      • 근긴장성 이영양증 환자 1례에 대한 보고

        근긴장성 이영양증은 1909년 Steinert에 의해 처음으로 보고된 질환으로 상염색체 우성유전으로 발현되며 근긴장증 이외에 전신증상이 함께 나타나는데, 전두두 대머리, 긴 얼굴, 안검하수, 역전된 미소모양의 입술등이 보이고 식도, 대장, 자궁 등의 평활근도 침범하여 연하곤란, 구음장애, 변비, 분만장애 등을 일으킬 수 있다. 또한 심장비대와 심장전도의 이상을 동반하는 경우 이로 인한 부정맥이 주요 사망원인이 될 수 있다. 이러한 특징적인 임상증상 외에 근전도 검사상 일명 dive bomber sound 또는 motorcycle sound를 보이는 운동단위전위가 특징적으로 관찰된다. 본 교실에서는 좌측 근위약을 호소하고 원위부보다 근위부 근력이 더 심하게 약화되어 있는 근긴장성 이 영양증 환자 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Myotonic dystrophy, first described by Steinert in 1909, is an autosomal dominant multisystem diease. Most patients note the insidious onset of weakness in the limb muscles or difficulty relaxing muscles after a strong contraction. The evidence of Multisystem involvement includes early frontal balding, less than average intelligence, posterior subcapsular cataracts, abnormal cardiac conduction and testicular tubular cell atrophy. In addition, there is wasting of the facial musculature, including the temporalis, masseter, and stemocleidomastoid muscles, which produces a characteristic long face with ptosis, hollow temples, and a hanging jaw. Electromyography is extremely helpful in making the diagnosis. The presence of myotonic discharges in affected muscles is characteristic finding in electromygraphy. Both the amplitude of the potentials and the frequency of the discharges wax and wane. The sound of the discharges is quite characteristic and in their recognition which is similar to a dive bomber sound or motorcycle sound. We recently experienced a case of myotonic dystrophy who complained unusual symptoms such as the left side weakness, proximal muscle weakness rather than distal muscle weakness. So we report this case with review of the literatures.

      • 흉막삼출의 유무에 따른 쯔쯔가무시증 환자간의 비교

        Scrub typhus is a potentially fatal infectious disease caused by the organism Orientia tsutsugamushi. Clinical manifestations are fever, skin rash, eschar and varying degree of respiratory distress. The pleural effusion in scrub typhus is rare and secondary to the destruction of vascular endothelium. Because the respiratory symptoms are generally mild and the pleural effusion in scmb typhus is rare than in interstitial pneumonia, there are few comments about the characteristics of scmb typhus with pleural effusion. So we made the comparative study of scmb typhus patients between with pleural effusion and without pleural effusion. 연구배경 치명적일 수 있는 감염질환 중 하나인 쯔쯔가무시중(Scrub typhus)에서 드문 흉막삼출을 동반한 환자에 대한 고찰은 다른 문헌에서도 자주 언급되지 않았다. 따라서 본 저자들은 흉막삼출이 있는 경우와 없는 경우에 따른 쯔쯔가무시중 환자들을 비교하고자 하였다. 방법 2003년에서 2006년까지 조선대학교 병원 내과에 입원중인 환자 중 쯔쯔가무시중 진단을 받은 총 109명의 환자를 대상으로 하여 흉부 X선 검사 및 혈청학적 검사(CPK, LDH, ESR, CRP, AST, ALT, ADA), 혈액학적 검사(WBC, PLT) 및 백분율 검사등을 실시하였다. 결과 흉막삼출이 있는 환자들의 경우 흉막 삼출이 없는 환자들에 비해 ESR 수치가 통계학적으로 의의있게 높았다(p-vaule < 0.05). 결론 흉막삼출 유무에 따른 쯔쯔가무시중 환자간의 비교에 있어 ESR 수치가 통계학적인 의의를 가졌다.

        This paper summarizes the results of the parameter conducted to analyze the effect of the rolling pressure, the rotational speed and the feedrate on material flow and thread profile for Ball Screw. Initial bank diameter affect a quality of Ball Screw in small size and the precision rolling process. Therefor, it is very important to determine the optimum bank diameter in the rolling process. And we have to development clean technology of Small Ball Screws by Infeed Rolling Machine.

