        논문 : 한옥 생산성 향상을 위한 설계지원 방안에 관한 연구 실무 -부재가공 프로세스 분석을 중심으로-

        기존 한옥의 계승을 위한 관련 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 한옥 보급에는 실용성을 띄지 못하고 있다. 이는 한옥 시공기술의 복잡성과 자재 생산기술 부족으로 인한 제한적 범위 내에서 공사가 진행됨에 따라 높은 공사비를 원인으로 꼽을 수 있다. 이에 따라 현재 전통 한옥이 가진 정체성을 살리고 현시대에 보급될 수 있는 신 한옥으로의 진화를 위해 부재간의 연관을 분석하고 조립하는 방식을 지식으로 구성하고 디지털 모델링을 함으로써 공사비 절감이 가능케 하는 방법 등이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 한옥 설계자를 고려한 효율적인 부재 가공 정보 지원을 목표로 한옥 부재 실무 가공 분석을 통해 경제성, 시공성을 파악하고 최적화 방안을 위한 한옥 부재 제작 CNC 시뮬레이션을 통해 효율적인 가공 프로세스의 발전 가능성을 예측하여 최적화된 부재가공 정보를 제안하고 이를 기반으로 한옥 수요자들을 위한 설계지원 방법에 대한 구체적인 방안을 제시함으로써 한옥의 생상성 향상에 기여하고자 한다. There have been a lot of studies about the Han-ok, the Korean-style house, in perspective of the inheritage of existing ones, but there are no practicality in the supply of Han-ok. The cause is considered to exist in the complexity of Han-ok and the techniques required to manufacture its components and in the relatively higher construction expenses in the process which is within restricted range. On the contrary, in order to preserve the identity of traditional Han-ok and encourage the evolution to create a new Han-ok that can be supplied to the present period, there has been studies that analyzes the connection between sub-components and assemble them into a digital model which can possibly decrease the expenses spent on construction. The research`s objective is to provide valuable information for Han-ok designers, which contains methods on manufacturing sub-components effectively. Furthermore, by analyzing the current manufacturing method`s workability and economic feasibility, the research can obtain an optimum alternative for improving Han-ok`s production. Also by using CNC simulation, the possibility of an effective production can be predicted, as well as the information that can lead to the optimum method for an efficient sub-component manufacturing and suggest a specific resolution which can also affect on the improvement of Han-ok productivity.

        There have been a lot of studies about Han-Ok, the Korean-style house, in the perspective of existing Han-Ok’s inheritance, but there are no practicality in supply of Han-Ok. The cause is considered the complexity of Han-Ok construction techniques and higher construction expenses comparatively by processing in the restricted range by the shortage of the manufacturing technology of materials. On the contrary, for evolution to the new Han-Ok that can be supplied to the present period, there are studies that is analyzed the connection between sub materials and for possible modeling by formulating of assembling way. Thus, this study try to suggest the CNC process for new Han-Ok construction to secure construction relate to construction technique, which is determined by few expert technicians that is pointed out as problems of Han-Ok.

        Effects of Pilger Rolling and Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Ag-electroplated 304 Stainless Steel Tubes

        We introduce a cost-effective method that combines electroplating with metal cold working processes to manufacture compositetubes with robust corrosion resistance. First, a 3-step electroplating process was developed to form an adhesive anduniform Ag coating on the outer wall of a 304 stainless steel tube. The process consisted of a Ni-strike step for removing thepassivation layer of the initial 304 tube, Cu deposition for smoothing the surface by adding a buffer layer, and Ag deposition. To reinforce the interfacial adhesion between the electroplated layers and the 304 tube and increase the area of the Ag coating,a pilger rolling or pilger rolling + heat-treatment process was performed after the Ag electroplating process. Scanningelectron microscopy of the composite tubes after each process indicated that the as-deposited Ag coating changed fromhaving a rough to smooth surface after only pilger rolling and with additional heat treatment. Electron backscatter diffractionanalysis of the microstructures and textures of the tubes revealed that dynamic recrystallization occurred extensively duringpilger rolling, resulting in the formation of a relatively defect-free grain structure without heat treatment. Furthermore,electrochemical polarization curves determined that the Ag-coated composite tubes are superior to the uncoated 304 tubein terms of corrosion resistance under Cl−atmosphere, owing to the formation of a AgCl passivation layer during testing. Surface analysis of the composite tubes suggests that the properties of the AgCl passivation layer are related to the grainsize of the Ag coating and the density of plastic-deformation-induced defects.

