        고려인삼종자(高麗人蔘種子)의 발아특성(發芽特性)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究)

        This study was conducted to define the optimal conditions for embryo growth during seed stratification and for breaking dormancy as well as seed germination of stratified ginseng seeds. The experiments were also carried out to detect some materials which were expected to induce seed dormancy in the ginseng seeds. The results summarized as follows; 1. The growth of embryo during seed stratification was significantly inhibited by the existence of endocarp. The fastest embryo growth was resulted at $15^{\circ}C$ and an estimated optimal temperature for embryo growth was about $18^{\circ}C$. 2. There was no significant difference between the embryo growth and germination ratio of ginseng seeds which were sown in seed bed at Aug-5 without seed stratification and that of artificial seed stratification. 3. Embryo growth and germination ratio was significantly inhibited by high temperature treatment at $30^{\circ}C$ for 24 hours or respiration stress by immersing seeds in water for 10 days or more. 4. When the seed stratification was started at $10^{\circ}C$, growth of embryo in the ginseng seeds were almost stopped. But, when the seeds were stratified first at $20^{\circ}C$ for 50 days and next at $10^{\circ}C$ for 50 days, the embryo growth was significantly promoted compared with the embryo growth in the seeds which were stratified at $20^{\circ}C$ for 100 days. 5. The successive embryo growth after seed stratification was significantly accelerated at $10^{\circ}C$ but the seeds chilled at $5^{\circ}C$ for 100 days were resulted in the highest germination ratio as well as the shortest days for germination. 6. The successive embryo growth during chilling treatment and seed germination were significantly inhibited by immersing seeds in water just before chilling treatment or during chilling treatment and by interruption of chilling treatment with raising temperature to $20^{\circ}C$ for 20 days during chilling treatment. 7. The germination ratio of ginseng seeds which finished chilling treatment was highest at $10^{\circ}C$ and 62.5% was the estimated soil moisture for the best germination of ginseng seeds. The ginseng seeds were found to require high amount of oxygen for germination. 8. Only water soluble material in homogenized ginseng seeds showed a significant inhibiting effect on the seed germination of sesame, millet and soybean. Water soluble material dissolved from undehisced ginseng seeds showed stronger inhibiting effect on the seedling growth of sesame than material from dehisced ginseng seeds. Extraction temperature did not influence the inhibiting effect of the material dissolved from ginseng seeds on the seedling growth of sesame. 