Seismic design of reinforced concrete structures if based on the ductility approach that study to improve of strength and ductility in concrete members to require. This paper is, therefore, to study on the strength and the ductility of reinforced concrete columns subjected to high axial compression loads(0.35fc' .Ag). The test results from 1/3 scale models using high-strength reinforced concrete (fc'=560/㎠) is presented. For the research the experimental variables used the shape of shear reinforcing bar, the space of shear reinforced bar and axial force ratio. As a result, deformation capacity of reinforced concrete columns subjected to high axial compression loads affected in the influences of axial force ratio and the space of shear reinforced bar, the shape of shear reinforcing bar.

Malignant melanoma arising from the mucosa of head and neck region was rare and showed poor prognosis. Some of malignant melanoma were transformed from benign melanotic lesion. Malignant melanoma had high cellular proliferation and rapid growth. The percentage of PCNA-positive cell (labeling index) is high in many malignant tumor. So we compared the pattern of PCNA expression in the melanotic lesion. We performed the immunohistochemical study in malignant melanoma(19 cases), benign melanotic macule(24 cases) and normal mucosa(20 cases) were diagnosed in Seoul National University Dental Hospital between 1980 and 2000. Positive PCNA staining was found mainly in malignant melanoma. The mean PCNA expression in malignant melanoma, melanotic macule, normal tissue were 29.2%, 1.4%, 0%, respectively. Significant differences in PCNA expression were noted between malignant melanoma and melanotic macule(p<0.01), normal mucosa(p<0.01). These result suggested that the PCNA expression seems to be used as a diagnostic indicator for malignancy in malignant melanoma and melanotic lesion.

중형아파트 거주자가 선호하는 욕실환경디자인 분석

The purpose of this research is to provide desired bathroom environment design with comfortable environment by understanding the preferred bathroom design of the medium-sized apartments residents. The article examines the general characteristics, life and preference rates of residents in medium-sized apartments residents. A total of 642 sample, acquires via internet survey, were analyzed with statistical computer program SPSS PC+ window version 16.0. The conclusion of the article are as follow: 1) The medium-sized apartment residents are expecting that new facilities and the utilities should be improved and their usage should be increased. 2) The medium-sized apartment residents are behaving various action on the utilities. 3) The medium-sized apartment residents regard the bathroom as a place where they can take lower-body bathing or take rest, which means the residents are more concerned in using bathroom at will in comfortable environment. The results of this study may be used as basic data planning bathroom environment designs for housing supply for housing suppliers and used as significant information for residents to identify their own types that can be referred when they select apartments to live in.

조정변수로서 소비자의 유행관여, 상표친숙성, 부정적 정보가 의류상표확장 평가에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether customers' fashion involvement, brand familiarity, and expertise of negative information moderate the influence of the original brand attitude on the attitude toward extended brand attitudes in the fashion market. For these purposes, four hypotheses were developed and data was collected from 480 students. Data was analyzed using SPSS methods such as factor analysis, frequency, t-test, and moderated regression analysis. The results were as follows; it was found that the original brand attitudes positively influence the extended brand attitudes. Second, the influence of the original brand attitude on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when fashion involvement was high rather than low. Third, in the case that perceived similarity between the original and the extended product classes was high, the influence of the original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when brand familarity was high. Fourth, the influence of original brand attitudes on the extended brand attitudes was stronger when the perceived expertise of negative information source on the extended brand was high. Therefore, the results suggest that extending brands requires the systematic brand management considering customers' variables such as fashion involvement, brand familiarity, negative information etc. Also, it seems that brand strategy should be based on the segmentation for targeted customers' characteristics.

Two Bathroom 아파트 거주자의 만족도와 선호도 분석 : 욕실 설비를 중심으로

The purpose of this article is to establish fundamental sources and guidelines for the future bathroom remodeling by examining the present satisfaction of the residents who own two bathrooms in a 100㎡-128㎡ size apartment and their future preference trends. Questionnaire was distributed among targeted housewives of 7 different apartment complexes living in 100㎡-128㎡ size apartments in Ansan City, Gyeonggido Province from October 10, 2003 for 5 days. 308 out of 320 questionnaires were returned, and with exception of a few false entries, a total of 304 questionnaires were analyzed. The SPSS WIN Ver 10.0 Program was used for the material analysis, the One-way ANOVA were used for basic statistical analysis and Duncan test verified the differences of each group analyzed. The conclusions of the article are as follows: 1) This classification enabled an easy understanding of their satisfaction and future preferences and may be utilized as material to draw future bathroom remodeling guidelines. 2) The group with an experience in remodeling demonstrated higher levels of satisfaction compared to the group without remodeling experience before when analyzing the satisfaction on two bathrooms. 3) The preference levels of the attached fixtures and supplement equipments were the highest among the preference examinations.

서울지역 30평형대 아파트 욕실의 강남과 강북의 연대별 변화 : 형태와 면적의 비교분석

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for a desirable bathroom planning of the 30s pyung apartments. As a first step in this process, we analyzed the bathroom plans of the existing apartments. A trend of the bathroom planning of 30s pyung apartments in kangnam and kangbuk, in this study the form and size in the 30s pyung apartments are examined. The major findings are as follows; 1) The bathroom of b. u. from 1970 to 1980. 2) The bathroom are composed of b. u. + a washstand and a toilet stool of 2b. u. from 1990 to 2000. 3) It was found that the size of bathroom were increased in a trend. For the better planning of the bathroom factors like family size, life cycle, and manner of bathroom use this study should be analyzed in the future studies. The analysis of the bathroom plans of the apartments in the entire Seoul will be a prerequisite to them.

공동주택단지의 외부공간에 대한 체크리스트 개발

The purpose of this project is to show the design of the outdoor area of the apartment being divided into main and necessary spaces, and then being divided into smaller spaces ideally based on the first few. Through this project, we were able to see an example of how the apartment community functioned after the smaller spaces were placed. After seeing this example, we created a more specific and subjective checklist. In conclusion, the outdoor space of the multi-family housing was first divided into five spaces including a living room, a space where physical activity is possible, a space where people socialize, one for economic purposes and apartment security, and space for entertainment. Afterwards, the five spaces were broken down into several smaller areas into a total of 41 smaller spaces. A checklist was made from the five main spaces being broken down to a more specifically detailed 41 spaces. This checklist, which is pointed out while handling the contract, is a helpful key in the foundation in order to satisfy future residents of the apartment.

八味元이 Streptozotocin 糖尿病에 미치는 影響

Streptozotocin was injected to rats and rabbits to induce the experimental diabetes mellitus and Palmiwon was administrated to observe the changes of blood sugar, body weight, and serum Zn, Ca, Mg level in order to find out the effect of diabetic tratment by experimental method. And thus, the result was as follows: 1. The blood sugar level of diabetic rat was decreased after administration of Palmiwon. 2. Body weight of diabetic rat was moderately decreased after administratin of Palmiwon. 3. The less streptozotocin, 30 mg/kg, don't easily induce diabetes mellitus in rabbits. We did not find the changes of blood sugar, serum Zn, Ca, Mg level in the rabbits injected by streptozotocin, 30mg/kg of body weight.
