        Excretory urography is a type of contrast study used to verify and localize upper urinary tract disease. It is an inexpensive and easy way to visualize of anatomic and functional status of the kidney and has been used as a primary imaging modality for the evaluation of urinary tract abnormalities. We describe urological signs of 7 dogs who examined with excretory urography and ultrasonography. Six cases were referred to veterinary medical teaching hospital. Chungnam national university (VMTH, CNU) to evaluate renal function after the treatment for renal failure and one case was referred showing hematuria. In case 1, 2 and 4, blood test and urinalysis was normal and the results of excretory urography presented that renal function were normal range. In case 3, the results of urinalysis, ultrasonography, and excretory urography except blood test presented abnormal kidney and hydronephrosis was diagnosed. In case 5 and 6, blood test, urinalysis, ultrasonography and excretory urography indicated renal failure. In case 7, blood test, urinalysis and ultrasonography presented partially abnormal signs, however, the results of excretory urography was normal range.

        A simple tuning methods of PI, PD and PID controller are proposed for an integrating process with time delay. This is based on matching the coefficients of corresponding powers of s in the numerator and that in the denominator of the closed-loop transfer function. For set-point tracking problem, the derived controller is found to be a PD controller which is shown by Lee's tuning rule based on minimizing the performance indexes (lSE, IAE, ITAE) using a real-coded genetic algorithm. A method can be also proposed PI, PID controllers according to tuning parameter lambda (A) similar to IMC method. Simulation example is given to illustrate the set-point tracking performance of the proposed method.

        Equilibrium studies for the adsorption of aromatic, alipatic cyclic amines and amino acid from aqueous solutions onto granular activated carbon have been carried out at 298K. Two and Three-parameter isotherms were tested. Among the equations tried, the two-parameter equations of Freundlich equation yield a better fit, The Langmuir equation, However gives the poorest overall fit. For three-parameter isotherm equation, the Redlich-Peterson equation gives the most satisfactory fit over the entire range of concentrations. The adsorption amounts of the aromatic amines onto GAC increase with the number of methyl group in pyridine ring.

      • 복합적인 레지스트 패턴 붕괴현장의 역학적 해석

        패턴의 선폭이 100nm이하로 작아짐에 따라 패턴이 부러지고, 휘고, 떨어져 나가는 현상이 발생하는데 이러한 현상을 패턴 붕괴 현상이라고 하며, 반도체 생산과 수율에 많은 영향을 미친다. 패턴 붕괴 현상은 리소그래피 과정 중 현상 후 세척액을 건조하는 과정에서 주로 발생하며 세척액의 표면장력에 의한 모세관 현상이 주된 원인으로 알려져 있다. 패턴 붕괴 현상을 시뮬레이션하기 위하여 패턴이 세척액에 의해서 균일한 압력을 받을 때와 집중 압력을 받을 때의 역학적 모델을 세우기 각각의 모델을 통하여 선폭과 패턴간의 거리에 따른 임계 높이/선폭비 (aspect ratio) 를 계산하여 실제 실험 결과와 일치하는 모델을 선정하였다. 또한 패턴 내부에 생기는 stress 에 의한 부러짐 현상과 패턴 과 레지스트 패턴 하부 층 사이의 접착력 부족으로 발생하는 떨어짐 현상을 해석하였다. High aspect ratio resist patterns with dimensions below 100 nm often bend, break or tear. These phenomena are generically called "resist pattern collapse". Pattern collapse is a very serious problem in fine patterning of less than 100 nm critical dimension (CD), so that it decreases the yield. In order to mechanically analyze this phenomenon and create its simulator, two models have been made and compared. In this paper, various approaches with various analyses are made to understand pattern collapse. Also, the critical aspect ratio for 100 nm node, that determines whether pattern collapse happens or not, can be calculated with these approaches. Finally, tear type caused by insufficiency of adhesion strength between the substrate and the resist is analyzed with a point of view of the surface free energy.

      • 무누액 배터리기판 격자의 전단공정 개발

        This study has been focused on the development of shear forming process of grid for lead-acid battery. The grid plays an important role in the flow of electricity because the grid is a skeleton of the pasted plate. Therefore, it must be of the highest quality to prevent plate failures and then, battery failure, and ensure the best battery performance possible. The finite element analysis of the shear forming process is carried out and the result is compared with the experimental data. The influence of the numerical parameters such as clearance, velocity of punch and critical damage value on the simulation results turns out to be very considerable.

