        뇌졸중 환자의 감각과 시지각 기능훈련을 위한 다목적암맹상자(multi-purpose blind box) 개발 및 효과성 검증

        Objective: This study developed Multi-purpose Blind Box and applied to stroke patients who suffered from sensoryfunction and visual perception to provide the role as a training tool. Methods: Thirty three stroke patients were participated as subjects. Multi-purpose blind box developed in thisstudy were used as research tool and Semmes Weinstein Monofilament(SWM), Two-point DiscriminationTest(TD), Modified Moberg Pickup Test(MPT), MVPT-3 and QUEST 2.0 were used as assessment tools. Theexperimental group conducted Multi-purpose Blind Box training program 30 minutes per day with three times aweek while the control group were given traditional occupational therapy. Results: The score differences of SWM, TD, MPT and MVPT-3 between before and after applying Multi-purposeBlind Box training were significantly higher in the experimental group(p<.05). The experimental group showed adecrease in SWM and TD scores, a decrease in MPT time and an improvement in MVPT-3 scores after trainingwith Multi-purpose blind box. Usability after using Multi-purpose blind box were rated more than average in allquestions. Conclusion: This study showed that using Multi-purpose blind box for training had a positive effect on the sensoryfunction and visual perception of stroke patients and therefore it further could be applied for assessment tool aswell. 목적 : 본 연구는 다목적 암맹상자(multi-purpose blind box)를 개발하고 이의 효과성 검증을 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 감각과 시지각 기능향상을 위한 훈련도구로서의 역할을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 연구 대상자는 광역시 소재 병원에서 작업치료를 받고 있는 뇌졸중 환자 33명을 선정 하였다. 연구도구로서 본 연구에서 개발한 감각과 시지각 기능향상 훈련용 다목적 암맹상자를 활용하였으며, 평가도구는 Semmes Weinstein Monofilament(SWM), Two-point Discrimination Test(TD), ModifiedMoberg Pickup Test(MPT), MVPT-3와 QUEST 2.0을 사용하였다. 대상자들은 무작위 할당을 통해실험군과 대조군으로 분류한 후 초기평가를 실시하였으며 실험군에게는 다목적 암맹상자 훈련 프로그램을 1회당 30분간 주 3회를 시행하였다. 대조군은 전통적인 작업치료를 받도록 하였고 실험군과 대조군모두 6주간 훈련 후 재평가를 실시하였다. 결과 : 다목적 암맹상자 훈련 전·후 실험군과 대조군의 SWM, TD, MPT 및 MVPT-3 점수 차이는 대조군보다 실험군에서 유의하게 더 높았다(p<.05). 또한 실험군에서는 다목적 암맹상자 훈련 시행 후SWM과 TD 수치의 감소, MPT 시간의 감소 그리고 MVPT-3 점수는 향상됨을 보였다. 다목적 암맹상자 활용 후 사용성 평가는 모든 문항에서 보통 이상의 수준으로 대답하였다. 결론 : 본 연구결과 다목적 암맹상자를 이용한 훈련이 뇌졸중 환자의 감각과 시지각 기능에 긍정적인 영향을미친다는 점을 알 수 있었고, 향후 훈련도구뿐만 아니라 평가도구로서도 활용할 수 있을 것을 기대한다.