9. Water soluble materials dissolved from the berry pulps, leaves, fresh roots and dried roots also showed a significant inhibiting effect on the seedling growth of sesame. 10. Water soluble materials dissolved from the ginseng seeds, leaves and fresh roots showed a significant inhibiting effect on the germination of true fungi and the growth of spawn but the growth of phytopathogenic bacteria was not. 11. Among the water soluble materials dissolved from ginseng seeds, the materials of low molecular weight less than 3,000 were resulted a significant inhibiting effect on the seedling growth of sesame and the materials of high molecular weight also showed an inhibiting effect. 고려인삼종자(高麗人蔘種子)의 미숙배(未熟胚) 생장(生長) 최적조건(最適條件), 배숙종자(胚熟種子)의 유안타파(休眼打破) 및 발아최적조건(發芽最適條件)을 구명(究明)하는 한편 종자내(種子內)에 존재(存在)할 것으로 추측(推測)되는 발아억제물질(發芽抑制物質)을 추구(追究)하기 위하여 본(本) 연구(硏究)를 수행(遂行)하였던 바 그 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면 다음과 같다. 1. 내과피(內果皮)의 존재(存在)는 미숙배(未熟胚)의 생장(生長)을 현저(顯著)히 억제(抑制)하였으며 내과피(內果皮)의 유무(有無)에 관계(關係)없이 $15^{\circ}C$에서 배(胚)의 생장(生長)이 가장 왕성(旺盛)하였고 회귀분석(回歸分析)에 의한 배생장(胚生長) 최적온도(最適溫度)의 추정치(推定値)는 $18^{\circ}C$내외(內外)였다. 2. 수확직후(收穫直後) 미숙배종자(未熟胚種子) 파종시(播種時) 묘상(苗床)에서의 배생장(胚生長) 및 발아율(發芽率)은 개갑처리종자(開匣處理種子)의 배생장(胚生長) 및 발아율(發芽率)과 차이(差異)가 없었다. 3. 개갑처리전(開匣處理前) 미숙배종자(未熟胚種子)를 $30^{\circ}C$이상(以上)의 고온(高溫)에서 24시간(時間), 10일이상(日以上)의 침지처리(浸漬處理)는 배(胚)의 생장(生長) 및 발아율(發芽率)을 현저(顯著)히 지연(遲延)시켰다. 4. 미숙배종자(未熟胚種子)의 배생장(胚生長)은 $10^{\circ}C$에서 거의 정지상태(停止狀態)이나 $20^{\circ}C$에서 50일간(日間) 치상후(置床後) 계속(繼續) $10^{\circ}C$에서 50일간(日間) 치상(置床)할 경우(境遇) 생장(生長)이 현저(顯著)히 촉진(促進)되어 $20^{\circ}C$에서만 100일간(日間) 개갑(開匣)시킨 종자(種子)보다 배율(胚率)이 크게 증가(增加)되었다. 5. 개갑(開匣)이 완료(完了)된 종자(種子)의 계속적(繼續的)인 배생장(胚生長)은 $10^{\circ}C$에서 촉진(促進)되었으나 발아율(發芽率)은 $5^{\circ}C$에서 100일간(日間) 저온처리(低溫處理)한 종자(種子)에서 높았고 발아소요일수(發芽所要日數)도 짧았다. 6. 개갑(開匣)된 종차(種子)의 저온처리직전(低溫處理直前) 혹은 과정중(過程中) 침지(浸漬) 또는 20일간(日間) $20^{\circ}C$로의 저온상승처리(溫度上昇處理)는 저온처리중(低溫處理中)의 배생장(胚生長) 및 발아(發芽)를 현저(顯著)히 저해(沮害)하였다. 7. 저온처리(低溫處理)를 완료(完了)한 종자(種子)는 $10^{\circ}C$에서 최적(最高)의 발아율(發芽率)을 보였고 발아최적토양수분(發芽最適土壤水分)의 추정치(推定値)는 62.5%였으며 높은 산소요구도(酸素要求度)를 가지고 있었다. 8. 마쇄(磨碎)된 인삼종자(人蔘種子)의 증류수추출물(蒸溜水抽出物)만이 참깨, 조 및 콩의 발아억제효과(發芽抑制效果)를 뚜렷이 나타내었으며 개갑종자(開匣種子)보다는 미개갑종자추출물(未開匣種子抽出物)의 억제효과(抑制效果)가 더 컸고, 추출온도(抽出溫度)에 따른 억제효과(抑制效果)의 차이(差異)는 인정(認定)되지 않았다. 9. 인삼(人蔘)의 장육(醬肉), 잎, 뿌리 및 건조(乾操)한 뿌리의 물추출물(抽出物)도 참깨 및 인삼(人蔘)의 유묘생육(幼苗生育)을 현저(顯著)히 억제(抑制)하는 효과(效果)를 나타내었다. 10. 인삼(人蔘)의 종자(種子), 잎 및 뿌리의 증류수추출물(蒸溜水抽出物)은 진균(眞菌)의 발아(發芽) 및 균사생장(菌絲生長)을 크게 억제(抑制)하였으나 세균(細菌)의 증식(增殖)에는 영향(影響)을 미치지 않았다. 11. 인삼종자(

