        유럽의 규제과학 및 규제과학 인재양성 프로젝트

        Background: Need for regulatory science is emerging with the development of pharmaceutical industry. It is essential to train regulatory science experts to meet the needs of technology and regulations to evaluate advanced products. Major regulatory science countries are conducting the regulatory science activities and fostering the experts. Methods: Published literature and the relevant website of European Union (EU) were reviewed and criteria were developed. In particular, we focused on in depth descriptions of the Innovative Medicines Initiative program, which was conducted twice. Results: EU is striving to provide funding and training experts for the development of the regulatory science by horizon 2020 and regulatory science to 2025. Innovative medicines initiative (IMI) is a public-private partnership aimed at the development of the pharmaceutical industry, including the regulatory science. IMI education and training projects have provided various education and training course including short-term curriculum and master and doctoral course. The difference between South Korea's regulatory science expert training project in 2021 and the EU's IMI education and training projects is participation of pharmaceutical companies. While the pharmaceutical companies participate in the IMI project to select project topics and form a community, South Korea's project is focused on the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and universities. Conclusion: Through successful active networks with regulatory party, pharmaceutical companies, and universities, a great innovative advance of regulatory science in South Korea is expected.

        Beagle dog에 있어서 rifapentine의 독성동태연구

        The toxicokinetics of rifapentine was studied after an oral administration to beagle dogs. High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) using column-switching technique was performed to determine the serum concentrations of rifapentine. The pharmacokinetic profiles of rifapentine were analysed using one-compartment open model. Following a single oral administration of 10mg/kg, pharmacokinetic parameters were determined as follows: maximum serum concentration($C_{max}$), $28.90{\mu}g/ml$; maximum concentration time($T_{max}$), 3.7hr; elimination half-life($t_{1/2}$, 4.7hr; area under the curve(AUC), $339.0{\mu}g{\cdot}hr/ml$; volume of disiribution/bioavailability (Vd/F), 0.21 l/kg; lag time, 24min; absorption rate constant($k_a$), $0.445hr^{-1}$; elimination rate constant($k_{el}$), $0.148hr^{-1}$. After 6 month multiple oral doses of 10mg/kg/day, parameters were as follows: $C_{max}$, $34.40{\mu}g/ml$; $T_{max}$, 2.6hr; $t_{1/2}$, 6.7hr; AUC, $391.3{\mu}g{\cdot}hr/ml$; Vd/F, 0.291/kg; $k_a$, $0.976hr^{-1}$; $k_{el}$, $0.104hr^{-1}$. The consistant kinetic parameters after a single and multiple oral administration show that there was no accumulation of rifapentine after 6 month oral administration. We also simulated the concentration of rifapentine after oral multiple administration of 10 and 50mg/kg/ day, based on the parameters obtained form the single administration. The measured serum concentrations of rifapentine were well fitted to the simulated results. The simulated results show that rifapentine readily reaches to steady-state after about 3 doses and the steady-state serum concentrations($C_{ss}$) are fluctuated in between $2.2{\sim}25.2{\mu}g/ml$, and $10.6{\sim}125.2{\mu}g/ml$ at the doses of 10 and 50mg/kg/day, respectively.

        Chemical components of aqueous humor in Korean native cattle and Holstein-friesian cattle

        가축 특히 대동물에 있어서 전방수의 화학조성에 관한 보고는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한우 및 유우(Holstein)를 대상으로 전방수에 대해 화학조성을 검토하였다. 유의의 protein, urea nitrogen, creatinine, cholesterol, calcium, sodium, potassium과 chloride 등이 분석 검출되었다. 이러한 조성분포는 혈장에서 보다는 수액(cerebrospinal fluid)의 조성에 더 유사한 것으로 나타났으며, 한우 및 유우에 있어서 조성에 관한 차이는 거의 인정되지 않았다. Chemical components of bovine aqueous humor were analyzed. Significant levels of protein, urea nitrogen, creatinine, cholesterol, calcium and electrolytes including sodium, potassium and chloride were detected. The composition of bovine aqueous humor is similar to that of cerebrospinal fluids, rather than that of plasma. It was also found that there is no significant difference in most components between aqueous humor of Korean native cattle and that of Holstein-Friesian cattle.

