피부미용샵의 조직사회화전략이 조직몰입 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향 -부산광역시 및 경상남북도 지역 사례중심으로-

최근 조직 생활에 필요한 역량을 익히고 조직내에서 중요한 내용을 인식하고 학습하게 하는 조직사회화에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 피부미용샵 종사자의 조직사회화전략이 조직몰입 및 고객지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보아 조직사회화전략의 중요성을 검증하고 조직몰입 및 고객지향성을높일 수 있는 기초자료 및 정보를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구의 분석은 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 및 3 단계 매개회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구대상 및 범위는피부미용샵에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 총 334 부의 설문을 리커드 5점 척도를 활용하여 실시하였다. 연구의 주된 내용은 조직사회화전략, 조직몰입, 고객지향성에 관한 이론적 고찰과 이와 관련한 분석들로구성된다. 연구결과, 피부미용샵 종사자의 조직사회화전략은조직몰입 및 고객지향성에 영향을 미치며, 조직몰입은고객지향성에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 또한 조직몰입은 조직사회화전략의 하위요인인 사내형식교육, 사내무형식교육은 고객지향성에 하위요인별고객욕구충족, 서비스제공욕구, 고객욕구파악에 미치는 영향을 모두 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 조직사회화전략은 피부미용샵 종사자의 효과적인 인적관리에 중요한 요인임을 확인한바 피부미용샵 종사자들이 조직에 잘 적응하고 개인들의 역량을잘 발휘하여 조직에 몰입할 수 있도록 적극적이고 체계화된 조직사회화전략의 수립을 위한 노력이 요구되어진다. Recent interest has increased in organizational socialization, which helps individuals learn essential skills and recognize important information within the organization. This study investigates the impact of organizational socialization strategies on organizational commitment and customer orientation among employees in skin care salons. It aims to validate the significance of organizational socialization strategies and provide foundational data and information to enhance organizational commitment and customer orientation. The analysis in this study was conducted using SPSS 25.0, including frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and three-step mediation regression analysis. The research was based on a survey of 334 respondents working in skin care salons, using a Likert 5-point scale. The study primarily discusses theories related to organizational socialization strategies, organizational commitment, and customer orientation, along with associated analyses. The research results indicate that the organizational socialization strategies employed by skin care professionals influence both organizational commitment and customer orientation, and that organizational commitment is a factor that affects customer orientation. and customer orientation. Furthermore, organizational commitment partially mediates the impact of various sub-factors of organizational socialization strategies—formal and informal training—on sub-factors of customer orientation, such as satisfying customer needs, desire to provide service, and understanding customer needs. In conclusion, organizational socialization strategies are confirmed as a crucial element in effective human resource management for skin care professionals, necessitating efforts to establish proactive and systematic strategies to facilitate their adaptation to the organization and maximize their potential.
익숙하지 않은 구매에서 대화형 쇼핑 에이전트의 가치 중심 접근이 선택 목표와 의사결정 만족도에 미치는 영향

대화형 쇼핑 에이전트는 자연어 기반 상호작용을 통해 온라인 구매 의사결정 전반을 지원하는 방향으로 확장되고 있으나, 익숙하지 않은 구매 상황에서 사용자의 판단 기준과 선호 형성을 어떻게지원해야 하는지는 충분히 다루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 대화형 쇼핑 에이전트의 선호 형성 지원방식을 대안 중심 사고(AFT)와 가치 중심 사고(VFT)에 기반한 두 조건으로 설계하고, 시나리오 기반참여자 간 실험(N=86)을 통해 선택 목표와 의사결정 만족도를 측정하였다. Welch의 독립표본 t검정결과, VFT 조건은 AFT 조건보다 의사결정 자신감, 정당화 가능성, 의사결정 만족도에서 유의하게 높게 평가되었다. 반면 최종 부정적 감정과 평가 비용에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는대화형 쇼핑 에이전트의 가치 중심 접근이 익숙하지 않은 구매 상황에서 사용자의 선호와 판단 기준을 구체화하는 데 기여할 수 있음을 시사하며, 이를 위한 세 가지 설계 방향을 제안한다. Conversational shopping agents are expanding their role in supporting online purchase decision-making through natural language interaction, yet limited attention has been paid to how they should support users’ formation of decision criteria and preferences in unfamiliar purchase contexts. This study designed two preference formation support conditions based on Alternative-Focused Thinking (AFT) and Value-Focused Thinking (VFT), and examined their effects on choice goals and decision satisfaction through a scenario-based between-subjects experiment (N = 86). Results from Welch’s independent samples t-tests showed that the VFT condition was rated significantly higher than the AFT condition in decision confidence, justifiability, and decision satisfaction. In contrast, no significant differences were found in final negative affect and evaluation costs. This study suggests that a value-focused approach can help users articulate their preferences and decision criteria in unfamiliar purchase contexts, and proposes three design directions for conversational shopping agents.
홍조류 펄프로 제조된 카르복시메틸화 셀룰로오스 나노섬유의 물성 평가

