        The purpose of this investigation was to develop a new carrier using chitin and glucan as the model for Aspergillus oryzae cell wall. In case of the ratio of chitin and glucan(3/1), the activity of the immobilized protease had higher than that of model(chitin/glucan=1/3) and carriers were formed gel. In case of soluble chitin and glucan treated with calcium carbonate, there were a 1.8-fold increase in activity of immobilized protease compared with untreated chitin. The scanning electron microscope image showed that a pore size of this carrier had a homogenized pore size and a smooth surface.

      • 유산소 운동에서의 뇌파·혈중 β-엔돌핀의 동태 분석

        The present study was designed to examine the effects of aerobic exercise on the change of alpha wave component in electroencephalogram (EEG) and plasma β-endorphin. Exercise consisted of 30-min cycling on an ergometer with the load adjusted to elicit a heart rate rise of 50% between resting and predicted maximal value. The EEG signals and blood samples were obtained before and after 30-min exercise. The EEG signal was digitized at a sampling frequency of 64㎐ and analyzed by means of computer-aided decomposition algorithm and frequency power spectral analyses, respectively. The blood samples were immediately centrifuged for 15-min for quantitative analysis of β-endorphin by means of radioimmunoassay method. Results indicated that β-endorphin was significatly (p<.05) greater after exercise as compared to that of the resting contorol. It was also found that the larger the changes in β-endorphin following exercise, the higher the appearance rate of alpha wave in EEG. There was a positive and signifcant correlation (r=.563, p<0.05) between that increase in alpha wave component and that of the plasma β-endorphin. There results suggest that traquilizer effects of aerobic exercise could be explained, at least in part, by the increase of alpha wave component and plasma β-endorphin which in turn bring about the relaxation effects upon the central nervous system.

        This study is about open and secondary level Home Economics Education which is applicable to field and which includes the characteristics, purpose and problems of each open education. secondary education and home economics education. Based on the ideology of open education, this study will identify the meaning of openness in terms of Home Economics Education reconstructing meaning. purpose, characteristics, curriculum paradigm and curriculum. The instructional model and module which use web, will be Presented as the results of the reconstruction works. The open instructional module in Home Economics Education, which will be operated on the web, is consisted of 1)setting the orientation of curriculum development, 2)instructional model development. 3)rebuilding the Home Economics Education curriculum 4)development of instructional modules and web-based materials and 5)construction of the web-site . Six instructional module begin with critical/emancipatory curriculum Paradigm in open Home Economics Education. use module as a unit of class management instead of 1 class. facilitates nest-type integration which is applied from open education keeping the nature of Home Economics Education. and focus on practical problem and problem solving through reconceptualization with dialectical perspective on individual, family and society. The practical problem solving model has four steps : Identifying practical problems. Understanding the contexts of Problem, Searching for solutions and examining its consequences . Action and evaluation . The web-site has to be developed based on the six instructional module includes those issues : self-identification for reinforcing autonomy and self-esteem. living with famity. living with friends, autonomous living. healthy living, and understanding sexuality.

      • 배기가스 재순환에 의한 실린더 및 피스톤 마모에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The effects of recirculated exhaust gas on the wear of cylinder liner, piston and piston rings have been investigated by the experiment with a two-cylinder, four cycle, indirect injection disel engine operating at 75% load and 1600 rpm spped. For the purpose of comparison between the wear rates of two cylinders with and without EGR, the recirculated exhaust gas is sucked into one of two cylinders after the soot among exhaust emissions is removed by an intentionally designed cylinder-type scrubber equipped with 6 water injectors(A water injector has 144 nozzles of 1.0 mm diameter), while only the fresh air into another cylinder. These experiments are carried out on the fuel injection at a fixed 15.3˚BTDC timing. It is found that firstly the mean wear amount of cylinder liner with EGR is more increased in the measurement positions of the second half than of the first and the mean wear amoount without EGR is almost uniform regardless of measurement positions, secondly the wear rates of the first and second piston ring(compression ring) thickness with EGR are more than twice, but the wear rate of oil ring thickness without EGR is more increased than that with EGR, and finally the wear rate of piston skirt with EGR is a little bit increased, but the piston head diameter is rather increased owing to soot adhesion and corrosion wear, and especially larger with EGR.

