A Trend Analysis on E-sports using Social Big Data

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to understand a trend of esports in terms of gamers’ and fans’ perceptions toward esports using social big data. Research design, data, and methodology: In this study, researchers first selected keywords related to esports. Then a total of 10,138 buzz data created at twitter, Facebook, news media, blogs, café and community between November 10, 2022 and November 19, 2023 were collected and analyzed with ‘Textom’, a big data solution. Results: The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, the news data's main articles were about competitions hosted by local governments and policies to revitalize the gaming industry. Secondly, As a result of esports analysis using Textom, there was a lot of interest in the adoption of the Hangzhou Asian Games as an official event and various esports competitions. As a result of the sentiment analysis, the positive content was related to the development potential of the esports industry, and the negative content was a discussion about the fundamental problem of whether esports is truly a sport. Thirdly, As a result of analyzing social big data on esports and the Olympics, there was hope that it would be adopted as an official event in the Olympics due to its adoption as an official event in the Hangzhou Asian Games. Conclusions: There was a positive opinion that the adoption of esports as an official Olympic event had positive content that could improve the quality of the game, and a negative opinion that games with actions that violate the Olympic spirit, such as murder and assault, should not be adopted as an official Olympic event. Further implications were discussed.

체육시설 안전점검 및 안전사고 예방 실효성 제고 방안

본 연구는 ‘제1차 체육시설 안전관리 기본계획’이 2020년에 종료됨에 따라 그동안의 체육시설 안전점검률 및 체육시설 안전사고 통계 현황 분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 ‘체육시설정보종합관리시스템’의 체육시설 안전점검 진행률과 국내의 체육시설 안전사고 관련 데이터 현황을 조사·분석하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육시설 안전점검 이행률을 제고하기 위하여 체육시설 안전점검 미실 시 시설에 대한 과태료 부과 등 처벌기준을 마련하여 체육시설 안전점검의 강제성을 부여하여야 한다. 또한 민관합동 체육시설 안전점검의 확대를 통해 체육시설 안전점검 인력 및 전문성에 대한 문제를 해소하여 공공 및 민간체육시설의 안전점검 이행률을 제고할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 체육시설 안전사고 데이터를 구축하기 위하여 우선 ‘체육활동 관련 부상’ 과 ‘체육시설 안전사고’의 개념을 명확히 하여야 한다. 체육시설 안전사고의 개념이 정립되어야 체육시설 안전사고 데이 터를 구축할 수 있다. 다음으로 체육시설 안전사고 발생 보고양식을 표준화하여 기록 및 보고 용도뿐만 아니라 보험청구, 분쟁조정의 자료로 사용할 수 있도록 보고서의 범용성을 확보하여야하며, 타 사업과의 연계성을 강화할 수 있어야 한다. 마지막으로 표준화된 체육시설 안전사고 발생보고서를 바탕으로 체육시설안전정보 종합시스템을 활용한 데이터베이스 를 구축 및 제공하여야 한다. 이를 통해 체육시설 안전사고를 효과적으로 예방할 수 있을 것이다. This study intends to derived problems and presented improvement measures through the safety inspection rate of sports facilities and the statistics of safety accidents of sports facilities. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the progress rate of safety inspection of sports facilities in the comprehensive ‘Sports Facility Management System’ and the current status of data related to safety accidents in domestic sports facilities were investigated and analyzed. The results are as follows. First, in order to enhance the performance rate of safety inspection of sports facilities, punishment standards, such as imposing fines on facilities shall be prepared to enforce safety inspection of sports facilities. In addition, problems concerning the safety inspection personnel and professionalism of sports facilities shall be solved by expanding the safety inspection of public-private joint sports facilities. Second, in order to establish safety accident data for sports facilities, the concepts of‘Injury Related to Sports Activities" and ’Safety Accident of Sports Facilities’ shall be clarified first. Next, it shall be possible to strengthen the connection with other projects by standardizing the report form for the occurrence of safety accidents at sports facilities and making it suitable for data collection of safety management and accident investigation. Finally, a database utilizing the comprehensive safety information system of sports facilities shall be established and provided.

