글리코 써머얼 법에 의한 나노 산화아연 분말 합성 및 특성

ZnO nanoparticles were prepared under glycothermal condition by precipitation from metal nitrates with aqueou ammonium hydroxide. The nanoparticles were obtained at temperatures between 230 and 250℃. The microstructure and phase of the Synthesized particles were studied by SEM(FE-SEM) and XRD. The properties of the ZnO powder were studied as a function of various processing parameters such as reaction temperature, reaction time and solute concentration. The average particle sizes of the ZnO increased with increasing reaction temperature. The average sizes of the systhesized ZnO nanoparticles which prepared at 230℃ for 4 h were about 20-30 nm.

In this study, the relationship between substance use and high-novelty seeking was tested using Cloninger et al's 240-items Temperament and Character Inventory(TCI) in 34 substance users(32 methamphetamine and 2 cocaine dependence disorders), 80 normal controls and 48 schizophrenics Demographic characteristics and substance use-related past history were taken by semi-structured interview. Subjects were aged 18-45 and general psychopathology was screened by Symptom Checklist 90 revised. The results were as follows. 1) Among temperament subdivisions in the TCI, novelty seeking(NS) was significantly higher in the substance users(22.1±4.9) than the normal controls(18.0±5.0) and the schizophrenics(15.6±3.3). There were no significant differences in other temperament subdivisions such as harm avoidance, reward dependence and persistence, neither character subdivisions such as self-directiveness, cooperativeness and self- transcendence. 2) A significant inverse correlation was found between NS and age both in the substance users(r=0.274) and the normal controls(r=0.468). This study suggested that the biogenetic temperament characteristics in substance use disorder were related with their high novelty seeking, not low harm avoidance.

Micro-cavity형 광섬유 Fabry-Perot 간섭계의 형성 및 고감도 압력센서에의 응용

Because micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometric pressure sensor itself play a signal processing role, it has electrical safty and is immune to EMI(electro-magnetic interference). And it also has high sensitivity in the measured range and low sensitivity dependence on the thickness of diaphragm. Therefore it has many advantages, so it will be applicable to accelerate sensor, flow sensor, and microphone, etc.. In this paper, using silicon anisotropic etching technique and fiber optic sensing technique, micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer was formed and a highly sensitive pressure sensor was fabricated. The fabricated micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry -Perot interferometric pressure sensor showed repeatedly good output characteristics.

가정의 문해환경과 유아의 정서지능에 관한 연구

The purpose of this was to investigate the relationship between literary environment within a household and emotional quotient of a infant. The questions of this research is like followings First, Is the emotional quotient of infants be different according to gender and educational background of parents? Second, Is the literacy environment of a household have differences according to gender and educational background of parents? Third, Is the literacy environment of a household related to the emotional quotient of infants each other? The measurement tool of the literacy environment of a household used for question are which is made up of 55 questions divided by 4 variables. I used only an emotional quotient sheet for infants produced by Boung-lae Lee, which is one of the tool for measurement of emotional quotient of infants. The subjects of this research include 175 infants aged from 5 to 7 and 175 parents. So the total number comes to 355. The methods of analysis for this study are t-test and correlation of Pearson. The findings were as follows: First, There were significant differences in the scores of literacy enviorment according to the children's sex. Second, There were no significant differences in the scores of emotional intelligence according to the children's sex, parent's educational level. Third, There were significant correlations between the literacy enviorment and self requlation of emotional intelligence.

The weight of cogenerators in power system has increased as an electrical power source. The mathematical model of cogenerators should include exact characteristics of cogenerators to achieve an economic dispatch of power systems. A unique characteristic of cogenerators is that cogenerators produce both of the electrical energy and thermal energy. Naturally, the electrical and thermal energy must be considered for an efficient operation of cogenerators. To accomplish the economic dispatch of power system using cogenerators, we must inspect two key factors; the first one is that the relationship between electrical and thermal energy production. The other factor is a correlation between supply and demand of thermal energy. Aiming at the economic dispatch of power system, we propose a new mathematical model that reflects the previously mentioned key factors.

In order to obtain exact location information from the map which has different reference datum, we have to do coordinate transformation from other to reference coordinate system we use. In this paper, in order to evaluate accuracy between two maps have different ellipsoid, it is studied theory of map projection and coordinate transformation. Then, select maps about same area, select points which can be recognized on the maps for accuracy evaluation. After obtain coordinates about the points by TM projection and UTM projection, evaluated accuracy between TM coordinates, after to do Two-dimensional coordinate transformation, and after coordinate transformation from UTM to TM. As a result of this study, the maps which have different reference datum can be used if the exact transformation parameters can be obtained and applied.