      • 고출력 CW Nd:YAG 레이저를 이용한 CSP 1N 박판재 절단시 공정변수의 절단표면특성에 미치는 영향

        The objective of this research work is to investigate the influence of process parameters, such as power of laser, travel speed of laser and material thickness, on roughness and striation of the cut surface for the case of cutting of CSP IN sheet using high power Nd:YAG laser with continuous wave (CW). In order to find the practical cutting region and the relationship between process parameters on the roughness and the striation, several laser cutting experiments are carried out. From the results of experiments, the allowable cutting region and an optimal cutting speed for each cutting condition have been obtained to improve the quality of the cut surface. In addition, it has been shown that the surface roughness is related to the number of striation and depth of valley of the cut surface.

To solve the above problem, we propose establishing the mathematical model of cooling system for chamber, simulating it with PID control algorithm and evaluating performance tests for control algorithm respectively.

        전분 충전 아크릴레이트 필름의 α-Amylase에 의한 생분해

        The biodegradability of vinyl acetate acrylate resin and corn starch blend was studied by determination of the reduced sugars produced after enzymatic hydrolysis. The starch hydrolysis reaction by a-amylase was achieved within 5 minutes. Optimal ranges of temperature and pH for the starch hydrolysis by a-amylase were around 80 ℃ and 6.5-7.2, respectively. The biodegradability of the starch-filled acrylate films increased as the content of starch increased. The biodegradation of starch in the starch-filled acrylate film by a-amylase was about 48.6% of that of pure starch. This value of biodegradable starch-filled acrylate film gave a good result with enzymatic shortcut test. The surface morphologies of the starch-filled acrylate film after enzymatic hydrolysis were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM).

        합성 Goethite에 의한 인산이온, 황산이온 및 구리이온의 흡착 특성

        Adsorption of phosphate, sulfate, and copper ion to goethite was investigated. Goethite was prepared in the alkaline solution. In the single adsorbate systems, the final equilibrium plateau reached within 20 min. The adsorption isotherms of the individual ions could be well described by the Langmuir equation. The maximum adsorption capacities (q_(max)) were calculated as 0.483 mmol/g and 0.239 mmol/g at pH 3 for phosphate and sulfate ion, and 0.117 mmol/g at pH 6 for copper ion, respectively. In competitive adsorption system with phosphate and sulfate, phosphate ion was a stronger competitor for adsorption on goethite than sulfate ion, which was consistent with higher affinity of phosphate ion for the surface compared to sulfate ion. The existence of sulfate ion enhanced the adsorption of copper ion but the adsorption of sulfate was inhibited when copper ion was present.

        일 지역 농업인의 근력강화운동이 정신사회 및 신체적 건강수준에 미치는 영향

        목적 농업인을 대상으로 근골격계질환의 예방과 관리를 위한 근력강화운동을 실시하여 심리상태와 신체능력에 미치는 효과를 밝힘으로써 농작업과 관련된 향후 치료프로그램의 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다 방법 규칙적인 운동프로그램의 참여 경험이 없는 농작업 종사자 28명을 대상으로 8주간 주 3회 근력강화운동을 실시하여 4주 이상 규칙적으로 참여한 대상자의 정신사회적 수준(자아존중감 사회심리적 스트레스) 신체적 수준(장악력 민첩성 동 정적 균형능력 근지구력) 요통 수준의 변화를 측정하였다 결과 근력강화운동에 참여한 대상자들의 자아존중감은 운동전에 비하여 유의하게 향상되었고 사회 심리적 스트레스는 유의하게 감소하였다 장악력 민첩성 동 정적균형능력은 운동 후 모두 유의하게 향상되었으며 요통 수준 또한 유의하게 감소하였다 결론 농업인에게 근력강화운동의 적용은 심리적인 안정을 주고 신체능력을 향상시켜 근골격계질환을 예방하고 관리하는데 적합한 치료프로그램으로 사용될 수 있으며 요통 수준을 감소시키는데 유용한 프로그램이었다. Objectives To evaluate both the psychosocial and physical effects of muscle strengthening exercise on farmers and in so doing evaluate their effect on musculoskeletal disorders in farmers. Methods 28 subjects participated in our muscle strengthening exercise program. Mean age of subjects was 63±13 years. The exercise program was performed 3 times a week during the 8 week studys period Before and after training various measurements were made self esteem scale (SES), psychosocial well being index short form (PWI SF), static and dynamic balance ability grip strength arm curl, time up and go (TUG), functional reach, and oswestry disability index. Results The muscle strengthening exercise program increased the self esteem grip strength and static and dynamic balance of subjects, while psychosocial stress and low back pain levels were decreased significantly (P<0.05) Conclusions The muscle strengthening exercise improved psychosocial and physical status of test subjects. Thus exercise may be an effective strategy for enhancing the psychosocial and physical health of farmers.