        소프트렌즈 재질 별 누액단백질 침착 및 계면활성제종류에 따른 다목적용액의 세척효율

        The present study was aimed to investigate the cleaning efficacy of multi-purpose solutions containingdifferent types and content of surfactants and their effect on the visible light transmittance of soft lens. Methods:Soft lenses made of different materials (etafilcon A and hilafilcon B) were deposited tear proteins by using theartificial tear and then compared the resulting cleaning efficacy and visible light transmittance after cleaning thelens with 6 types of multi-purpose solutions containing different content of surfactants. Results: The cleaningefficacy of multi-purpose solutions was variously shown as approximately 23~43% according to the activeconcentration of surfactants and surface tension in multi-purpose solution when etafilcon A lens cleaned withrubbing. The highest cleaning efficacy was detected when cleaned with the multi-purpose solution containinghydrogen peroxide besides surfactant however, the amount of remaining protein was still high on the lens. Afterwashed with multi-purpose solution, the visible light transmittance of lens was in 89.8 to 90.8%. The amount ofprotein deposited on hilafilcon B lens was very small compared with it on etafilcon A lens even though it wasincubated in artificial tears for 7 days, which showed 5~10% of protein amount in etafilcon A lens and thedecrease of visible light transmittance was also not significant. In case of rubbing with multi-purpose solution, thecleaning efficacy on hilafilcon B lens was in 45.4 to 67.4% however, the order of cleaning efficacy of multipurposesolution was different from it on etafilcon A lens. The visible light transmittance of hilafilcon B lens hasbeen restored to the level of new lens. Conclusions: From the result, it is concluded that the appropriate multipurposesolution should be selected according to the lens material and the amount of protein deposit on the basisof understanding surfactants and active principle for proper care of protein deposit on soft lens and the cleaningwith rubbing is more efficient for lens care regardless of manufacturer’s guideline. 본 연구에서는 계면활성성분 및 함유량이 다른 콘택트렌즈 관리용액의 세척효율 및 가시광선투과율에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 다른 재질의 소프트렌즈(etafilcon A 및 hilafilcon B 재질)에 인공누액을 이용하여 각각 단백질을 침착시킨 후 계면활성성분 및 함유량이 다른 6종류의 다목적용액을 사용하여 세척한 후 그에 따른 세척효율 및 광투과율을 비교하였다. 결과: Etafilcon A 재질 렌즈의 경우 다목적용액으로 문지르기를 하여 세척하였을 때 세척효율은 다목적용액의 계면활성성분 농도와 표면장력에 따라 약 23~43%로 다양하게 나타났으며, 계면활성성분 이외에 과산화수소를 함유하는 다목적용액으로 세척 시 가장 높은 세척효율을 보였으나 렌즈에 잔존하는 단백질량이 많았다. 다목적용액으로 세척 후 가시광선투과율은 89.8%~90.8%으로 나타났다. Hilafilcon B 재질 렌즈에서는 인공누액에 7일간 배양하더라도 침착되는 단백질양이 매우 적어 etafilcon A 재질렌즈의 5~10% 수준의 단백질량을 보였으며 가시광선투과율 감소도 크지 않았다. 다목적용액으로 문질러 세척하였을 경우 45.4~67.4%의 세척효율을 보였으나 etafilcon A 재질 렌즈와는 다른 세척효율 순서를 보였으며, 광투과율은 새 렌즈 수준으로 회복되었다. 결론: 이상의 결과로 소프트렌즈의 단백질 침전물의 올바른 관리를 위하여서는 다목적용액의 계면활성성분이나 원리에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 렌즈 재질과 침착된 단백질량에 따라 적절한 다목적용액을 선택하여야 하며, 제조사의 가이드라인과 상관없이 문지르기를 하여 관리하는 것이 보다 효율적임을알 수 있었다.

        Optimizing Movement of A Multi-Joint Robot Arm with Existence of Obstacles Using Multi-Purpose Genetic Algorithm

        To optimize movement of a multi-joint robot arm is known to be a difficult problem, because it is a kind of redundant system. Although the end-effector is set its position by each angle of the joints, the angle of each joint cannot be uniquely determined by the position of the end-effector. There exist the infinite number of different sets of joint angles which represent the same position of the end-effector. This paper describes how to manage the angle of each joint to move its end-effector preferably on an X-Y plane with obstacles in the end-effector’s reachable area, and how to optimize the movement of a multi-joint robot arm, evading obstacles. The definition of “preferable” movement depends upon a purpose of robot operation. First, we divide viewpoints of preference into two, 1) the standpoint of the end-effector, and 2) the standpoint of joints. Then, we define multiple objective functions, and formulate it into a multi-objective programming problem. Finally, we solve it using multi-purpose genetic algorithm, and obtain reasonable results. The method described here is possible to add appropriate objective function if necessary for the purpose.

        다목적 댐 및 다기능 보 운영을 고려한 대유역 SWAT 모형 구축기법 연구 - 남한강 유역을 대상으로 -

        This study is to evaluate the applicability of SWAT (Soil and Water Assessment Tool) model for multi-purpose dams and multi-function weirs operation in Namhan river basin ($12,577km^2$) of South Korea. The SWAT was calibrated (2005 ~ 2009) and validated (2010 ~ 2014) considering of 4 multi-purpose dams and 3 multi-function weirs using daily observed dam inflow and storage, evapotranspiration, soil moisture, and groundwater level data. Firstly, the dam inflow was calibrated by the five steps; (step 1) the physical rate between total runoff and evapotranspiration was controlled by ESCO, (step 2) the peak runoff was calibrated by CN, OV_N, and CH_N, (step 3) the baseflow was calibrated by GW_DELAY, (step 4) the recession curve of baseflow was calibrated by ALPHA_BF, (step 5) the flux between lateral flow and return flow was controlled by SOL_AWC and SOL_K, and (step 6) the flux between reevaporation and return flow was controlled by REVAPMN and GW_REVAP. Secondly, for the storage water level calibration, the SWAT emergency and principle spillway were applied for water level from design flood level to restricted water level for dam and from maximum to management water level for weir respectively. Finally, the parameters for evapotranspiration (ESCO), soil water (SOL_AWC) and groundwater level fluctuation (GWQMN, ALPHA_BF) were repeatedly adjusted by trial error method. For the dam inflow, the determination coefficient $R^2$ was above 0.80. The average Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency (NSE) was from 0.59 to 0.88 and the RMSE was from 3.3 mm/day to 8.6 mm/day respectively. For the water balance performance, the PBIAS was between 9.4 and 21.4 %. For the dam storage volume, the $R^2$ was above 0.63 and the PBIAS was between 6.3 and 13.5 % respectively. The average $R^2$ for evapotranspiration and soil moisture at CM (Cheongmicheon) site was 0.72 and 0.78, and the average $R^2$ for groundwater level was 0.59 and 0.60 at 2 YP (Yangpyeong) sites.