영어 음절구조와 무게 분석

The syllable is an essential unit of phonological organization and hence a necessary part of the phonological description of English. This paper attempts to correlate syllable structure, sonority, syllabification and syllable weight within a linear and nonlinear framework, and makes it clear that a syllable-based description would be preferable to a segment-based description, on grounds both of simplicity and of adequacy. Experimentally it is rather difficult to determine a very detailed and precise ranking of the relative sonority of sounds, but with the help of this sonority scale, the theory that syllables are associated with peaks of sonority is able to predict the overall number of syllables for a given word as well as the analysis of these syllables into onsets, peaks and codas. Thus the acceptance of sonority values as playing a crucial role in the internal structure of syllables ensures that we can correctly determine their wellformedness. We point out that there is a much more restricted distribution of syllable types in English than the syllable template permits. Since the consonantal or vocalic status of a segment is generally assumed, this information can be used to formulate rules to syllabify the sequential string. These syllable-building rules are very similar from one language to another and so can be viewed as the contribution of universal grammar. It is the class membership (heavy or light) of a syllable, rather than its segmental content, that determines the syllable's influence on stress. Stressed syllables must be heavy while unstressed syllables may be light. Any stressed syllable, whether it is a monosyllable or part of a polysyllabic word, must have a complex rhyme. Heavy syllable characteristically attract stress, whereas light syllables receive stress only in the absence of an eligible heavy syllable. Ambisyllabicity has the effect of making stressed syllables heavy that would otherwise be light.

구미 심성암체 내 카리장석의 상변화

구미 심성암체의 암형은 화강섬록암과 석영몬조 섬록암으로 분류할 수 있다. 이 암체를 구성하는 광물들은 대부분이 사장석, 석영, 카리장석, 혹운모 및 각섬석이며, 소량으로 인회석. 저어콘. 스펜 및 불투명 광물이 있다. 카리장석의 회절도를 분석하여 얻어진 트리클리니시티값에 의하면, 구미암체가 석적암체와 접촉하는 근처에서 카리장석은 중간 미사장석상이다. 반면에 석적암체와 멀어진 구미암체에서 카리장석은 최대 미사장석상이다. 이와 같이 카리장석의 상이 구미암체안에서 전이가 일어나는 원인은 석적암체가 관입하면서 구미암체에 끼친 열 영향에 기인하는 것임을 시사한다. The Gumi pluton is consist of Granodiorite and Quartz monzodiorite in rock types. Its minerals are composed of apatite, zircon, sphene and opaque funerals minorly. As the result of the tricliniciry value obtained from X-ray diffraction pattern, with seokjeok pluton, and is the intermediate microcline from the inner area of the Gumi pluton. It is sugested that the phase transition of K-feldspar in Gumi pluton is caused of the thermal event of seokjeok pluton intruding the Gumi pluton.

신앙적 성숙 : 흑인 민족과 마야 앤젤로우 Black People and Maya Angelou

In the American literary tradition the black poets have often been neglected. Fortunately, since the 1920s of the Halem Renaissance they have tried to recover their own identity with using not only the dialects and the songs of black people but also the tribal themes in their poems. And also owing to the trends of the post-modernism of today their works have attracted the modern scholars and readers along with the excluded ethnic and the feminine literature. This study is one of such efforts to pay attention to the neglected Afro-American works and to pursue the religious maturity of the black people described in the poems of Maya Anjelou. Maya Angelou, a black woman autobiographer and poet was grown up under the care of her devout grandmother, who planted in her heart a religious vision to be a famous preacher at the time of having been raped and mute. And from her tribal ancestors she has learned a christian truth and wisdom that to endure and submit to the hardships under the oppression of the whites with laughing and singing would make them survive in this life and win a final victory in the future. Personally she wants to be a "rainbow", that is, a hope in the clouds of the defeated neighbors. Her Christian maturity enables her to forgive the American whites and embrace them as Christian brothers and sisters. Her poems describe how she and her black ancestors could have survived through the horrible trials in America only enduring and serving the whites. Her own poem, "On the Pulse of Morning", which she read at the inauguration of American President, W. J. Clinton in 1993 shows her mature faith by appealing to the world to live together as good neighbors in this world. And she suggests it could be realized by living on the "Rock" of God's protection and by the river of God's Words.
