        Purpose: This study aims to identify the correlation between perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship of college students to provide objective data for college students to improve perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship. Methods: Data was collect using questionaries between November 3rd to November 20th, 2018. Participants of this study were 110 male college students and 127 female college student who are currently attending universities aged 18 to 29 years old. Data were analyzed using average, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation using the SPSS 21.0 program. Result: The study has established the negative correlation between perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship(R=-.587, p<.001). As the level of perception of emotion dating violence is lower, satisfaction of relationship is higher. The number of relationships recognized by oneself, experience of dating violence, and severity of dating violence also demonstrated significant difference in perception of emotional dating violence and satisfaction of relationship. Conclusion: The result of the study suggests that perception of emotional dating violence is negatively related to satisfaction of relationship. Furthermore, this study suggests that it is important to increasing perception of dating violence for healthier and better quality of relationships.

      • 남자대학생의 정신건강, 부모양육태도, 애착이 도박중독에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: The purpose of this research was to identify the effect of mental health, parenting attitude and attachment on gambling addiction severity among male college students. Methods: Subjects of the research were 292 students recruited from colleges in Seoul, Korea. The questionnaires were composed of CPGI, DASS-21, PBI, ECR-R. The data was statistically analyzed by Chi-square, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson’s correlation. Results: The proportion of moderate-risk gambling and high-risk gambling group was reported 28.1%. There a statistically significant difference between gambling addiction severity groups in Anxiety(F=3.19, p<.05). Statistically significant linear relationship was found between Anxiety and gambling addiction score(r=.15, p<.05). There was statistically significant difference between gambling addiction severity groups in Caring(F=4.74, p<.01). Statistically significant linear relationship was found between Caring and gambling addiction score(r=-2.14, p<.01). There was statistically significant difference between gambling addiction severity groups in Overprotection(F=4.74, p<.01). Statistically significant linear relationship was examined between Overprotection and gambling addiction score(r=.20, p<.01). Significant difference was examined between gambling addiction severity in Attachment Anxiety(F=3.76, p<.05). Attachment Anxiety showed significant linear relationship with gambling addiction score(r=-.17, p<.01). Significant differences were examined between gambling addiction severity in Attachment avoidance (F=3.46, p<.05). Attachment avoidance showed no significant relationship with gambling addiction score(r=-.09, p=.12). Conclusions: This study showed the effect of mental health, parenting attitude and attachment on gambling addiction severity among male college students. Based on the result, it is recommend for nurses to develop intervention to prevent gambling addiction among college students by lowering anxiety, stabilizing attachment through desirable caring attitude from parents.

Novel dentin phosphoprotein frameshift mutations in dentinogenesis imperfecta type II.</P><P>The dentin sialophosphoprotein (<I>DSPP</I>) gene encodes the most abundant non‐collagenous protein in tooth dentin and DSPP protein is cleaved into several segments including the highly phosphorylated dentin phosphoprotein (DPP). Mutations in the <I>DSPP</I> gene have been solely related to non‐syndromic form of hereditary dentin defects. We recruited three Korean families with dentinogenesis imperfecta (DGI) type II and sequenced the exons and exon–intron boundaries of the <I>DSPP</I> gene based on the candidate gene approach. Direct sequencing of PCR products and allele‐specific cloning of the highly repetitive exon 5 revealed novel single base pair (bp) deletional mutations (c.2688delT and c.3560delG) introducing hydrophobic amino acids in the hydrophilic repeat domain of the DPP coding region. All affected members of the three families showed exceptionally rapid pulp chambers obliteration, even before tooth eruption. Individuals with the c.3560delG mutation showed only mild, yellowish tooth discoloration, in contrast to the affected individuals from two families with c.2688delT mutation. We believe that these results will help us to understand the molecular pathogenesis of DGI type II as well as the normal process of dentin biomineralization.</P>

      • Features and Properties of $YBa_2$$Cu_3$$O_{7-x}$ Films Grown on SrTi$O_3$ by High Frequency PLD

        YBCO films were deposited with various thicknesses from 100nm to 1.6$\mu\textrm{m}$ on single crystal $SrTiO_3$ substrates by pulsed laser deposition (PLD). The effects of different deposition conditions, especially different deposition rates by means of changing the pulsed laser frequency up to 200Hz, on the J$_{c}$ value were studied. For YBCO film with the thickness of 200nm, the $J_{c}$ value of $2.1MA/\textrm{cm}^2$ has been achieved under the high deposition rate of 3.2nm/s (190nm/min). The $J_{c}$ can be maintained greater than $1M/\textrm{cm}^2$ with the thickness less than 1$\mu\textrm{m}$. The X-ray analysis was used to examine the texture, crystallization and surface quality. The SEM was employed to analyze the surface of YBCO, and it was shown the surface of YBCO film became rougher with increasing the thickness. There were many large singular outgrowths and networks of outgrowths on the surface of YBCO films which lowered the density of thick YBCO film. The outgrowth network was probably the a-axis YBCO corresponding to XRD $\theta$-2$\theta$scan and $\chi$-scan which were used to characterize a-axis orientation of YBCO film. The reason for J$_{c}$ declining with increasing the thickness was studied and discussed.sed.

