네트워크 약리학을 이용한 소양증을 동반한 피부 염증에 대한 지실(枳實)의 잠재적 치료기전 탐색

Objectives : To identify the active ingredient of Poncirus Trifoliata Immaturus and to explore the mechanism expected to potentially act on dermatitis accompanied by pruritus. Methods : We conducted the network pharmacological analysis. We selected effective ingredients among the active compounds of Poinciri Fructus Immaturus. We found the target protein of the selected active ingredient, disease(dermatitis accompanied by pruritus) and fexofenadine. Then we established the network between the proteins which Poinciri Fructus Immaturus and fexofenadine intersected with disease respectively, and the coregene was also extracted. After that, the active pathways in the human body involving the groups and coregenes were searched. Results : Total of 7 active ingredients were selected, and 202 target proteins were collected. There were 756 proteins related to inflammatory skin disease accompanied by pruritus, and 75 proteins were related to fexofenadine. 42 proteins crossed by Poinciri Fructus Immaturus with a disease, and 31 proteins crossed by fexofenadine with a disease. 12 proteins were found as a coregene from the proteins that cross Poinciri Fructus Immaturus and disease. Coregenes are involved in 'Nitric-oxide synthase regulator activity', 'Epidermal growth factor receptor signaling pathway'. 2 groups that extracted are invloved in 'Fc receptor signaling pathway', 'Central carbon metabolism in cancer', 'Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase complex, class IB', and 'omega-hydroxylase P450 pathway'. Conclusion : It is expected that Poinciri Fructus Immaturus will be able to show direct or indirect anti-pruritus and anti-inflammatory effects on skin inflammation accompanied by pruritus in the future. And it is also expected to have a synergy effect with fexofenadine on skin disease.

To implement tera bit level non-volatile memories of low power and fast operation, proving statistical reproductivity and satisfying reliabilities at the nano-scale are a key challenge. We fabricate the charge trapping nano scaled SONOS unit memories and 64 bit flash arrays and evaluate reliability and performance of them. In case of the dielectric stack thickness of 4.5 /9.3 /6.5 nm with the channel width and length of 34 nm and 31nm respectively, the device has about 3.5 V threshold voltage shift with write voltage of $10\;{\mu}s$, 15 V and erase voltage of 10 ms, -15 V. And retention and endurance characteristics are above 10 years and $10^5$ cycle, respectively. The device with LDD(Lightly Doped Drain) process shows reduction of short channel effect and GIDL(Gate Induced Drain Leakage) current. Moreover we investigate three different types of flash memory arrays.
여수 금오도 연안에 분포하는 부유성 난·자치어의 종조성 및 계절변동

전라남도 여수시 금오도 연안 해역에서 2002년 8월부터 2003년 3월까지 매월 1회씩 총 8회에 걸쳐 채집된 부유성 난 및 자치어의 종조성 및 양적변동을 조사하였다. 연구기간 동안 채집된 부유성 난은 총 8개 분류군이 출현하여, 멸치, 정어리, 미역치, 청보리멸, 주둥치, 청베도라치, 참서대 및 미 분류 난 등으로 분류되었다. 출현량을 보면, 멸치의 난은 연구기간 동안 출현한 부유성 난의 51.3%를 차지하여 가장 우점하는 종으로 나타났다. 연구기간 동안 출현한 자치어는 총 4목 19과 24개 분류군이 출현하였는데, 그 중 21개 분류군은 종 수준까지, 2개 분류군은 속 수준까지, 1개 분류군은 과 수준까지 분류되었다. 멸치가 조사기간 동안 출현한 자치어의 28.88%를 차지하여 최우점하였으며, 전어는 15.18%를 차지하였다. 월별로 분석한 종 다양도지수는 1.036~2.219로, 1월에 출현종수가 가장 낮았으며, 8월에 가장 높은 값으로 나타났다. 균등도 지수는 0.693~0.986로 2월에 가장 높은 값을 보였고, 7월에 가장 낮게 나타났다. 우점도 지수는 0.411~0.818로 1월에 가장 높았고, 8월에 가장 낮게 나타났다. To determine seasonal fluctuation in abundance and species composition of fish larvae and juveniles samples were collected by RN 80 net in coastal waters off Geumodo, Yeosu, Jeollanamdo from July, 2002 to May, 2003. During the study period, eggs of Engraulis japonicus were accounted for 51.30% of the total fish eggs, followed by Leiognathus nuchalis (24.3%), Sillago japonica (10.75%), Sardinops melanostictus (7.17%), Hypodytes rubripinnis, Paralichthys olivaceus, Cynoglossus joyneri and the others. The collected fish larvae and juveniles were identified 24 taxa, 19 family and 4 orders. The most of dominant species was Engraulis japonicus accounted for 28.88% of the number of the total fish larvae and juveniles. The diversity index of the larvae and juveniles was 1.036~2.219 from July to May, which was the highest in August and the lowest in January. The evenness index of them was 0.693~0.986, which was the highest in February and the lowest in July. The dominance index of them was 0.411~0.818, which was the highest in January and the lowest in August.
