Pulmonary blastoma is a very rare primary neoplasm of the lung. We experienced a case of pulmonary blastoma in a 40 years old man. The mediobasal segmentectomy of the right lower lobe was performed. The patient was discharge on the postoperative days 6. There is no evidence of recurrence or metastasis on followup study during 7 months period after operation.

활성슬러지 세균에 의한 장바이러스의 제거에 관한 연구

At present, the activated sludge process is claimed to have a high capability of removing viruses if the process is operated properly. In this research, in order to obtain fundamental information needed to establish a new technology for virus removal using microbes in the activated sludge process, the roles played in virus removal by some typical bacteria found in activated sludge basin were inveatigated using poliovirus as model virus. The results showed that the virus in the liquid phase decreased by a reversible absorption phenomenon of the virus to the surface of the bacterial flocs.

The results of study focused on protein reuse of livestock wastewater sludge are as follows : 1. Generally increasing COD and BOD sludge loading, protein content was a tendency to increase. 2. The more SRT increase, the less protein content sludge was a tendency to decrease. 3. For the purpose of improving treatment efficiency of livestock wastewater and increasing protein products, it was profitable to treat more two-step aeration process than activated sludge process in treatment efficiency and volume.

제왕절개수술후 병원 입원기간에 대한 경막외강, 지주막하강 및 PCA morphine의 효과

This study was designed to evaluate the effect of Epidural, intrathecal and PCA morphine analgesia on the length of hospital stay after cesarean section. Eighty nine patients of ASA 1 or 2 were classified randomly into 3 groups. Epidural morphine (group 1, n=32) was given once in a dose of 4mg immediately after delivery. The subarachnoid dose (group 2. n=32) was 0.25mg given at the time that spinal anesthesia was administered. PCA devices was programmed to deliver 1ml(lmg) morphine bolus doses on demand, with a lockout interval of 10 min and with background infusion of 0.5 mg/hr. The results as follows. 1) passing of flatus was noted 48.6±12.1hr. on group 1, 42.2±11.9hr. in group 2, and 50.8±5.9hr. in group 3. there was significant different between group 2 and group 3(p<0.05) 2) The duration of hospital stay was 94.8±19.7hr. in group 1, 95.7±19.7hr. on group 2, and 100.1±20.7hr. in group 3.

에이전트 기반의 침입 탐지 방안 연구

Abstract - The Intrusion Detection System is for protecting the system from the intruder by realizing the system's vulnerability and getting rid of the cause in the short time. Most of the Intrusion Detection Systems which are operating the Firewall are powerful to protect the system against the external intruder. But they don't work very well to the internal intruder. Although host-based vulnerability analysis is necessary for inspecting and analyzing the system's vulnerability, it is impossible to manage all of the host system. To get rid of those problems, we use the Mobile Agent. But to use the same agent to every application sever is the squandering of its function, a waste of time for analyzing and searching the data, and the deterioration of network bandwidth's efficiency. In this paper, we installed the functional agent to the network's inside of the Intrusion Detection System. After installing the lightweight agent at the specific application, we can obtain the good result of management by using the Mobile-Agent Model. For the proof, we made a comparison Client-server Model of the Remote Procedure call and Mobile-Agent Model.

월경과당의 자궁경적 소견

Objectives: Hypermenorrhea is one of the most common symptom in gynecologic department. Organic causes of hypermenorrhea are endometrial polyp, chronic cervicitis, endometrial dysplasia and endometrial cancer. To find the exact cause of hypermenorrhea and rule out the organic uterine disorder in the patient who considered hypermenorrhea, hysteroscopic examination and endometrial biopsy were performed. Methods: Study group were 125 patients, who received hysteroscopic endometrial biopsy from 2. 2001 to 2. 2005 with hypermenorrhea, negative in urine pregnancy test, normal in cervix cytology, and without organic lesion causing hypermenorrhea in pelvic exam and ultrasonography. Age, Parity and hysteroscopic biopsy result were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Mean age of the study group was 34 and mean parity was 1.5. When final hysteroscopic biopsy histology were analysed, Proliferative and secretory phase were most common (64.8%), folloewed by simple hyperplasia (20.8%), endometrial polyp (10.4%), chronic cervicitis (2.4%), endometrial dysplasia and endometrial malignancy (0.8%). Of 125 patients, who considered primary hypermenorrhea, 107 (85.6%) Patients were proved true primary hypermeorrhea on hysteroscopic biopsy. The others had abnormal findings (14.4%). Conclusions: When patients visited the hospital with hypermenorrhea, doctors should be suspicious of endometrial organic disease and treat the patients with exact diagnosis, In these patients, hysteroscopic examination and biopsy were very useful and safe method to determine exact diagnosis and treatment plan.

