Mordern radars has a monopulse method to improve angular accuracy. In order to use the monopulse method, phase matching, phase matching data should be measured in the production process for compensating the phase difference between sum and del channel. The phase matching measurement is performed with the antenna fixed under far-field condition. Phase matching data is essential for using the monopulse method and re-measurement is required when replaceing major units. In the case of radars mounted on ships, maintenance of factofry is limited. This is because radar is optimized and mounted on of building the ship. Therefore, only factory-incoming maintenance of the antenna unit mounted on the outside is performed. In this process, phase matching data must be measured again under a maritime environment condition. The marine environment cannot satisfy far-field condition with the fixed antenna as vibration and limited measurement positon of the ship by sea level. In this papaer, a method of measuring phase matching data in a marine environment mounted on a ship was proposed, and its effectiveness was verified.

비틀림 변형 중 ITO 필름의 시편 형태에 따른 기계적 전기적 파괴 연구

The most representative transparent electrode in the modern society is ITO (Indium Tin Oxide). ITO is widely used in general for touch panels and displays due to its high electrical and optical properties. However, in general, mechanical deformation causes deterioration and destruction of device properties because ITO is basically vulnerable to mechanical deformation. Therefore, the in-depth understanding on the stability of ITO film during various mechanical deformations is necessary. In this study, the reliability and mechanical properties ITO sample having different length, width, and area were investigated. The electrical stability was estimated according to electrical resistance change. The stability was dropped as the sample length, and width increased and the sample area decreased. The electrical stability of ITO film was correlated with twisting strain including tensile, compressive and shear stress. 현재 전자 기기에서 가장 대표적인 투명전극은 ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) 필름으로, 우수한 전기적 물성과 광학적 성질로 인해 터치패널, 발광 소자 등 다양한 곳에 사용 중이다. 하지만, 세라믹 재료가 가지는 취성으로 인해, 유연 전자 소자와 같은 곳에 적용할 경우 기계적 변형 중 취성 파괴가 일어나기 쉬우므로 각별한 주의가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 PET 위에 증착한 ITO 필름에 비틀림 변형이 가해졌을 경우 나타나는 기계적 파괴 및 이에 따라 발생하는 전기적 물성 변화에 대해 연구하였다. 다양한 형태의 시편을 준비하여 비틀림 변형 시 ITO 필름의 전기적 안정성에 대해 연구하였고, 시편의 길이가 길수록 폭이 클수록 면적이 작을수록 비틀림 변형에 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 비틀림 변형 시 발생하는 복합 응력을 고려하여 ITO 필름의 비틀림 안정성에 대해 연구하였다.
동국대학병원 재활의학과 근전도실의 전기진단학적 검사 분석

1995년 12월부터 1996년 8월까지 신경근육계질환이 의심되어 동국대학교 경주병원 재활의학과 근전도실에서 근전도검사를 시행한 482례를 대상으로, 환자 분포 및 검사전 의뢰 진단과 전기진단학적 결과를 비교 분석하였다. 환자의 연령은 1개월에서 80세까지로, 평균 43세였고, 남자는 60%로 여자환자에 비해 약간 많은 것으로 나타났다. 의뢰 건수에서는 정형외과가 근전도를 가장 많이 의뢰한 것으로 나타났고 재활의학과, 신경외과 순이었다. 의뢰 진단은 radiculopathy가 가장 많았고, 의뢰 당시 의심하는 진단을 밝히지 않은 경우가 7례였다. 검사전 의뢰 진단과 검사 시행후 전기진단학적 진단의 일치율은 46.5%로 나타났고, 가장 일치율이 낮은 것은 radiculopathy였다. 근전도 검사에 대한 깊은 이해와 관심이 검사의 활용도를 높일 수 있으리라 사료된다. The electrodiagnostic findings and pre-test diagnosis of 482 patients with neuromuscular disorder, who were referred to our EMG laboratory from Dec. 1995 to Aug. 1996, were analyzed. Of 482 cases, 290(60%) were male, and the mean age was 43years old. Frequent referring departments orthopedic surgery, rehabillitation medicine, and neurosurgery in order. The most common referring diagnosis was radiculopathy. The case without climical information were 7 cases. The concordance rate of pre-test diagnosis and electrodiagnostic findings was 46.5%. Radiculopathy had the lowest concordance rate. The understanding of electrodiagnosis was needed for increasing utility of electrodiagnosis.
Two-Stage Operation Over a Period of 7 Years for a Patient with Macrodactyly: A Case Report

Macrodactyly of the toe is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by the overgrowth of a digit/digits in the foot and is one of the most difficult conditions to treat. Since the condition alters functionality and appearance, the treatment goal is to restore function and cos- metically enhance the appearance. Various surgical techniques are used for toe macrodactyly, including amputation, debulking, and epi- physiodesis. Herein, we present a case of a six-year-old patient with a second toe macrodactyly who was successfully treated with a two- stage operation over a seven-year period. We initially performed an ostectomy of the middle phalanx with a fusion of the proximal and distal phalanges and then performed a soft tissue debulking procedure
