        The purpose or necessity of this research is to develop various models for nonformal education practice according to different types of nonformal education institutes which are industrial training centers, vocational training institutes, and continuing educational institutes for adolescents and for women. If we develop practice program models and provide them with practice facilities and universities, and if they use them, the nonformal educational practice will be effective and improved and it will bring industrial and educational cooperation. This research analyzes the system of nonformal education specialists and the situation of cultivating the nonformal education specialists, and evaluates the present situation. And it suggests problems of the nonformal education practice and its reformable direction in order to improve the quality of the specialists and their specialty. For the said purpose, this research has the following contents. First of all, it analyzes the concept, the role, the function, and the quality of specialists, and will develop the concept and its domain which is quite fit for our situation. And it analyzes the present situation and the problems of the specialists system, suggesting reformable direction. Secondly, it shows the present situation of the developed specialists difference in universities, departments, and sexes. It discusses about the present situation of opening classes in the department of nonformal education, and about present nonformal education practice institutes and programs for practice. Thirdly, it tries to show a basic Model of nonformal education program for all institutes. And it classifies the models of nonformal education practice program into twelve types. According to the twelve types, it suggests practice models and makes a chart of Korean nonformal education institutes, gathering all the materials. This research on the system of nonformal education specialists and nonformal education practice uses the research of literature published in foreign and domestic area, the survey made on the present situation of nonformal education specialists and on opening classes, the case study of the analysis of practice program, and the questionnaire leading toward the universities which open classes for specialist certificate. We let the trainees to know about the basic work in conjunction with education and actual training in the first week. We explain about general information of our institution, training schedule method of self-introduction, actual training schedule, and matters which need to be attended to. And we educate and practice the request of trainees, the annual educational planning, the planning of basic work and procedure, the marking of a program, and so forth. We also educate and practice about the character of educational profession and roles with instruction and self-discipline practice. It is impossible to make a uniform practice program model because of various age groups and length of education period, types, scales, structures, equipments, and so forth. However, we can have our own credibility and professionalism by sharing our basic experiences despite the above barriers. Therefore, we have categorized twelve different fields and illustrated the minimum basic practice dependent on their characteristics. Twelve different fields are as follows : Industrial Training Centers, Vocational Training Institute, Educational Institution for Public Officials, The Research Institution, School Affiliated Nonformal Education Institution, School Model Institution, Youth Educational Institution, Womens Educational Institution, Senior Citizens Educational Institution, Social Welfare Service Institution, Nonformal Education Institution for Cultural Cooperation, and Private Nonformal Education School. We need close cooperation between industry and academic institutions to promote our members professionalism and characters efficiently. We also require positive public information about the importance of nonformal education specialists as well as new social consciousness.

      • EMTP MODELS를 사용한 거리계전기법 구현에 관한 연구

        This paper presents a new distance relay modeling techniques which avoids unnecessary computational procedure. A general-purpose simulation language, called MODELS, has been added to the software ATP(Alternative Transients Program) providing a new option to perform numerical and logical manipulations of variables of an electrical system. This language has been designed to replace the previous option TACS(Transient Analysis of Control Systems) which permits to simulate a control system in conjunction with a large power network. One purpose of this study is to build a structure for modeling of digital distance relays within EMTP MODELS. Contrary to the traditional methods, the new method using MODELS reduce the number of simulation steps in modeling the distance relay.

        Formation of power and dielectric characteristics of the system Pb(Mn_(⅓) Sb_(⅔) _(0.08)Ti_(0.495) Zr_(0.425)O₃ by hydrothermal synthesis method are descrided. This ceramics by hydrothermal synthesis were formed above 160℃, reaction temperature. The grain size of powders were increased with the rising of hydrothermal reaction temperature and holding time. Sintering density and dielectric constant of sample was maximum nearby 220℃~240℃, reaction temperature.