        과학적 관찰과 규칙성 발견 활동에서 나타나는 감성단어 유형과 과학 지식 생성력과의 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 학생들이 과학적 관찰 및 규칙 발견 활동을 수행할 때 나타나는 과학적 감성 단어의 유형과 빈도, 강도를 분석하고, 둘째, 과학 지식 생성력과 과학적 감성지수(ISE)와의 상관관계를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 연구에서는 먼저 선행 연구를 고찰하여 과학적 감성을 정의하고, 효과적인 지식 생성 활동을 위해 겨울눈과 화석 관찰, 씨앗과 암석 분류의 4개의 과제를 개발 하였다. 연구대상은 교원양성대학교 4학년 학생 161명으로 하였다. 피험자들은 각 과제를 수행하면서 인지적 사고과정과 느낀 과학적 감성을 기록하고 형용사 이모티콘 척도 용지에 자신의 감성 강도를 나타내었다. 연구 결과, 관찰 활동에서는 '흥미-수용-사랑-거부'의 순으로 감성유형이 나타났고, 규칙성 발견 활동에서는 '흥미-거부-수용-기대'의 순으로 감성유형이 나타났다. 각각의 감성 단어 빈도는 감성 강도와 통계적으로 상관관계가 있었다. 과학적 감성 빈도(FSE)와 과학적 감성 강도(SSE)를 곱한 과학적 감성지수(ISE)는 과학적 감성능력을 나타내는 하나의 지표로서 과학 지식 생성력과 높은 정적인 상관관계를 가진다. 개별적인 과학적 감성 지수에서는 '수용-사랑-슬픔-흥미'순으로 과학 지식 생성력과 정적인 상관관계를 나타낸다. The purposes of this study were to analyze types of scientific emotion word and to investigate the relationship between the ISE(Index of Scientific Emotion) and the ability of science-knowledge generation in subjects' scientific observation and rule-discovery. The subjects were asked to perform four scientific tasks. The tasks were developed that are suitable for scientific observation and rule-discovery. In performing tasks, the subjects were asked to describe their generated science-knowledge and scientific emotion through self-report questionnaire, performing each task. The strength of their scientific emotion was also measured using adjective emoticon check lists. In subjects' scientific observing, they showed 33.3% of interest emotion which was the biggest, 15.0% of acceptance emotion, and 11.3% of love emotion, respectively. In scientific rule-discovering, types of emotion were shown as 23.8% of interest, 21.5% of disgust, and 10.8% of acceptance, respectively. In addition, ability of science-knowledge generation was significantly correlated to ISE.

        In this paper, supposed to solve these problem to PID parameters controller algorithm using ANN. In the proposed algorithm, the parameters of the controller were adjusted to reduce by on-line system the error of the speed of IM. In this process, EBPA NN was constituted to an output error value of an IM and conspired an input and output. The performance of the self-tuning controller is compared with that of the PH) controller tuned by conventional method (Ziehler-Nichols). The effectiveness of the proposed control method is verified thought the Matlab Simulink and experimental results.

        치성낭종으로부터 유래된 편평상피세포암종 : Report of a Case & Review of Literatures

        Odontogenic cysts are relatively common pathologic lesions found in the oral and perioral structures, but the case of squamous cell carcinoma arising from those cysts are very uncommon. After first reported of that case in 1889 by Herman, Schwimmer collected 56 cases of previously reported squamous cell carcinoma arising in residual odontogenic cyst during about past one century. More than 60% of cases of carcinoma developing in odontogenic cysts arising in inflammatory periapical or residual cyst, and these tumors are usually well-differentiated with relatively good prognosis, and often are diagnosed as benign lesion in radiographic or clinical examination, therefore definitive diagnosis must be made by histologic examintation. We report a case and review the literatures, in our case, 78-year old woman were clinically and radiographically diagnosed as residual odontogenic cyst. But in histologic examination after enucleation of lesion, mass of squamous cell carinoma were observed, but in other area, typical cyst wall and lining epithelium were observed. And in some area, carcinoma in situ and invading squamous cell carcinoma into the lining epithlium were also observed.

