        수입 가공식품의 방사능 오염도 조사

        A total of 138 samples corresponding to 24 different types of imported processed food items, distributed between January and November 2019, were collected in order to test their radioactive contamination levels. The radioactivity of 131I, 134Cs, and 137Cs was measured via gamma spectrometry using an HPGe detector. Radiation levels of 131I and 134Cs higher than the minimum detectable activity value were not detected in any of the samples. However, in 20 samples, radiation levels of 137Cs, ranging between 0.86 and 79.28 Bq/kg, were detected. The food items tested included cashew nuts, hazelnuts, noni juice, Neungi mushroom, pine pollen, and aronia powder; the food items had been imported from India, Vietnam, Turkey, the United States of America, Russia, China, and Poland. Among these food items, the radiation level corresponding to 137Cs in Neungi mushroom, imported from Russia, was the highest, with a concentration of 79.28 Bq/kg. In this study, the radiation concentrations of all the collected food items were below the maximum permitted level of 100 Bq/kg. In the future, it may be necessary to monitor various food items based on consumption trends in order to alleviate consumer anxiety regarding radioactivity in food.

        가정.방문물리치료 및 학교물리치료의 필요성 및 유형실태에 대한 조사연구

        The purpose of this survey was to give data and information about type and needs of Home Physical Therapy, Visiting Physical Therapy and School Physical Therapy for physical and nurse. The subjects were 154(99 physical therapists and 55 nurses) who were working at geriatric rehabilitation hospitals and children hospitals. The period of questionary collection was from the 15 of August to the 15th of September 2011. And data was analysis from 99 articles such as journals related to physical therapy, and searched with keyword 'home and visiting physical therapy' by web site and Korea National Assembly Library from 1991 to 2011. The data was analysis with percentage, mean, standard deviation and ANOVA by SPSS PC 12.0. The results were as follows; 1. The definition of 'Home Physical Therapy' has been community based on physical therapy service for the patient who had diagnosis by medical doctor, has been based on medical law. The definition of 'Visiting Physical Therapy' has been community based on physical therapy service at home for the patient who had diagnosis by medical doctor, for the national basic living security, and senior citizen over 65 years who lives alone, has been based on law for community health and law of long term health insurance. The definition of 'School Physical Therapy' has been school based on physical therapy service at school after class for the disabled children who are studying at school, has been based on special education law article 28. 2. As for the knowledge of the Home and Visiting and School Physical Therapy, both groups PT and nurse were 'I do not know'125(81.3%) of the difference the concept of 3 definitions, so it means to need education and information about the different concept of three physical therapy. As for the needs of home and visiting physical therapy, both groups of PT and Nurse were 'needs' 151(98.1%). Physical therapist showed of 'Needs' on visiting physical therapy 35(35.4%), home physical therapy 32(32.3%), and schole physical therapy 32(32.3%). Nurse showed of 'Needs' on home physical therapy 23(41.8%). visiting physical therapy 19(34.5%), school physical therapy 13(23.6%). Therefore it is necessary to have home and visiting physical therapy as for the elderly and disabled person. 3. As for the qualification of Home and Visiting physical therapist, both PT and nurse groups showed as follows; take post graduation education program for home and visiting therapy after became PT : home physical therapist 108(70.1%), visiting physical therapist 106(68.8%). So it means education center or university can be developed post graduation program for home and visiting physical therapist. 4. As for the 'Needs' of school physical therapy, both groups of PT and nurse showed as follows; 'Needs' 142(92.2%), 'Needs superviser education program' 148(96.1%), in PT group showed 'I will participate of education program' 92(92.9%). 5. As for the present states of research papers or report of home, visiting, and school physical therapy was as follows; the 103 papers for 8 fields about' the needs of home and visiting physical therapy' from 1991 to 2011, the 13 papers for 2 fields about school physical therapy from 2001 to 2011, so total papers were 114 articles.

        Thyrotoxic periodic paralysis is an acute muscle weakness of the limbs associated with hypokalemia. It can occur with any form of thyrotoxicosis. Thyrotoxic periodic paralysis associated with transient thyrotoxicosis due to thyroiditis is very rare. We experienced a case of thyrotoxic periodic paralysis associated with transient thyrotoxicosis. A 39-yr-old man was referred to our hospital because of paralysis of upper and lower extremity. The laboratory results were hypokalemia and mild thyrotoxicosis. A thyroid scan with Tc-99m revealed decreased uptake in the thyroid area compatible with destructive thyroiditis. The paralytic attack did not recur after the patient recovered to euthyroid state.