      • 폴리머 콘크리트 복합체를 이용한 교통안전 시설물 개발

        폴리머 콘크리트 복합체를 이용하여 악천후에도 시인성이 좋고 주위의 경관과 어울리는 자동점멸 표지병을 개발하였다. 아날로그 회로에 비해 설계상의 난해한 점이 있으나 상대적으로 간편한 디지털 회로를 사용하여 자동점멸 회로를 구성하였으며, 작업의 능률을 높이고 개발비를 줄이기 위하여 OrCAD를 사용한 Simulation을 실시후 회로를 구성하였다. 표지병의 시공시와 같은 환경에서의 실험에서는 디지털회로의 작은 전류와 표지병간의 거리, 전선의 저항으로 인하여 클럭 및 클리어 신호에 전압강하와 상승/하강 시간의 증가가 나타났다. 표지병은 전자회로와 함께 설치되어야 하므로 방수성을 고려하여 표지병과 전자회로를 일체형으로 설계하였다. 실제 시공시의 환경에서 시행한 실험에서 나타난 문제점을 검토하였으며, 향후 연구방향에 관하여 고찰하였다. Using polymer concrete composite, the automatic-on/off road marker that is well distinguished in a bad weather condition of rainy or foggy day and is well harmonized with. Digital circuit that is hard to design but simpler than an analog circuit is used in designing the automatic-on/off circuit, and it order to raise the working efficiency and lower the development cost, OrCAD, a simulation tool of electric circuit, was used in simulating the circuit. In an experiment conducted under the circumstance of practical application, voltage drop and raising/lowering time increment in the clock and the clear signals are occurred because of small current of digital circuit and resistance of electrical line. Because that the road marker is assembled with the digital circuit, it is designed as one assembled unit by considering water proof. Some problems occurred in the experiment and the future work are discussed.

      • 부산 금정산일대 용천수, 지하수 및 지열수의 지화학적 특성

        Spring, groundwater and thermal water from the area and the vicinity of Mt. Geumjeong and Mt. Baekyang, Pusan city, has been sampled and analyzed for major and minor elements. According to the Piper diagram, spring water belongs to Ca^2^+-HCO_3^- and Na^+-HCO_3^- types, groundwater to Ca^2^+-HCO_3^- type, and thermal water to Na^+-CI^- type. Based on the phase stability diagrams of [Ca^2^+I/[H^+]^2, [Mg^2^^+I/[H^+]^2, and [Na^+I/[H^+] vs. [H_4SiO_4], spring water, groundwater and thermal water are mostly in equilibrium with kaolinite. The result of factor analysis shows three factors (factor 1,2 and factor 3) for the spring water, the groundwater and the thermal water which are represented by the influence of the dissolution of feldspar, calcite, anthropogenic sources (domestic and industrial wastes) and salt water.

      • Micro-cavity형 광섬유 Fabry-Perot 간섭계의 형성 및 고감도 압력센서에의 응용

        Because micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometric pressure sensor itself play a signal processing role, it has electrical safty and is immune to EMI(electro-magnetic interference). And it also has high sensitivity in the measured range and low sensitivity dependence on the thickness of diaphragm. Therefore it has many advantages, so it will be applicable to accelerate sensor, flow sensor, and microphone, etc.. In this paper, using silicon anisotropic etching technique and fiber optic sensing technique, micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry-Perot interferometer was formed and a highly sensitive pressure sensor was fabricated. The fabricated micro-cavity type optical fiber Fabry -Perot interferometric pressure sensor showed repeatedly good output characteristics.

      • 적정 토양 양분 및 수분 상태에서 대기 CO₂농도 상승에 따른 사과나무의 최적 광합성 온도 증가

        Grwoth and photosynthetic responses of apple saplings (Malus domestica Borkh. cv. Fuji) acclimated to 3-years of exposure to contrasting atmospheric CO_2 concentrations (360 and 650 ppm) in combination with current ambient or elevated (ambient+5℃) temperature patterns were determined. Soil moisture regimes were automatically controlled by drip-irrigation scheduled at 50 kPa of soil moisture tension. For the elevated CO_2 concentration alone, overall tree growth was suppressed. However, tree growth was slightly enhanced when warmer temperatures were comnbined with the elevated CO_2 concentration. The elevated CO_2 concentration increased starch accumulation, but the elevated temperature reduced starch accumulation. Light-saturated rates of leaf photosynthesis were suppressed due to the elevated CO_2 concentration, but this effect was removed or enhanced with warmer temperatures. The elevated CO_2 concentration increased optimum temperature for photosynthesis by ca. 4℃, while the warmer temperature did not.

        가정의 문해환경과 유아의 정서지능에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this was to investigate the relationship between literary environment within a household and emotional quotient of a infant. The questions of this research is like followings First, Is the emotional quotient of infants be different according to gender and educational background of parents? Second, Is the literacy environment of a household have differences according to gender and educational background of parents? Third, Is the literacy environment of a household related to the emotional quotient of infants each other? The measurement tool of the literacy environment of a household used for question are which is made up of 55 questions divided by 4 variables. I used only an emotional quotient sheet for infants produced by Boung-lae Lee, which is one of the tool for measurement of emotional quotient of infants. The subjects of this research include 175 infants aged from 5 to 7 and 175 parents. So the total number comes to 355. The methods of analysis for this study are t-test and correlation of Pearson. The findings were as follows: First, There were significant differences in the scores of literacy enviorment according to the children's sex. Second, There were no significant differences in the scores of emotional intelligence according to the children's sex, parent's educational level. Third, There were significant correlations between the literacy enviorment and self requlation of emotional intelligence.
