고등학교 과학의 「전해질과 이온」과「산과 염기의 반응」에 대한 성취 기준 및 평가 기준 개발

This study concentrates to the development of achievement standards and assessment standards for performance assessment instruments. It covers units of 'Electrolytes and Ions' and 'Acid-Base Reactions' in high school science based on the 7th national curriculum. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Characteristics of the 7th national science curriculum and contents of seven science textbooks used in high school were carefully analyzed. The required learning elements for the units of 'Electrolytes and Ions' and 'Acid-Base Reactions' were extracted. And then achievement standards were developed. There had been developed 9 achievement standards in the unit of 'Electrolytes and Ions' and 17 achievement standards in the unit of 'Acid-Base Reactions'. These can be used as actual guidelines of the teaching and learning in classroom. 2. Based upon achievement standards, the assessment standards were developed. 14 items assessment standards in unit of 'Electrolytes and Ions' and 24 items in unit of 'Arid-Base Reactions' were developed. It applied on three levels(high/middle/low) according to degree of students' achievement These can be used as actual standards for assessment of individual student 3. Developing appropriate assessment instruments which probe students' achievement level were followed after the development of achievement standards and assessment standards. A variety types of instruments for performance assessment were used rather than multiple choice type. The developed performance assessment instruments were as follows : 4 items(1descriptive types, 1 statement type, 1 portfolio, 1 lab report) in the unit of 'Electrolytes and Ions' and 6 items(2 descriptive types, 1 statement type, 1 concept map, 1 portfolio, 1 lab report) in the unit of 'Acid-Base Reactions' The conclusions of this study are as follows : 1. If science teachers use achievement standards and assessment standards which were developed in this study, they can make a lot of various performance assessment instruments in the units of 'Electrolytes and Ions' and 'Acid-Base Reactions' in high school science. 2. If assessment instrument has been used, utility would (tea-ease critically. For this reason, it is important that science teachers should exercise the series of process in order to develop various assessment instruments through changing contexts or situations. It would be expected to do an important role which insures propriety and varies assessment instruments in school by developed achievement standards and assessment instruments from this research.

본 연구의 목적은 소년보호 6호처분에 관련된 쟁점을 파악하여 정리하고 개선방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이와 같은 연구 목적에 기초하여 6호처분의 연혁과 6호처분 시설의 연혁 및 현황을 살펴보면서, 소년법상 기대되는 기능 수행과 관련된 소년보호 6호처분의 쟁점을 도출하고, 쟁점에 따른 개선방안을 제안하였다. 문헌검토와 통계자료에 대한 2차 분석, 설문조사와 직접 방문관찰 및 종사자 면접을 통한 방법을 통하여 자료가 수집ㆍ분석되었다. 설문조사는 2009년 11월부터 12월사이에 진행되었으며, 12월 중에 시설을 직접 방문하였다. 연구결과, 6호처분의 낮은 처분율, 시설 지도감독의 이원화, 시설 간 편차, 폐쇄적이고 격리된 환경, 지역이나 성별 편중 문제, 교육 및 교정ㆍ교화기능 수행의 문제 등이 쟁점으로 논의되었으며, 각각의 문제에 관한 개선방안이 모색되었다. 결론적으로 6호처분 시설은 거주ㆍ치료ㆍ교육의 기능을 수행할 수 있도록 다학제간 전문인력이 배치된 복합적인 생활시설의 형태로 전환되어야 하며, 법원과 보건복지부, 교육과학기술부의 유기적인 협조체계에 의해서 지도감독 되어야 하고, 전문인력이 배치되어야 하며, 표준화된 운영규정과 업무매뉴얼이 개발되어 시행되어야 함이 제안되었다. The object of this study is to review the issues and problems concerning level 6 correctional treatment for juvenile delinquents and suggest the plans for it's improvement. Based on this study object, the historical change and actual conditions of level 6 correctional treatment for juvenile delinquents was reviewed and tried to find out the issues and problems and improvement plans. For this purpose, literatures related to the actual conditions of this treatment were reviewed. Visiting and observation, employee interview, and questionnaire methods were also employed during November to December of 2009. On the basis of the major findings of this study, six issues were discussed and propositions were made. Issues discussed were the low rates of level 6 correctional treatment for juvenile delinquents, the big difference of actual conditions between the institutions, the divided administration and supervision system, the closed and isolated environment, the function of education, correction and psychotherapy, and the unequal local and sexual distribution.

We made a library of J1501 chromosomal DNA. Then transformed the abs8752 with the library. Several colonies were found which restores the actinorhodin & undecylprodigiosin production. The isolated clone P1-α7 also restores the methylenomycin producing ability.

Nowadays, it is considered that sustainability is the value that should be pursued for planning and design of human settlements. There is an increasing need that the existing roadways in urban areas are converted into a sustainable roadway system. However, now the concept of sustainability in planning and design of roadways is confined in minimizing the destruction of natural environment, which is a very limited concept to apply urban roadways. In this paper, new concept for sustainable urban roadway system is presented. And a paradigm for a sustainable roadway system is developed for urban areas.