        상아질 접착제의 적용이 법랑질 접착에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of various enamel surface treatments on the bond strength of a composite resin to enamel (n=15). Ground bovine enamel specimens were divided into seven groups. A composite resin (Z250. 3M) was bonded to the specimens using different enamel surface treatments. Four groups examined the effect of application of all-in-one adhesives (Prompt L-Pop (POP), One-Up Bond F (ONE)) with respect to static priming (SP) or dynamic priming (DP). The other two examined use of the POP and ONE after phosphoric acid etching (PE). And the control group provided bond strength of the composite resin to phosphoric acid etched enamel with a resin bonding system (Single bond, SB, 3M). Shear bond strengths for the specimens were measured after 24 hours storage in water at 37 ℃. Effects of various surface treatments on enamel were examined by SEM. Dynamic priming resulted in higher enamel bond strengths than static priming and the best bond strengths were obtained when the enamel was etched with phosphoric acid. SEM analysis showed that depth of etching was related to the bond strengths measured. The enamel etch pattern after static priming showed little retentive surfaces. After dynamic priming, the enamel rod structure has become apparent in the shallow etch. SEM view showed that the resin tags and resin penetration were related to the bond strengths measured. SEM showed minimal resin penetration into enamel following static priming. After application of adhesives to phosphoric acid etched enamel, SEM showed more extended tags that are reflective of the deeper etch pattern.

        가역 투자율 측정에 의한 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V 강의 열화도 평가

        고온에서 운용 중인 설비의 안전성을 평가하기 위해서는 사용기간동안 열화된 재료의 물성을 측정하여야 한다. 실제 사용되고 있는 화력발전소 터빈의 로터에서 열화도가 다른 여러 종류의 시편을 입수하기 어렵기 때문에, 터빈 로터재로 널리 사용되고 있는 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V 강을 인공열화시켜 시편으로 사용하였다. 열화도의 비파괴적 평가를 위하여 교류 섭동 자기장을 인가하여 가역 투자율을 측정하는 자기적 방법을 사용하였다. 열화도의 증가에 따라 경도와 가역 투자율 피크 사이의 간격은 감소하였는데, 경도와 가역 투자율 피크 간격과의 선형관계를 이용하여 비파괴적으로 터빈 로터강의 열화도를 평가할 수 있는 기초를 마련하였다. The integrity of the turbine totors can be assessed by measuring reversible permeability and Vickers hardness of the aged rotors at service temperature. The measurement system of reversible permeability, which measured by applied alternating perturbing magnetic field, was constructed in order to evaluate matrial degradation, nondestructively. The test specimen was 1Cr-1Mo-0.25V steel used widely for turbine rotor material, and the specimens were prepared by the isothermal heat treatment at 630 ℃. The reversible permeability of the test materials were measured at room temperature. The peak interval of reversible permeability and Vickers hardness decreased with the increase of degradation. The degradation of test material may be determined nondestructively by the lineality of Vickers hardness and the peak interval of reversible permeability.

      • 초등학교 학생의 체육 특기·적성활동 만족도에 관한 조사 연구

        This study was to prove how activity of special ability and aptitude of physical education in elementary schools influences on contentment, The target group for this research was the on including 840 elementary school boys and girls in Seoul area. And the actual analysis data were based on 805 boy and girls valid papers for questions(questionnaire)except incorrectly answering papers. In this research, the method through the papers for the question(questionnaire)was used as a measuring instrument, consisting of the area of the participation, the Degree of the participation, and satisfaction. The papers of the questions (questionnaire)filled in only correctly were used as the basic data, but excepting them filled in incorrect-double and no answering, The valid sample data were processed with a coding system throughout the guidance of the coding, The coded data were computerized separately, and processed in accordance with the purpose of analysis, using the program for analysis, SPSS Windows 10.0 Version in the computer system. The analysis methods used for analysing various data in this research were T-test and standard multiple regression analysis. The followings were the results acquired through the mentioned above methods, process, and data analysis. The first, there were difference in the satisfaction according to the features of the social population statistics in school years. The second, there were differences in the satisfaction according to the area of the participation. The third, the degree of participation had an effect on contentment.

        복사가열조건에서 표면 거칠기에 따른 액적의 증발 냉각

        The objective of the present work is to examine evaporation cooling of droplet due to surface roughness under radiative heat input condition. The surface temperatures varied from 80~160℃ on aluminum alloy (AL 2024) and surface roughness was 0.18μm, 1.36μm. The results are as follows; Regardless of surface roughness under radiative heat input condition, as droplet diameter is larger, the in-depth temperature of solid decreases and evaporation time increases. In the case of 0.18μm and 1.36μm of surface roughness, the larger the surface roughness is, the less the evaporation time is and the larger the temperature within the solid is. In the case of Ra = 0.18μm, evaporation time and time averaged heat flux for radiative heat input case is shorter than for the conductive case.