        오스템퍼링 처리한 회주철의 마멸특성에 미치는 잔류 오스테나이트 조직의 영향에 관한 연구

        N/A Grey iron containing a small amount of Cu and Mo to improve the effect of heat treatment and microstructures were poured in to the mold and them austenized at 900℃. After austenitizing the specimens of castings were austempered 210℃, 250℃, 300℃ and 350℃. The effects of matrix structures, mechanical properties and wear characteristics were investigated by austempering temperatures. Tensile strength and hardness of austempered grey iron are increased and the amount of retained austenite is decreased as austempering temperature is lower even though the amount of retained autenite in it only 4%. The amount of rolling wear loss are increased as rolling revolution is increased and wear loss of austempered grey iron under dry rolling condition is characterized by three models; initial wear, stationary wear and abnormal wear. It has been found that the amount of wear loss was increased with increasing maxium compressive stress and rolling revolution.

        Effect of anticancer drug methortrexate on the biliary excretion kinetics of the reudced folate derivatives in rats

        Dihydrofolate reductase(DHFR) 억제제는 혈중활성엽산유도체의 농도저하를 초래하는데 이에 대한 기전을 밝히고자 DHFR 억제제의 대표적 약물로서 항암치료에 널리 사용되고 있는 methotrexate를 0.3 및 10mg/kg의 용량으로 랫드에 정맥주사한 후 활성엽산유도체의 담즙배설동태를 검토하였다. 임상적용 용량을 상회하는 용량임에도 불구하고 methotrexate에 의한 환원형엽산유도체의 담즙배설은 유의적 감소를 나타내지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 methotrexate에 의한 엽산유도체의 혈중농도저하가 활성엽산유도체의 담즙배설저하에 직접 관련되지 않는 것을 나타낸다. 따라서 장간순환계가 체내 엽산대사 및 항상성 유지에 중심기구임을 고려해 볼 때 DHFR 억제제에 의한 활성엽산유도체의 혈중농도저하는 담즙배설의 변화에 의한 것 보다는 소화관에 배설된 후 재흡수의 저하에 의해 초래될 가능성이 높은 것으로 사료된다. The biliary excretion kinetics of the active folate derivatives were examined after an intravenous injection of methotrexate at doses of 0.3 and 10mg/kg to clarify the mechanism of the acute decrease in the plasma folate by the dihydrofolate reductase inhibitors. Even at a higher dose than used in the clinical therapy, methotrexate did not cause any acute depletion of folate denvatives in the excreted bile. Therefore, the decrease in the plasma folate appeared not to be related with the biliary excretion process of folates. A factor responsible for the plasma folate depletion by DHFR inhibitors may be due to the malabsorption of folate derivatives excreted into the small intestine.

        Active metabolites in rat bile after intravenous injection of [<sup>3</sup>H] pteroylglutamic acid

        항암치료의 조절인자로서 중요시되는 활성엽산대사물의 장간(腸肝)순환동태를 규명하기 위해 랫드에 $[^3H]pteroylglutamic$ acid(PteGlu)를 정맥주사한 후 고성능 액체 크로마토그래피법(HPLC)을 이용해 담즙중 활성대사물에 관해 조사하였다. HPLC-liquid scintillation counting법의 분석결과, 현저한 다섯개의 방사활성 피크가 출현, 이들은 $H_4PteGlu$, $10-HCO-H_4PteGlu$, $5-CH_3-H_4PteGlu$와 paraaminobenzoyl glutamate(pABG), PteGlu로 각각 동정되었다. 전자 3물질의 활성엽산대사물의 동정은 표준물질과의 비교분석에 의해 HPLC-전기화학검출기를 이용한 retention time profile 및 hydrodynamic, Voltammogram의 일치성 그리고 HPLC-photodiode array분석에 의한 흡광스펙트럼의 일치성에 근거하였다. 후자 그 물질의(pABG 및 PteGlu) 동정은 흡광스펙트럼의 일치성에 근거하였다. 랫드 담즙중$[^3H]PteGlu$의 활성엽산대사물로서 $H_4PteGlu$의 존재가 처음으로 밝혀졌다. Active metabolites in rat bile after an intravenous injection of $[^3H]$ pteroylglutamic acid(PteGlu)were studies using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Predominant four radioactive metabolites and parent compound PteGlu were detected on the chromatogram of HPLC with liquid scintillation counting system. These metabolites were identified as tetrahydrofolate, 10-formyltetrahydrofolate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and para-aminobenzoyl glutamate. The identification of active folate metabolites was based on the consistency of retention time profiles and hydrodynamic voltammograms which were obtained by HPLC with the electrochemical detection system, and characteristics of UV absorbance spectra obtained by HPLC with photodiode array detection system.

