음향방출 신호를 이용하여 목재 섬유판(fiberboards)의 위치표정의 유용성 유무를 실험적으로 검증하였다. 위치표정의 정확도를 향상하기 위해 신호처리 방법중의 하나인 웨이블릿 변환 디노이징 기법을 활용하여 저주파수인 대칭모드(굽힘파)를 활용하고, 고주파수인 비대칭 모드(팽창파)룰 제거하여 신호를 재구성함으로써 섬유판의 위치표정시 문턱값 통과방법을 사용할 때 발생하는 도달시간차를 최소화 할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 디노이징 기법을 활용한 섬유판의 위치 표정과 굽힘강도에 대한 사상총수를 기초로 하여 목재 구조물 및 문화재의 건전성을 평가 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 초음파현미경의 기하학적 원리와 초음파현미경의 특징중 하나인 V(z)곡선의 간섭파형을 시뮬레이션하였고, 실제 초음파현미경의 V(z)곡선법을 이용하여 미소영역에서의 누설탄성표면파 음속을 측정하였다. 초음파현미경을 이용한 V(z)곡선법의음속측정결과가 시뮬레이션 음속값과 큰차이를 보이지 않으므로 미소영역에 초음파현미경의 V(z)곡선법을 적용하여 초음파의 음속측정이 가능함을 확인하였다. 이는 향후 초음파현미경을 이용하여 미세한 재료의 물성평가에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 43세 남성 환자의 관절가동술과 슬링을 이용한 유착성 관절낭염 환자의 치료사례를 조사하여 그 과정과 결과를 알아보고자 하였다. 어깨통증장애지수(shoulder pain and disability index) 측정과 어깨관절의 굽힘(flexion), 벌림(abduction), 바깥돌림(external rotation), 안쪽돌림(internal rotation)에 대한 관절가동범위를 측정하여 비교하였으며 견관절 주위에 비스테로이드 소염진통 주사 1회, 약물치료를 병행하며 주 3회 8주간 보존적인 물리치료인 온습포(hot pack)와 간섭파(ICT), 관절가동술, 그리고 슬링을 이용한 운동치료를 실시하였다. 결과는 관절가동술과 슬링운동치료의 적용이 유착성 관절낭염 환자의 통증을 줄이고 관절가동범위를 증진시키는데 효과가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

<P>Two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) at the complex oxide interfaces have brought about considerable interest for the application of the next-generation multifunctional oxide electronics due to the exotic properties that do not exist in the bulk. In this study, we report the integration of 2DEG into the nonvolatile resistance switching cell as a bottom electrode, where the metal–insulator transition of 2DEG by an external field serves to significantly reduce the OFF-state leakage current while enhancing the on/off ratio. Using the Pt/Ta<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>5–<I>y</I></SUB>/Ta<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>5–<I>x</I></SUB>/SrTiO<SUB>3</SUB> heterostructure as a model system, we demonstrate the nonvolatile resistance switching memory cell with a large on/off ratio (>10<SUP>6</SUP>) and a low leakage current at the OFF state (∼10<SUP>–13</SUP> A). 줄넘기 신체활동이 유아의 자아개념과 또래유능성에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 유아의 다양한 놀이와 게임으로 구성된 줄넘기 신체활동을 구성하여 제공하고 이것이 유아의 자아개념과 또래유능성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 연구대상은 부산광역시에 있는 D유치원의 2개 학급, 만 5세 유아 55명을 실험집단 28영과 비교집단 27명으로 구성하여 실시하였고 측정도구는 Bentley와 Teatts(1974)가 공동제작 한 ``나는 이렇게 느껴요`` (I feel Me feel)라는 자아개념 검사를 임춘금(1995)이 번역, 수정한 도구와 박주회와 이은해(2001)가 개발한 또래유능성 척도를 사용하였다. 연구 절차는 예비적용, 사전검사, 실험처치, 사후검사 순으로 진행되었고, 진행과정은 예비적용 2일, 보조 연구자 훈련 l일과 1주간의 사전검사, 8주간의 실험처치, 1주간의 사후검사 순으로 진행되었다. 연구결과, 줄넘기 신체활동을 실시한 실험집단과 실시하지 않은 통제집단의 전체 자아개념에는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나, 신체적 자아영역에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 또 줄넘기 신체활동을 실시한 집단은 그렇지 않은 집단에 비해 또래유능성이 유의미하게 향상되었다. The purpose of this study was to examine the impacts of rope skipping activities constituted by a variety of play and games on the self-concept and peer efficacy of preschoolers. The subjects in this study were 55 young children in two classes for Western age 5 in a selected kindergarten in the city of Pusan. An experimental group and control group were made up of 28 and 27 young children respectively, and the experimental group was engaged in rope- 99skipping activities in 20 sessions during an eight-week period of time, two or three times a week. This study was implemented in the order of pretest, experiment and posttest. The instrument used to assess the self-concept of the preschoolers was Lim Chun-geum(1995)`s Korean modified version of Bentley and Teatts(1974)`s Self-Concept Inventory(I feel...Me feel). And Park Ju-hee and Lee Eun-hae (2001)`s Peer Efficacy Scale was utilized in the pretest and posttest to assess their peer efficacy. According to the pretest, the two groups were equivalent. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS program, and t-test was carried out. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there was no statistically significant disparity in self-concept between the experimental group that performed the rope skipping activities and the control group that didn`t (p>.05). Among the subfactors, however, the two groups were statistically significantly different in physical self (p<.05). Second, there was a significant difference in peer efficacy between the experimental group that was engaged in the rope skipping activities and the control group that wasn`t (p<.05). Among the subfactors, the two groups were significantly different in sociability, which referred to an ability to be well received by peers and mingle with them, and a significant intergroup gap was also found in prosociability that denoted a skill to help others and resolve conflicts efficiently. No significant intergroup gap existed in initiative, which referred to suggesting and leading play and asserting one`s own opinion. Accordingly, the rope skipping activities had a good effect on the physical self of the preschoolers, one of self-concept subfactors, and on their sociability and prosociability, two of peer efficacy susfactors. In conclusion, the rope skipping activities geared toward preschoolers exercised an influence on boosting the confidence and self-image of the young children and their peer relationship. The findings of the study provided information on the development of systematic rope skipping activities tailored to the developmental stage of young children.

