Purge & Trap-GC를 이용한 의약품 필름코팅 정제 중 잔류용제에 관한 연구

의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.

In this paper, the control algorithm of a quadruped walking robot with three degree of freedom is studied and the walking robot is implemented experimentally For obtaining the walking algorithm D-H transformation is used The angle and the coordinate of each step is calcualated by using the derived algorithm Experimental software program is implemented by C language compiler EzAVR and the hardware of the experiment is controled by using the ATmega128.

낮은 계수감도를 갖는 IIR 디지탈 필터의 제안

The complexity and accuracy of a finite wordlength implementation of an ideal digital filter depends primarily on the chosen filter structure,on the number of multiplications to be performed,and on the size of the multipliers. As the size of the multipliers depends on both the coefficient and state wordlength,any coefficient quantization will lead to a reduction in digital filter complexity at the expense of accuracy in approximating the ideal behaviour. The amount of possible coefficient wordlength reduction depends on the coefficient sensitivity properties of the digital structure. In this paper,a method is proposed for synthesizing very low multiplier coefficient sensitivity in IIR digital filter. The method applies to the case where the poles of the transfer function of the filter are near Z=1.

트랙터 부착용 로더 기구부의 기구학적 시뮬레이션 프로그램 개발

A loader mechanism mounted on tractor was modeled for kinematic analysis, and a computer simulation program was developed by using Cartesian coordinate approach, in order to remove the burden of routine derivation and computation from the engineer. The results of kinematic analysis was compared with those of a commercial CAD program. The results of this study was summarized as follows. 1. The results of the simulation showed good agreement with results of the commercial CAD program. This program could be used for predicting the kinematic properties of each links on the loader mechanism. 2. The velocity of bucket which affect the performance of loader increased very quickly just before the finishing point of boom operation, and acceleration also increased sharply at this point. Thus it is concluded that when bucket is rolling, maximum reaction force arises. 3. Velocity and acceleration of each links on the loader mechanism changed very quickly when the bucket cylinder started operation.

In this paper, we introduce a approach to convert time series data into virtual transaction data for analysis power electronic transmission and distribution system. However, most of these techniques has focused on transaction data rather than time series data. We present a new way which is discovered and repaired faults of Electric Power system using Data Mining techniques.

한국인 정신분열병과 도파민 D5 수용체 유전자 연합연구

본 연구는 도파민D5 수용체 유전자와 정신분열병 병인과의 상관성을 밝히기 위하여 한국인 정신분열병 환자군 100명과 정상대조군 100명에서 다형성의 분포를 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용하여 연합연구를 시행하였다. 도파민 D5 수용체 유전자의 대립유전자는(CT/GT/GA)n의 반복으로 구성된 154, 152, 150, 148, 146, 144, 142, 140, 138, 134염기 쌍을 가진 11가지 종류였고 환자군과 정상대조군사이에 대립유전자의 분포는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 각각의 대립유전자 빈도는 환자군에서 대립유전자 A10이 유의하게 감소되어 있었다. 환자군과 정상대조군의 유전자형 분포는 두 군간에 유의한 차이는 없었다. 본 연구의 결과는 도파민 D5 수용체 유전자가 한국인 정신분열병 발생의 취약성에 기여할 가능성이 있다는 것을 제시하지만 본 연구의 결과만으로는 이 유전자부위를 정신분열병의 유전적 결정인자로 결론 내리기는 어려우며 앞으로 더 많은 연구대상을 이용하여 이 도파민 D5 수용체 유전자부위에 대해 본 연구결과를 확인하는 연구가 계속적으로 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. Objective : This study was performed to define the genetic relationship between the microsatellite (CT/GT/GA)n polymorphism for the dopamine D5 receptor gene and schizophrenia. An association study in 100 schizophrenic patients and 100 normal controls of Korean was made by means of using polymerase chain reaction. Results : The microsatellite(D5(CT/GT/GA)n) had 11 alleles. These was a significant difference in the allele distribution between schizophrenic and normal controls(p〈0.05). In schizophrenic patients, the frequency of allele A10 was decreased. As to the genotype distribution, there was no difference in both groups. Conclusions : This finding suggests that dopamine D5 gene is likely to be related to the development of schizophrenia in Korea but with only this result, we cannot come to the conclusion that this genetic locus is the genetic determinant of schizophrenia. Further studies of dopamine D5 receptor genetic locus that can confirm this result should be made.