        우울장애와 불안장애 환자들에서 자살관련 행동의 비교

        Objectives : By comparing the prevalence rates of suicide-related behaviors (suicide ideation, plan and attempt) between depressive disorder and anxiety disorder patients, we tried to find the characteristics of suicide-related behaviors in these patients. Methods : Four hundred-three patients participated in the study and the prevalence rates of suicide-related behaviors were investigated using Korean version of Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview plus. Pearson Chi-Square test was used to find the association between depressive or anxiety disorders and suiciderelated behaviors. Results : Statistically significant differences were found between depressive disorder group and anxiety disorder group in terms of suicide ideation ($X^2$=6.173, df=1, p=0.013) and suicide attempt ($X^2$=8.008, df=1, p=0.005). We also found that patients in depressive disorder group were more likely to have suicide ideation (Odds Ratio=2.049, 95% Confidence Interval=1.155-3.635), and attempt suicide (Odds Ratio=4.970, 95% Confidence Interval=1.466-16.845) than patients in anxiety disorder group. Conclusion : These findings suggest that suicide ideation and suicide attempt rates are higher in depressive disorders than in anxiety disorders.

        개화기(開化期) 문법(文法) 교과서(敎科書)의 교수학적(敎授學的) 연구(硏究)

        본고는 개화기에 간행된 문법서를 대상으로 교수학적 접근을 시도하였다. 이 문법서들은 대체로 문법 연구서로서의 기능과 문법 교과서로서의 기능을 겸하고 있지만, 주로 문법 연구서로서의 기능에 초점을 두고 연구가 수행되어 왔다. 따라서 본고에서는 교수학적 접근을 위해 개화기 문법 교과서 6개를 선정하여, 교육 목표의 선정, 교육 대상 설정, 교육 내용 위계화라는 기준으로 분석해 보았다. 교육 목표의 선정에서는 ①리봉운의 경우만 명백하게 드러나고 있고, ⑥주시경의 경우는 국문의 중요성과 국문 사용의 필요성에 대하여 언급하고 있었다. 교육 대상 설정에서는 ①리봉운과 ③김희상은 신문의 광고문을 통해, ④유길준과 ⑥주시경은 자서(自序)를 통해 교육대상을 추론할 수 있었으며, ③김희상과 ⑤주시경의 경우 교과서 제목을 통해 확인할 수 있었다. 교육 내용 위계화에서는 훈민정음을 포함한 문자론 내용, 음운론, 품사 분류를 포함한 단어론, 문장의 성분과 종류를 포함한 문장론의 내용을 공통적으로 다루고 있었고, 교육 내용의 배열 분석 결과, ③김희상과 ⑤주시경은 ‘과(課)’ 단위를 두고 있었다. This study attempts korean educational approach about grammar textbooks which are published during the enlightenment period(1895~1910). Grammar books during the enlightenment period are known as taking two roles, grammar studies and grammar textbooks which contains education contents for grammar education. However, looking at the results of research on grammar books during the period of over a century, it can be seen that the studies were focused on the function of grammar studies. Therefore, this paper attempted to grasp the characteristics of grammar education in grammar textbooks during the enlightenment period and to seek the didactical meaning. For this, 6 out of 22 grammar textbooks were selected. And the criteria, subjects of education selection, objectives of education setting, and hierarchical differentiation of education contents, were set for didactical approach to the textbooks. In the objectives of education selection, only the case of ①Lee Bongwoon was clearly revealed, and the case of ⑥Ju Sigyeong was referring to the importance of Korean and the necessity of using Korean. In the subjects of education setting, ①Lee Bongwoon and ③ Kim Huisang could be inferred through advertisements in newspapers. ④Yu Guljun and ⑥Ju Sigyeong were able to infer the subjects of education through the author’s preface. In the case of ③Kim Huisang and ⑤Ju Sigyeong, the subjects of education was confirmed by explicitly revealing the school level in the textbook title. In the hierarchical differentiation of education contents, the contents of the study of writ ing including Hunminjeongeum, phonology, morphology including part-of-speech classification, and syntax including the sentence constituents and type of sentences were dealt with in common. And, as a result of examining the hierarchical differentiation of educational contents, ③Kim Huisang and ⑤Ju Sigyeong have a unit of ‘department’ that is different from the general table of contents.
