        This research examines whether difference that is some in inclination of combat sports player's sportsmanship is, and accordingly is purposeful to clear relation. combat sports (fencing, Taekwondo, boxing, induction, wrestling, wrestling) player who research target is having player life in middle·high·an university 399 people be . Used Korean-made measure (KMSOS) that Seong-changhun (2003) verifies changing based on Vallerand MSOS by a tool to measure sportsmanship of players. Data processing used SPSS 12.0 programs. Did reliability analysis that use Cronbach'a coefficient to verify believability of an irradiation tool, Difference of sportsmanship used t-test, one-way ANOVA. In this research, drew following conclusion. First, man appeared higher level than woman in wave and human desire, decision respect, and woman appeared higher level than man in victory or defeat excessive fondness. Second, exercise immersion, decision respect, victory or defeat excessive fondness appeared level that minority is taller than majority. Third, in exercise immersion high school player decision respect appear, and tendency of level that middle school playing the first stone is high in victory or defeat excessive fondness appeared. Fourth, striking radical type of player appeared higher level than Geuraepeulring type of player in companion respect factor. Fifth, player less than exercise career 4 years appeared higher level than player less than 7 years and player more than 7 years for victory or defeat excessive fondness factor. Sixth, Taekwondo for best and companion respect factor, high level appeared to boxing item players.

        고등학교 1학년 학생들의 인지수준과 과학의 물질 단원 내용수준 비교 분석 및 교사들의 인식

        The purpose of this study was to seek for improved teaching and learning methods by comparatively analyzing the cognitive level of 10th grade students and the content level of high school science textbooks's matter unit and examining the teacher's understanding of these issues. For this study, the cognitive level of 336 10th grade students from 4 areas were analyzed using SRT Ⅲ (Science Reasoning Task Ⅲ) and the content level of 10 scientific concepts selected from the matter unit of high school science textbooks were analyzed using CAT (Curriculum Analysis Taxonomy). How high school science teachers understood these issues was also examined. The result showed that 51% of the research subjects were the formal operational level, 30% of the transitional level, and 19% of the concrete operational level. The percentage of students of the formal operational level varied according to each school. The scientific concepts of the matter unit of the 6 high school science textbooks were mostly of the early formal operational level. However, the content level of the same scientific concept varied according to each textbook, since the level of each textbookordiexpdeining scientific concepts to students and the answers theyiexpected from students were different. Furthermore, high school science teachers considered the content level of the scientific concepts lower than the actual content level analyzed through teptsAT. Such d6 harmonyibetween the cognitive level of students and the content level of the scientific concepts and the wrong conceptt. Furtteachers of the content level of the scientific concepts effects the students' understanding of scientific concepts and teaching-learning methods. I Furder to solve the discordance between the level of students and scientific concepts and to increase the understanding of students of scientific concepts, teachers should develop the appropriate teaching and learning methods that considers the cognitive level of students and content level of scientific concepts, by analyzing the cognitive level of students and understand the content level of scientific concepts of science textbooks, prior to class. 이 연구는 고등학교 1학년 학생들의 인지수준과 고등학교 과학 물질 단원의 내용수준을 비교 분석하고, 이에 대한 공통과학 교사들의 인식을 알아봄으로써, 교수 학습 방법에 대한 시사점을 얻고자 하는 것이다. 연구를 위하여 4개 지역의 고등학교 1학년 학생 336명 을 대상으로 SRT Ⅲ(science reasoning task Ⅲ)를 사용하여 인지수준을 조사하였으며, 고등학교 과학 물질 단원에서 10개의 과학 개념을 추출하여 CAT (curriculum analysis taxonomy) 분석틀로 내용수준을 분석하였다. 그리고 이에 대한 공통과학 교사들의 인식을 조사하였다. 연구 결과에 의하면, 고등학교 1학년 학생들의 51%가 형식적 조작가 수준이었으나, 30%의 학생들과 19%의 학생들은 각각 과도기 수준과 구체적 조작기 수준이었으며, 형식적 조작기 수준의 학생 비율은 학교별로 차이가 있었다. 고등학교 6종 과학교파서에 제시된 물질 단원 과학 개념들의 내용수준은 대부분 초기 형식적 조작기 수준이었으니, 같은 과학 개념이라도 설명하는 수준과 학생들에게 요구하는 답변의 수준 차이로 인해 교과서별로 내용수준에 차이가 있었다. 그리고 과학교사들은 과학 개념의 내용수준을 CAT 분석틀로 분석된 실제의 내용수준에 비해서 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 이러한 학생들의 인지수준과 과학 개념의 내용수준의 불일치와 과학교사들의 과학 개념 내용수준에 대한 잘못된 인식이 학생들의 과학개념에 대한 이해도와 교수-학습에 영향을 미칠 것이다. 그러므로 학생들의 인지수준과 과학 개념 내용수준간의 불균형을 해소하고 과학 개념에 대한 학생들의 이해도를 높이기 위해서는 과학교사들이 학생들의 인지수준과 과학 개념의 내용수준을 사전에 파악하여, 학생들의 인지수준과 파학 개념의 내용수준을 고려하는 교수-학습 전략이 필요하다.