We have evaluated the specific hydroxyl group-solvent and carbonyl group-solvent interactions by using an Alltima C18 stationary phase and by measuring the retention data of carefully selected solutes in 60/40, 70/30, and 80/20(v/v%) acetonitrile/water eluents at 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 oC. The selected solutes are phenol, acetophenone, alkylbenznes(benzene to hexylbenznene), 4 positional isomers of phenylbutanol, 5-phenyl-1-pentanol, 3 positional isomers of alkylarylketone derived from butylbenzene, and 1-phenyl-2-hexanone. The magnitudes of hydroxyl group-acetonitrile/water specific interaction enthalpies are larger than those of carbonyl group-acetonitrile/water specific interaction enthalpies in general while the magnitudes of carbonyl group-methanol/water specific interaction enthalpies are larger than those of hydroxyl group-methanol/water specific interactions. We observed clear discrepancies in functional group-solvent specific interaction among positional isomers. The variation trends of solute transfer enthalpies and entropies with mobile phase composition in the acetonitrile/water system are much different from those in the methanol/water system. The well-known pocket formation of acetonitrile in aqueous acetonitrile mixtures has proven to be useful to explain such phenomena.
S-317 Influence of Additional Ballooning after Stent Implantation in Acute Myocardial Infarction.

Objective:?Most studies evaluating the benefit and risk of additional ballooning after stent implantation have involved patients with stable angina. However, it may be questionable in the context of patients presenting with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). We evaluated the clinical outcomes of additional ballooning after stent implantation in the patients who underwent AMI. Methods:?A total of 1618 AMI patients in the Korea TRI registry, a retrospective multicenter registry with 4890 patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in 2009 at 12 centers were grouped according to performing additional ballooning (AB; N=814) and non-additional ballooning (Non-AB; N=804) after stent implantation. We compared TLR MACE at 12 month follow up, defined as total mortality, any myocardial infarction (MI), target vessel revascularization (TVR) between two groups.?Results:?After adjustment using 1:1 propensity score stratification, the incidence of TVR MACE at 12 month follow up was similar between both groups. However AB group had higher mortality (5.0% vs 2.4%; hazard ratio 2.15; 95% confidence interval 1.01 to 4.57; p=0.046) and the incidence of myocardial infarction (0.9% vs 1.6%; p=0.363) and TVR (3.8% vs 5.7%; p=0.195) were similar between two groups.?Conclusions: In patients with AMI, clinical result of AB after stent implantation could be similar with it of Non-AB in the 12month TVR MACE. However AB could be associated with significantly higher total mortality at 12 month follow up.

The groundnut or cultivated peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) in Korea consists of 36 domestic varieties which have been developed and registered as cultivars for the public during last 25 years. To screen and identify of Korean peanut varieties and genetic resources, we present a simple and reliable method. A methodology based on simple sequence repeat (SSR) markers developed and widely used for prominent gene identification and variety discrimination. For identification of those 36 Korean peanut varieties, 238 unique peanut SSR markers were selected from some previously reported results, synthesized and used for polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Data were taken through acryl amide gel electrophoresis and changed into proper formats for application of data mining analysis using Biomine (all-in-one functional genomics data mining program). Consequently, twelve SSR primers were investigated and revealed the differences between those 36 varieties. These primer pairs amplified 27 alleles with an average of 2.3 allele per primer pair. In addition, those results showed genetic relationship by classification method within 36 varieties. The approach described here could be applied to monitoring of our varieties and adapting to peanut breeding program.