      • LiF - BeF2 용융염상에서 금속과 금속 산화물의 불화 용해반응

        A conversion technology of long-lived radioactive nuclides is to separate the elements involved in spent fuel and convert them into physical and chemical type suited to fuel for transmutation. This study has been investigated the experiments tar fluorination-dissolution of Zr , UO₂, and CeO₂. These compounds are components involved in spent fuel and especially, Zr is the cladding material of fuel. The fraction of fluorination-dissolution was increased linearly with time. Zr and UO₂ were converted respectively 24.2,5.2% after 3hours. CeO₂ was converted into fluoride only 0,19%. This is considered to be due to the solubility of H₂ in the LiF-BeF₂ molten salt. Because hydrogen is used to reduce CeO₂ to CeF₃ but the solubility of H₂ is very low in the molten salt.

        경구 Corticosteroid계 약물 치료한 환자에 있어서 혈중 cortisol에 관한 연구

        32명의 코티코스테로이드계 약물을 장기간 경구 투여한 환자에서 방사면역측정법에 의해 혈중 코티솔치를 측정하고 부작용을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1) Cusing 증후군을 비롯한 부작용을 호소한 환자는 32예중 24예(75%)로 비만부종이 제일 많았다. 2) Doe의 방법을 이용하여 주야간 변이를 분석한 결과 주야간 변이의 이상을 초래한 경우는 21예(66%)로 평균 약물 사용기간은 55.7±4.4개월, 이상이 없었던 경우 43.9±7.0개월로 의의가 있었다. 3) 주야간 변이 이상을 보인 경우 1예를 제외하고 오전 8시 농도가 오후 8시 농도의 2배가 안되는 경우와 일치했다. 또 주야간 변이 이상을 보인 21예중 4예는 오전 8시보다 오후 8시 농도가 높거나 같았다. 4) 32예의 평균 코티솔치는 오전과 오후 모두 정상보다 감소되어 있었고 11예에서 오전, 오후 농도가 모두 정상 이하치를 보여주었다. This is an analysis of 32 patients who received long continuous corticosteroid drug due to some diseases. Patients were collected from June 1976 to March 1980. Blood cortisol leve1, variation of diurnal rhythm and side effects were studied. The Result as follows: 1) Side effects were observed in 24 patients(75%) and most common complaint was obesity. 2) Diurnal rhythm analysed by Doe's method shows abnormal diurnal rhythm is 21 out 32(66%) 3) Mean durations of therapy of abnormal diurnal rhythm were 55.7±4.4 months and 43.9±7.0 months respectively which shows statistically significant difference. 4) Mean cortisol value of steroid treated patients were lower than normal. 5) Reverse diurnal rhythm was 4 out of 21 patients. 6) 8 A.M. cortisol value is lower than 2 times of 8 P.M. in all patients who showed abnormal diurnal rhythm except one.

      • Effect of Si interlayer thickness and post-metallization annealing on Ge MOS capacitor on Ge-on-Si substrate

        We demonstrated the effect of post-metallization annealing and Si interlayer thickness on Ge MOS capacitor on Ge-on-Si substrate with HfO<SUB>2</SUB>/TaN. Ge outdiffusion and oxygen interdiffusion were completely suppressed by thick Si interfacial layer. As a result, formation of insufficient low-k Ge oxides was effectively inhibited. It is confirmed that gate current of Si passivated Ge MOS was decreased by Si IL and decrease of gate current, J<SUB>g</SUB> is saturated after Si IL of 2nm. It was also observed that when Si IL is thick enough to restrict Ge outdiffusion, increase of J<SUB>g</SUB> is not due to the temperature-induced Ge outdiffusion but due to the partial crystallization of HfO<SUB>2</SUB> at higher annealing temperature.

      • High-J<sub>c</sub> GdBa<sub>2</sub>Cu<sub>3</sub>O<sub>7-δ</sub> films fabricated by the metal-organic deposition process

        We report a successful fabrication of high-J<SUB>c</SUB> GdBa<SUB>2</SUB>Cu<SUB>3</SUB>O<SUB>7-δ</SUB> (GdBCO) films by the metal-organic deposition process on the LaAlO<SUB>3</SUB> (LAO) (001) substrates. The coating solution was prepared by mixing Gd, Cu fluorine-free sources with Ba trifluoroacetate. Samples were dip-coated, pyrolized within 3h at the temperature up to 400<SUP>o</SUP>C in a humid oxygen atmosphere, and finally fired at various high temperatures in 100ppm Ar/O<SUB>2</SUB> atmosphere. The GdBCO films fired at 775 and 800<SUP>o</SUP>C exhibited J<SUB>c</SUB> values of ~2.1MA/cm<SUP>2</SUP> at 77K in a self-field, which are attributable to both high T<SUB>c,zero</SUB> values of ~89K and high in-plane textures of 1.3-1.4<SUP>o</SUP>. Above 800<SUP>o</SUP>C, however, the superconducting properties of GdBCO films are degraded due to the thermal decomposition of GdBCO film in 100ppm Ar/O<SUB>2</SUB> atmosphere.
