전문적인 건축 정보가 제공되는 건축문화유산 콘텐츠를 위해서는 콘텐츠에서의 디지털 문화유산은 실재 문화유산의 구조 및 구성을 반영하여야 한다. 즉, 건축문화유산의 구성 요소인 부재를 기반으로 제작된 디지털 문화유산이 콘텐츠에서 제공되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 XML기반의 건축문화유산 정보구조를 정의하고 이를 기반으로 한 콘텐츠 저작도구 및 체험 콘텐츠를 소개한다.

Background: Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease affecting 2-3% of worldwide population. Ustekinumab, an IL-12/23p40 inhibitor, is a biologic reported to be effective and safe in treating psoriasis. However, there are limited data showing treatment outcomes of ustekinumab in patients with psoriasis in Korea. Objectives: To evaluate the treatment outcomes and response pattern of ustekinumab in patients with psoriasis in Korea. Methods: This study was a retrospective single-center study. 84 patients with psoriasis treated with ustekinumab were analyzed. Each patient’s medical records, PASI score, BSA were reviewed at baseline and up to week 52. Results: In total, 84 patients were included (male:female=1.8:1). The mean age was 44.5 years. At week 16, 86.7% achieved PASI75, 59.0% achieved PASI90 and 20.5% achieved PASI100. By week 16, 84.8% of subjects had attained PASI75 for the head region, whereas 79.0% had attained it for lower extremities, indicating relatively slower treatment response of psoriatic lesions on lower extremities. 4 patients discontinued treatment due to lack of effect. There was no severe adverse event during follow-up period. Conclusion: Ustekinumab demonstrated highly effective and safe treatment profiles in Korean psoriatic patients consistent with the previous reports mainly from Western countries. Ustekinumab reduced skin lesions most effectively on the head region at time of week 16.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>This research proposes a data structure for context-aware risk management for architectural heritage using Historic Building Information Modeling (HBIM) and Virtual Reality (VR). In cultural heritage domain, risk management plays a key role in the preservation and intervention of the heritage. For effective risk management, it is important to share enriched data between people who monitor and diagnose heritages and people who recognize the context of information. The 5W1H (what, when, where, who, why, and how) model-based metadata structure for context-awareness and the framework for linking the HBIM with VR environment which enables sharing and retrieving of risk management information are proposed in this research. Two prototypes were created; an on-site VR application for the heritage managers and a remote VR application for the conservators. The effectiveness of the applications was verified through an experiment including a user survey to compare the paper-based and the VR-based methods regarding on-site VR application, and a focus-group interview regarding the remote VR application. This study enabled to integrate risk management information scattered across a variety of sources and formats, provide contextualized information. Thereby it shortens the time and effort spent to find and share information by heritage managers and conservators.</P>

Angiogenesis must be precisely controlled because uncontrolled angiogenesis is involved in aggravation of disease symptoms. Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)/VEGF receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) signaling is a key pathway leading to angiogenic responses in vascular endothelial cells (ECs). Therefore, targeting VEGF/VEGFR-2 signaling may be effective at modulating angiogenesis to alleviate various disease symptoms. Oleanolic acid was verified as a VEGFR-2 binding chemical from anticancer herbs with similar binding affinity as a reference drug in the Protein Data Bank (PDB) entry 3CJG of model A coordination. Oleanolic acid effectively inhibited VEGF-induced VEGFR-2 activation and angiogenesis in HUVECs without cytotoxicity. We also verified that oleanolic acid inhibits in vivo angiogenesis during the development and the course of the retinopathy of prematurity (ROP) model in the mouse retina. Taken together, our results suggest a potential therapeutic benefit of oleanolic acid for inhibiting angiogenesis in proangiogenic diseases, including retinopathy.
