        축구선수의 Detraining과 Retraining이 혈청지질 및 호르몬농도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of detraining and retraining on serum lipid and hormones in soccer players. Subjects were seven male high-school soccer players. V˙O_2max was determined for each subjects by administering a treadmill test(initial speed: 90m/min, grade: 5%, increasing speed per 3 min: 30m/min). Serum lipid(T-C, TG, HDL-C LDL-C) and hormones(epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormones, cortisol) were assayed pre and post detraining in 10, 20, 30 days after retraining. The repeated ANOVA was used to determine significant differences. The 0.05 level of significance was as critical level for the study. The results of the study were as follows: 1. V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3576.3±204.2ml/min pre detraining, 3234.1±198.9 ml/min post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/min) were 3601.4±170.9 ml/min. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 2. V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were significantly(p<.05) decreased from 62.3±2.9 ml/kg/min to 55.9±4.7 ml/kg/min in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, V˙O_2max(ml/kg/min) were 62.4±3.4ml/kg/min, 62.7±2.3ml.kg/min, 67.3±7.2ml/kg/min respectively. There were significantly(p<.05) increased in retraining periods. 3. T-C were significantly (p<.05) increased from 166.6±8.5mg/dl to 175.3±10.3 mg/dl in detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, T-C were 160.1± 3.2mg/dl, 156.7±3.7mg/dl, 140.3±9.0mg/dl. There were significantly(p<.05) decreased in retraining periods. 4. HDL-C were 61.4±6.6mg/di pre detraining, 5.3±6.6mg/dl post detraining. There are significant(p<.05) difference between pre and post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, HDL-C were 56.9±7.1mg/dl, 56.4±9.2mg/dl, 57.7±9.1mg/dl respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. 5. The hormones(epinephrine. norepinephrine, growth hormone, cortisol) were changed as same patterns. Epinephrine were 26.0±7.0[g/ml pre detraining, 24.6±3.2pg/ml post detraining. In 10, 20, 30 days after retraining, epinephrine were 26.9±5.6pg/ml, 30.6±6.2pg/ml, 29.4±5.6pg/ml respectively. There were no significant difference in retraining periods. In conclusion, HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were decreased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were increased in detraining. But HDL-C, epinephrine, norepinephrine, growth hormone and cortisol were increased, T-C, LDL-C and TG were decreased in retraining.

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the conflict relationship between leaders and parents in judo. 250 parents who care student judokas and 47 judo leaders participated in this study. Data collection for the current study used an open questionnaire. The results showed that the biggest issue in the relationship between the parents and judo leaders is the direction of career development for their student judokas. Economic problem and discordant guidance methods were also conflict issues. These findings could be used as basic data to establish support plans for resolving the conflicts between parents and judo leaders.

        결합된 자성연마입자를 이용한 초정밀 피니싱 기술 개발

        This study suggests the new ultraprecision finishing techniques for micro die and mold parts using magnetic field-assisted polishing. Conventional magnetic abrasives have several disadvantages, which are missing of abrasive particle and inequal mixture between magnetic particle and abrasive particle. Therefore, bonded magnetic abrasive particles are fabricated by several method. For example, plasma melting and direct bonding. Carbonyl iron powder is used as magnetic particle where silicon carbide and alumina are abrasive particles. Developed magnetic abrasives are analyzed using SEM. Feasibility of magnetic abrasive and polishing performance of this magnetic abrasive particles also have been investigated. After polishing surface roughness of workpiece is reduced from 85.4 nm Ra to 9 nm Ra.

        임상교정 교육용 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 웹서버 구축에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 인터넷상의 가상공간에 다양한 자료로 구성된 환자 증례를 통해, 교정을 배우고자 하는 임상의나 학생들의 교육에 필요한 멀티미디어 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 시스템을 구현하기 위해서는 이미지 자료의 처리, computer network를 통한 빠른 정보처리 기능, 진단 분석법의 개발, 데이터베이스의 구축 기술, 데이터베이스와 인터넷과의 연계, 증례를 통한 교육방법론과 같은 기술적 문제점들이 있다. 진단과 치료계획을 위한 분석은 모델 분석과 두부방사선 사진분석으로 나누어 제공하였다. 모델분석법은 arch length discrepancy와 Bolton tooth ratio를 환자 정보란에 제공하였다. 두부방사선 사진분석은 초진란에 제공하였다. Cephalometric analysis ver 2.0과 Power Ceph pro 3.3.5를 이용하여 Tweed, Steiner, Jarabak분석법 등을 제공하였으나, 본문에서는 주로 Kim's analysis와 몇 가지 계측치를 추가하여 설명하였고, 나머지는 tracing란에서 제시하였다. 또한 치료 종료 후나 보정란에서 치료 전, 후의 두부방사선 사진을 중첩해서 보여줌으로써 치료에 의한 효과를 직접 볼 수 있도록 하였다. The Objective of this research was to construct the multimedia database system that was necessary for the education of the practitioners and the students. To establish this system, there were technical problems as follows : 1) The processing of the images, 2) The rapid processing of the information with the computer network, 3) The development of diagnosis tools, 4) The technique to establish the database system, 5) The link between the database system and the internet, and 6) The method to educate through many cases. The analysis for diagnosis and treatment planning were provided as two parts : model analysis and cephalometric analysis. As a model analysis, arch length discrepancy and Bolton tooth ratio were provided for the part of patient information. Cephalometric analyses were provided in the part of initial diagnosis. The Cephalometric analysis ver 2.0 and the PowerCeph pro 3.3.5 were used to show Tweed, Steiner and Jarabak analysis. In the main part, Kim's analysis and some measurements were added. In the post-treatment or retention part, we show the superimposition of the cephalometrics with which you can find the effectiveness of the various orthodontic treatment.       • 잡초성벼의 superoxide dismutase cDNA cloning과 재배벼로의 형질전환