This study investigated the utility of red algae bleached pulp (RaBP) as a raw material for producing carboxymethylated cellulose nanofiber (CM-CNF). Hardwood bleached kraft pulp (HwBKP) was used as control. Two types of carboxymethyl celluloses (CMCs) made from RaBP and HwBKP, respectively, were prepared according to the degree of carboxymethylation (CM), while considering the sodium hydroxide and chloroacetic acid dosage: low and high CM. Furthermore, the fiber morphology and charge density of the CMCs were evaluated to verify the carboxymethylation reaction. The final CM-CNFs produced from CMCs were ground for five passes using a microgrinder, and their fiber width, low-shear viscosity, and zeta-potential were analyzed. Morphology of CMCs revealed that the fibers were swollen and dissolved in water to produce transparent fibers. The charge density of the CMCs increased with increasing chemical dosage. When comparing CMCs according to species, the fiber size and charge density of CMC made from RaBP showed lower values than HwBKP. As the chemical dosage increased, fiber width and zeta-potential of CM-CNFs decreased, and their low-shear viscosity increased. The CM-CNFs made from RaBP had a lower fiber length and zeta-potential than those made from HwBKP. Therefore, RaBP can be potentially used to manufacture small and anionic CM-CNF by combining a carboxymethylation pretreatment and micro grinding. .

Unplanned hospital readmission could have negative consequences, including financial burdens. Identifying factors that affect readmission risk can help predict those at high risk. This review aimed to identify risk factors for hospital readmission after discharge in adult general population. A systematic search of PubMed, EMBASE and Cochrane Review databases was conducted for review articles on predictive models or risk factors for unplanned readmission up to January 18 2023. Of 965 articles identified, 11 review articles met inclusion criteria. The identified risk factors associated with readmission included demographic and social-determinants of health, healthcare utilization prior to index admission, overall health and function score, illness severity, index admission and discharge diagnosis, co-morbid disease, comorbidity index, medications, and polypharmacy. The identified risk factors for unplanned readmission are useful for developing prediction models or targeting hospitalized patients for preventive interventions to reduce unplanned readmission.

In this study, we evaluated the physical properties and drying efficiency of the virgin pulps and recycled fibers, which were the main raw materials for the manufacture of thin paper grades. We selected hardwood bleached kraft pulp (HwBKP), softwood bleached kraft pulp (SwBKP), recycled liquid crystal display interleaf (LCD interleaf), and recycled steel interleaf (steel interleaf) according to the annual usage, and determined the fiber characteristics and drying efficiency after the stock preparation of the pulps using a laboratory disintegrator or a valley beater. And then the handsheets were made of those pulps to determine their strengths and optical properties. The LCD interleaf showed higher freeness and lower water retention value (WRV) than the steel interleaf because the fibers from the LCD interleaf were longer, wider, and less fibrillated than those from steel interleaf. The fiber length and fines content of SwBKP were higher than those of HwBKP at the same freeness after beating, which was consistent with fiber image observation. The drying efficiency of LCD interleaf was higher than steel interleaf, but the handsheets made of steel interleaf showed higher tensile strength, and lower opacity and light scattering coefficient than those made of LCD interleaf. Considering the lower freeness and higher WRV of steel interleaf, it was thought that the fibers from steel interleaf were more fibrillated than those from LCD interleaf. The drying efficiency was higher for HwBKP than for SwBKP. The handsheets made from SwBKP exhibited higher tensile strength and lower opacity and light scattering coefficient than those made from HwBKP. Therefore, we concluded that if LCD interleaf and HwBKP with excellent drying efficiency are used or steel interleaf and SwBKP with high strength are less refined and used for manufacturing thin papers, drying energy can be reduced effectively in a papermaking process.