        신종 다중이용업소의 안전기준 사각지대 개선에 관한 연구

        Currently, the legal framework for installation of safety facilities has not been implemented for new multi-purpose business excluding 23 multi-purpose business types, and therefore, there is a high likelihood of large number of casualties in case of fire accident. At present, the new multi-purpose business can start its operation only with administrative actions of the licensing agencies and registration to the tax agency, and it is difficult that the fire department, which is a competent safety management department, makes intervention them in the same way as before. In addition, as the licensing agency has no authority to restrict the business due to insufficient implementation of safety facilities, a lot of civil complaints occur, which causes difficulties in changing concerned laws and regulations rapidly. In this study, it is considered to analyze the legal system, status of safety management of multi-purpose business, type of new multi-use facility and characteristics of fire risk. Based on such analysis results, this study will suggest the improvement plan to solve the blind zones in the safety management, which enables the multi-purpose business to be operated within the legal framework.

      • Study on the Development of Multi-Purpose Fire Engines through Vehicle Safety Factor Design

        With the recent rapid economic growth, the construction of high-rise buildings such as new town apartment complexes, residential-commercial complexes, and office buildings has increased. This study thus attempted to develop a multi-purpose fire engine to enhance the response to a fire and rescue efforts in line with the steady increase in the demand for safety in high-rise buildings, through a design that combined techniques that focused on large ladders and a midsized 5-ton fire pump engine. A ladder function was added to the most widely used fire engine, with the design incorporating a maximum ladder height of 20 m for fire suppression and lifesaving. A basket was fitted to the end of the ladder to enable firefighters to safely perform these tasks, while the outrigger was designed to vertically descend to allow ladder work as long as vehicle entry is possible despite illegally parked cars. Based on the chassis of a commercial 5-ton fire engine as a type of conventional midsized pump engine, the result was a multi-purpose fire engine developed for special uses that require both fire pump and ladder functions. The multi-purpose fire engine was designed in consideration of safety factors for the direct rescue of people from buildings using a basket rated for a maximum load of 250 kg, through the application of a boom in addition to the common fire pump. It is expected that after their rapid arrival at the scene of a fire, such multi-purpose fire engines could be used for firefighting or lifesaving at relatively low 2-6-story buildings. It is anticipated that the present investigation and other relevant studies will allow the application of this novel design to various other vehicle types such as water tanks, chemical tanks, and rescue vehicles.

        다용도보조매트 개발이 초등예비교사들의 경쟁불안과 동작도전 수업에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the development of a multi-purpose auxiliary mat on competition anxiety and movement challenge classes of elementary school preservice teachers. The study participants were the students who participated in the physical education class from September 1, 2021 (Wednesday) to December 14 (Tuesday), targeting 59 first-year students at University of Education B. In order to verify the effect of the multi-purpose auxiliary mat on competition anxiety of preservice teachers, the Sports Competition Anxiety Test Paper 2 (CSAI-2) developed by Martens, Vealey & Burton (1990), student testimonials, in-depth interviews, and expert reviews were used. To achieve the purpose of this study, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were used. As a quantitative analysis method, a paired-sample t-test was used using the SPSS version 26.0 statistical program to investigate the difference of the multi-purpose auxiliary mat on competition anxiety of preservice teachers, and the significance level was set as α=.05. As a qualitative analysis method, the following research results were obtained using student testimonials, in-depth interviews, and class observation journals. The developed multi-purpose auxiliary mat was found to relieve cognitive anxiety in the motion challenge class and to gradually improve the confidence of pre-service teachers. In particular, it is expected that the movement challenge class will lead to improvement of teaching and learning guidance methods of pre-service teachers, development of teaching and learning materials suitable for the unit, and positive change in the perception of the movement challenge class, which will lead to the activation of the movement challenge class. 본 연구의 목적은 다용도보조매트 개발이 초등학교 예비교사들의 경쟁불안과 동작도전 수업에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 B교육대학교 1학년 59명을 대상으로 2021. 9.1.(수) ~ 12.14.(화)까지 체육실기 수업에 참여한 학생을 대상으로 하였다. 다용도보조매트가 예비교사들의 경쟁불안에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 Martens, Vealey & Burton(1990)이 개발한 스포츠 경쟁불안 검사지2(CSAI-2)와 학생소감문, 심층면담의 자료를 수집하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 규명하기 위해 양적분석과 질적분석 방법을 활용하였다. 양적 분석방법으로 다용도보조매트가 예비교사의 경쟁불안에 미치는 차이를 알아보기 위해 SPSS version 26.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 대응표본t-검정을 사용하였으며, 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였다. 질적 분석방법으로는 학생소감문, 심층면담을 활용하여다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 개발된 다용도보조매트는 동작도전 수업의 인지불안을 해소하고 예비교사들의 자신감을 점진적으로 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 동작도전 수업을 통해 예비교사들의 교수․학습지도방법의 개선과 단원에 맞는 교수․학습자료 개발 그리고 동작도전 수업에 대한 긍정적 인식변화는 동작도전 수업의 활성화로 이어질 것으로 기대한다.

