This study discussed about the method of composing the contents by integrating reading, writing, and grammar domain in Korean language education for foreigners. And this study suggested the method by explaining in detail about composition of the textbook that is composed as a real plan. Fist, this study discussed basic characteristics of reading, writing and grammar domain. Reading is the communication between authors and readers, and the path of communication between society. If reading is a path, writing is toll fee. If writing is toll fee, grammar is pass-power. This means underlying power and beginning of communication is depends on the grammar ability. And this study suggested the method by explaining in detail about composition of the textbook that is composed as a real plan. The emphasis of the textbook is finding contents that can help Korean language learners to read and write higher level texts through grammar. By the textbook, we hope that learners can understand the importance of grammar and understand that grammar is not a difficult domain that does not have to learn. On the other hand, we hope that the grammar domain will be the basic knowledge of reading and writing activities.
온라인 판매촉진활동 분석을 통한 고객 리뷰평점 추천 및 예측에 관한 연구 : S사 Wearable 상품중심으로

The purpose of this report is to study a strategic model of promotion activities through various analysis and sales forecasting by selecting wearable products for domestic online companies and collecting sales data. For data analysis, various algorithms are used for analysis and the results are selected as the optimal model. The gradation boosting model, which is selected as the best result, will allow nine independent variables to be entered, including promotion type, price, amount, gender, model, company, grade, sales date, and region, when predicting dependent variables through supervised learning. In this study, the review values set as dependent variables for each type of sales promotion were studied in more detail through the ensemble analysis technique, and the main purpose is to analyze and predict them. The purpose of this study is to study the grades. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation result is 95% of AUC, and F1 is about 93%. In the end, it was confirmed that among the types of sales promotion activities, value-added benefits affected the number of reviews and review grades, and that major variables affected the review and review grades. 본 논문에서는 국내 온라인 기업의 Wearable 제품을 선정하고 판매 데이터를 수집해 다양한 분석과 매출 예측을 통해 판촉 활동의 전략 모델을 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 데이터 분석을 위해 여러 가지의 알고리즘을 사용하여 분석할 것이며, 최상의 모형으로 결과를 선택할 것이다. 최상의 결과로 선택된 모형인 Gradient Boosting 모델은 지도학습을 통해 종속변수 예측에 있어서 판촉 유형, 가격, 판매 수량, 성별, 모델, 판매경로, 제품 성능, 판매 날짜, 지역 등 9개의 독립변수를 투입할 수 있게 된다. 본 연구에서는 판매촉진 유형별로 종속변수로 설정된 리뷰 값을 앙상블 분석 기법을 통해 더욱더 세부적으로 학습하고 분석 및 예측이 주목적이며, 판매촉진 활동을 통한 고객에게 할인 혜택을 주어질 경우와 주어지지 않을 경우에 리뷰 평점을 연구하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석 결과로 본다면 평가 결과는 AUC 95% 수준이며, F1도 93% 정도이다. 결국 판매촉진 활동 유형 중 가치 부가 혜택이 리뷰 수와 리뷰 평점에 영향을 준다고 것을 확인할 수 있었으며, 주요 변인들이 리뷰와 리뷰 평점의 영향을 준다는 것도 확인할 수 있었다.

Background: Need for regulatory science is emerging with the development of pharmaceutical industry. It is essential to train regulatory science experts to meet the needs of technology and regulations to evaluate advanced products. Major regulatory science countries are conducting the regulatory science activities and fostering the experts. Methods: Published literature and the relevant website of European Union (EU) were reviewed and criteria were developed. In particular, we focused on in depth descriptions of the Innovative Medicines Initiative program, which was conducted twice. Results: EU is striving to provide funding and training experts for the development of the regulatory science by horizon 2020 and regulatory science to 2025. Innovative medicines initiative (IMI) is a public-private partnership aimed at the development of the pharmaceutical industry, including the regulatory science. IMI education and training projects have provided various education and training course including short-term curriculum and master and doctoral course. The difference between South Korea's regulatory science expert training project in 2021 and the EU's IMI education and training projects is participation of pharmaceutical companies. While the pharmaceutical companies participate in the IMI project to select project topics and form a community, South Korea's project is focused on the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety and universities. Conclusion: Through successful active networks with regulatory party, pharmaceutical companies, and universities, a great innovative advance of regulatory science in South Korea is expected.

Active metabolites in rat bile after an intravenous injection of $[^3H]$ pteroylglutamic acid(PteGlu)were studies using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Predominant four radioactive metabolites and parent compound PteGlu were detected on the chromatogram of HPLC with liquid scintillation counting system. These metabolites were identified as tetrahydrofolate, 10-formyltetrahydrofolate, 5-methyltetrahydrofolate and para-aminobenzoyl glutamate. The identification of active folate metabolites was based on the consistency of retention time profiles and hydrodynamic voltammograms which were obtained by HPLC with the electrochemical detection system, and characteristics of UV absorbance spectra obtained by HPLC with photodiode array detection system.

Smart cities are expected to provide residents with convenience via various agents such as CCTV, delivery robots, security robots, and unmanned shuttles. Environmental data collected by various agents can be used for various purposes, including advertising and security monitoring. This study suggests a surveillance map data framework for efficient and integrated multimodal data representation from multi-agents. The suggested surveillance map is a multilayered global information grid, which is integrated from the multimodal data of each agent. To confirm this, we collected surveillance map data for 4 months, and the behavior patterns of humans and vehicles, distribution changes of elevation, and temperature were analyzed. Moreover, we represent an anomaly detection algorithm based on a surveillance map for security service. A two-stage anomaly detection algorithm for unusual situations was developed. With this, abnormal situations such as unusual crowds and pedestrians, vehicle movement, unusual objects, and temperature change were detected. Because the surveillance map enables efficient and integrated processing of large multimodal data from a multi-agent, the suggested data framework can be used for various applications in the smart city.