        차광처리에 의한 맥문동의 광합성 및 물질 생산 특성

        차광 및 광 강도별 맥문동의 광합성속도, 기공전도도 및 증산작용과 그 관련형질간의 상호연관성을 구명하였던 바는 다음과 같다. 맥문동의 광합성속도는 광 강도가 증가함에 따라 증가하였고 PAR 700-1000μmol/m2/s에서 최고치를 나타내었으며 차광에 의해 증가되는 경향이었다. 기공전도도는 광 강도가 증가함에 따라 증가되었고, 광합성속도, 증산작용 및 기공전도도의 일변화는 비슷한 경향의 양상을 띄었다. 광합성속도와 기공전도도와의 관계는 1차직선회귀관계로 고도의 정(正)의 상관이 인정되었으나 대조구와 차광구가 각각 다른 1차회귀직선을 보여 동일한 기공전도도에서 차광구의 광합성속도가 대조구보다 높은 경향으로 나타났다. 증산작용과 기공전도도 및 광합성속도와 증산작용의 관계는 양자간에 모두 1차회귀식의 정(正)의 상관관계가 인정되었다. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of shading treatment on the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and its any correlations in Liriope platyphylla WANG et TANG. Followings were achieved as a conclusion. The net photosynthetic rate was increased as the PAR was increased and reached maximum at the 700-1000μmol/m2/s of PAR in all of leaves, also this treatment caused a higher net photosynthetic rate in comparison with control. It shows the tendency of increasing stomatal conductance caused by the increment of PAR. The diurnal changes of photosynthesis, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance were increased as the PAR was increased in the morning, but they indicated a decreased tendency in broad day. The relationship between net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance is well fit by the first regression linear equation. However, the values obtained from the linear equation have the different, respectively, and have highly significance. From the above results, net photosynthetic rate of shading treatment is higher than control in the same stomatal conductance. Different first regression linear equation were obtained between the transpiration rate and stomatal conductance, photosynthesis and stomatal conductance in during the control and shading treatment, too.

        고려인삼의 직파재배에 관한 조사 연구

        단기.다수확을 목표로 하는 인삼의 직파재배는 육묘와 이식을 결합한 재배방법으로서 생산비의 절감과 생산성의 향상을 위한 재배양식이다. 직파 재배의 문제점을 구명하고 직파재배 기술체계의 수립을 위한 기초를 확립하고자 본 조사 연구를 수행하였던 바 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 직파재배 인삼포 예정지의 전작물로는 벼, 옥수수 및 호밀이 주로 재배되었고 예정지 관리시에 사용하는 유기물로로는 볏짚, 계분 및 호밀 짚이 많이 이용되고 있다. 예정지관리 후 직판시에는 토직묘포의 직판과 같은 방법으로 돌과 흙덩이만 골라 내고 이랑을 만들었으며 두둑의 흙을 체로 친 경우는 전혀 없었다. 2. 직파재배 인삼포의 파종밀도는 간당 196-210립으로 밀식된 상태였으며 발아율은 67%였다. 4년생의 생존율은 51%로서 이식재배 76%에 비해 현저히 낮았으나 간당 생존본수는 100본 이상으로 이식재배보다 많았다. 3. 이식재배에서와는 달리 직파재배 인삼포에서 많이 발생되었던 병은 회색곰팡이병, 모잘록병 및 줄기반점병을 위시한 줄기를 침해하는 병들이었다. 4, 3년생에서는 이식재배에 비해 직파재배한 인삼 엽장이 길었으나 4년생에서는 직파재배한 인삼의 엽장이 오히려 짧았으며, 경의 생육도 3년생에서는 직파재배 인삼이 좋았으나 4년생에서는 직파재배 인삼이 이식재배에 비해 저조하였다. 5. 전체적인 생육상은 이식재배 인삼과 대등하였으나 포장간의 생육차이가 큰 경향이었다. 직파재배 인삼은 비교적 뿌리가 짧았고 뿌리의 크기도 이식재배 인삼에 비해 약간 작은 경향이었으나 간당 뿌리 수확량은 이식재배에 비해 많았다. Direct seeding is a cultivation method of Korean ginseng which can cut down production cost and increase productivity. This study was conducted to obtain detailed information about this method and to aid the development of it in Korea. Major pre-crops before ginseng cultivation were rice, corn and rye, and organic matters, such as rice straw, rye straw and poultry feces were used for basal fertilization. In direct seeding of the ginseng field, seeding density was 196 to 210 seeds per 3.3m2 and germination ratio was 67%. Survival ratio of 4-year-old ginsengs which were products of direct seeding was 51%, and more than 100 plants per 3.3m2 survived. The most critical diseases in the directly seeded ginseng field were grey mold, damping off, and stem diseases including stem spot disease. Plant growth of the ginseng cultivated by the direct seeding method was not different from the ginseng cultivated by transplanting method. But the root of the ginseng cultivated by the direct seeding method took the shape of a shorter main root compared to the ginseng cultivated by the transplanting method. Root yield per 3.3m2 of the direct seeding ginseng field was larger compared to the field of the transplanting cultivation.

