Purpose : The purpose of the research is that get a cut above clinical practice effect through satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, oversight of training and evaluation system. Clinical training consists of part of university in Gwang Ju and Jeon nam. Method : The target of training student was studying at physiotherapy a tree or four-year-course collage in Gwang ju and Jean nam. Data collection period is from 21 November 2012 to 1 February. We explained how to do a means of collecting data and get students consent fill in questionnaire. Data collection prossed by using spss 10.1 program also independent proofs, descriptive statistics, crosstabulation, regression analysis and frequency analysis. Results : The subjects average age is 24 in general characteristic. A school system of subjects was a tree-year-course students. They were 58people(39.1%). A school system of subjects was a four-year-course students. They were 90people(60.9%).The male was 72(48.6%) and the female was 76(51.4%). We researched to know about satisfaction of clinical training, practical training, content, environment of practical establishment, trainee manage and evaluation method. All-round satisfaction of clinical training average was 1.90 Satisfaction of clinical training period and content average was 1.83Satisfaction of environment of practical establishment average was 1.88 Satisfaction of clinical training establishments` trainee manage and evaluation average was 1.94 Conclusion : It is important that student can get specific their future and can do at clinical throught clinical training after their graduation improving satisfaction of clinical training would give to impact a physical therapist reserve.

Background/Aims : The aim of this study was to investigate the endoscopic findings of early gastric cancer according to histological differentiation. Methods : One hundred eight cases of early gastric cancer (EGC) which had been confirmed surgically over a 1 year and 7 month period, were studied to assess the relationship between histological differentiation and endoscopic findings. Results : All elevated types of EGC (41 cases) were found to be differentiated carcinoma. 48.2% (30/67 cases) of the depressed type EGC was determined to be differentiated carcinoma, while the others (51.8%) were undifferentiated carcinoma. Twenty-four of thirty cases with differentiated depressed type EGC showed a reddish discolored surface (80%), and the others manifested a whitish or mixed colored surface of red and white. In the undifferentiated depressed type EGC, 73% (27/37 cases) revealed a whitish or mixed colored surface, while the others (27%) showed a reddish discoloration. In the differentiated depressed type EGC, the character of the depressed surface was mainly regular and soft or fine granular (77%), while that of the undifferentiated cases appeared as uneven large granules (43.2%) or fine granules (43.2%), sclerotic (2.8%) and/or elevated (10.8%). The margin of the depressed type EGC with differentiated carcinoma was mainly of a shoaling beach type (83.3%), and that of the undifferentiated carcinoma was not uniform and existed as a cliff type (60%), Riasis coast type (11.4%) and shoaling beach type (28.6%). Conclusions : All elevated types of EGC showed differentiated types, and histological differentiation of depressed type EGC was macroscopically determined by the size of lesions, color, and character of the depressed surface and margin of the depression.

콘크리트 비파괴검사법인 충격공진법의 유용성과 적용 한계를 살펴보기 위하여 실험 및 이론적 연구를 수행하였다. 실험적 연구를 위하여, 다양한 개재물이 포함된 콘크리트 슬래브 공시체를 제작한 후 충격공진법을 적용하여 개재물의 존재 및 매설 위치를 찾아보았다. 공시체들 중 몇 경우에는 개재물의 위치를 정확하게 검출할 수 있었으나, 나머지의 경우에는 검출하지 못하였다. 후자의 경우에 있어서 그 실패 원인을 규명하고, 나아가 본 기법의 유용성을 결정하는 주요 인자들을 알아보기 위하여 유한요소 해석을 수행하였다. 본 연구는 충격공진법의 물리적 이해 증진과 향후 발전에 기여할 것이다. The usefulness and limitations of the impact-resonance method, which is a nondestructive evaluation (NDE) method for concrete, are studied by both experimental and theoretical methods. For the experimental study, several concrete slab specimens with various inclusions embedded were fabricated, and tested by the impact-resonance method. Some of the inclusions have been detected and accurately located, but some have not. The reasons for the failure in the latter cases have been investigated theoretically by using finite element analyses, from which the primary factors determining the success of the method have also been identified. This study will serve to enhance the understanding of the underlying physics and to improve the usefulness of the impact-resonance method as applied to concrete NDE.

