      • 무선 정보 시스템에서의 효율적인 이동 색인 기법

        최근 들어 무선 통신을 이용한 정보 교환이 큰 관심이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 점차 사용이 증가하고 있는 이동 전화기의 단말기 상에서 에너지 사용의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 색인기법인 SSP(Special Service Priority) 색인 기법을 제안한다. SSP 색인 기법은 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서 사용자가 원하는 데이터에 보다 빠르게 접근할 수 있도록 하며 분산 색인 기법(Distributed Indexing Scheme)이나 동적 분산 색인 기법(Dynamic Distributed Indexing Scheme)에 적용시킬 수 있다는 장점을 지닌다. SSP 색인 기법은 사용자들이 많이 요구할 것이라고 예상되는 데이터에 대한 위치 정보를 색인의 최상위 레벨인 루트레벨에 포함시켜 방송함으로써 단말기의 에너지 효율성을 높일 수 있고 사용자가 원하는 데이터에 접근하는 데 걸리는 시간을 줄일 수 있는 방법이다. Many people are the latest interested in the information exchange using wireless communications. In this paper, we propose the SSP(Special Service Priority) indexing scheme to increase the efficiency of energy use in terminal of a mobile telephone. The SSP indexing scheme provides a fast access mechanism for data searching in mobile computing environments and can be applied to distributed indexing scheme or dynamic distributed indexing scheme easily. Also, the SSP indexing scheme improves the energy efficiency of mobile terminal because it stores the location information of the frequently used data in the root level of indexing tree and broadcasts the location information of the root level.

      • 골성관절염 환자에 대한 Tenoxicam(Ro 12-0068)의 임상평가

        The therapeutic activity of Tenoxicam, a thienothiazine derivative with analgesic and anti inflammatory properties, was assessed in 30 patients with osteoarthritis of knee using Tenoxicam for 4 months period at the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, Chonbuk National University Hospital. Treatment lasted for four weeks. With Tenoxicam, excellent or good effect was obtained in 90% according to global assessment of treatment by patient. Also Tenoxicam proved to be effective compound on the basis of the pain on moving, pain at night and tolerance.

      • 脛骨 骨折에 對한 臨床的 硏究

        Recently, the incidencd of the tibial shafte fracture has rissn progressively because of rapid increase in traffic accidents and other sports injuries. The tibial shaft fracture is difficult to management because the open fracture is more frequent in this bone than in any other major bones. Consequently, the incidence of osteomyelitis, delayed union and non-union is increased. One hundred and fifty four patients (159 cases) of the tibial shaft fracture were treated and managed from May, 1974 to February, 1980 at the department of ortheopedic surgery, Jeonbug national university hospital. The following results were obtained: 1. The most common cause of the tibial shaft fracture was traffic accidents and the incidence of fracture was high in the young man. 2. The better prognosis was shown in the proximal one third fracture and in the transverse of oblique fracture. 3. There was a poor prognosis in open fracture and in case of associated with the same side fibular fracture. 4. The non-operative treatment reduced the time of bone union than the operative treatment and the frequency of delayed and nonunion were more prevalent in the operative treatment.

      • 요골 결손에 의한 내반수의 치험례

        Defect of the radius should be managed either fusion of the radius and ulna, or restoration of its continuity by bone graft. Reported herein is case in which the radius developed defect following total sequestrectomy and treatment of chronic osteomyelitis during her childhood. Reconstruction was tried with bone graft ; utilizing the ulna end resected from the same side. Follow up study showed good union and useful hand.

      • 骨髓炎의 臨床的 考察

        A clinical review and analysis of pyogenic ostemyelitis has been made on 198 patients, who had been admitted to our Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Jeonbug National University Medical School for past 4 years from June, 1974 to May, 1978. The following results were obtained. 1. Of all 198 cases, 56% was in under 20 years of age and male was more frequently affected than female. 2. It involved femur, tibia, and humerus in order of frequency. 3. Hematogenous route of infection was 63.6%, while the rest consisted mainly of infection following surgery to fractures. 4. More than half of the cases were chronic type at the time of visit and in only 8 cases could the treatment be started within 3 days of onset with successful antibiotics response. 5. Staphylococcus aureus could be identified in 66.1% of all and 14.8%(18 cases) showed no growth with culture. 6. Staphylococcal infection in this series showed high sensitivity to lincocin, gentamycin and cefamezin, but to penicillin it showed 97.5% resistant.

        Fracture of the tibial shaft is the most common fracture of the long bones. The treatment of fractures of the tibial shaft has become one of the most controversal subjects in orthopedic surgery. 23 Patoents with fracture of the tibial shaft were treated with Ender nails at the Department of orthopedic surgery, Chonbuk National University Hospital from December 1986 to June 1990.

        경골 간부골절에서 금속판 내고정술과 골수강내 고정술의 임상적 비교

        Fracture of the tibial shafte is the most common fracture of the long bones and there is much controversy concerning the method of treatment because of many complications, such as non-union, delayed union and infection. We reviewed and analyzed 68 tibial shaft fractures which had been treated at the Department of Orthopedic Surgery, Chonbuk National university Hospital from January 1988 to December 1990. We divided the cases into three groups, plating, flexible intramedullary and rigid intramedullary nailing, in order to determine the more adequate method of treatment of tibial shaft fracturs. The results were as follow: 1. In both groups, bone healing time was shorter in the patients under thirty years old and it was not affected by the fibular fracture, but all of the delayed and nonunions occured in the cases having concomitant fibular fracture. 2. The rate of fracture union was not affected by the fracture location and the worst prognosis among the fracture types was for segmental and comminuted fracture. 3. The average union time was 15.1 weeks in the plating group, 13.6 weeks in the flexible intramedullary nailing group and 12.5 weeks in the rigid intramedullary nailing group. 4. The time for achieving full range of motion and full weight bearing and fracture healing was less in the intramedullary nailing group. We conclude that intramedullary nailing is a more suitable method for the treatment of the tibial shaft fractures.