        Age Differences in Pet Sensitization by Pet Ownership

        Objectives. The association between pet sensitization and pet ownership remains unclear. Therefore, we aimed to elucidate the association between pet sensitization and pet ownership by age. Methods. We retrospectively reviewed 2,883 patients who visited our allergy clinic for nasal symptoms from January 2003 to December 2014, of whom 1,957 patients with data on skin-prick tests and questionnaire responses were included and divided into adults (age >19 years) and children (age ≤19 years). The association between pet sensitization and pet ownership was evaluated in both groups. Results. Among children, dog and cat sensitization showed no associations with dog and cat ownership, respectively. However, among adults, dog sensitization was significantly associated with dog ownership (odds ratio [OR], 3.283; P<0.001), and cat sensitization with cat ownership (OR, 13.732; P<0.001). After adjustment for age, sex, familial history of allergy, sinusitis, diabetes mellitus, other pet ownership, and non-pet sensitization, significant associations remained between dog sensitization and dog ownership (adjusted OR [aOR], 3.881; P<0.001), and between cat sensitization and cat ownership (aOR, 10.804; P<0.001) among adults. Dog ownership did not show any association with allergic rhinitis, asthma, or atopic dermatitis, whereas atopic dermatitis had a significant association with cat ownership in adults (aOR, 4.840; P<0.001). Conclusion. Pet ownership in adulthood increased the risk of pet sensitization. However, pet ownership was not associated with the prevalence of atopic disorders, regardless of age, except for atopic dermatitis and cat ownership in adults.

        Olfactory and Taste Dysfunction in Patients with Asymptomatic and Mildly Symptomatic COVID-19 in Korea

        Background and Objectives: The association between chemosensory dysfunction (CSD) and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) remains unclear. The aim of the present study was to determine the incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction in asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic patients with COVID-19 and to evaluate the symptoms associated with CSD in patients with COVID-19. Materials and Method: On March 9, 2020, 309 patients with asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic COVID-19 confirmed by real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) were admitted to the No. 7 Community Treatment Center in Korea. An internetbased survey about symptomatology was administered to these patients, with responses obtained from 244 (79.0%). Subjects who completed the survey were enrolled in this study and were categorized into either a CSD group or a normal chemosensory group based on the presence or absence of CSD, respectively. Results: General symptoms, including fever, myalgia, and chills, were most common (29.1%), followed by upper respiratory tract infection (URI) symptoms (20.9%), CSD (20.5%), and nasal symptoms (13.5%). In patients with CSD (n=50), 10 (4.1%) reported no other symptoms. After adjustment for age, sex, past medical history, and other symptoms, general symptoms [odds ratio (OR), 3.63; confidence interval (CI), 1.70-7.76] and nasal symptoms (OR, 7.00; CI, 2.61-18.80) were significantly associated with CSD. Conclusion: The incidence of CSD was relatively high (20.5%) in asymptomatic and mildly symptomatic patients with COVID-19. General symptoms were independent risk factors of CSD, suggesting a sensorineural mechanism for the observed olfactory and taste dysfunction.         노지 및 시설재배 삼채 뿌리 및 잎의 이화학 성분, DPPH 라디칼 소거능 및 Nitric Oxide 생성 억제효과