스위칭 파형을 사용한 동조 N-Path Filter에 관한 연구

In this paper, a method based on N-Path principle is presented to design bandpass filters tunable over a fairly wide tuning range. The design represents a compromise between the complexity of the switching waveform and that of the auxiliary output filter. Broad tuning range has been made possible by use of switched band-limiting networks. The system transfer function of a switched N-Path Filter with a very general switching waveform is derived and the results are applies to a variety of practical situations. We know that the losses in the shift register degrades the amplitude characteristics and lowers the center frequency gain. The realization of this class N-Path Filter using time-multiplexing of the basic analog network is discussed.

2차 구간을 이용한 능동 RC 대역통과 Filter

Since it is not necessary to adjust the active RC filter after it`s manufacturing, it is the filter easy to adjust that will be well suited to practical use and mass production. Even more it is needed a lot of things to be done for the relatively easy-adjusted cascade connection and it can not be well suited to mass production without the other adjustment each biquad sections at sometimes. In this paper presents, as solution to these problems, a synthesis of the active RC bandpass filter that used biquad section which requires the value of elements and the identical circuit structure. To begin with, two synthesis methods of fourth-order bandpass filter are presented. Next, an experiment are made on it, and then investigation on sensitivity, dynamic range is described. Finally, based on the synthesis method of fourth-order bandpass filter, the expension method of the realization of high-order bandpass filter is described.

김일의 일생에 관한 연구

본 연구는 김일의 일생과 업적을 재조명 하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 김일의 회고록, 다큐멘터리, 신문, 잡지, 기사, 동영상 등을 자료로 설정하여 '김일의 일생'과 '김일의 일생이 한국민의 정서에 미친 영향', 그리고 '김일의 스포츠 외교'에 중점을 두고 문헌 고찰하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 김일은 WWA 세계 태그타이틀을 비롯하여 각종 세계 대회의 타이틀을 거머쥐었으며, 그 공로를 인정받아 국가로부터 국민훈장 석류장, 체육훈장 맹호장, 체육훈장 청룡장을 수상하였다. 둘째, 일본과 서양열강들로부터 끊임없는 간섭과 지배를 받아 실의에 빠져있던 우리 국민들은 김일이 경기에서 일본선수들을 강력한 박치기로 쓰러트리고, 서양열강 소속의 선수들을 발차기로 쓰러트리는 모습에 일제에 대한 복수감과 같은 대리만족을 느꼈을 것으로 해석된다. 셋째, 스포츠외교가 활발하지 않은 시점에서 김일이 일본과 한국을 비롯한 여러 국가를 돌아다니며 경기를 하였다. 특히 일본과의 교류를 활발히 가짐으로서 대한민국 엘리트스포츠발전의 일부요인이라고 할 수 있는 일본과의 체육 교류의 물꼬를 틀었다. 본 결과는 김일의 일생과 업적이 대한민국 사회에 일부 영향을 주었다는 것을 시사한다.

Bit-slice Devices에 의한 Processor Elements의 평가

Designing with a byte-oriented metal-oxide-semiconductor microprocessor, after all, consists mainly of programming a system made up of components hooked together according to the manufactuer's specifications. But bit-slice processor design involves critical hardware decisions and the creation of an instruction set as well and only then comes the programing. Morever, since bit-slice processor patrs of different manufactures can be mixed in one the same design, consideration must be given individually to each of them. The complexity of bit-slice processor parts, compounded by minimal support from their manufacturers, has won them a poorer welcome than they deserve from designers. Although processors built with bit slices can be extremely powerful, the design flexibility of the parts in both hardware and instruction sets demands an intimate familiarity with a particular family before a designer can be confident of success. In this paper, each slice is illustrated with two diagrams : a diagram of its physical lay out and a diagram of its external connections. The same notation will be used for each slice to ease the transition from slice to slice. However, because of this, these diagrams differ from those used by the manufacturers of the slice. Hence, the manufacturers' diagram are also included to ease the transition to the manufacturer's detailed specifications.