      • A2024와 SM45C 마찰용접의 열전달 해석

        The heat transfer mechanism initiating the friction welding is examined and a transient three dimensional heat conduction model for the welding of two dissimilar cylindrical metal bars is investigated. The cylindrical metal bars are made of materials made of A2024 and SM45C. Numerical simulations of heat flow are performed using the finite volume method. Respectively, Commercial FLUENT code is used in the heat flow simulation and maximum temperature and distribution of temperature are calculated. Temperature of friction welded joining face is compared with the temperature distribution measured by experiment and numerical simulation. The maximum temperature of friction welded joining face is lower than melting point of A2024-T6 aluminum alloy using insert metal. The temperature distribution of friction welded joining face with insert metal is more uniform than that of without insert metal

      • 지각된 정구 수행 결과에 의한 귀인과 정서적 반응

        The purpose of this study were to find out causal relationship in the influence of perceived success and failure outcomes on sequencing achievement according to achievement motivation, attribution elements, attribution dimensions, emotion in soft tennis players. For this purpose this study took a regression by testing respectively above attribution patterns. To measure multi-dimension the attribution patterns according to achievement motivation in prior study, this study tried to explain rather comprehensive attribution course by measuring the casualty, stability, internal/external control as well as effort, ability, task difficulty and incident which is attribution elements. This study separated the players into groups according to their perception of success and failure, focusing on the individual interactions to clarify causal attribution. The finding were as follows: In case of success-perceived highschool players, task difficulty affects satisfaction, External control affects pried. In case of failure-perceived high school players, attribution dimension affects stability, internal control, external control except for causality. Futhermore, ability-attributed players affect shame, causality-attributed players affects mostly inferiority.

        잔존 봉합사에 의해 발생한 점액종

        점액종이란 소타액선 분비관의 폐쇄 또는 파열로 인한 타액의 저류로 나타나는 종창에 대한 임상적인 용어이다. 점액종은 조직학적으로 삼출형과 잔류낭종형으로 분류되어, 삼출형은 외상등으로 소타액선 분비관이 파열된 후 점액이 조직내로 유출되어 조직간격에 고여있는 상태이기 때문에 상피 피복을 볼 수 없고 낭종벽은 육아조직으로 둘러싸여있다. 그리고 잔류낭종형은 소타액선 분비관이 작은 타석에의해 폐쇄되거나 분비관 주위 반흔조직의 협착으로 발생하며 낭종강은 원주상피 또는 위중층 편평상피로 피개되어있다. 본 증례는 3년전 하순의 열창 치료를 위해 봉합된 후 발사되지 않은 silk 봉합사에 의해 발생한 점액종의 치험례로, 발사되지 않은 봉합사가 하순 소타액선의 분비관을 관통하여 파열시켜서 점액이 결체조직으로 유출되어 점액종이 발생하였다. Mucocele is clinical term used to describe swelling caused by the pooling of saliva at the site of a severed or obstructed minor salivary gland duct. Mucoceles are categorized into two subgroups, extravasation type and retention cyst type. The etiology of extravasation type mucocele is related to mechanical trauma to the minor salivary gland excretory duct, resulting in extravasation of mucus into the fibrous connective tissue so that a cystlike cavity is produced, but the epithelial lining is absent. Retention cyst type mucocele results from obstruction of minor salivary gland excretory duct, and cystic cavity is lined by epithelial cells. This case report presents a mucocele occurred on the lower lip, and caused by suture silk unremoved for 3 years. Suture silk penetrated and tore the minor salivary gland duct on the lower lip with subsequent extravasation of mucus into the fibrous connective tissue.

      • PLZT 세라믹을 이용한 SAW Filter의 특성

        현재 사용되고 있는 SAW 필터 기관물질 중 세라믹 기관은 다공정과 생산에 따른 물성의 재현성 부족을 제외한다면 단결정 기관에 비해 생산단가의 저렴화, 생산공정의 단순화 및 대량생산의 측면에서는 훨씬 경쟁력이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고온 압축성형법에 의해 1235℃의 온도와 200㎏/㎠의 압력에서 30시간동안의 제조조건에서 조성비 x/65/35(x=5-8)인 PLZT 세라믹 기관들을 제조하여 SAW필터로써의 응용가능성을 살펴보았다. 각 조성별 유전을, SAW 전파 속도, 기계결합계수 등을 측정 비교한 결과 SAW 필터 기관물질로 가장 적합한 조성비는 7/65/35였다. 이 조성비로 제작한 SAW 필터에서 상대적으로 양호한 출력 특성을 얻었고 단결정 기관으로 제작한 SAW 필터에 버금가는 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. The single crystal substrate has been the industrial standard for the design of SAW filters for a long time. However, the ceramics substrate had more simple fabricated process than the crystal. In this study, it was attempted that single crystal was substituted for PLZT(La/Zr/Ti = x/65/35, x=5∼8 at. %) ceramics. The ceramics substrate was prepared by hot-pressed method at temperature 1235C, 200㎏/㎠, 30hrs. The real permittivity, SAW velocity and mechanical coupling factor of PLZT ceramics were measured for a different La mol% content. In the results, we could observed that 7/65/35 composition SAW filter had a good characteristics of frequency response.
