        Chloride ions are considered to be the major cause of steel corrosion in concrete structures exposed to seashore environments and also permeation of chloride is controlled by chloride diffusion. Therefore, the study on chloride diffusion of concrete have been done so far by many researchers. In this study, several factors such as capacity of voltage, time of an electric current, concentration of NaCl solution, water-cement ratio, and temperature of the solution were examined to grasp what influence they were on the chloride ion diffusion properties using the Rapid Chloride Penetration Test(RCPT) by electrophoresis. Also standing on the basis of the such result application possibility of Rapid Chloride Penetration Test(RCPT) used in this study will be evaluated and the basic data on the durability design for the chloride attack will be suggested.

      • 뿜칠시공에 의한 단면복구재의 시공성 및 공학적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        These days, serious concerns of reinforced concrete have been raised recently over steel-bar corrosion, cracking, the deterioration of durability and structural stress resistance and so on, all due to the effects of exterior factors. Such being the case, in domestic, various repair materials and method systems to keep up with these reinforced concrete deteriorated due to salt damage, carbonation, chemical decay et. developed and applied. However, on-site quality control of various repair materials and method systems isn't achieved desirably because it is depend completely on a men of experience' opinions above all else regardless of various on - site environments. In this background, mock up test with due regard to real on-site environments was performed to secure fundamental data for establishment of desirable on-site quality control. Mock up test using repair mortar analyzed from angles of construction methods, mechanical spraying pressures, W 1M. Construction methods were designed manpower method and spraying method, spraying pressures were designed 32, 42, 52 psi, W/M were designed 14.4, 15.4, 16.4 %. And compressive strength, Chloride ion diffusion coefficient, bond strength, SEM of mock up test specimens were evaluated. In conclusion, we confirmed excellency of mechanical spraying pressures, fined extremely excellency of condition of spraying pressure 42 ps, W/M 14.4% within this study. therefore the results of this study will be useful to provide fundamental data for establishment of desirable on-site quality control.

        단일공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술 110예의 고찰 및 다공법과의 비교

        목적: 통상적인 복강경기구만을 사용한 단일공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술을 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술과 비교하여 안전성 및 유용성을 평가하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 2007년 4월부터 2009년 11월까지 인천성모병원에서 자궁근종 또는 자궁샘근증의 질환으로 단일공법 복강경하 질식 자궁절제술을 시행받은 환자 110명과 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술을 시행받은 환자 110명, 총 220명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 우리는 모든 수술에서 통상적으로 사용되는 구부러지지 않는 일직선의 복강경기구를 사용하였다. 또한 단일공법 및 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술 둘 다에서 수술자 (Kim, YW)의 이름을 따서 명명한 새로운 질단부 봉합 방법인 김씨 질구개 현수법 (Kim`s Vaginal Vault Suspension Method)을 사용하였다. 결과: 환자 나이, 수술 시간, 자궁의 무게, 혈색소 수치의 변화, 수혈 빈도, 수술 후 발열에서 두 군 간에 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 환자들의 평균 나이는 46.7±7.0세(단일공법)와 45.5±6.3세(다공법)이었다. 평균 수술 시간은 87.2±21.0분(단일공법)과 83.3±20.3분(다공법), 평균 자궁의 무게는 261.4±139.7 g(단일공법)과 257.8±132.9 g(다공법), 평균 혈색소 수치의 변화는 1.1±0.7 g/dL(단일공법)와 1.2±0.6 g/dL(다공법)이었다. 두 군 모두에서 수술 중 장 또는 요로의 손상은 없었다. 두 군 모두에서 각각 한 건의 개복수술로의 전환이 있었다. 단일공법을 시행한 군에서 입원 기간이 유의하게 짧았다(2.6±0.6일 [단일공법], 3.3±0.7일 [다공법], P<0.05). 결론: 통상적으로 사용하는 구부러지지 않는 일직선의 복강경기구를 이용한 단일공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술은 다공법 복강경하 질식자궁절제술에 대한 안전하고 유용한 대체 수술이 될 수 있다. Objective: To evaluate the safety and feasibility of single-port access laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (SPA-LAVH) using conventional laparoscopic instruments compared to multi-port access laparoscopically assisted vaginal hysterectomy (MPA-LAVH). Methods: We reviewed the medical records of 220 patients with uterine leiomyoma or adenomyosis who underwent 110 SPA-LAVH and 110 MPA-LAVH in Incheon St. Mary`s Hospital between April 2007 and November 2009. We performed SPA-LAVH with conventional rigid straight laparoscopic instruments in all cases. We also performed a new vaginal cuff closure method, Kim`s Vaginal Vault Suspension Method, named after the operator (Kim, YW) in both SPA-LAVH and MPA-LAVH. Results: There was no significant difference in patients` age, operating time, uterine weight, hemoglobin change, frequency of blood transfusion, and incidence of postoperative fever between the two groups. The patients` mean age was 46.1±7.0 years (SPA-LAVH) and 45.5±6.3 years (MPA-LAVH). The mean operating time was 87.2±21.0 minutes (SPA-LAVH) and 83.3±20.3 minutes (MPA-LAVH). The mean uterine weight was 261.4±139.7 g (SPA-LAVH) and 257.8±132.9 g (MPA-LAVH). The mean hemoglobin change was 1.1±0.7 g/dL (SPA-LAVH) and 1.2±0.6 g/dL (MPA-LAVH). Neither bowel injury nor urinary tract injury occurred during the operation in the two groups. One of the SPA-LAVH and one of the MPA-LAVH cases were converted to abdominal total hysterectomy. The mean hospital stay time was shorter with SPA-LAVH (2.6±0.6 days [SPA-LAVH] and 3.3±0.7 days [MPA-LAVH], P<0.05). Conclusion: SPA-LAVH using conventional rigid straight laparoscopic instruments can be offered as a safe and feasible alternative to MPA-LAVH.