인공암벽장 안전사고 예방을 위한 법제도 개선방안

『체육시설의 설치․이용에 관한 법률』개정으로 신고 체육시설업에 ‘인공암벽장업’이 신설됨에 따라, 문화체육관광부령으로 정하는 시설 기준, 체육지도자 배치기준, 안전·위생 기준을 준수하여야 한다. 그러나 규제신설로 인한 영세업자의 비용부담에 따른 경영악화의 우려가 나오는 상황에서 인공암벽장업 하위법령 분석을 통해 규제 신설이 실질적으로 인공암벽장 안전사고 예방에 실효성이 있는지 점검할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구는 인공암벽장 현황을 분석하고 『체육시설의 설치․이용에 관한 법률』하위법령을 살펴본 후 인공암벽장의 안전사고 예방을 위한 법제도 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 인공암벽장의 안전사고 예방을 위하여 첫째, 현재 매트리스 설치 의무를 볼더링 인공암벽으로 한정하고 있으므로 안전 확보 편익이 증가하도록 매트리스 설치 의무를 실내·외 모든 인공암벽으로 확대하여야 한다. 둘째, 안전관리요원 배치기준을 강화하여야 하며, 이를 위해 『체육시설의 설치․이용에 관한 법률』시행규칙 별표 6 개정이 필요하다. 개정 1안은 체육지도자 배치기준과 동일하게 시설규모에 따라 안전관리요원 배치 기준을 구분하는 것이며, 개정 2안은 시설규모에 따라 안전관리요원을 별도로 배치하여 전문 안전관리요원을 확보하는 것이다. 셋째, 인공암벽장 안전점검 지침을 마련하여 『체육시설의 설치․이용에 관한 법률』제4조의3에 따른 체육시설 안전점검 항목으로 포함시킬 필요가 있다. 인공암벽장업 안전점검 지침은 시설분야, 장비분야, 행정분야로 구분하여 시설분야는 등반벽 구조물과 연결 상태, 홀드 상태, 확보용 행거 노후정도 및 설치 상태 관련 안전점검 기준을 명시하고, 장비분야는 공인기관 인증 제품 사용 유무, 변형 및 노후화 정도, 불량 유무, 행정분야는 이용자 신체사이즈별 대여장비 구비여부를 명시하여 정기 안전점검 시 점검항목으로 추가하여야 한다.

지역체육지수 개발 및 적용에 관한 탐색적 연구

This study was intended to develop a regional sports index for analysis and level diagnosis of physical conditions between regions and to confirm their applicability. To this end, first, the concept of the local sports index was established through a domestic prior research study, the direction of the index system was set, and second, the local sports index was selected through the analysis of existing data and expert research. The regional sports index is based on five criteria: universality, representativeness, clarity, reliability, and feasibility of the survey. Using the vision, policy direction and tasks presented by 「The 2030 Sports Vision」 announced by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, statistical data on the status of sports Detailed indicators were composed by collecting and collecting expert opinions. The detailed composition of the index consists of 4 major categories such as local sports capacity, regional sports activity vitality, regional sports innovation capacity, and regional sports governance, 12 middle categories, and 25 detailed indicators, all of which are quantitative indicators. As a result of the AHP survey to find out the weight of each index, the large classification showed the highest capacity for local sports activities. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to calculate the actual local sports index and to analyze and diag- nose the physical conditions between regions.

CNG를 주입중인 Receptacle내의 유동특성 해석

In natural gas vehicle(NGV), there reported many problems for receptacle which is the most important component in fuel supply line. The perch which supported by a spring inside the receptacle are seriously worn out and poppet and other components are fractured. In this paper, the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, FLUENT are adopted to analyze detailed gas flow characteristics and investigate the failure reasons. The results showed that unequal rotational gas flows are occurred around perch legs and these make the component to rotate and finally results in excessive friction and wear. Based on these compressed natural gas(CNG) flows and assembled component shapes, highly improved new receptacle is designed and manufactured.