        삼채를 식품으로써 활용도를 높이기 위하여 노지 및 하우스재배에 의한 삼채의 뿌리 및 잎에 대한 식품학적인 특성을 조사하였다. 삼채의 수분함량은 뿌리에서 81.05~84.18%, 잎에서는 88.85~90.12%이었으며, 가용성 무질소물인 탄수화물군은 뿌리에서 13.49~16.20%, 잎에서는 7.08~7.79%를 함유하고 있었다. 무기질 성분 중 가장 많은 무기질은 노지 및 하우스 재배 모두 K으로 잎에서는 503.98~512.08 mg%를 함유하고 있었다. 노지 재배에 의한 삼채는 뿌리 중 유리당 함량이 잎 부위보다 약 4배 이상 높은 함량이었고, 하우스 재배 삼채는 뿌리보다 잎에서 약 3배 이상 높았다. 특히 fructose의 경우는 하우스 재배 삼채보다 노지 재배 삼채 뿌리가 약 12배 정도 더 높았다. 삼채의 조사포닌 및 총폴리페놀 함량은 뿌리보다 잎에서, 하우스 재배보다 노지재배 삼채에서 더 많이 함유하고 있었다. 노지 및 하우스재배 삼채의 뿌리와 잎 부위 추출물에 대한 DPPH radical 소거활성은 70% MeOH 잎 추출물에서 훨씬 소거활성이 높았으며 특히 하우스 재배 삼채 잎의 70% MeOH 추출물은 소거활성이 가장 높아 IC50의 값이 2.74 mg/mL이었다. 마우스 대식세포에서의 세포증식에 미치는 영향에서는 하우스 재배 삼채 잎의 물 및 70% 메탄올 추출물 모두 가장 높은 농도인 10배 희석액을 처리하여서도 독성이 없었으며 LPS로 유도처리한 RAW 264.7 대식세포에서 NO의 생성을 억제현상은 70% 메탄올 추출물에서는 노지 및 하우스 재배 모두 농도 의존적으로 NO의 생성을 억제하였다. 특히 노지재배 삼채 잎에서는 독성이 나타나지 않는 90배 희석액 처리 시에도 NO의 생성을 강하게 저해시켰다. To enhance the utilization of Allium hookeri (AH) as a food, characteristics of AH roots and leaves cultivated under open field and greenhouse conditions were investigated. The moisture content of the roots and leaves were 81.05 to 84.18% and 88.85 to 90.12%, respectively. The moisture content of AH cultivated in the open field was 2 to 3% lower than the moisture content of AH cultivated in the greenhouse for both roots and leaves. The content of nitrogen-free extract, carbohydrates, was 13.49 to 16.20% in the roots and 7.08 to 7.79% in the leaves. The main mineral generated from both open field and greenhouse cultivation was potassium, at 503.98 to 512.08 mg% in leaves. The free sugar content of roots cultivated in the open field was four times higher than the content in the leaves, and roots cultivated in the greenhouse contained three times lower free sugar than the leaves. In particular, the fructose content of roots cultivated in the open field was about 12 times higher than roots cultivated in the greenhouse. The crude saponin and total polyphenol content was higher in leaves than roots, and was higher in the open field than the greenhouse. The IC50 for DPPH radical scavenging activity was highest, 2.74 mg/mL, in 70% MeOH extracts of AH leaves cultivated in the greenhouse. Water and 70% MeOH extracts of AH leaves cultivated in the greenhouse showed no cytotoxicity to RAW 264.7 cells. Water extracts of AH leaves cultivated in the open field markedly inhibited the production of the inflammatory mediator nitric oxide. These results suggest that AH may be used as the material of health functional food.