      • T 세포활성항원 CTLA-4의 기능에 관한 연구 : T 세포에서 표적세포 살해능과 CTLA-4 발현과의 연관성 Target Cytotoxicity of T Cell Correlates with CTLA-4 Production

        CTLA-4, a T cell activation antigen and a homologue of CD28, was originally identified as a gene by a series of reverse genetic approaches. While CD28 molecule has been characterized well as a stimulator of T-cell function via enhanced lymphokines production and stablilization of those mRNA, most of the functions of CTLA-4 remain unknown. It has been widely accepted that CTLA-4 functions as an immune suppressor which is down-regualting the function of CD28. We previously showed that 34 KD form of this antigen mainly expressed CD8+ subset, a cytotoxic or suppressor, of activated peripheral blood lymphocyte. Based on our previous finding this study was conducted to further characterize immunological function of CTLA-4 especially in terms of involvement of this molecule in T-cell effector function mediating target cell cytotoxicity. 4 human T cell clones with different target cytotoxicities were employed in this study. NBL46 (CD4+) and NBL77 (CD8+) were cytotoxic and NBL32 (CD4+) and NBL58 (CD 8+) were non-cytotoxic to target LBF cell in target cell chromium release assay. And in Western blot assay 34 kD antigen was detected in NBL46 (CD4+) and NBL77 (CD8+) clones but not in NBL32 (CD4+) and NBL58 (CD8+) clones. It was summarized that expression of the CTLA-4 antigen was associated with cytotoxicity but not with subset phenotypes of T cells. In conclusion CD8+ T subset of PHA-stimulated PBL was major and only CTLA-4 producer and this molecule was induced during mid to late stage of T cell activation. The cytotoxicity of T cell clones to its target cell was directly correlated with its CTLA-4 production and vice versa. And it was highly suggested that primary function of CTLA-4 may involved in T cell effector function which mediates target cell killing.

      • 내구성을 고려한 표면피복재의 성능평가에 관한 실험적 연구

        It is recognized that reinforcement corrosion is the main distress behind the present concern regarding concrete durability. The basic method to prevent reinforcement corrosion is coating the reinforcement concrete with surface coating materials but evaluating their performance is necessary to the work satisfactory because they have different performance for each other. In this study. to evaluate performance of surface coating materials, we compare their properties in terms of sticking strength and permeability of carbonation, chloride ion and water with actual reinforcement corrosion under environment of complex deterioration. The results showed that an increase in age also decreases Carbonation velocity coefficients, increases Chloride ion diffusion coefficients and increases water absorption coefficients. As well, an increase in age also increases corrosion of reinforcement due to permeability of carbonation and chloride ion. And sticking strength of inorganic coating material is higher than organic coating material.

