        정책연구 : 로지스틱스 산업의 합리화와 국내기업들의 제3자 로지스틱스에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 우리 나라의 고물류비 현황을 개략적으로 살펴본 후, 로지스틱스 활동의 외주를 통한 로지스틱스 산업의 발전도모가 우리 나라의 고물류비를 해결할 수 있는 방안의 하나가 될 수 있음을 제시하였다. 문헌연구를 통하여 선진 외국에서의 로지스틱스 외주현황을 살펴본 후, 제조업 ·무역업·도소매업 등 총 585개의 국내기업들에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 국내 기업들의 로지스틱스 외주의도를 조사하였다. 조사결과 대부분의 기업들이 로지스틱스 활동의 외주필요성을 인식하지 못하고 있었으며, 수배송 분야를 제외한 거의 모든 로지스틱스 활동에 대해 외주계획이 없다고 답하고 있다. 이에 따라 대부분의 로지스틱스 활동이 자사에서 이루어지고 국내의 로지스틱스 산업은 침체의 길을 벗어나지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 제3자 로지스틱스(TPL)의 필요성과 기대효과를 기술하고 로지스틱스 활동의 활발한 외주가 자사의 물류비를 절감함은 물론 로지스틱스 산업의 발달에 기여하여 국가물류비를 절감함으로써 로지스틱스 경쟁력을 제고할 수 있음을 제시한다.

        전문가 심층인터뷰를 통한 한국 이커머스 및 물류유통산업의 문제점과 발전방안

        E-commerce has emerged as a major consumption mode due to innovation in information and communication technology and concerns about the spread of COVID-19. As the boundary between store and online disappears and non-face-to-face consumption becomes commonplace, it is urgent to understand the rapidly changing e-commerce and logistics and distribution markets, identify problems, and establish countermeasures. The purpose of this study is to derive the problems and development strategies of the current e-commerce and logistics and distribution industries as a preliminary step to seize the opportunity to preoccupy the e-commerce and logistics and distribution markets in the post-corona era. In this study, exploratory research using the unstructured in-depth interview method was adopted as the research method, and in-depth interviews were conducted with experts who can present practical issues. Based on the results of the expert in-depth interview, the problems of Korea's e-commerce and logistics and distribution industries are derived from excessive competition, uniform characteristics, immature platform, environmental pollution, government regulations, safety and employment of delivery drivers, and unfairness in supply chain. Development strategies include the implementation of appropriate regulations to relieve unnecessary regulations and prevent unfairness, preparation of strategies for worker re-education, and development of various competitive priorities. Based on in-depth interviews and previously presented literature, this study has theoretical significance in that it draws out the problems of the current domestic e-commerce and logistics industry and establishes a plan for the future development of the e-commerce market and logistics industry.

        의미웹과 SWCL을 이용한 공급체인망 의사결정틀

        Modern manufacturing decision making tends to increase the level of its integration vertically from suppliers to consumers in its supply chain, and also to consider the global dispersion of manufacturing facilities and markets. On the perspective of the total system, this commands how to build up an optimal decision making system, which continuously and flexibly provides optimal manufacturing and logistics decisions on supply chain network, with no interruption in communicating information on all components of supply chains such as facilities, suppliers and markets. An issue in decision making on supply chain and logistics networks is that it is not easy to integrate all relevant data and information and to construct a decision making model using them because all components of the network have their own data and information relevant to the decision making and they are stored separately in their own ways. This paper suggests the necessity and methodology of the integration of data, rules, and constraints relating to a decision making. It uses the Ontology Web Language and its extension, the Semantic Web Constraint Language to define sharable data and constraints. Their uses facilitates the integration of dispersed data and information on a decision making in the supply chain network and the automatic construction of a decision making model for a supply chain network agent. This paper proposes the framework for the decision support system for a supply chain network agent and its process with examples of supply chain network optimization problem.

        학술연구 : NAFTA 지역내 한국 및 일본 자회사의 아웃소싱 전략

        This paper is to investigate concepts. decision-making models, determinants, dnd current practices and trends in strategic outsourcing options which should be of vital concern in improving the competitive advantage of Korean manufacturing flrms operating in the NAFTA region. Little research has been done on this topic in Korea in spite of the growing importance of outsourcing strategies all over the world. Inthis context, management and professionals need to evaluate the structures and strategies of outsourcing of the company, and compare it with those of competing companies. The research proceeded in two phases: one is dealing with an estensive review of the outsourcing literature, and the other is tracking current situation and trends in outsourcing of Korean and Japanese subsidiaries in the NAFTA rehion through the findings of several surveys by relevant groups and some interviews by the researcher.