제왕절개 수술후 경막외강, 지주막하강 및 전신 투여 morphine이 위장관 기능의 회복에 미치는 영향

Background : This study was designed to evaluate the effect of epidural, intrathecal and intravenous morphine analgesia on the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. Methods : Eighty nine patients of ASA I or 2 were classified randomly into 3 groups. Group 1(n=32)received epidural anesthesia with 2% lidocaine and 0.5% bupivacaine, and once in a dose of 4mg morphine immediately after delivery through the epidural catheter. Group 2(n=32) received spinal anesthesia with 0.25% hyperbaric 8.75mg bupivacaine, and 0.25mg morphine and 10㎍ fentanyl at the time that spinal anesthesia was administered. Group 3(n=25) received intravenous morphine after recovery of general anesthesia as a 0.5mg/h background infusion with a lmg bolus and a lockout interval 10min during the first 24 hour. Results : Passing of flatus was noted 48.6±12.1 hours in group 1, 42.2±11.9 hours in group 2, and 50.8±5.9 hours in group 3. There was significant difference between group 2 and group 3(p<0.05).The duration of hospital stay was 94.8±19.7 hours in group 1, 95.7±19.7 hours in group 2 and 100.1±20.7 hours in group 3. Conclusions : Choice of postoperative analgesia may affect the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section. If convalescence protocols are adjusted to take advantage of the earlier recovery of bowel function, there may be a more shorter hospital stay.

比較憲法에 관한 硏究 : 民主主義國家의 憲法과 共産主義國家의 憲法을 中心으로

This paper aims to make clear the fundamental differences between the constitutions of two political systems, constitutional democracy and communism. (1) Fundamental Human Rights The recognition and the protection of fundamental liberties are the essences of the political system of constitutional democacy. The reality of individual liberties is the only reliable criterion that differentiates the two political systems, since the institutional apparatus of both government, assemblies, elections, parties, bureaucracies have become stereotyped to the point of identity. Recognition or nonrecognition of fundemental guaranties are closely related to the ideological telos of either system. In the constitutional democracy they crystallize the supreme values of human self-realization and dignity. In the communist states they are denied legitimacy not only because they may function as foci of opposition against monolithic power but also because they could obstruct the ideology of economic planning under collectivism. The idelolgical foundation and functional purpose of classical fundamentalism underwent a fa -reaching transformation in the Marxian society. The Russian Revolution preaches and practices the primacy of the collectivity over the individual. Instesd of being "inalienable" interpreted as obligations of the state toward the laboring masses. The attitude of Marxism in the U.S.S.R. and the so-called "People's Democracies" toward fundamental liberties is altogether different. All constitutions in the Soviet orbit contain elaborate statements on fundamental rights of the citizens, characteristically coupled with provisions concerning their duties toword the state and the community. Civil liberties in the classical sense, which the constitution of communist states merely summarizes, are overshadowed by the new social and economic rights. The guaranty of the civil rights proper is hedged in by the rubber clause that they are guaranteed " in conformity with the interests of the working class" and "in order to strenghthen the socialist system". Especially political rights of the suffrage are converted into compulsory mass participation in the political process directed by the party hierarchy. And its single party (communist party)was the straight negation of all political liberty. (2) Patterns of Governament In the modern democratic-constitutional state the essence of the power process consists in the attempt to establish an equilibrium between the various competitive plural forces within in state society, with due regard to the free unfolding of the human personality. In communist state, social control and political power are monopolized by a single power holder, subordinating the individual to the ideological requirements of the group domination the state. The basic difference between the two political systema conists in whether, in the various stages of the governmental process, political power, is distributed among and shared by several independent power holders or whether political power is concentrated in and monoploized by a single power holder, be it an individual person, and assembly, or a party. Assembly government system revived in the Stalin constitution of 1936 in the U.S.S.R. from where it spread, after the Second World War, to all satellite states, as well as East Germany, Red China, North Korea. No communist state fails to conform to this standard pattern. Assembly government, by its own biological laws. easily transforms itself into a regime in which a single power holder exercises the monopoly of political power. This may well be the intrinsic reason for the communist preference. By necessity the communist state is a plice state. Another indispensable instrument of social control is the single party. The governmental techniques of a communist regime are necessarily authoritarian. But the regime does much more than exclude the power addressees from their legitimate share in the formation of the will of the state. It attempts to mold the private life, the soul, the spirit and the mores of the citizens to a dominant ideology that the various instrumentalities of the power process force on the non-conformists.

중, 고등학생의 한국판 상태-특성 불안척도의 적용 연구

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the validity and standardize the Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) in middle and hi? school students and find the factors which influenced their anxiety. Methods : 1,033 middle and hi? school students were selected randomly from 7 regions around the country. The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) was applied in all subjects and the Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) was applied with it to calculate the coexistence validity. To find the causes of adolescent anxiety, Beck Depression Inventory (BDI), Subjective Happiness Scale, The Satisfaction With Life Scale, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RES), Parent-Adolescent communication family inventories, In family social scene were all applied and correlation with STAI was investigated. Results : Reliability issues, such as internal coherence, the coherence between specific phobia and anxiety state were Satisfactory and the coexistence validity with BAI was high. The result of factor analysis shows that factor structures were similar to previous studies. High school students showed higher anxiety levels than middle school students, and girls higher than boys. For socio-economical factors, Poverty and poor grades related to higher anxiety. Among psychological factors, happiness and Self-esteem showed high correlation wi anxiety. Conclusion : The State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) showed high validity and reliability in middle and hi? school students and proved itself a reliable scale. When treating their anxiety, age, sex, socio-economical and psychological factors should all be considered.
