In a previous study, we developed a new food additive as an egg yolk antibody (IgY) against carbohydrate digestion enzymes for the regulation of blood glucose level and weight control. The IgY delayed and decreased the increment of blood glucose level after administration of sucrose in human being by 30% in 20∼30 min. We also developed a lipase inhibitor as a water extract of two kinds of herb, Platycodon grandiflorum and Solanum melongena. Twenty three volunteers were subjected to the intake of the egg yolk IgY plus the herbal extracts for 50 days. In average, the treated subjects appeared to lose 1.96 ㎏ of body weight and 3.4 ㎏ of body fat mass during the treated period. Furthermore, Panniculus adiposus and breech size were significantly decreased during the experimental period. Above results suggested that the administration of the dietary additives composed of egg yolk IgY and natural herbal extract improve the obesity by the decrement of body weight and body fat mass.

The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc... But it is not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Second, the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I study the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which does not require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

Demand of rapid detection for cancer, it is necessary that high sensitivity, specificity, low cost, and simple method. CNT and metal nano materials are widely used to elecate efficient. CNT have various advantage, and can be composed with metal nano materials. Especially, Titanium oxide and gold nano particles are focused on sensor for detection of cancer, it can elecate electron transition feeiciency between electrode surface and target materials, and biological functionalization of CNT. It means that nano material is composed each other. In this study, electrodes are considered materialsd and their chracteristic for cancer sensor.
이온교환법에 의한 고분자전해질형 연료전지용 전극의 제조와 특성 고찰

고분자전해질형 연료전지용 전극의 백금 이용률을 높이기 위해 촉매제조시 이온교환법을 이용하여 백금을 carbon에 담지하고 이에 따른 전지성능변화를 고찰하였다. 전극제조시 Nafion이 첨가되지 않은 경우 이온교환양이 증가함에 따라 전기화학적인 활성이 증가하여 전지성능이 증가하였다. 전극제조시 Nafion이 첨가된 경우, Nafion첨가량이 증가함에 따라 전지성능은 증가하였는 데 Nafin첨가에 의해 이온교환되지 않은 백금이 전기화학적인 활성을 가지게 되어 전지성능은 증가하였다. To improve platinum utilization of PEMFC(Proton exchange membrane fuel cell) electrode, in preparing catalytic powder, platinum was impregnated on carbon by ion exchange method and its cell performance was investigated. When electrode was prepared without adding Nafion solution, as Nafion pre-impregnated amount was increased, electrochemically active area and cell performance was increased. When electrode was prepared with Nafion solution, increase of adding Nafion amount was improvement of cell performance. By adding Nafion at preparation of electrode, non ion-exchange platinum was shown electrochemical activity, cell performance was improved.
유압관로내의 동특성을 이용한 비정상 유량계측에 관한 연구

This paper describes an approach for estimating the unsteady flowrate through a hydraulic pipe lines and a components in real time. Concerning the dynamic characteristics of a hydraulic pipe lines, experimental research from the view point of focusing on the unsteady flowrate through a pipe is insufficient because of the lack of adequate flowmeters. In this experiment, a new instantaneous flowrate measurement system making use of a sharp-edged cylindrical choke and LDV has been proposed and developed by the authors. The unsteady flowrate is obtained from the measurements center-line velocity of a circular pipe using LDV and the pressure difference using a sharp-edged cylindrical choke, and experiments on the frequency characteristics are carried out. The results show a good agreement between the estimated and directly measured flowrate waveforms illustrates the validity of the method proposed here.

Latex modification of concrete provides the material with higher flexural strength, as well as high bond strength and reduced water permeability. However, If the thermal expansion properties of overlay concrete (latex-modified concretes) are big different from that of substrate (ordinary portland cement concrete), these would cause a big interfacial stresses and result in premature failure. Therefore, the purposes of this study were to investigate thermal expansion characteristics of latex-modified concrete with cement types. The result of thermal expansion showed the coefficient of thermal expansion of concretes increased with latex inclusion. The coefficient of thermal expansion of RSLMC was a little smaller than that of LMC, which might be due to the finer cement grain, compacter internal, and stiffer properties of concrete. However, the coefficients of LMC and RSLMC were quite similar to that of ordinary cement concrete. Thus, this would not cause an interfacial stresses and will enable to ensure long-term performance of concrete bridge deck overlays.
저산소상태에서 육미지황원의 뇌신경세포 보호효과에 대한 연구

Yukmijinhwangwon(YM) has been known to reinforce the vital essence and have antioxidant activities. This study was designed to examine the inhibitory effects of YM against in vitro hypoxia/reperfusion-induced inflammatory response. We have characterized the production of prostaglandin E₂and arachidonic acid during hypoxia/reperfusion in the human neuroblastoma SK-N-MC and human monocytic macrophage U937 cells and the ingibitory effect of YM on these inflammation-related substance formation has been found out in this study. To investigate inhibition of COX expression by YM during hypoxia in vitro. This result suggested that YM used in this experiment reinforced antiinflammatory potentials and protected cells against hypoxia/reperfusion induced inflammatory response.

In this study, additions of aluminium foil eching characteristics were compared with sulfuric acid for capacitor. sulfuric acid and ethylene glycol is used as addition, characteristics of funtional group from addition were guessed by comparing of aluminium foil eching characteristics. When sulfuric acid was added in HCI etching solution, corrosion of aluminum metal was inhibited by the chemical adsorption of sulfate ion, when ethylen glycol was added in HCI etching solution, corrosion inhibited by the chemical adsorption of OH^ion.