      • 복합열화환경 하에서의 단면복구재의 철근부식특성 평가에 관한 실험적 연구

        The duties of the restorative material are to bear up against stress and to protect reinforcement corrosion. So the restorative material are estimated by various kinds of strength, permeability and etc. But to evaluate performance of the restorative material accurately, it is necessary to estimate their reinforcement corrosion directly in environment of combined deterioration. In this study, to evaluate performance of restorative materials, we compare their properties in terms of compressive and bending strength and permeability of water and air with actual reinforcement corrosion like ratio of corrosion area, weight reduction and corrosion velocity of steel bar under environment of complex deterioration. The results showed that strength and permeability of restorative materials are similar but their reinforcement corrosions are very different. And there is a case that strength and permeability of restorative material are better than normal concrete but reinforcement corrosions are worse.

      • 의인성 망막열공 : 발생 빈도 및 수술성적 Incidence and Surgical Results

        We reviewed 61 consecutive eyes recently subjected to vitrectomy to determine the incidence and outcome of iatrogenic retinal tears. Iatrogenic retinal tears occurred in 14 eyes(22%). 14 eyes had 22 iatrogenic retinal tears. The incidence of iatrogenic peripheral tears was 6% and of posterior tears was 16%. Two thirds of tears occurred in the inferior quadrants. 43% of iatrogenic retinal tears occurred in patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. The overall anatomic success was achieved in 10 eyes(71%), 9 eyes of which were successfully treated with the initial operations. With a combination of intraocular gas tamponade, laser photocoagulation, cryopexy, or scleral bucking, 71% of iatrogenic retinal tears were successfully treated.

      • 증점제를 사용한 고유동콘크리트의 기포조직과 내동해성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Recently, lots of studies for high flowing concrete have been suggested under practical use that it is only a way to solve the confronted problem. However, most studies have been concentrated on the manufacture method and properties of fresh concrete, but there is few studies for the durability of hardened concrete, specially for the freezing and thawing. It is generally known that the frost resistance of concrete is much affected by the air content in concrete and by the air void system. The frost resistance is also believed to vary with the strength of concrete. The purpose of this experimental study is to make a comparison between high flowing concrete using viscosity agent and ordinary concrete about the effect of the viscosity agent, air content and curing method on the frost resistance. As the result of tutus study, the frost resistance have not effect the viscosity agent but effect the different of curing methods.

      • 고성능감수제 구성비율에 따른 고유동콘크리트의 유동특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        It is the of this study to propose the fundamental data for the establishment of the application and quality standard of the mixed type superplasticizer after investigating and comparing the fluidity of high flowing concrete according to the component ratio of superplasticizer such as naphthalene sulfonated and melamine sulfonated. The results of this study were shown as the followings: 1) The fluidity and adsorption ratio of cement-paste were improved according to the increasing of naphthalene sulfonated component ratio, and apparent viscosity of cement-paste was improved according to the increasing of melamine sulfonated component ratio. 2) In case of using the granulated blast-furnace slag, the fluidity of cement-paste was considerably good and the adsorption ratio was decreased and in case of using fly-ash, the apparent viscosity and adsorption ratio of cement-paste were improved. 3) The dispersive capacity performance of concrete can be improved by means of the increasing of naphthalene sulfonated component ratio. Also the viscosity and early strength can be improved by means of the increasing of melamine sulfonated component ratio.

        농부가 아닌 환자에서 발생한 긴털가루진드기(Tyrophagus Putrescentiae)에 의한 기관지천식 1례

        Storage mites are believed one of the most important allergens in farmers and rural regions. Tyrophagus putrescenitiae, belonging to storage mites, is found not only within storehouses but also in the house dust, and the third most common mites following Dematophagoides farinae and Dermatophagoides pteronyssnus in house dust in Korea. The sensitization rate to Trophagus putrescentiae was reported as high as that of house dust mite in patients visiting the allergy clinic in large cities in Korea. We experienced a 69-year-old man who had suffered from dyspnea, wheezing, and coughing for 10 years. He retired from the teaching profession, and had lived in a large city. Deajeon. The skin prick test showed a positive reaction to Tyrophagus putrescentiae and negative reactions to house dust mites. The bronchial challenge test with Tyrophagus putrescentiae showed late asthmatic reaction. We confirmed a Tyrophagus putrescentiae induced asthma in non occupational setting.
