Acinetobacter sp.에 의한 액체,고체 알칸의 미생물 분해특성 비교연구

소수성 오염물질인 원유성분의 분해메카니즘을 규면하기 위하여 원유중 알칸성분의 동시분해능을 지닌 Acinetobacte sp.를 단리하여 액체/고체알칸, 서로다른 고체알칸을 단일 또는 복합기질로 하여 비교분해연구를 행하였다. 또한 비분해성 유기액상성분인 pristane을 원유매체, 고체알칸인 heneicosane을 유효기질로 하는 실험계를 확립하여 원유성분의 분해모델로서 연구를 행하였다. 본 연구에 이용된 Acinetobacter sp. 는 기질의 물리적 상태가 다른 액체/고체 성분의 분해특성에 차이를 보이지 않고 소수성기질의 표면에 직접접촉하여 분해할수 있음을 시사하였으며, 서로 다른 고체알칸의 단일 또는 복합 분해연구와 탄화수소에 대한 미생물의 부착성 결과가 이를 밑받침하였다. 또한 고체성분이 원유중에서는 유기상내에 용존상태로 존재함에 착안한 heneicosane/pristane 계의 연구결과 원유매체는 매생물로 ??유효기질 전달을 억제함을 밝혔으며, 단일성분으로 존재할때에 비하여 분해가 일어나기위한 미생물과의 접촉면적을 감소시키는 유효기질의 비표면적 저하가 주요 원인임을 알 수 있었다. Comparative biodegradation studies of liquid and solid alkanes and of two different solid alkanes were conducted by an isolated Acinetobacter sp., which degraded crude oil alkanes simultaneously, for the determination of degradation mechanism of hydrophobic crude oil constituents. Also a model oil experimental system composed of a solid alkane, heneicosane, as a dubstrate and a non-degradable non-aqueous phase liquid, pristane, as an oil matrix was a substrate and a non-deradable non-aqueous phase liquid, pristane, as an oil was established and studied. It was proposed that the Acinetobacter sp. utilized hydrophobic substrates directly on the surface of them with no difference in the degradation rates between the liquid and solid alkanes. On the basis of the results from the heneicosane/pristane system which imitates crude oil matrix containing solid constituents, the crude oil matrix was considered to reduce the bioavailability of contained substrates by reducing the specific surface area of substrates to contact with microorganisms.

The image and the scenery of a city is made up by the relative space composition method of its elements-streets, plots, and buildings. At the first stage of the city development, the streets are formed by parceling the land and on this basis, the buildings are constructed. This basic structure of the city would function as an urban environment. The city would start to work with more functions as it develops, and it would operate as a foundation for the future development of the city. This study is to analyse the physical urban form and environment by studying the present urban tissues. The regional area of this study will be limited to the city blocks at the center of Seoul, south of the Chunggae river. The streets in this area are in various widths, I-2m up to 20m, the total length of the streets is 7,64.5m. The area consists of 10 administrative districts, 1,740 plots, 1,284 buildings, and streets. This study would focus on understanding the physical characteristics of the city by classifying the streets to 4 groups according to their formation and changing process, grasping the meaning of the space structure by analysing the physical characteristics of the buildings and their usage as well as the three dimensional urban space structure made by the buildings along the streets, and consideration of the role of the urban tissues as the urban infrastructure.
정확한 급전 구조를 고려한 레이돔 원형 패치 안테나 해석

본 논문에서는 프로브로 급전되는 단일 원형 마이크로스트립 안테나 위에 게이돔과 같은 또 다른 유전체가 씌어져 있는 구조에 대해서 모멘트 법을 이용하여 해석을 하였다. 급전 구조의 정확한 해석을 위하여 어태치먼트 모드를 이용하여 패치와 급전겅에서의 전류의 연속성을 보장해 줌으로써, 급전점에서 급격히 변하는 전류성분들을 표현할 수 있었다. 해석된 결과는 실험을 통하여 검증되었고, 서로 잘 일치하고 있음을 확인할수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the urban tissues In terms of its historical environment The historical environment has an effect on the physical characteristics of a city and the physical environment is decided and changed by the interaction of Its components such as the street systems, plots and buildings The city of Seoul had been formed based upon Its natural elements, and Its street system had been built up along with Its waterway system The waterway is the main contextual factor of the irregular alley system of the old Seoul, which has been one of the main historical environment of the City for the last 600 years By analysing the historical maps and documents, the actual building documents, and the survey result of the several blocks in the City, this study would present that the Irregular geometrical configuration of Seoul was based upon Its waterway systems and the urban configuration has been affected by It's urban tissues In terms of historical environment for hundreds of years The study also suggests that It would be important to cons1der this historical urban environment of Seoul as a guideline of the future urban planning of the city
Optimizing DICOM File Processing: A Comprehensive Workflow for AI and 3D Printing in Medicine

Purpose: This study aims to develop a comprehensive preprocessing workflow for Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) files to facilitate their effective use in AI-driven medical applications. With the increasing utilization of DICOM data for AI learning, analysis, Metaverse platform integration, and 3D printing of anatomical structures, the need for streamlined preprocessing is essential. The workflow is designed to optimize DICOM files for diverse applications, improving their usability and accessibility for advanced medical technologies. Methods: The proposed workflow employs a systematic approach to preprocess DICOM files for AI applications, focusing on noise reduction, normalization, segmentation, and conversion to 3D-renderable formats. These steps are integrated into a unified process to address challenges such as data variability, format incompatibilities, and high computational demands. The study incorporates real-world medical imaging datasets to evaluate the workflow’s effectiveness and adaptability for AI analysis and 3D visualization. Additionally, the workflow’s compatibility with virtual environments, such as Metaverse platforms, is assessed to ensure seamless integration. Results: The implementation of the workflow demonstrated significant improvements in the preprocessing of DICOM files. The processed files were optimized for AI analysis, yielding enhanced model performance and accuracy in learning tasks. Furthermore, the workflow enabled the successful conversion of DICOM data into 3D-printable formats and virtual environments, supporting applications like anatomical visualization and simulation. The study highlights the workflow's ability to reduce preprocessing time and errors, making advanced medical imaging technologies more accessible. Conclusions: This study emphasizes the critical role of effective preprocessing in maximizing the potential of DICOM data for AI-driven applications and innovative medical solutions. The proposed workflow simplifies the preprocessing of DICOM files, facilitating their integration into AI models, Metaverse platforms, and 3D printing processes. By enhancing usability and accessibility, the workflow fosters broader adoption of advanced imaging technologies in the medical field.

At present, the activated sludge process is claimed to have a high capability of removing viruses if the process is operated properly. In this research, in order to obtain fundamental information needed to establish a new technology for virus removal using microbes in the activated sludge process, the roles played in virus removal by some typical bacteria found in activated sludge basin were inveatigated using poliovirus as model virus. The results showed that the virus in the liquid phase decreased by a reversible absorption phenomenon of the virus to the surface of the bacterial flocs.