        국제해운항만로지스틱스에 있어서 항만경쟁력의 평가에 관한 연구: 계층퍼지분석법의 적용

        The purpose of this study is to grasp the real competitiveness of ports in international shipping and port logistics, by 1) examining the status of competitive ports, 2) grasping the components that lead the actual competition, 3) developing evaluation models of port competitiveness, and 4) putting component data of each port into these same evalation models. The research method which was used in this study accounted for overlapping between attributes, and introduced the HEP(Hierarchical Fuzzy Process) method that can perform an operation. The scope of this study covers the top 20 Northeast and Southeast Asian ports with respect to container handling in 2000. This has direct competition in attracting cargo from East Asia. The results of this study showed that the competitive power of Singapore Port was the highest among the ports of East Asia. Derived from the empirical study, the attempt to grasp the real port competitiveness in dynamic port activities is the merit of this study, especially in the rapidly changing environments of international shipping and port logistics. In order to reinforce this study, it needs further compensative research because the HFP method adopted as an evaluation model of port competitiveness in this study was not strictly considered enough to solve the problems such as MDMG(Multiple Decision-Making Group).

        학술연구 : 소비자 신용정보의 보호를 위한 한국의 법적 장치에 대한 고찰

        This study is based on the research by Bloom, Milne and Adler (Bloom, Milne and Adler,1994) and will select and profile the different and new Information Technology acts with comparison with the current US laws that protect this area. A comparison will be done between Korean and US laws that govern and protect consumer credit information.Themes that need to be investigated and adapted to cover the needs for laws constited of the new century have been proposed along with the wrongfl use of the new dimension of medium all fltted under the umbrella of Information Thchnology. It will also be pointed that although the models of law that govern this area are not yet mature in Korea, and do not yet cover the wide areas that need to protect the consumer and their personal information, it is a fact that the relevant institutions are moving at a fast pace to keep up with the always dynamic industry.

        한국 화물운송노동자의 노동환경이 교통사고에 미치는 영향 분석

        Road safety of commercial vehicle which serves as the biggest part for road freight transport industry is poor and lacks stability. As of 2014, the accident rate for commercial vehicles is approximately 5.7 times as high as the accident rate of the overall vehicles, and is steadily increasing. Since traffic accidents involving commercial vehicles are more diverse than typical accidents, we need to consider not only external factors and vehicle characteristics, but also transport characteristics and structural characteristics of the industry. The study aims to determine the cause of the traffic accident involving commercial vehicles with regard to micro and macro labor environment of the freight transport workers. This study was carried out based on the commercial truck driver survey data sheet of the third quarter of 2015, and was limited to the standard cargo type vehicle, which is representative of the freight transport market. The analysis model was selected as negative binomial regression model since it was observed overdispersion on the data. As the result of the analysis, the number of accidents increased when the hours of transportation, the monthly average number of dispatches, and the average freight rate fell and when the average km of distance, the average number of days per month, average loading rate, the rate of consolidation, the stage number of multi-tiered subcontracting, the average paying of insurance fee, the number of family increased. Factors related to the preservation of income of freight workers have been mainly found to affect traffic accidents, especially on increasing in the stage number of multi-tiered subcontracting. Finally, It is required to improve and supplement the level of the freight transport workers` incomes and multi-tiered subcontracting in Korean carge transport market.

        글로벌 로지스틱스의 전문적 관리를 위한 파트너쉽 형성방안

        As economic globalization continues, global corporations expand their economic activities around the world. This phenomenon increases the complexity of global logistics management. In addition, customers preferences for commodities become diverse, easily changeable and individualistic, facing diverse commodities in the global market Global corporations need to offer high quality logistics services to meet these changes and satisfy customers demands. They use professional logistics firms more and more to manage global logistics effectively and offer ; quality services to customers. Partnership is a strategic alliance between global corporations and logistics firms to share interests and burdens based on the contract agreements. It promotes effective use of logistics firms by global corporations and formulation of Third Party Logistics relationships. To formulate an ideal partnership, negotiation process needs to be performed to reach agreements regarding many items such as goals, ideas, investments, information sharing and responsibilities, etc. Negotiation strategies need to be formulated to establish desirable partnership relations.