      • MOCVD 방법으로 제작된 GaAs/AlGaAs 반도체 양자우물의 Photoluminescence 및 반사율 스펙트럼 측정

        We studied the characteristics of MOCVD(metal-organic chemical vapor deposition)-grown GaAs/Al_0.3Ga_0.7As quantum wells by photoluminescence and reflectance spectroscopy as the sample temperature was changed from 10K to 300K. In photoluminescence spectra, we observed two peaks originated from quantum well region. Through a discussion based on the energy separation and the observed temperature dependence of their intensities, we identified them as the recombination lines of free excitons, and acceptor-bound excitons. The acceptors seem to be probably carbons background-doped in MOCVD processing. In the third derivative of reflectance spectra, the H_11 (e1-hh1) and L_11 (e1-1h1) excitonic transitions are observed. Their positions are in good agreement with the expectation based on numerical calculations of energy levels in quantum well.

        돈분뇨의 토양처리시 이온 성분의 용탈 특성

        An agricultural land application of swine slurry is one of the best management practices in Jeju island whose ground water must be protected. So as to study the effect of appling swine slurry on ground water or aquifer, incubation-leaching technique was used by assuming the incubating period of 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32 days, and application rate of 3200.0㎎T-P/ℓ, 820.0㎎T-P/ℓ, and 1887.0㎎K^+/ℓ in swine slurry. The leachates were collected from the soil columns(PVC 30㎝L×5.5㎝D) packed 15㎝ in depth with Gangjeong soil series by washing with 100mL distilled water. The leached components were measured by using Ion chromatography for Cl^-, NO_3-N, F^-,Br^-, Na^+, K^+, Ca^2+, and Mg^2+, atomic absorption spectrophotometry for Fe and Mn, and UV-Vis spectrophotometry for T-N and T-P. Application of swine slurry in naked soil could influence on the ground water or aquifer by increasing nitrate-nitrogen in leachate with time, or leaching the cations present in soils in accompany with anions because of H^+ produced in nitrification. Therefore, careful consideration should be taken about what amount, when, where, and how for protecting ground water system.

