        The purpose of this essay is to build a educational mean and a prospect on the Korean-thoughts. In accordance with this purpose this essay at the outset atlempts to analyge the concept of character and define what character education is. This essay is the outcome of reviews and analyses of the literature on theoris telling about Korean-thoughts development, its characteristics and character education both in East and West, whis has resulted in the building of the theoretical model for the Korean-thoughts. The introduction and adoption of various trends of modern philosophy of education from Western countries translated materials, Books dealing with various trends of philosophy of education and books employed in the interpretation of education. In conclusion it is believed that this theoretical model will give contribution to the development of the Korean-thoughts.

        The purpose of this paper is to build a education researches for knowledge Education and Character education. In accordance with this purpose the essay at the outset attempts to analysis the concepts of Character and Knowledge. This essay is the outcome of reviews and analysis of the literature on theries telling about character development, is characteristics and character and knowledge education both in East and West. Character in define as a set of value and a state of mind sound morality is tendency for thinking and behavior. It is to say, they are rational in view of intellegence, altruistic in terms of affection and autonomous in the eyes of volition. So it follows the character education helps to form a set of sound values. The knowledge education and character education problem is very important in our society. The study of the cognitive, affective development and of the volition toward autonomy by means of development psychology shows that character formation comes diredtically throw qualititive transformation. In conclusion it is belived that this theoretical model will give contribution to the development of knowledge and Character Education.

        유전자총을 이용한 형질전환 심비디움 식물체 생산체계 최적화

        This study is conducted to develop an efficient transformation system via particle bombardment with PLBs (Protocorm-like bodies) in Cymbidium. For this, pCAMBIA3301 vector which carries a herbicide-resistant bar gene and gus gene as a reporter gene was used for transformation with Cymbidium cultivars ‘Youngflower × masako’ line. To select transformants, proper concentration of herbicide, PPT (phosphinotricin), should be determined. As a result, 5 mg/l of PPT was selected as a proper concentration. Further,proper conditions for particle bombardment were determined to obtain a high frequency of transformation. Results showed that 1.0 μg of DNA concentration, 1,100 and 1,350 psi for helium gas pressure, 1.0 μm of gold particle and 6 cm of target distance showed the best result for the particle bombardment experiment. Also, pre-treatment with combination 0.2 M sorbitol and 0.2 M mannitol for 4 hrs prior to genetic transformation increased the transformation efficiency up to 2.5 times. Using transformation system developed in this study, 3.2 ~ 4.0 transgenic cymbidium plants can be produced from 100 bombarded PLBs on average. Putative transgenic plants produced in this system confirmed the presence of the bar gene by PCR analysis. Also, leaves from randomely selected five transgenic lines were applied for Basta solution (0.5% v/v) to check the resistance to the PPT herbicide. As a result, three of them showed resistance and one of them showed the strongest resistance with the maintenance of green color as non-transformed plants showed. Using this established transformation system, more genes of interests can be introduced into Cymbidium plants by genetic transformation in the future. 본 실험은 심비디움 원괴체 (PLB: protocorm-like bodies)를재료로 유전자총을 이용한 효율적인 형질전환 조건을 확립하고자 수행되었다. 이 PLB 조직에 제초제저항성 유전자인 bar 유전자와 reporter 유전자인 gus를 포함하고 있는pCAMBIA3301 벡터를 이용하여 유전자총으로 형질전환하였다. 형질전환 벡터에 포함되어 있는 제초제저항성유전자 (bar)를 이용하여 선발하게 되므로 선발배지에 첨가될 제초제로서 PPT (Phosphinotricin)의 적정 농도를 찾고자 실험한 결과, 5 mg/l에서 최적의 대부분의 PLB의 생육이 억제되고 신초형성이 이루어지지 않았다. 이를 기반으로 유전자총 실험에 맞는 최적 조건을 찾는 실험을수행하여 1.0 μm gold입자크기, 헬륨가스 압력은 1,100과1,350 psi사이에서는 차이가 없다는 전제 하에 물리적 피해가 덜 가는 1,100 psi를 조건으로 선택하였고, 유전자총과 목표물과의 거리는 6 cm 그리고 DNA 농도는 1회 유전자총 발사횟수당 1.0 μg 조건을 최적조건으로 하였다. 이 조건을 기반으로 100개의 PLB를 형질전환 하면 평균적으로 6 ~ 8개의 PLB가 제초제 저항성을 나타내는 개체로 성장하고 최종적으로 2개체 정도가 온실에서 순화과정을 거쳐 완전한 형질전환 식물체로 생산된다. 이외에도 유전자총 실험 전에 0.2 M sorbitol과 0.2 M mannitol을혼합처리하여 4시간 동안 배양시키면 2배 이상 효율을높일 수 있게 되어, 결론적으로 100개의 PLB를 형질전환수행하면 최종적으로 3.2 ~ 4.0개 정도의 형질전환 심비디움 식물체가 나오는 효율이라고 할 수 있다. 본 실험을 통해 생산된 형질전환 심비디움 개체들은PCR 분석을 통해 유전자 도입을 확인하였고, 형질전환개체 중 임의로 선발된 5계통들의 잎을 Basta 0.5% 용액에 침지한 결과, 3 계통은 제초제에 저항성을 가지는 것으로 확인되었고, 그중 1계통은 아주 강한 저항성을 보여주었다. 본 실험 결과들을 바탕으로 환경저항성 등의 유용유전자가 도입된 형질전환 심비디움 식물체 개발에 기여하리라 사료된다.

