This study aims to search the interaction and relationship of actors, then suggest their role in regional development process. With this aim, this paper analyze Shiwha Lake development planning cases based upon policy network theory. It brings effectiveness into the policy-making process of regional development if mediation actor could alleviate conflicts among many concerned groups of interest in regional development process. The results of this paper are as follows. The level of policy network institutionalization was low due to the diversity and changeability of policy network. Meanwhile the level of the policy actor's participation and adaption level of their interest has relevance to the mediation role of local NGO. Consequently, mediation actor in policy network will be the most important factor which build up regional development planing policy.

It has been known that sternal fracture increases the risk of potentially life-threatening injuries, such as myocardial, pulmonary, and thoracic vascular injuries, and it has 25% to 45% of mortality, primarily resulting from these underlying injuries. The authors reviewed retrospectively the medical records and radiographic findings of the patients who admitted with sternal fracture at Chung Ang Gil Hospital from 1 June 1994 to 31 December 1995 to evaluate the significance and clinical course of sternal fracture. The results were followings: 1. The male to female ratio was 3:2 and the mean age was 43.1 and 45.4 years old in male and female, respectively. 2. Motor vehicle occupant accident was the most common cause of sternal fracture. 3. Of 33 cases, there was no death, but common associated injuries which were rib fracture, hemothorax, lung contusion, vertebral fracture, penumothorax, long bone fracture, myocardial contusion, flail chest, facial chest, facial bone fracture, and pericardial effusion, in order. 4. The clinical course of sternal fracture was determined primarily by associated injuries except for communited sternal fracture. 5. The patients with isolated sternal fracture, who had an otherwise normal chest x-ray, normal electrocardiogram, no other significant associated injuries and are hemodynamically stable, had a benign clinical course.
상아세관의 주행방향에 따른 상아질 접착제의 침투양상에 대한 공초점레이저주사현미경 연구

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the penetration pattern of dentin adhesives according to the orientation of dentinal tubules with confocal laser scanning microscopy. Specimens having perpendicular. parallel and oblique surface to dentinal tubules were fabricated. The primer of dentin adhesives (ALL BOND 2, CLEARFIL SE BOND and PQ1) was mixed with fluorescent material. rhodamine B isothio cyanate (Aldrich Cherm. CO., Milw., USA), It was applied to the specimens according to the instructions of manufactures. The specimens were covered with composite resin (Estelite, shade A2) and then cut to a thickness of 500 ㎛ with low speed saw (Isomet, Buehler, USA). The adhesive pattern of dentin adhesives were observed by fluorescence image using confocal laser scanning microscopy. The results were as follows. 1. For the groups with tubules perpendicular to bonded surface, funnel shape of resin tag was observed in all specimen. However. resin tags were more prominent in phosphoric acid etching system (ALL BOND 2 and PQ1) than self etching system (CLEARFIL SE BOND). 2. For the groups with tubules parallel to bonded surface. rhodamine labeled primer penetrated into peritubular dentin parallel to the orientation of dentinal tubules. But rhodamine labeled primer of PQ1 diffused more radially into surrounding intertubular dentin than other dentin adhesive systems. 3. For the groups with tubules oblique to bonded surface. resin tags appeared irregular and discontinuous. But they penetrated deeper into dentinal tubules than other groups.

Rudolf Steiner promoted anthroposophy base on the critique of modern times. This paper is a study on the anthroposophic characteristics shown in his early architectures. Those are The Munich Congress Hall,(1907), The MaIsch Model House, 1908-1909), Stuttgart House,(191l), and The Munich Project-Johannes Building(1911-1912) The anthrososophic architectural theory is defined here as application of cosmology, metamorphology and geometry Through these interpretation of the theory, and the study on the four architectures, this study hope to contribute to the understanding of anthroposophic characteristics in the architectures

Abstract - Palladium catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of aryl halides with organo tin reagents and π-sufficient aromatic heterocycles proceeded easily and efficiently during carbon-carbon bond formation. We used this method for the anti bacterial agents, and synthesis of new quinolone derivatives which have C-C bond at C-7 position of general quinolone moieties. Quinolone moieties, and aryl tin or aromatic heterocycles in the presence of palladium catalyst were coupled to afford new quinolone derivatives. The synthesis and structure-activity relationship are presented.
EXAFS 법에 의한 Cu_2S 의 원자구조에 관한 연구

P-형 반도체인 Cu_2S 결정을 두 개의 온도상에 대해 K-흡수 스펙트럼을 수백 eV까지 확장시켜 EXAFS(Extended X-ray Absorption Fine Structure)를 측정하였다. γ-Cu_2S (110℃이하)와 β-Cu_2S(110℃∼470℃)의 구조는 각각 사방정계 구조와 육방정계 구조이다. 분석 방법으로는B.K. Teo, P.A. Lee가 계산한 배면산란 진폭(Backscattering Amplitude), 배면산란으로 인한 위상변위(Backscattering Phase Shift), 중심원자에 의한 위상 변위값(Central Atom Phase Shift)를 이용한 curve fitting method를 사용하였으며, γ-Cu_2S와 β-Cu_2S의 최인접 원자간 거리 (bond-length)는 각각 2.34Å와 2.31Å이었다. 본 실험결과에 따르면 Cu_2S가 상전위(phase transition)함에 따라 최인접 원자간 거리가 변화하지 않는 대부분의 금속이나 반도체와 달리 Cu_2S의 최인접 원자간 거리가 상전위에 따라 변화하였다. The EXAFS cf γ-Cu_2S and β-Cu_2S was measured at the Cu K-absorption edge. The EXAFS was analyzed with curve-fitting method by using backscattering amplitude, backscattering phase shift, and central atom phase shift, which was calculated by B.K. Teo and P.A. Lee. It turned out that the nearest-neighbor-distances(Cu-S) of γ-Cu_2S and β-Cu_2S were 2.34Å and 2.31Å, respectively. XRD(X-Ray Diffraction) was also measured. The structures of γ-Cu_2S and β-Cu_2S were confirmed to be of orthorhombic and hexagonal structure, respectively.