      • 조기위암의 임상적 연구

        1989년 9월부터 1993년 7월까지 인제대학교 의과대학 상계백병원에서 실시한 위내시경 소견이 조기위암이며 내시경 직시하 생검결과 선암으로 판명되어, 근치적 위절제술을 시행받은 23명의 환자에서 임상적 특징을 알아보고, 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. The incidence and mortality rate of stomach cancer ranks well ahead of all malignancies in Korea. The prognosis is excellent in early gastric cancer of which the overall 5 years survival rate of 85∼95% is comparative with that of advanced gastric cancer of 15∼49%. So early detection with very sensitive mordality of gastroscope and surgery is the only premise to decrease the mortality rate of gastric cancer. This report deals with the clinical aspects of 23 cases of early gastric cancer, which were confirmed with histopathologic examination of resected stomach during the 4 years from September 1989 to July 1993 at Sanggye Paik hospital, Seoul, Korea. Out of 23 cases of early gastric cancer, 14 cases were male, 9 cases were female, and the male to female ratio was 1.6 : 1. The most common type of early gastric cancer was talc type(43.5%), IIc and its combined type comprised most of them(87.0%). The most prevalent sloe of lesion was gastric angle(43.5%) and the most common direction was lesser curvature(73.9%) 19 cases of 23(78.3%) were between 1∼3cm in size, and there was no statistical significance between the size of the lesion and lymph node metastasis. Of the 9 cases with mucosal lesion, there were 2 cases with lymph node metastasis(22.2%), but 7cases(50.0% ) of 14 cases with submucosal lesion presented lymph node metastasis. Diagnostic accuracy of endoscopy on detection of early gastric cancer was 17 cases(73.9%) of total 23 cases in our study. As with other report, histopathulogic examination of resected stomach revealed adenocarcinoma, tubular type as the most common type. Frequent complaint of patients with early gastric cancer was epigastric pain(65.2%), and duration of the symptom was less than 12 months in 17 cases(73.1%) of 23 patients with early gastric cancer.

        신경정신증상을 동반한 트리클로로에틸렌 중독 1예

        배경: 트리클로로에틸렌은 중추신경계에 주로 작용하는 유해 발암물질로서 사용 및 관리 에 주의가 필요하다. 최근까지도 영세사업장을 중심으로 트리클로로에틸렌을 사용함으로 인해 지속적으로 트리클로로에틸렌 중독에 의한 산업재해가 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고 트리클로로에틸렌 중독에 관한 연구 및 보고가 많지 않다. 사례: 환자는 장기간 금속부품 세척 공장에서 트리클로로에틸렌에 노출되었으며,건망증 및 말더듬 증상과 함께 식욕감소와 성욕감소를 동반한 전반적 의욕부진과 우울감정이 양손의 이상감각 및 저림, 통증과 함께 나타났다. 신경전도검사에서 자율신경계의 이상소견을 보였으나,자기공명영상 검사 결과 소뇌의 위축 등의 기질적 이상 소견 및 중추신경계의 감염이나 종양 등은 없었으며 대사 장애나 전해질 이상도 보이지 않았다. 저자들은 환자가 전자부품 세척 공정에서 트리클로로에틸렌을 사용하였다는 점을 중시하여 요중 총삼염화물의 농도를 검사한 결과 과량의 요중 총삼염화물이 검출되어 임상적으로 트리클로로에틸렌 중독을 진단할 수 있었다. 노출은 입원과 동시에 중단되었다. 요중 총삼염화물의 농도는 입원직후 3,331.1 mg/g creatinine, 입원 후 3일째 347.9 mg/g creatinine,입원 후 5일째 64.6 mg/g creatinne으로 감소하였다. 주요 증상이었던 손발 저림과 통증의 급격한 호전을 보였고,우울감 등의 기분장애와 술 취한 느낌,발기부전,말더듬 등의 증상이 입원 후 시행 한 요중 총삼염화물의 농도 감소에 따라 단계적인 회복을 보였다. 결과: 트리클로로에틸렌의 저농도 만성 노출에서 신경 정신증상을 동반한 중독 증상이 나타날 수 있으며,이로 인해 발생한 신경정신증상이 정신과적 절환으로 판단되어 적절한 진단,치료 및 노출 평가가 어려울 수 있다. 트리클로로에틸렌 취급 근로자에서 신경정신증상이 나타나는지를 검토하여 이것이 트리클로로에틸렌 노출로 인한 것인지를 조기에 파악하려는 노력이 필요하다. Background: Trichloroethylene (TCE) has been widely used as a typewriter correction fluid, Paint remover, adhesive, spot removers and, particularly, as a degreasing agent in metal-fabricating operation. However, few studies have reported on the effects of TCE intoxication, in spite of numerous occupation al accidents arising from TCE intoxication, even until quite recently used in small companies. TCE affects mainly the central nervous system (CNS) and is carcinogenic, even when carefully used and managed. Case report: A 48-year-o1d male worker visited our hospital complaining of decreased motivation and general weakness, In history taking, the patient had suffered insomnia, memory disturbance, stuttering, loss of interest and sexual desire, depressive mood for 4 years, dysesthesia with tingling sensation and pain in both extremities, and a nauseas feeling similar to a hangover which had been aggravated for 4 months before admission. The patient had been engaged in metal degreasing with TCE for 8 years. Electromyography indicated disturbance of autonomic function, but there was neither peripheral neuropa-thy nor cervical radiculopathy. Organic abnormalities including cerebellar atrophy and CNS infection were ruled out, while there was no indication of malignancy in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and metabolic disorders and electrolyte imbalances in laboratory test. The authors performed biological monitoring for the possible exposed chemicals. Urinary 2,5-hexanedione, a metabolite of n-hexane, was undetected but 3,331.1 mg/g creatinine of urinary trichloro-compounds, a metabolite of TCE, was detected. The patient was diagnosed as TCE intoxication due to a level of urinary trichloro-compounds in excess of the normal range (300 mg/g creatinine), in addition to an occupational history and clinical symptoms. TCE exposure was stopped in admission and the neuropsychiathc symptoms of the patient were improved as the urinary thchloro-compounds were decreased from 3,331.1 mg/g creatinine to 64.6 mg/g creatinine in 5 days. Conclusion: Low-dose, chronic TCE intoxication shows neuropsychiatric symptoms, which are often misrecognized merely as a psychiatric disorder; its appropriate diagnosis, early treatment and exposure assessment are therefore difficult. The neuropsychiatric symptoms in workers who have been exposed to TCE should be monitored, detailed job history should be taken and biological monitoring should be conducted to gain early insight of chronic TCE exposure.