        국가교육과정위원회 설치에 대한 정당화 논리 검토

        Article 23 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act is not detailed the principals, procedures and processes of the curriculum, and the current curriculum can be amended whenever the Education Minister approves the Minister's approval. While the National Curriculum outlines and regulates the educational activities of elementary and secondary schools nationwide, the frequent revisions to the curriculum cause problems such as duplication and omission of learning contents in the curriculum and textbooks that can be change frequently. A proposal for a national level committee that will be continued to lead the national educational process beyond the interests of certain subjects in the long run, which will be inevitably lead to the needs to revise the national curriculum. This study is intended to logically review the validity of the establishment of the National Curriculum Committee. First, it is the legal ‘propriety’ of the establishment of the National Curriculum Committee. Under Article 31 of the Constitution of Article 31 of the Constitution, the Act on Governing the National Curriculum shall be established and based on the rule of law, not governed by the rule of law. Second, it is ‘systematic’ of legislation related to the educational process. Education courses related to curriculum are insufficient and require systematic maintenance in relation to national education courses, such as the enactment of the national curriculum for curriculum and evaluation of the National Curriculum. Third, it’s the 'effectiveness' of the establishment of the National Curriculum Committee. Temporary president, there are limits to independent entities with advisory body or control of the Education Ministry Committee. Educational amendments should be substantially beneficial to the relevant parties and involved persons. Fourth, it’s the 'Flexible' from an educational standpoint. The Act should be flexible enough to act flexibly according to the trends of the age and reflected the education and social curriculum of educational curriculum and national curricula, reflecting the educational and social needs of the National Curriculum. Fifthly, it’s the 'stability' of the curriculum policy. Educational policies should be given sufficient time for education to be adapted by the education parties, and national importance should be reflected in the legislation concerning the establishment of the Committee, such as the minimum curriculum and revision cycle. 초ㆍ중등교육법 제23조에는 교육과정 개정의 주체, 절차 및 과정들이 자세히 규정되어 있지 않으며, 현행 국가교육과정은 수시 개정 체제로 교육부장관의 재가만 있으면 언제든지 개정을 할 수 있다. 국가교육과정은 전국의 초ㆍ중등학교 교육활동을 계획하고 규율하지만, 불명확한 수시개정으로 인해 수요자들은 자주 바뀌는 교육과정과 교과서에서 학습 내용의 중복 및 누락 등의 문제를 겪는다. 미래지향적이고 장기적으로 특정 교과나 세력의 이해관계를 넘어서 국가교육과정 개정을 지속적으로 책임감있게 주도할 국가 수준의 위원회가 반드시 필요하다는 제안이 있어 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 국가교육과정위원회 설치의 정당성에 대해 논리적으로 검토하고자 한다. 첫째, 국가교육과정위원회 설치의 법적인 ‘타당성’이다. 헌법 제31조 제6항의 교육제도 법정주의 등에 따라 정치권력에 지배받지 않고 법의 지배를 바탕으로 국가교육과정위원회를 설치하자는 것이다. 둘째, 교육과정 관련 법령의 ‘체계성’이다. 현행 교육과정 관련 교육법규가 미비하며 국가교육과정기준의 제ㆍ개정 주기 등 국가교육과정 관련하여 법적으로 체계적인 정비를 필요로 한다. 셋째, 국가교육과정위원회 설치의 법적인 ‘실효성’이다. 한시적인 대통령 자문기구나 교육부 산하 위원회로는 독립적인 주체로 한계가 있다. 교육과정 개정은 관련 당사자와 수요자들에게 실질적으로 도움이 되어야 한다. 넷째, 교육적인 관점에서의 ‘융통성’이다. 법은 시대의 흐름에 따라 유연하게 작용할 수 있어야 하며 국가교육과정위원회에서 교육 및 사회적 요구를 반영하여 교육과정 정책 및 국가교육과정기준 설정 등에 반영할 필요가 있다. 다섯째, 교육과정 정책의 ‘안정성’이다. 교육 정책은 교육 당사자들이 적응할 충분한 시간이 주어져야 하며 최소한의 교육과정 제ㆍ개정 주기 등 국가적으로 중요한 사항은 위원회 설치에 관한 법률 속에 반영되어야 한다.

        국내 물류 기업 ESG 경영 활성화를 위한 연구: 심층 인터뷰를 통한 ESG 경영 도입 현황 및 문제점 파악을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to present realistic strategic directions and implications related to ESG to domestic logistics companies that have already been introduced or are planning to introduce them. ESG is nowadays an essential keyword for the survival of a company. Although many companies are aware of the importance of ESG, and the related research is continuously and rapidly increasing, ESG has been recently introduced in Korea and has also been limited to large enterprises. This phenomenon is quite similar to the domestic logistics companies that are of interest in this study, and only a few very large domestic logistics companies are introducing ESG evaluation process. In particular, logistics companies can sustain and maintain their partnerships only when they continuously pay attention to and manage ESG-related issues such as carbon emissions and supply chain issues. Therefore, in this study, we conducted in-depth interviews with domestic logistics companies to understand and identify their ESG status and issues. In parallel with this, through an in-depth ESG literature review, we present implications and future research directions for establishing ESG management of domestic logistics companies.