        본 연구에서는 스타트업(start-up) 기업의 창업성공률 제고를 위해 정부의 공공정책적인 측면으로 중소기업진흥공단(이하 중진공)에서 운용중인 청년창업사관학교에 입교한 스타트업기업을 대상으로 하여정부에서 지원하고 있는 융자금융 및 투자금융 등 창업금융 및 성과를 살펴보았다. 민간금융 차원에서는 스타트업 기업의 활성화를 위한 또다른 전제조건중 하나인 벤처캐피탈 및 엔젤투자 현황 등에 대해서도 간략히 살펴보았다. 또한 글로벌 경기불황의 장기화 및 불확실성에 따른 신성장 산업 육성 및 실업율 해소 강구 방안이 각국의 주요 이슈로 부각되고 있는 상황에서, 대안중에 하나인 스타트업기업 육성이 집중 조명되고 있다. 선진국에서도 이러한 위기의식을 가지고 실업률 제고 및 성장동력으로서 스타트업과 밀접한 관련이 있는 정책인자들을 개선 및 보완하고 있으며, 기술력이 우수한 예비창업가 및스타트업기업 육성에 지대한 관심과 적극적인 지원을 하고 있다. 이러한 스타트업기업 육성이 활발하게 추진되고 있고, 선도적인 육성시스템을 보유한 미국, 핀란드의 스타트업기업 창업금융 지원시스템사례에 대하여도 살펴보았다. 따라서 스타트업기업의 창업성공률에 영향을 미치는 다양한 요인 중에서 창업금융이 미치는 영향과이를 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 정책적 방안을 제시코자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 구체적인 스타트업기업의 창업성공률 제고를 위한 창업금융의 효율적 운영방안으로서 우선, 역량 있는 지역엔젤클럽의육성을 통한 창업금융 재원 마련이 필요하며 둘째, 스타트업 아이디어의 사업화를 위한 “공공 크라우드펀드” 마련 셋째, 창업활성화를 위한 다양한 네트워크 구축 및 DB 강화 넷째, 스타트업 창업자들의 기업가 정신 고취를 위한 시스템 구축 및 강화 필요 마지막으로, 스타트업기업 기술이전 전담조직 체계재구축 및 강화 등 정책적 운영방안을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 창조산업생태계 조성과 지원을 위한 스타트업기업에 대한 창업금융의 구체적인운영방안을 살펴보았다. 특히, 청년스타트업기업을 지원하고 있는 창업지원정책 중에서도 창업금융지원체계의 구축을 위해서는 금융지원의 양적 증가도 중요하지만 질적 측면의 기술혁신 평가를 통한 자금지원 확대, 부처 간 유기적인 협조, 중앙정부와 지방정부간의 원활한 협조를 통한 효율적인 자금공급확대 등으로 창업금융지원의 토대 마련이 필요하다. This paper looks at the business start-up financing including loan support and investment financing and the achievement of the support from the government’s public policy perspective, provided by the government to start-ups which joined leading universities for business start-ups and start-ups which joined the Youth Start-up School run by Small & Medium Business Corporation (SBC) to improve the success rate of start-ups. From the private financing perspective, this study looks at the current state of venture capital and angel investment, which are prerequisite for vitalization of start-ups. In particular, nurturing of start-ups, which is one of the alternatives, is in spotlight when nurturing new growth industry and solving unemployment rate problem have become a major issue for countries around the world due to prolonged economic downturn and uncertainty. With this sense of crisis, advanced countries are improving and supplementing policy factors closely related to start-ups as a means to improve employment rate and growth engine and actively supporting the excellent potential entrepreneurs and start-ups with technological capability. In relation to this, this paper looks at the business start-up financing system in the US and Finland, where start-ups are nurtured very actively and advanced nurturing system is in place. Therefore, this paper presents the impact of business start-up financing among various factors on the success rate of start-ups and policies that can utilize the financing efficiently. This paper presents measures to operate start-up financing efficiently to improve the success rate of business start-ups. First, financing through capable regional angel clubs is required. Second, Public Cloud Fund should be established to commercialize ideas from start-ups. Third, various networks should be established and DB should be strengthened to promote starting business. Fourth, system to encourage entrepreneurship among founders of business start-ups should be established and strengthened. Finally, technology licensing office (TLO) system should be re-established and strengthened for start-up companies. In addition, this paper looks at the ways to operate start-up financing specifically to create and support creative industrial ecosystem. In particular, quantitative growth of financial support is important to establish the start-up financing support system. But itis necessary to lay the foundation for start-up financing by expanding financing through technology innovation valuation from qualitative perspective and through cooperation among different government ministries and cooperation between the central and local governments.