      • 고리 모양 에미터를 가지는 언더게이트 구조의 전계방출 특성 연구

        The field emission characteristics was studied by simulation for an under-gate structure with a ring-shaped CNT emitter. The electric field strength was sharply peaked along the inner rim of the CNT emitter. For positive gate voltages the electron emission was concentrated there. With an assumed field enhancement factor of 1000, the operating voltage was about 7 V, only 1/10 of those of other reported structures. The effects of the gate bias polarity on the electron emission and the electron trajectories were discussed.

      • 난소절제후 Estrogen을 투여한 흰쥐 대동맥에서 Protein Kinase C-α와 Fas 발현의 변화

        Estrogen is believed to decrease coronary artery disease. Protein kinase C-α(PKCα)appear to be important in signal conduction pathways. Estrogen treatment increases catalytic activity of PKCα,and activation of PKCαcan modulate estrogen receptor levels and responsiveness. And it was reported that activation of PKC can protect cells from apoptosis induced by Fas ligation. But the beneficial effect of estrogen on PKCαwas not clearly demonstrated. The objective of this study was to evaluate the role of PKCαafter ovariectomy and estrogen therapy in rat aorta. The results were summarized as below: 1. The significant pathological changes were not observed in the rat aorta irrelevant to ovariectomy and estrogen therapy. 2. The expression of Fas was decreased in the aorta of estrogen-treated rats than that of ovariectomized rats without estrogen therapy. 3. Increased expression of PKCαwas more marked in the aprta of estrogen-treated rats than that of ovariectomized rat without estrogen therapy. In conclusion,PKCαmay be important in signal conduation pathway on the effect of estrogen. Activation of PKCαby estrogen reduced Fas expression, suggesting that PKCαactivation may play a role in protection against atherasclerosis. Further studies are needed to elucidate the role of PKCαafter estrogen therapy.