        오늘날 현저한 CO2 레이저의 응용 추세에 발맞추어 보다 다양한 형태의 출력 제어 기술이 대두되고 있다. 본연구에서는multi-Pulse Superposing-Discharge 기술을 이용하여 다양한형태의 CO2 레이저의 펄스를 성형 하였다. 펄스 성형을 위한 방법으로 PIC one-chip microprocessor를 이용하여 삼중 PFN 모률의 SCR을 각각 고유의 지연시간을 가지도록 제어하였다. 실험에 사용된 삼중 PFN 모률의 전원 회로는 각각 캐패시터 인덕터,SCR,고압 펄스 트랜스 그리고 고압 트랜스 2차측에 브릿지 정류기로 구성 하였다. 고압 펼스 트랜스의 1차측을 제어하므로서 PFN 모률의 동작을 저 전압에서 수행 할 수 있다. 트랜스의 2차측에 연결된 전파 정류기는 펄스 에너지를 부하에 지속적으로 전달한다. 본 연구에서는 삼중 PFN 모률의 각각의 SCR을 다른 시간 가격을 두고 트리거 하므로서 다양한 Long pulse shaping을 실현하였다. 또한 약 250-1000μs 의 주기를 가지는 다양한 펄스형 레이저 빔을 얻었다.

        We propose a new technique to the development of Intelligent control algorithm based-on digital signal processors in order to improve the precision and robustness for system of industrial robot. Intelligent control has emerged as one of the most active and fruitful areas for research in the applications of fuzzy set theory, especially in the real of industrial processes. In this thesis, a self-organizing fuzzy controller for the industrial robot manipulator with a actuator located at the base is studied. A fuzzy logic composed of linguistic conditional statements is employed by defining the relations of input-output variable of the controller, In the synthesis, one of the most difficult problems is the determination of linguistic control rules from the human operators. To overcome this difficult, SOFC is proposed for a hierarchical control structure consisting of basic level and high level that modify control rules. The proposed scheme is simple in structure, fast in computation, and suitable for implementation of real-time control. Performance is illustrated by simulation and experimental results for SCARA robot.

      • 금은화 추출물의 세포독성에 관한 연구

        In order to investigate the cytotoxicity of Lonicerae Flos extract, their extracts were dissolved in distilled water and methanol. All material diluted from 10^-3to 10^-7(㎎/㎖) with distilled water putted in each well of 24 multidish cultured rat fibroblast for 48hours. The cell number was calculated at 2 days and cell shape takes photographed by inverted microscope at same day. The results were as follows: 1. The rate of cell multiplication was the lowest in water extract from 10^-3 to 10^-7(㎎/㎖) concentration and the highest in ether and hexane extract at 10^-7(㎎/㎖) concentration. 2. Index of cytotoxicity was the highest with 3 score in water extract at 10^-3(㎎/㎖) concentration and the lowest with 1 score in ether, ethyl acetate or hexane extract at same concentration. 3. The degeneration of cell shape and number was the severest in water extract of 10&-4(㎎/㎖) concentration, but ether and hexane extracts in same concentration were weaker than water extract. These results indicate that the cytotoxicity of extracts by ether and hexane from same Lonicerae Flos was weaker then water extract.

        This study was designed to identify the recognition and practice for delivery method of living waste, to find out the problem of currently delivery system of living waste and to recommend the more effected waste delivery system in Asan city. The size of sample was 1100 households of 50000 households who live in Asan area. The data was collected by questionnaire from June 1999 to May 2000, and the results were as follows; 1. The 58% respondents(housewives) has been answered to know for recycling method of living waste, and 50% of the respondents has been discharge separately the food. 2. The respondents has been answered that the priority for effected method of living waste delivery system in to discharge separately the living waste, to reduce the consumption and to charge for vinyl package.

