The purpse of this study is to analy7~ the public library program development for the 01d Age and voluntary activities for community development. The study area that are Anyng city, Uiwang city and Goonpo city who was the Old Age from 60 years old to 8lyears. In United State Old Age mnning in 1955 of voluntary Activities. But Korea Old Ages had not be experience of voluntary service activities not so much. So, through the public Library Program for the Old Age increase participation community development that voluntary of care the Youth and Guide stranger in city. Also, A study on The Public Library program development for the Old Age in Community Development that change police of public library through thls study. This study is based on the (1) Searching the cornmunit\ulcorner. development police in the Old Age in community (2) Study method in library educate for The Old Age (3) the Old Age Participation of community development Activities in local Government (4) Exploring the improvemts based on the study. And also training of the old Age for human resource development.

The purpose of this study is to research the concepts of reading ability and debate ability, and the components of both abilities and to make the performance assessment's standards to apply them to the classroom for reading debate in the school libraries. For doing this, I studied the necessity of reading debate, assessment, and the components of reading/debate abilities. The components of the reading and debate abilities were derived from the theoretical researches and the performance assessment's standards for the reading debate were proposed in the viewpoint of the teacher librarians and classroom teachers in the school libraries in order that the teacher librarians and teachers could apply them to the reading debate classes and assess the performance achievement of the students. 본 연구는 독서능력과 토론능력에 대한 개념 및 구성요소를 명확히 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 평가도구와 평가기준을 개발하여 학교도서관의 독서토론수업에서 학습자에 대한 객관적인 수행평가를 실행할 수 있는 평가방법을 제안하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 먼저 학교도서관 독서토론수업의 관점에서 독서토론과 평가의 필요성을 살펴보고, 기존의 독서능력과 토론능력에 대한 선행연구를 중심으로 독서능력과 토론능력의 개념과 그 구성요소들을 고찰하였다. 독서능력과 토론능력의 구성요소를 추출하고 학교도서관의 독서토론수업 수행평가에 포함되어야 할 구성요소를 기초로 하여 사서교사와 교과교사 즉, 교육평가자 관점의 평가도구와 평가기준을 개발하였다.

스마트폰 애플리케이션을 활용한 국내외 대학도서관의 모바일 서비스에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to introduce the concepts of smartphone and app, to review the theoretical researches and the representative service examples in academic libraries' mobile services based on smartphone apps, and to propose the proper mobile services methods based on smartphone apps in academic libraries of Korea. The ways for mobile app services in academic libraries are like these: 1) Libraries need to prepare the hybrid service system based on the combination of mobile web and app for smartphone. 2) Libraries have the guidelines for choosing apps which are applied to library services. 3) Libraries develop the apps for library marketing and education services and make use of existed apps to their own services. 4) Smartphone application bibliography service(Appography service) needs to be developed and serviced as an academic library service field.

"The Analysis of PC information system through the Human Relations development in Community Youth" that is very important in information society because existing human relation system is first meeting with face and after build relation each other, but now, information societies have different paradigm that is first talking and charting with netizen after with face to face meeting. And they are more fast relationship than industrial society, as like speed of information communication equipment development. This theses emphases different way of human relation two generation that is information society and industrial society, so continue changeable formula of human relation system. Also the changeable human relation system is more advance formation comparatives with before human relation system. So, this analysis of netizen that user of PC information system that are important this generation. Human relation of information society will be changeable everything and that needs new paradigm of human relation method and technique.

대중가요 노래비 콘텐츠 연계를 통한 지역관광 활성화 방안 연구 - 남도지역을 중심으로 -

In this paper, the purpose is in order to promote the development of contents that promote local tourism through the cost of singing established in the hometown of the famous popular singers or the home of the lyrics centered on southern region. Korean people have lived in singing songs and songs for a long time. So the song of a Korean is a story of life. Everywhere in the world, it became Arirang with the rhythm of the stories of life and became a labor songs. The study area was firstly designated as Jeolla - do Mokpo, Yeongam, Jangheung, and Boseong as tourism research belt. First of all, the development of the tourism contents of the song monument was searched together with the method of raising the tourism effect by combining with the local specific traditional tourism themes. The results of this study are meaningful to the revitalization of tourism linked with the tourism contents of the Korean music festival for the construction of a global tourism mecca of Korean Wave. 본 연구는 남도지역을 중심으로 유명한 대중가요 가수들의 고향 또는 노랫말의 본향에 세워진 노래비 콘텐츠와의 연계를 통해 지역관광을 활성화하는 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 한국 민족은 예부터 한과 흥을 노래에 담고 살았다. 그래서 한국인의 노래는 곧 삶의 이야기이다. 지역마다 삶의 이야기들에 가락을 담아 아리랑이 되었고 노동요가 되었다. 연구 대상 지역은 가수들의 고향 또는 노랫말의 본향에 세워진 노래비를 통해 지역 관광 활성화를 추진하고 전라도 목포, 영암, 장흥, 보성 등을 관광연구벨트로 지정하여 정리하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 남도지역에 소재한 목포 이난영의 노래비, 영암 하춘화 노래비, 장흥 손석우 작곡가 노래비, 보성 서편제 시조 박유전 노래비와 부용산 노래비를 대상으로 하였다. 먼저 노래비 관광콘텐츠 개발은 지역 특화된 기존의 관광 테마와 접목을 통하여 관광 효과를 상승시키는 방안도 함께 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구의 결과를 통해 한류의 세계적인 관광 메카 구축을 위한 한국 가요의 노래비 관광콘텐츠와 연계한 관광활성화에 그 의의가 있다.

정보화는 IT의 기술의 씨알이 되어 발전하였으며 한국이 세계 속에 두각을 나타내게되었다. 21세기의 초창기는 기술로 승부하겠지만 점점 기술의 개발이 고도화되면서 부속적으로는 기술의 응용분야도 함께 발전해야한다는 명제를 우리는 안고 있다. 그것이 바로 정보기술의 아우름이라고 표현하면 좋겠다. 옛말에 구슬이 세 말이라도 꿰어야 보배라는 말이 있다. 다시 말해 기술이 아무리 휼륭하다고 하더라도 앞으로는 응용되고 인간이 활용하지 않는다면 사장되는 경우가 많다는 것을 표현하는 말이다. 여기서는 정보화를 사회복지에 응용하는 분야 중 개략적으로 방법론을 다루었다. 이 주제발표가 IT기술을 개발하는 학자들에게 새로운 패러다임으로 작용하기를 바라는 마음에서주제 발표를 하게되었다.