Coccidioidomycosis is a fungal infection that results from inhaling the airborne arthroconidia of the Coccidioides species. It is an endemic disease in the southwest part of North America and rarely diagnosed in Korea. As tourism to endemic areas and the number of immunocompromised patients have been increasing, the incidence of this infection has increased in non-endemic areas. Treatment is usually successful with antifungal agents; however, recurrence is common. It is difficult to decide when to discontinue the antifungal treatment especially in non-endemic areas where doctors are not familiar with the disease. We report a case of recurrent coccidioidomycosis manifesting as osteomyelitis after the treatment of the patient for disseminated coccidioidal infection. The complement fixation test was a useful tool for the assessment of patient response and to evaluate suspected recurrence.

<P>The sensitivity of rice to salt stress greatly depends on growth stages, organ types and cultivars. Especially, the roots of young rice seedlings are highly salt-sensitive organs that limit plant growth, even under mild soil salinity conditions. In an attempt to identify metabolic markers of rice roots responding to salt stress, metabolite profiling was performed by <SUP>1</SUP>H-NMR spectroscopy in 38 rice genotypes that varied in biomass accumulation under long-term mild salinity condition. Multivariate statistical analysis showed separation of the control and salt-treated rice roots and rice genotypes with differential growth potential. By quantitative analyses of <SUP>1</SUP>H-NMR data, five conserved salt-responsive metabolic markers of rice roots were identified. Sucrose, allantoin and glutamate accumulated by salt stress, whereas the levels of glutamine and alanine decreased. A positive correlation of metabolite changes with growth potential and salt tolerance of rice genotypes was observed for allantoin and glutamine. Adjustment of nitrogen metabolism in rice roots is likely to be closely related to maintain the growth potential and increase the stress tolerance of rice.</P>

<P>We investigate the interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (iDMI) and the perpendicular magnetic anisotropy (PMA) in the annealed inversion symmetry breaking structures (Pt/Co (CoFeB)/AlO<SUB><I>x</I></SUB> and Ta/CoFeB/AlO<SUB><I>x</I></SUB>) by Brillouin light scattering. The iDMI energy density of Pt/Co and Pt/CoFeB samples decreases while increasing annealing temperature, but the iDMI energy density of Ta/CoFeB sample slightly increases by increasing annealing temperature. By applying the thermal annealing process, PMA energies slightly increase at the Pt/Co interface; however, Pt/CoFeB, (Ta/CoFeB) structures are dramatically decreased (increased) by the annealing process. The effects of the annealing show complicate variation for iDMI and PMA for each structure; however, we find overall weak correlations between iDMI and PMA despite different materials and annealing process.</P>

We study the relationships between strongly prime ideals and completely prime ideals, concentrating on the connections among various radicals(prime radical, upper nilradical and generalized nilradical). Given a ring R, consider the condition: (*) nilpotent elements of R form an ideal in R. We show that a ring R satisfies (*) if and only if every minimal strongly prime ideal of R is completely prime if and only if the upper nilradical coincides with the generalized nilradical in R.

<P>We investigate the sign of the interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction (iDMI) energy density in system with inversion symmetry breaking for amorphous and polycrystalline ferromagnetic layers (CoFeB, Co) sandwiched by two different or the same heavy metals (Pt, Ta). By employing Brillouin light scattering, we observe non-reciprocal spin-wave dispersions which is a fingerprint of iDMI in SiO<SUB>2</SUB>/(Pt,Ta)/(CoFeB, Co)/(Pt,Ta) systems. We carefully confirm that the signs of DMI of structurally inverted systems are changed accordingly. Negative iDMI for SiO<SUB>2</SUB>/Pt/(CoFeB, Co)/Ta and positive iDMI for SiO<SUB>2</SUB>/Ta/(CoFeB, Co)/Pt are observed, and iDMI of the symmetric structures (Pt/CoFeB/Pt and Ta/CoFeB/Ta) are not measureable with our Brillouin light scattering setup due to a negligible iDMI. For amorphous CoFeB, the magnitudes of iDMI are the same within the experimental error regardless the stacking order. For the textured Co, however, the magnitude of iDMI for Pt/Co/Ta is about 30 % larger than Ta/Co/Pt structure.</P>