        한약재를 첨가한 오소리 발효액이 폐경기 증후군과 Estradiol 농도 및 골대사에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigated the possibility of Meles meles as an edible functional resource. To asses the effects Meles meles fermented liquid(ML) with medicinal plants in postmenopausal women, the menopause symptoms, hematological and serum chemical variables and bone health indices were examined. Twenty five postmenopausal women participated in the study. As a result, in postmenopausal women, ML supplements were effective in reducing the incidence of menopause symptoms, such as insomnia(44.0%), sensitivity(40.0%), headache(34.0%), hot flush and decreased vaginal lubrication(20.0%) after 12 weeks. Also serum estradiol and calcitonin and calcium levels were 23.27 pg/mL, 14.88 pg/mL and 8.86 ㎎/dL before the ML intake. Levels were significantly increased of estradiol and calcitonin and calcium after ML intake during 12 weeks to 30.36 pg/mL, 21.61 pg/mL and 10.01 ㎎/dL. Osteocalcin and bone alkaline phosphatase activity were 14.36 ng/mL, 21.55 U/L before the ML intake, but according to ML intake, the levels were significantly decreased. In conclusion, ML Play benefical roles in the prevention of bone loss and menopause symptoms. Howere current data are not sufficient to determine the effective doses for benefical effect as well as harmful effect and support dietary recommendation level for ML. Therefore, our results should be viewed with caution. But Meles meles fermented liquid with medicinal plants can be used as possible food resources and functional food materials, more studies are needed to identify the proper mechanism of ML.

        인삼잎과 줄기 혼합 추출액의 첨가급식이 흰쥐의 성장, 영양효과 및 혈청 지질에 미치는 영향

        This study was conducted to investigate the application possibility of leaf and stem extract(LSE) extracted from the mixture of leaf and stem of ginseng radix(Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer). This study measured the intake levels and efficiency ratio, growth rate, absorption ratio of carbohydrate, lipid and protein of rat by feeding with LSE during 6 weeks. We analyse the hematological and serum metabolic variables, serum lipid concentrations. Total diet and protein intake levels were low, but efficiency ratios were significantly high in LSE administered groups than the control group. Weight gain, liver and kidney weight of LSE groups were significantly higher than the control group. Blood RBC, Hct, Hb, total protein and albumin concentrations were reasonable levels in LSE administered groups compared to the basal diet group. Also serum total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, triglyceride contents of LSE groups were low, but HDL-cholesterol level was higher than the basal diet group. These results imply that leaf and stem of ginseng radix could be used as possible food resources, functional food material and feed stuff.

      • 경북지역 주부들의 전통 부엌 세간의 보유 현황 및 이용실태 조사 연구

        Housewives residing in the Kyongsang-Buk-do area were surveyed to determine their ownership of Korean traditional kitchen appliances and their usages. A breakdown of the appliances for the survey was as follows: 16 tableware, 17 household utensils, 15 heating utensils, 14 ceramic and earthen pottery, 6 stone utensils, 9 cooking utensils, 9 utensils made of the dried bamboo and bush clover, and 13 dining tables ("sang"). The types of the appliances with the largest ownerships and most frequently used were as follows: The jeopsi was most frequently owned, followed by the daejeop and the jaengban. The most frequently used item was the jubal,, followed by the daejeop and the jeopsi. Among the wooden utensils, bangmangi was most frequently owned, followed by the chanjang, the che, the doe, mal and hop. The most frequently used household utensil was the chanjang, followed by the takjasang and the doe, mal and hop. The utensil the most people owned for heating was the jujeonja, followed by the seoksoe, the musoesot and the siru. The most frequently used utensil for heating was the jujeonja, the musoesot and the seoksoe, in the order. As for the ceramic and earthen pottery, hangari and dok were owned and used most frequently. The maetdol and the jeolgu, though very low in their ownership rate, were most frequently owned items among the stoned utensils. The kal and the doma were the most frequently owned and used cooking utensils. The sokuri, and the chaeban and the baguni were the most frequently owned among the utensils made of the dried bamboo, bush clover and straw, while the sokuri was used the most frequently, followed by the chaeban and the jori. Among the dining tables, the kyojasang was the item most frequently owned, followed by the seonban and the chaeksangban, while the wonban was the most frequently used, followed by the kyojasang and the chaeksangban.