        팔레놉시스 조직배양 및 형질전환 최근 연구동향

        This report describes recent advances in tissue culture and genetic transformation of commercial Phalaenopsis. Recently, an importance of Phalaenopsis has been increased due to its popularity with beautiful flowers and is widely used for pot plants as well as cut-flower. Its use is rapidly enlarging in worldwide. Thus, demands for the release of new elite cultivars in Phalaenopsis have been increased. During the last several decades, some critical progresses have been made in tissue culture and genetic transformation in Phalaenopsis species. Cooperation with these biotechnological methods are supposed to promote the release of commercial Phalaenopsis cultivars in the near future. Until now, no technical review on tissue culture and genetic transformation in Phalaenopsis has been reported in Korea. Therefore, we inquired the brief history and techniques of tissue culture system in Korea.

      • 벤처기업의 고객관계관리를 위한 개인화 추천 시스템 성과 분석

        본 연구에서는 현재 벤처기업의 고객 중심의 전략을 수립하고 벤처기업의 장기성과로 연결시킬 수 있는 개인화 추천 시스템(Personalization Recommendation System)의 성과를 가시적으로 제시하는 것이 연구목적이다. 그 성과를 측정하기 위해 고객의 충성도를 인식 충성도(Perceptional Loyalty), 거래 충성도(Transactional Loyalty), 잠재적 충성도(Complex Loyalty)로 나누어 충성도 성과를 측정하었다. 위의 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 설문 데이터뿐만 아니라 웹 상의 거래데이터를 이용하였다. 또한 솔로몬 4 집단 실험설계를 통해 개인화 추천 시스템 도입과 사용여부의 요인을 모두 고려하고 가능한 모든 외생변수를 룹제하여 보다 정확한 개인화 추천 시스템의 성과를 측정하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 개인화 추천 시스템으로 인해 인식 충성도인 만족도, 거래충성도인 교차판매, 잠재적 충성도인 LTV 성과가 증가함을 보여주었고 고객의 구매패턴이 빨라지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로써 개인화 추천 시스템의 정성적 성과와 정량적 성과를 제시할 수 있었고, 개인화 추천 시스템이 벤처기업의 매출 향상과 고객이 한번에 많은 량을 구매함으로써 그 배송비용을 절감시켜줌으로써 벤처기업의 수익구조의 기반이 될 수 있음을 보여주었다. This research is to study the performance of the personalized recommendation system for building the customer oriented strategy and connecting into the long-term profit of the company. For measuring the performance, customer loyalty of personalized recommendation system is divide into Perceptional Loyalty, Transactional Loyalty and Complex Loyalty. For achieving the research objectives, two different kinds of data were used, One is the perception data through the web survey and the other is the transaction data in the electronic commerce cyber book store. The methodology used is not only independent sampling T-test but also Solomon four-group experimental design, for getting more accurate result. In addition, the analysis of Return of Investment(ROI) through the Life time Value(LTV) were tried. The result shows that all of the loyalty is increased by the personalized recommendation system ; the increase of customer satisfaction in the perceptional loyalty, the increase of Cress selling in transactional loyalty and the increase of LTV in the complex loyalty. The analysis of Solomen 4 group experimental design, it also shows that the sales are per each customer increased by amount 250,000 per year. The Further research, like customer pattern analysis using the log data, should be done for the more complex and varied measure of ROI in electronic commerce.

        K-평균 알고리즘을 이용한 스마트팜 농작업별 소요시간에 따른 군집분석: 파프리카 농가를 중심으로

        This study attempts to establish a standardized model of smartfarm working process for paprika. First, we classify main works by each production stage and then we evaluate difficulties and lengths of major works by cross-check. Finally we investigate real working hours of each main work in twenty paprika smartfarms. Based on the real data of working hours, we utilize a cluster analysis using the K-means algorithm and Silhouette method in order to categorize paprika smartfarms. The results from the K-means cluster analysis show that sixteen farms were clustered into ten groups. We conclude that each farm was not clearly categorized.
