흰쥐에 있어서 사염화탄소에 의한 간손상에 allopurinol의 영향

To evaluate the effect of xanthine oxidase on liver injury by $CCl_4$, liver damage was induced both in allopurinol pretreated rats (500 mg/kg. ip) and control group by twice intraperitoneal injection of $CCl_4$ (0.1 ml/100 g body wt. 50% in olive oil) at interval of one day. Increases in the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase and liver weight/body weight (%) by $CCl_4$ were significantly smaller inallopurinol pretreated rats than in control whereas the hepatic microsomal glucose-6-pholphatase activities were significantly higher in allopurinol pretreated rats than control group by $CCl_4$ treatment. These results indicates that allopurinol pretreatment may reduce the liver damage in $CCl_4$ intoxicated rats. In rats either with $CCl_4$or not, hepatic type O xanthine oxidase activities were significantly reduced by allopurinol pretreatment and the increasing rate of these enzymes to each control was remarkably lower in allopurinol pretreated rats than control. Liver cytosolic protein contents and aniline hydroxylase, aminopyrine demethylase activities were higher in allopurinol pretreated rats than coirol rats when animals were treated with $CCl_4$. On the other hand, neither allopurinol pretreated nor $CCl_4$ treatment caused any significant changes in hepatic superoxide dismutase and catalase activities. Hepatic glutathione contents were higher in $CCl_4$-treated rats than control, but no significant changes were found in both between the allopurinol treated rats and $CCl_4$-treated rats pretreated with allopurinol, and glutathione and glutathione S-transferase activities were significantly reduced in $CCl_4$-treated rats than control whereas these enzyme activities showed on significant change in both between allopurinel treated and $CCl_4$-treated rats pretreated with allopurinol. It is concluded that xanthine oxidase reaction system augment $CCl_4$ induced liver injury via even oxygen free radical system.

독일의 5, 6학년 역사교육 : 바덴-뷔르템베르크 주의 교육과정과 교과서를 중심으로

본 연구는 독일 남서부 바덴-뷔르템베르크(Baden-Württemberg) 주의 역사과 교육과정 및 코넬젠(Cornelsen) 출판사의 5, 6학년 역사 교과서를 분석하였다. 교육의 지방자치 성격이 강한 독일에서는 국가 즉 연방 차원이 아닌 16개 주(洲) 정부의 교육부 차원에서 교육과정을 개발하며, 주요 출판사에서는 주 단위로 다른 버전의 역사 교과서를 제공한다. 인문계와 실업계 중등학교의 역사과 교육과정과 교과서도 구분되어 개발되기 때문에 그 종류가 다양하다. 독일의 학교급은 대체로 초등 4년, 중등 8년으로 구성되어 한국과 달리 5, 6학년은 중등학교의 1, 2학년에 해당되지만 학생 연령은 한국의 초등 5, 6학년과 같다. 따라서 본 글은 주로 한국의 초등 역사교육에의 시사점을 염두에 두고 독일 중등 역사교육의 저학년 부분을 살펴보았다. 연구 결과로 첫째, 바덴-뷔르템베르크 주정부의 2016 역사과 교육과정은 학습자의 역사적 사고력 향상을 위한 역사 학습 과정상의 역량을 강조하며 이를 각 학년군에서 다루는 시대사 내용과 통합하여 안내하였다. 둘째, 해당 지역의 인문계 중등학교* 제1저자 및 교신저자, Bae@stud.uni-heidelberg.de 1) 흔히 유럽의 학교 교육제도를 복선형 학제, 이에 비해 한국의 학교 교육제도를 단선형 학제라 본다. 물론 두 지역 모두 사회·경제적 지위 등에 관계없이 개인의 능력에 따라 교육받을 수 있는 단선형 학제인 기본 의무교육을 하고 있으나 인문계와 실업계의 선택을 비교적 빨리 해야 한다는 의미에서 위와 같이 구분하기도 한다. 이런 의미에서 본 연구는 실업계가 아닌 독일 인문계 중등학교의 1, 2학년 교육내용을 단선형 학제 하에서의 초등 5, 6학년 교육내용과 비교할 수 있는 대등한 범위의 내용으로 간주하였다. 용 역사 교과서 중 코넬젠 출판사의 역사 포럼(Forum Geschichte) 5/6학년 교과서는 ‘역사와의 첫 만남’이라는 역사 학습에 대한 개념 형성을 돕는 도입 단원이 있다. 단원은 두 페이지에 하나의 소주제를 다루는 옴니버스식 구성을 취하며, 각각의 소주제는 설명글·사료·역량확인문제의 세 요소로 구성된다. 역사과목의 학습방법을 별도로 소개하는 코너도 있다. 독일의 사례를 통해 한국 초중등 역사교육의 역할분담에 대한 논의, 다원적 사고를 지향하는 학습 방향에 대한 고찰의 필요성, 교육과정에의 역사 연구 역량의 구체적인 적용, 역사교과서 내용의 질적 양적 개선을 제안한다. This study analyzes the History Curriculum of Baden-Württemberg for 5th and 6th graders and the History Textbook published by Cornelsen. In Germany, elementary and secondary schools are generally composed of 4 and 8 grades. Therefore the 5th and 6th grades are the first and second grades of the secondary school, while in South Korea, the 5th and 6th grades are the last two years in elementary school level. The results of this study are as follows: First, the 2016 History Curriculum of Baden-Württemberg emphasizes the historical competences of History Learning process to improve pupil's Historical Thinking Ability and concretely represents them to the related chronological history contents. Second, the 5 and 6th grade textbook has an introduction unit called 'First Meeting with History', which promotes the understanding of the concept of history subject. The units are composed of various topics in the Omnibus format on every two pages. Each topic consists of three elements: Descriptive Text, Historical Sources, and Competency Checking. The history textbook also includes Methodology segments which elaborate various ways to study history with different types of historical sources and media. This research proposes a discussion to allocate the role of history education in elementary and secondary school level in South Korea, the necessity of a redirection of nationalistic history education towards a Pluralistic Identity, an application of the historical competencies to the curriculum, and a qualitative and quantitative improvement of history textbooks.