      • Development of a Simulation Model and Performance Evaluation for an Electric Multi-purpose Cultivator

        In the agricultural field, interest in the electrification of small agricultural machines is increasing. However, in order to electrify agricultural machinery, an actual test is required, which is time consuming and expensive. In order to solve those problems, simulation software is used in agricultural machinery recently. The aim of this study is to develop simulation model and to evaluate performance of the electric multi-purpose cultivator through simulation analysis. The simulation model was developed using commercial software, Simulation X (Ver 4.0, ESI ITI GmbH, Dresden, Germany). The input parameter of simulation was the engine load data using a conventional (engine-driven type) multi-purpose cultivator. The data was collected by configuring the load measurement system, and load cycle was developed by repeating the data under the most severe conditions. As a result of the simulation, the maximum values of motor torque, rotational speed, and power of the electric multi-purpose cultivator were 16.8 Nm, 2,033 rpm, and 3.3 kW, respectively. The continuous working time was about 2.7 hours. In the future study, research on verification and improvement for a simulation model of electric multi-purpose cultivator should be conducted.

        소형 다목적 홀의 음향성능 개선

        Recently, in accordance with the development of culture and the improvement of citizens' consciousness, it is the real state that the construction of small multi-purpose hall where various cultural events is on increasing. Accordingly, because of its characteristic, as such small-type multipurpose hall has been emphasized at the clearness of sound, also has been required the repletion or abundance of sound at the same time, it could be said that a sufficient examination and planning about the architectural acoustic design is essential. However, since the most of small multi-purpose hall was designed and constructed without consideration on the acoustic element, many problem points are on occurring. Also, in case of the study-purpose subject small multi-purpose hall, since use of the finishing material of a strong sound-absorption, and because the diffusion and reflection of sound are not properly achieved, in case when perform a musical instrument, as the sound is too dull and stiff, it is hard to appreciate a music with a sufficient tone, it is the situation that the acoustic performance improvement is urgently requiring. On such viewpoint, this study has grasped its acoustic defect by measurement of the acoustic performance about the subject small-type multipurpose hall, also has intended to propose the small multi-purpose hall equipped with an optimized acoustic performance, using the acoustic simulation, thereafter. It is deeming that the material grasped in such way could be utilized as the useful material when a renovation of the similar hall for improvement of the acoustic performance in the future.

        This study focused on the analysis of development trends for large-scale amphibious ships of major nations to discharge multi-purpose mission. Multi-functional based naval vessels that (an be fulfill their various missions such as asymmetric threats by a small-fast and armed boat suicide terror, anti-access threats of terrorism, control the illicit drug and weapons, mop up the pirate, maintain maritime security as well as anti-surface warfare, anti-air warfare, anti-submarine warfare and various missions have been constructed at the present day, Multi purpose aircraft carrier force is acutely required at the area that combined and expeditionary operation are needed, however same function may be not displayed comparing with aircraft carrier, large-scale amphibious ship that is feasible power deployment and war potential capacity commitment(aviation force, well-trained force of landing warriors ere) by reason of astronomical budget were under construction and deployed. In addition, massive large scale amphibious ships are undergoing transfiguration to multi-purpose. It is spared no effort to develop the landing ship in order to discharge multi-purpose mission in America, Europe and Asia including Japan navy, diverse aviation forces loading are so getting reinforce as to be accomplish the function of aircraft carrier in time of emergency situations.