        냉해나 한발등의 환경스트레스에 대해 저항성을 유발하는 유전자를 환경스트레스에 강한 잡초성벼로부터 선발하고 이들 유전자를 재배벼에 도입하여 도입유전자 산물의 과량 발현을 통해 냉해나 한발 등에 대한 저항성이 향상된 벼를 선발하고자 하였다. 잡초성벼인 Bhutan 14Ad로부터 냉해 및 한발 저항성 유전자로 알려진 superoxide dismutase (SOD) cDNA를 분리하고자 mRNA를 분리하고 이 분리된 mRNA를 이용해 reverse transcriptase PCR방법으로 SOD cDNA를 cloning 하였다. 그 결과 2종의 SOD cDNA가 cloning되어 SOD-A, SOD-B로 명명하였다. 이들 cDNA의 염기서열을 결정한 결과 이들은 아미노산 서열 상동성이 88.4%를 나타내었으며, SOD-A는 oryza sativa 계열의 Cu/Zn SOD유전자인 GenBank accession No. L36320와 99.3%로 동일하였으며, SOD-B는 accession No. D01000과 100% 동일하였다. 이들 SOD-A와 SOD-B cDNA를 재배벼인 낙동벼에 형질전환하여 형질전환체 벼를 선발하였으며, 이들 형질전환체 벼의 냉해저항성 및 한발저항성 검정을 통해 저항성이 향상된 형질전환체 벼를 선발하고 있다. Two different cDNA clones for superoxide dismutase (SOD) were isolated from an weedy rice variety (Oryza sativa, cv. Bhutanl4Ad) and were introduced into a cultivated rice variety (Oryza sativa, cv. Nakdong) in order to develop the environmental stress-resistant rice plants. Sequence analysis of the cloned cDNAs indicated that the deduced amino acid sequence of SOD-A is 88.4% identical to that of SOD-B. Furthermore, the nucleotide sequence of SOD-A is 99.3% identical to that of a Cu/Zn SOD gene of Oryza sativa (GenBank accession No. L36320). The nucleotide sequence of SOD-B was identical to that of the previously published SOD gene (Accession No. D01000). A cultivated rice variety, Nakdong-byeo, was transformed with chimenc SOD genes containing a actin promoter of rice and pin2 terminator using a particle bombardment technique. Transformed calli were selected on an selection medium containing phosphinothricin (PPT). Transgenic rice plants were regenerated from the PPT-resistant calli. PCR analysis with genomic DNAs from transgenic plants revealed that transgenes are introduced into rice genome.

      • 정규화 반경벡터 함수에 기반한 2D-형태 정보검색

        형태 정보는 컨텐츠 기반 하의 시각적 특징 중의 하나이며 영상 정보검색에서 광범위하게 사용된다. 본 연구에서는 물체 윤곽선의 반경 벡터함수를 이용한 스타형 및 비스타형 2D 형태인식을 위한 효과적인 알고리즘을 제안한다. 알고리즘에서 무게중심은 형태의 기준점이 되며 축의 중심으로부터 반경벡터는 주요 특징벡터가 된다. 이를 위한 코너 포인트는 노드로 표시되고, 정규화 거리는 중심점에서 노드까지의 상대적 거리비로 규정한다. 데이터베이스에서 유사 물체와 조회 물체 사이의 중심에서 코너 거리까지의 기하학적 거리가 형상 정합을 위한 유크리드 거리 값으로 정합평가에 이용된다.

        The purpose of this study is to contribute fundamental materials to school life and to social adaptation making recognized the importances of physical self-recognition and health satisfaction for the developing youths through an analysis of the relation between physical self-recognition and health satisfaction among middle school judo athletes. The researchers physically visited judo training halls to explain the purpose and intention of the study, and obtained permission to distribute questionnaires and collected them. The 170 of the questionnaires in total were used to reduce sampling errors between groups in sampling. The 8 questionnaires answered dishonestly or insufficiently were excluded and the 162 answered surveys were used for the final analysis. The collected data through the final analysis was operated to find out the relations between the variables using a multiple regression analysis. The research outcomes are as follows. First, the physical self-recognition factor 1 appeared invaluably in relation to the health satisfaction factor 2 and factor 3 statistically. Second, the physical self-recognition factor 2 appeared invaluably in relation to the health satisfaction factor 1 and factor 2 statistically. Third, the physical self-recognition factor 3 appeared invaluably in relation to the health satisfaction factor 1 and factor 2 statistically.

