12주간의 골프트레이닝과 레슨프로그램이 아마추어 여성골퍼의 체력과 골프 수행능력 요인에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 개인별 골프레슨프로그램 설계의 방법으로 체력트레이닝을 위해 근력, 순발력, 민첩성, 유연성, 심 폐지구력을 측정하고 스윙분석을 실시하여 개인별 체력훈련프로그램과 골프스윙교정의 레슨 프로그램을 설정하 였다. 본 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해 Trackman 프로그램으로 샷 분석을 실시하였으며, 김창욱(2010)이 개발한 Motion track 프로그램으로 골프스윙 자세를 분석하여 개인별 운동 프로그램을 설계하여 주 3회의 트레이닝을 실 시하였다. 트레이닝을 통한 결과를 검증하기 위하여 4주마다 샷 분석 10회와 기초체력 테스트를 실시하였으며 Excel을 이용하여 실험 전후의 평균값을 비교하였다. 연구대상은 B도시에 거주하는 골프 경력 7년 이상의 여성 3 명으로 하였다. 연구 결과, 7번 아이언 및 드라이버의 경우 피험자 A, B, C 모두 헤드스피드, 볼스피드, 비거리가 향상되었으며, 기초체력 테스트의 결과 역시 실험전과 후 확실히 향상되었다. 본 연구를 통해 골프 레슨의 방법 으로 스윙분석과 기능성 골프트레이닝이 연습장 레슨에서 활용되어 레슨효과의 극대화 및 상해예방과 체력을 향 상시키는데 기여하고자 한다. The purpose of this study was development of individual golf lesson program through physical training and swing analysis. After physical test(strength, quickness, agility, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance) and swing test, we set up individual physical training program and swing lesson program for golf swing correction. To verify effect of this study, we used Trackman program for shot analysis and Motion track program for swing analysis developed by Kim Chang Uk(2010). The Trainees were 3 female golfers over 7 years golf career in B city. The results of this study were as follows: All trainees were improved head speed, ball speed, total length at 7 iron and driver. Also, basic physical ability was improved after individual training.

This thesis is about the manufacture of austenite high chromium steel by powder metallurgy. To make austenite form of high chromium steel, its components was based Cr 16.5%, Ni13.5%. To protect oxidation of chromium or to reduce chromic oxide, the dewpoint of reducing atmosphere should be dropped down. The gas for reducing atmosphere was used as cracked ammonia. To drop dewpoint with changing chemical components of reducing atmosphere, carbon was added And to protect oxidation of chromium, niobium was added. The components, proportional percentage of Cr 16.6, Ni 13.5, C 0.15 and Nb 0.6, was the most appopriateness, when it was sintered under the 1250℃ for 45 minutes. At that same time the hardness and intensive strength was increased. When high chromium steel was sintered decarborize was sintered occurge. It was proved that the chemical component of reducing atmosphere is changing, and dewpoint is dropping.

본 연구는 흰쥐를 사용하여 Y-미로에서 동물의 기억부담을 최소화시키고, 또한 공간적 정보의 사용없이 단지 상대적 방향 전략만으로도 학습이 가능한 조건에서 해마손상의 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 실험 1에서는 빛과 소리자극간의 단순변별학습을 시켰으며, 실험 2에서는 빛 또는 소리의 요소자극과 빛+소리의 복합자극의 형태화 변별학습을 시켰다. 실험 결과 단순변별과제에서는 해마손상집단도 통제집단과 마찬가지로 정상적인 변별학습이 가능하였으나, 형태화 변별과제에서는 해마손상군이 요소자극과 복합자극 간의 변별을 하지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 해마의 기능에 관한 구성연합이론의 관점에서 해석될 수 있었다. This study was an attempt to examine hippocampal lesion effets on the performance of configural discrimination task in the Y-maze. In experiment 1, the subjects were 16 naive male Sprague Dawley rats. Half of the animals were randomly assigned to hippocampal lesioned group, and the other to sham-operated control group. Two groups were trained in the simple discrimination task for five days. Hippocampal lesion group was able to learn simple discrimination task at a level similar to that of control group. In experiment 2, the subjects were 16 naive male Sprague Dawley rats. Half of the animals were randomly assigned to hippocampal lesioned group, and the other half to sham-operated control group. Two groups were trained in the configural discrimination task for seven days. In this task, control group was able to learn configural discrimination but hippocampal group was not. Cognitive mapping theory and working memory theory were difficult to explain the results because these tasks were required taxon system and reference memory. These results might be interpreted by the configural association theory of Sutherland and Rudy(1989).

This report is on a comparison between electro-conductivity and effect of temperature and cohesive power when zinc-abietate and zinc-S-pienene are heated. First, when abietic acid, a kind of aliphatic reside, is saponified with sodium hydroxide solution, sodium abietate is obtained to which metal-compound is added, then metalic abietate hardly soluble in water is obtained and when this solution dissolved by solvent, lavender oil, is printed on glass and is heated with 400℃, isolated metal is coated on its surface. Second, when pinene, a kind of aromatis reside, is added by sufure and metalic compound, metal-S-pinene is obtained. And when this solution dissolves by solvent, terpentine oil is printed on glass and is heated with 625 C。isolated metal is coated on its surface.