Factors Influencing Liver and Spleen Volume Changes after Donor Hepatectomy for Living Donor Liver Transplantation

Purpose: To define the changes in liver and spleen volumes in the early postoperative period after partial liver donation for living-donor liver transplantation (LDLT) and to determine factors that influence liver and spleen volume changes. Materials and Methods: 27 donors who underwent partial hepatectomy for LDLT were included in this study. The rates of liver and spleen volume change, measured with CT volumetry, were correlated with several factors. The analyzed factors included the indocyanine green (ICG) retention rate at 15 minutes after ICG administration, preoperative platelet count, preoperative liver and splenic volumes, resected liver volume, resected-to-whole liver volume ratio (LVR/LVW), resected liver volume to the sum of whole liver and spleen volume ratio [LVR/(LVW + SV0)], and pre and post hepatectomy portal venous pressures. Results: In all hepatectomy donors, the volumes of the remnant liver and spleen were increased (increased rates, 59.5 ± 50.5%, 47.9 ± 22.6%). The increment rate of the remnant liver volume revealed a positive correlation with LVR/LVW (r = 0.759, p < 0.01). The other analyzed factors showed no correlation with changes in liver and spleen volumes. Conclusion: The spleen and remnant liver volumes were increased at CT volumetry performed 2 weeks after partial liver donation. Among the various analyzed factors, LVR/LVW influences the increment rate of the remnant liver volume.?

