의 성장과 에너지준위의 정렬

산화규소막에 Octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS)로 자기조립층을 형성하기 전후에 펜타신을 흡착하여 광전자분광기술 및 광전현미경을 이용하여 전자구조 및 분자성장을 비교 관찰하였다. OTS처리한 경우 펜타신과 기판사이의 상호작용이 비교적 약하여 펜타신의 표면 확산이 활발하고 펜타신끼리 서로 뭉쳐서 성장함으로써, 시료와 펜타신의 에너지준위 정렬을 나타내는 HOMO 오프셋 값이 계속적으로 변하는 결과를 가져온다. 이에 반해 산화규소막 위에서는 펜타신이 기판과 비교적 강하게 결합하여 초기부터 에너지준위 정렬값에 크게 기여를 하고 두께가 증가해도 그 변화는 미미하다. Growth and electronic structure of pentacene film on silicon oxide before and after octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) treatment have been studied by photoelectron spectroscopy and photoelectron emission microscopy. On the OTS-treated surface, due to the weak interaction between the substrate and pentacene, the diffusion of pentacene is enhanced and domain size gradually grows, leading to a gradual change of the HOMO offset position. On the bare silicon oxide, the change of the HOMO position is marginal because of relatively strong interaction between the substrate and pentacene from the beginning.

Electronic structures and chemical bonding of Li-intercalated LiTiS2 and LiTiO₂ were investigated by using discrete variational Xα method as a first-principles molecular-orbital method. α-NaFeO₂ structure is the equilibrium structure for LiCoO₂, which is widely used as a commercial cathode material for lithium secondary battery. The study especially focused on the charge state of Li ions and the magnitude of covalency around Li ions. The average voltage of lithium intercalation was calculated using pseudopotential method and the average intercalation voltage of LiTiO₂ was higher than that of LiTiS2. It can be explained by the differences in Mulliken charge of lithium and the bond overlap population between the intercalated Li ions and anions in LiTiO₂ as well as LiTiS₂. The Mulliken charge, which means the ionicity of Li atom, was approximately 0.12 in LiTiS₂ and the bond overlap population (BOP) indicating the covalency between Ti and S was about 0.339. One the other hands, the Mulliken charge of lithium was about 0.79, which means that Li is fully ionized. The BOP, the covalency between Ti and O, was 0.181 in LiTiO₂. Because of high ionicity of Li and the weak covalency between Ti and the nearest anion, LiTiO₂ has a higher intercalation voltage than that of LiTiS₂.
대규모 원단 도매 시장에서의 포름알데히드 노출에 관한 연구

This study was conducted to assessment airborne formaldehyde concentration at dry-goods stores, 'G' market and additionally at the reconstructed lecture room in the university during November, 2001. 'NIOSH 2016' method, with 2,4-DNPH treated silica gel sampler and HPLC, was used for sampling and analysis of formaldehyde concentration. Because every merchant rejects to participate in study, volunteers, pretend to customer, were involved to monitor personal exposure level. The results are summarized as follows ; 1. The geometric mean(GM) and geometric standard deviation(GSD) of TWA concentrations from 'G' market were 0.037 ppm and 2.17 respectively. 2. The TWA concentrations of the personal samples from 'G' market ranged from 0.009 to 0.065 ppm and those of the area samples from '' market ranged from 0.06 to 0.071 ppm. 3. The TWA concentrations of the area samples from reconstructed lecture room ranged from 0.022 to 0.094 ppm. The TWA concentration from latest reconstructed lecture room was higher than that of older reconstructed lecture room. 4. All of samples except one were exceeding NIOSH TWA criteria, 0.016 ppm.
Dicofenac-sodium(sodium[o-(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino]pheny1]acetate)의 硬皮吸收에 미치는 Propylene glycol의 影響

To study the effect of Propylene glycol on the percutaneous absorption of Diclofenac-sodium, the percutaneous absorption of diclofenac-sodium was carried out on rabbit dorsal skin under occlusions in addition of each Propylene glycol concentration(0, 2, 5, 10 and 20w/w%). The percutaneous absorption of diclofenac-sodium after percutaneous application of preparation for 6 hours (3㎝×3㎝ area, 1.0g of 10w/w% Diclofenac-sodium percutaneous application of preparation) was significantly increased by increasing the concentration of Propylene glycol. The percutaneous absorption of Diclofenac-sodium with 10% Propylene glycol was increased in an approximate 3.37 and 1.74 fold higher than control preparation in the parameters, Cmax and AUC. But the percutaneous absorption of Dilofenac-sodium with 20% Propylene glycol was relatively lower than control preparation. The absolute bioavailability (Fabs) of Dilofenac-sodium after percutaneous application with each concentration of Propylene glycol was respectively as follows ; 0%: 14.68±2.03%, 2%: 18.25±2.30%, 5%: 24.64±3.42%, 10%: 25.55±4.31%, 20%: 11.89±2.06%)

The stability of Woohwang Chungsimwon Solution was evaluated by the indication o the decomposition of conjugated bilirubin and the loss of borneol and isoborneol in Woowang Chunsimwan Solution. The results were as follows; 1. The decomposition rate of conjugated bilirubin was increased according to increasing temperature. 2. At the effect of acidty on the decomposition of conjugated bilirubin, as much as acid concentration the decomposition rate constant of conjugated bilirubin was reduced. 3. Half-life of conjugated bilirubin, Borneolum in solution is longer than that in pills.
