정보전문가의 교수활동지원을 위한 참고정보서비스 실태 분석

The purpose of this study is to survey the reference information service participation to school library human resources, to compare the independent variables with reference information service participation, and to discern what the important impacts on the differences of reference information service participation are. The 254 questionaries used were collected from December 1, 2006 to December 31, 2006 to the 327 school library employees. In this study, it is proved that there are differences between the Reference Information Service Participation of school library human resources and independent variables: gender, the level of school library, length of service, employment style. Tips for the reference information service participation of school library human resources were provided based on inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study. 본 연구는 정보전문가의 교수활동 지원을 위한 참고정보서비스 실태를 사서교사의 참고정보서비스 참여를 중심으로 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 조사방법은 전국사서교사협의회 회원교(212개)와 전국에서 계약직 사서가 가장 많이 배치된 경기도의 2개 도시 학교도서관(115개) 사서전수(327명)를 대상으로, 2006년 12월 1일부터 12월 31일까지 31일간 3차에 걸쳐 데이터를 수집하였으며, 총 254개(회수율 77.7%)의 질문지가 분석에 사용되었다. 그 결과 사서교사와 사서들은 독립변인(성별, 학교급, 근무경력, 고용구분)에 따라 교수활동지원을 위한 참고정보서비스 참여도에 차이가 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이 같은 문제를 해결하는 방안으로, 문헌정보학 교과과정과 직무연수 등을 통해 교수활동 지원을 위한 참고정보서비스 교육을 강화할 것과 교수활동에 사서교사와 사서가 참여하여 참고정보서비스를 강화할 수 있는 제도적 장치를 마련할 것 등을 제언하였다.

UR, WTO에 의해 지난 1997년 국내 닭고기 시장이 전면 개방된 이후 매년 닭고기 수입은 급속도로 증가해왔으며, 2003년말 고병원성 조류인플루엔자가 발병되기 전까지만 해도 수입 닭고기는 국내 닭고기 시장의 약 30%를 점유하는 등 국내 닭고기 시장을 크게 위협했다. 특히 미국의 경우 자국 내에서는 인기부위인 가슴육 위주로 소비하고 비 인기부위인 다리육은 우리나라에 덤핑가격으로 수출해 국내 닭고기 시장을 더욱 혼란스럽게 했다. 반면 국내 소비자는 미국, EU 등 선진국과는 달리 닭다리를 선호하여 다리육은 부족하고 가슴육은 남아도는 구조를 가지고 있어 우리 역시 남아도는 닭 가슴육을 이들 국가에 수출해야 할 필요성이 절실하게 요구돼 왔다. 게다가 현재 협상 중인 한 · 미 FTA가 체결되어 이로 인해 미국산 닭고기 수입에 대한 관세가 철폐될 경우 국내 닭고기 시장에 미치는 영향이 적지 않은 것으로 분석됨에 따라 국내닭고기 시장에 미치는 영향을 최소화 하고, 나아가 국내 육계산업의 경쟁력 확보를 위해서는 대미 닭고기 수출의 필요성은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이에 필자는 지난 9월 9일부터 16일까지 8일간 미국 워싱턴 D.C 미국 농무성 식품안전검사처(FSIS) 국제업무국(OIA) 등을 방문해 한국의 가축방역 및 축산물 위생검사제도에 대해 설명하고, 대미 삼계탕 수출을 위해 담당자와 기술적 내용을 협의했다. 본고에서는 그날 협의한 내용들을 간략하게 요약하여 게재코자 한다.

국내 광역시도 교육청 교수학습지원센터의 디지털참고봉사 제공과 이용 현황 분석

Examinations and analysis were done to understand the digital reference services of the Teaching & Learning Aid Centers under 16 metropolitan city and provincial offices of education. The data used were collected from July 3, 2006 to July 15, 2006 by the direct contacts on their main homepages and recording the question and answer transcripts. It was proven that 13 of the 16 Teaching & Learning Aid Centers have done the reference services. In this study, several characteristics-whether the digital reference service was done or not, interface access level, its title, its communication tool, reference question number, reference question style, answer rate, etc-were analyzed. Tips for the future development were provided on the basis of the inadequacies and other findings revealed through this study. 본 연구는 국내 광역시도 교육청 웹기반 교수학습지원센터에서 제공하고 있는 디지털참고봉사의 현황을 이해하기 위하여 전국적인 조사를 수행하여 분석하였다. 2006년 7월 3일부터 7월 15일까지 직접 접속을 하여 참고봉사 제공관련 특성과 참고질문응답 기록을 통해 데이터를 수집하였다. 전국의 16개 광역시도 교육청 교수학습지원센터 중 13개 센터가 디지털참고봉사를 제공하는 것으로 나타났으며, 디지털참고봉사 실시여부, 인터페이스 접근 수준, 디지털참고봉사 명칭, 디지털참고봉사 커뮤니케이션 도구, 참고질문수, 참고질문 유형, 응답비율, 질문 답변자 유형을 분석하였다. 현황과 문제점이 도출되었고 교수학습지원센터의 디지털참고봉사가 확립되기 위한 방향을 제시하였다.

After 2008, may nations in Global had suffer worst economic crisis, and also United State financial take the advantage of financial crisis, but China were growing the economic. And also China establish the foundation of the AIIB(Asia Infrastructure investment Bank), that is making conflict with United State. In this paper, We suggest for solution of Korea deepening diplomatic isolation solution for the South Korea to make it up with the North Korea. And the Alliance between Korea and the United States firm and strong. Korea with China have to expanding political and economic cooperation through the two nations business activities. 2008년 이후 글로벌 경제 위기는 우리나라는 물론 미국의 재정위기를 초래하였다. 그러나 중국은 경제성장과 더불어 아시아 인프라 투자은행(AIIB)을 설립하였다. 이는 미국과의 갈등을 초래하였다. 이 무렵 미국과 일본은 더욱 동맹을 돈독히 했으며, 이는 중국과 한국, 그리고 필리핀과의 갈등을 초래하였다. 이제 미국과 중국은 국제사회에서 더 이상 영구적인 적대국이나 친구가 아니다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 상황에서 미국과 동맹국으로서 위상과 중국과는 자유무역의 경제적인 이익 관계, 일본과는 문화적인 호혜관계 설정하고 북한과는 평화협정을 추진을 통한 한국의 안보와 안정을 추진하는데 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.

Abstract The study of the "Agricultural Special Product deal with Electronic Commercial for increasing the general income in Information Society" that is too much important in this Information society generation. The rural area economic circumstance in Information Society better than the industrial society because rural area general income very cross urban area general income. But information society comparatives with industrial society that have a lot of business systems as like CE(Electronic Commercial) system. So the rural and agrarian product needs helping of the transport business method. This study is constitute of old generation changeable to more young generation in rural community that is symbolical developing information society in rural community, also method of developing information and deal with CE for special product in agrarian. Now days Korea economic situation take off f개m crisis economy in the IMF system, also rural community situation changeable that is different mind of urban and rural. Because that is information society coming in rural community.