한국배우 박보검의 발성 분석

Analyzed the voice of Bo-gum Park in order to solve the curiosity about the voice of the actor Park Bo-gum voice that appeared in Korean drama 'Gurmigreen Moonlight'. The secret of his popularity was not only his role but also his appearance, but his voice was as charming as he was. According to the production team, he gave his gentle voice as well as a good impression as one reason why Bo-Gum Park was able to adapt to a gentle casting. It has a vocal cord vibration frequency characteristic that can transmit a stable black voice to a viewer, and it has a voice characteristic that speaks with a pronounced and slow speed at each syllable. In addition, he maintains a constant tone at the same sound pressure, and changes the tone of his voice before the rest of the sentence. Especially, the nose due to the big nose added a smooth and soft voice, so that it could appeal to the viewers and fulfill the role as the hero. This study will be the first study to confirm how the fitness of various characters in drama affects the completeness of drama. 한국의 드라마 ‘구르미 그린 달빛’에 출연했던 배우 박보검의 목소리의 발성에 관한 궁금증을 풀어보기 위하여 박보검의 목소리에 대한 분석을 진행해 보았다. 그의 인기비결은 그가 맡은 역할과 그에 걸 맞는 외모도 중요했지만 그에 못지않게 목소리 발성의 매력도 한 몫 했다. 박보검은 안정적인 목소리를 시청자에게 전달 할 수 있는 성대 진동 주파수 특성을 가지고 있었으며, 음절마다 발음을 또박또박 구사하고 느린 속도로 말을 하는 목소리 특성을 가지고 있다. 또한 그는 대체적으로 동일한 음압에서 일정한 톤을 유지하고 문장 중간 쉬기 전에 목소리 톤의 변화를 주어 감칠맛을 더하는 화법을 구사하고 있다. 특히 큰 코로 인한 비음이 매끄럽고 부드러운 목소리 음을 추가해 주어 시청자들에게 호감을 주고 주인공으로서의 역할을 충분히 수행할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 드라마에서 다양한 캐릭터별 목소리의 적합도가 드라마의 완성도에 얼마나 큰 영향을 주게 되는가를 확인하게 되는 첫 번째 연구가 될 것이다.

국내 30대 기업의 인재상 분석 및 인재양성의 정책적 시사점

We analyzed current right people for major national companies in accordance with high demand of new knowledge, skills and higher value-added business. In results, we found most businesses require challenge spirit, professionalism, integrity, creativity on the contrary major companies required integrity and responsibility in the 1980~90s. In particular, the top six properties of the 30 conglomerates’s right person is challenge, professionalism, integrity, creativity, cooperation, and enthusiasm, etc. This reality raise crisis awareness of the cramming education for enhancing of academic intelligence. As much as right person is changed, education system should have the flexibility to develop non-academic intelligence, that is to say emotional intelligence, social intelligence, and practical intelligence. By connecting the properties of the convergence human resource and the index of excellent human resources, contribute to the development of policy and improvement of a system. 인문사회와 과학기술 간의 융합 뿐 아니라 학문 간 경계를 넘나들며 새로운 지식과 기술을 창조함으로써 부가가치를 창출하는 인적자원의 필요성이 높아짐에 따라 국내 주요그룹의 인재상 역시 변화를 거듭해왔다. 산업화 시대에 성실성과 책임감이 중요시되었던 것과 달리 2000년대에는 도전정신과 전문성, 도덕성, 창의성 등이 새로운 인재상의 지표로 나타났다. 특히 30대 그룹의 인재상 키워드 중 상위 6개의 항목은 도전정신, 전문성, 도덕성, 창의성, 협력, 열정 등이다. 이러한 인재상은 학업지능계발 위주로 구성되었던 인재양성 시스템에 경종을 울린다. 인재상이 변화한 만큼 비학업지능인 감성지능, 사회지능, 실용지능을 계발할 수 있도록 중고등교육에서의 교육정책 목표와 구체적 실현 과정역시 달라져야 하며 지역 및 국가 차원의 인재양성 정책도 유연성을 갖춰야 한다.

Objective: Recently, several studies reported that metabolic syndrome (MS) can also cause adverse pregnancy outcomes (APOs). However, the evidence regarding relationship between MS and APO is limited in Asian population, although the outcomes after MS has been reported to have ethnic differences. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the relationship between MS and APO (gestational diabetes mellitus [DM], pregnancy associated hypertension [HTN], preterm birth [PTB], small for gestational age, large for gestational age [LGA]) in Korean population. Methods: This study is the secondary analysis of the database from a multicenter prospective cohort. The study population was divided into groups with or without MS, and the relationship between APO at delivery was compared. In addition, the risk of APO according to each diagnostic component of MS was examined. Results: The incidence of APO, especially the risk of gestational DM, PTB, LGA, and cesarean delivery was increased in women with MS. In addition, when examining each MS diagnostic component, all of them were associated to the risk of APO. For specific complications, abdominal obesity increased the risk of gestational DM, pregnancy associated HTN, LGA, and cesarean delivery, high blood pressure increased the risk of gestational DM and pregnancy associated HTN, and hyperglycemia increased the risk of gestational DM and PTB, whereas hypertriglyceridemia, and low low-density lipoprotein cholesterol increased only the risk of gestational DM. Conclusion: Pregnant women with MS in early pregnancy had increased risk of APO. Therefore, patient counseling regarding preventive strategies should be discussed in women with MS.