      • 靑黃散의 白血病에 對한 抗腫瘍效能 硏究

        In the literatual study of anti-tumor effects of chunghwangsan for leukemia, the results were as follows. 1. Chunghwangsan is composed of Indigo naturalis and Realgar. The composing rate is 9 : 1 and it is made into capsule or piece. The basic administration is 0.3g per day and could increase the quantity each day. 2. The effects of Chunghwangsan is expelling toxin and colling, colling blood to detumescence, drying wetness and anticancer are. So it can be used to treat AML, CML and lymphoma. 3. The anticancer component of Indigo naturalis is indirubin which has the effects of suppression the transplanted tumor, activating the phagocyte of macrophage, promoting the maturation of myeloblast to improve cure rate of CML. The anticancer component of Realgar is As_2O_3 which has the direct celluar toxicity for leukemia cell. 4. In viewpoints of oriental medicine, leukemia is malgnant myeloid neoplasia in which pathogen invade to shaoyin(少陰). So Chunghwangsan which is expelling toxin and colling, colling blood to detumescence, drying wetness and anticancer is effective to leukemia. 5. In clinical reports, Chunghwang is often used in CML, and also used in AML, lymphoma and so on. 6. Chunghwangsan is cool-natured, so we must carefully pay attention to pregnant women and hematsdthenic patients. The main side effects are nausea, bone marrow pain, diarrhea, polydefecation, hematokezia and purpora. We sometimes take invigorating stomach medicine to prevent the side effects. 7. If we continuously develop Chunghwangsan and therapy for leukemia with syndrome differentiation, we can improve the response and cure rate for leukimia in the future.

      • 한국산 나비 目(Lepidoptera)의 발향린(Androconia)에 관한 주사전자현기경적 연구 III. 네발나비科

        한국산 네발나비과에 보고된 77종 중 북한산 12종과 채집하지 못한 21종을 제외한 44종, 670여 개체를 재료로 광학현미경으로 발향린의 유무 및 분포를 확인하였다. 이중 발향린이 관찰된 10종을 대상으로 주사전자현미경으로 그 형태를 비교 연구하였다. 1. 발향린이 관찰된 종은 Brentis ino(R.), Argyronome laodice (P.). A. ruslana (M.). Damora sagana (D.), argynnis paphia (L.), Childrena zenobia (L.), Speyeria aglaja (L.), Fabriciana pallescens (B.), F. adippe (L.), F. nerippe(c.et R. F.) 10종이다. 2. 발향린은 암컷에서는 관찰되지 않았고, 수컷이 앞날개 표면에서만 관찰되었으며, 시맥위에서만 분포한다. 3. 확인, 관찰된 10종의 발향린은 나발막(fimbriae), 경부(neck), 잎새(laminar), 자루병반(foot stalk) 등 발향린의 전형적인 모양을 나타내었으며, 동종내 개체간 변이는 관찰되지 않았다. 4. Argyronome laodice, A. ruslana, Damora sagana, argynnis paphia, Childrena zenobia, Fabriciana pallescens 등 6종에서는 2가지 형태의 발향린이 관찰되었다. 5. 본 연구에서 관찰한 10종은 Subfamily Argynninae아과의 Argynnini족에서만 관찰되었으며, 관찰된 발향린중 Type ⅠⅠ의 형태는 종간에 큰 차이점이 없었고, Type Ⅰ은 많은 형태적 차이를 보이므로 분류학적으로 중요한 형질이라 사료된다. this paper observed through microscope the existance and the distribution of the androconia of the 44 species Nymphalidae among 77 ones that have been reported in Korea, excluding 12 species in North Korea and 21 one's not collected ten species that were observed the androconia among those were chifely compared and studied through Scanning Electron Microscope. 1. The 10 species that observed androconia is Brentis ino(R.), Argyronome laodice (P.). A. ruslana (M.). Damora sagana (D.), Argynnis paphia (L.), Childrena zenobia (L.), Speyeria aglaja (L.), Fabriciana pallescens (B.), F. adippe (L.), F. nerippe(C. et R. F.) 2. The androconia was not found at the female, but only on the dorsal surface of male's fore wings. 3. The androconia of 10 species was not observed intraspecific seasonal variation and individual variation. It was appeared the androconia as general type of fimbriae, neck, laminar and foot stalk. 4. Two types(typeⅠ and Ⅱ) of androconia were observed at the species of Argyronome laodice, A. ruslana, Damora sagana, Argynnis paphia, Childrena zenobia, Fabriciana pallescens. 5. According to this study, the androconia of 10 species observed only Argynnini, subfamily Argynniae. The type Ⅱ of the androconia similar to between species but type Ⅰ was observed multitudes of morphological difference. These difference of type Ⅰ was very important taxonomical characters.
