In order to show the effect of a vast point pollutant source on air quality of Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant and its surrounding area, air quality around Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant was simulated by ISCLT-2 which was supplied by EPA. For this purpose the emission amount of SO_2, NO_2 and TSP was calculated and atmospheric stability was classified for a recent decade(1985~1994) in Pusan. A result of the emission amount showed that much amount of NO_2, NO_2 and TSP are emitted from industrial area. It was clear that NO_2 is much emitted from line source and industrial area. And as a result of classification of atmospheric stability, neutral, stable and unstable state were 58%, 24.1% and 17.9%, respectivly. The result of ai quality simulation by ISCLT-2 showed that Pusan Thermoeletric Power Plant is affecting on the increse of 2.0ppb, 3.0ppb and 5.0㎍/㎥, SO_2, NO_2, and TSP respectively at its surrounding area, site A-3 which was located westward 2.2㎞ distance from Plant

Pusan is the largest coastal city with a population of about four million in Korea. Because of increased and confused traffic, photochemical air pollution become a major urban environmental problem recently. The photo-chemical air pollution weather forecasting method preciser than existing air pollution forecast method has been developed to forecast ozone episode days with meteorological conditions using the data measured at 7 air quality continuous monitoring stations from June to September using 2 years (1994, 1995). The method developed in present study showed higher percentage correct and skill score than existing air pollution forecasting in KMA (Korea Meteorological Administration).
Fundamental Properties of Mortar and Concrete Using Waste foundry Sand

The development of automobile, vessel, rail road, and machine industry leads an increase of foundry production used as their components, which cause a by-product, waste foundry sand (WFS). The amount of the WFS produced in Korea is over 700,000 tons a year, but most WFS has been buried itself and only $5{\~}6\%$ WFS is recycled as construction materials. Therefore, it is necessary for most WFS to research other ways which can be used in a higher value added product. The study on recycling it as a fine aggregate for concrete or green sand has been in progress in America and Japan since 1970s and 1980s respaectively. In this study, two types of WFS were used as a fine aggregate for concrete. Nine types of concrete aimed at the specified strength of 30 MPa were mixed with washed seashore coarse sand in which salt was removed, and WFS and then appropriate mixture proportion of concrete was determined. Moreover, basic properties such as air contents, setting time, bleeding, workability and slump loss of the fresh concrete with WFS were tested and compared with those of the concrete mixed without WFS. In addition, both compressive strength of hardened concrete at each ages and tensile strength of it at the age of 28 days were measured and discussed.

본 연구에서는 디오판토스 방정식 x²+xy+y²=z² 의 모든 양의 정수해 (a,b,c)의 공식을 구하고, x²+xy+y²=p 꼴로 표현되는 소수의 조건을 구함으로써 c로 나타나는 모든 양의 정수의 형태를 판정하였다. In this paper we compute all the solutions (a,b,c) of the Diophantine equation x²+xy+y²=z² with positive integers a,b,c and we find out the condition of c by determining whether a prime p can be expressed as the form p=x²+xy+y²
Bowel Necrosis Associated with Enteral Feeding in a Postoperative Patient

A 42-year-old woman presented to the emergency department with peristaltic abdominal pain. She had a history of total gastrectomy and Roux-en-Y esophagojejunostomy due to gastric cancer 1 year ago at another hospital and suffered from recurrent ileus during 1 year three times. A exploratory laparotomy revealed internal hernia of small bowel, but intestinal ischemia was not observed. Manual reduction of herniated bowel and entero-enterostomy were performed, but tracheal aspiration developed during anesthesia. Aspiration pneumonia progressed to the acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) on postoperative day (POD) 2. Vital signs were stabilized and inotropic therapy was discontinued on POD 7. ARDS was improved, so ECMO was stopped on POD 19. Enteral feeding was started on POD 23 with a balanced formula (350 mOsm/kg H2O) at a rate of 25 ml/hr and advanced to a goal of 75 ml/h every day. She had the abdominal discomfort at 5 days after enteral feeding and fever (38.0oC). Abdominal CT revealed the small bowel infarction with pneumatosis intestinalis and portomesenteric vein gas. We confirmed small bowel necrosis on the previous herniated bowel and performed bowel resection and enterostomy. She was resolved from ARDS and transferred to general ward on POD 55. We report a rare case of bowel necrosis associated with enteral feeding in a postoperative patient with herniated small bowel.
Cultural Characteristics of Grifola frondosa stranis with bottle cultivation

In this study, 43 Collected strains of Grifola frondosa were tested in bottle cultivation. In rate of primordia formation, 10 strains were below 50%, 23 strains were 51~79% and 10 strains were over 80%. In pileus color, almost strains were grayish brown and only one strains were light grayish brown. Ivory and white pileus color were showed 2 strains, respectively. The fresh weight of fruit body per bottle of 25 strains were bellow 69g, that of 16 strains were 70~89g and that of 2 strains were over 90g. We selected 9 strains for parent strains of breeding with useful and various genetic characteristics.