섬강의 어류상 및 피라미 개체군의 생육특성 분석

섬강은 국가하천으로 강원도 횡성군 태기산 일대에서 발원한다. 본 연구는 섬강 어류상의 종다양성을 확인하고, 과거 문헌비교를 통해 어류상의 변화 정도를 파악하여 섬강의 어류 및 어족자원 관리에 있어 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 또한 우점종의 생육특성을 파악하기 위하여 성장도 및 비만도 분석과 시·공간적인 생식능력을 분석하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 어류상 파악을 위해 2020년 10월부터 2021년 8월까지 8개 지점에서 총 3회 조사를 수행하였으며, 피라미의 생육특성을 파악하기 위해 2021년 6월부터 2022년 7월까지 4개 지점에서 총 7회 조사를 수행하였다. 총 10과 43종 3,999개체가 채집되었으며, 우점종은 피라미로 조사되었다. 한국고유종은 각시붕어, 묵납자루, 줄납자루, 쉬리 등 총 19종으로 44.19%의 고유종 빈도로 분석되었으며, 멸종위기야생생물은 묵납자루, 새미, 꾸구리, 돌상어 등 총 4종 (9.30%)이 출현하였다. 섬강은 높은 고유종 비율을 나타내며, 다양한 멸종위기야생생물이 서식하여 양호한 서식환경을 나타내고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 문헌비교 시 지점 간의 차이로 인하여 11종이 과거와 비교해 출현하지 않았으나 9종이 추가로 확인되었다. 피라미의 전장-체중 상관도 분석 결과 모든 지점에서 회귀계수 b값은 3.0 이상, 비만도 지수는 양의 값을 보여 양호한 생육상태를 유지하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전장 빈도 분석 결과에서는 당년생부터 만 3년생 이상의 개체가 출현하여 안정적인 생활사가 유지되고 있었다. GSI 분석 결과 섬강의 수온이 20℃ 이상을 유지하는 5월부터 산란하는 것으로 추정되었으며, 피라미 개체군은 생육상태가 양호하고, 안정적인 생활사를 유지하는 것으로 확인되었다. 섬강에서는 종다양성이 증가했으며, 우점종, 다양한 법정보호종, 고유종 등 어류상이 안정적인 것으로 보아 서식지가 잘 보존되고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 외래종이 유입되고 있어 이에 대한 방안이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. The goal of this study was to provide basic data necessary for managing fish in the Seomgang River by confirming diversity of fish species in the Seomgang River and determining the degree of change in fish species through a comparison with earlier related work. Growth rate, obesity level, and temporal and spatial reproductive capacities were analyzed to determine growth characteristics of dominant species. Fish fauna and structure of the fish community were surveyed at three different time points from October of 2020 to August of 2021 at eight sites. In addition, growth characteristics of Zacco platypus from June of 2021 to July of 2022 at four sites were determined. A total of 3,999 individuals, 43 species, and ten families of fish were identified. Among these species, 19 (44.19%) were Korean endemic species and four (9.30%) were endangered species. The dominant species was Z. platypus. Pungtungia herzi was identified as a subdominant species. An analysis of length-weight relationships and condition factor (k) of Z. platypus confirmed a good state of growth. As a result of a frequency analysis of the total length, the life cycle of the Z. platypus population living in the Seomgang River was found to be stable. According to gonadosomatic index (GSI) analysis, the spawning season of Z. platypus was estimated to occur after May, consistent with the literature.
