      • Vinyl Jang Pan을 利用한 水稻 機械移秧 育苗箱子 開發에 관한 硏究 (Ⅱ) : 本畓生長過程 및 收量에 關한 試驗 On the Growth Process of Ricefield and Yield

        水稻 機械移秧 育苗箱子에 있어서 P.V.C育苗箱子와 이보다 低廉하고 農家에서 직접 만들어 쓸 수 있는 Vinyl Jang Pan과 목재를 利用한 育苗箱子를 제작하여 벼의 本畓 生長關係, 收量構成要素 및 收量에 對하여 調査한 것으로 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 이앙시의 주당묘수, 결주율은 각 처리구별 有意性이 認定되지 않았다. 2. 本畓 生育過程에 있어서 초장과 분얼수는 各處理別 최대 差異가 8.3%, 13%로 나타났다. 3. 收量構成要素인 주당묘수, 株當穗敷 및 千粒重은 共히 有意性이 認定되지 않았다. 4. 收量에 있어서 藁重, 排重, 精粗重 및 玄米重도 有意性이 없었다. 5. 經濟性 分析 結果 Vinyl Jang Pan 육묘상자를 使用 함으로써 P.V.C育苗箱子보다 10α當 11,294원∼13,127원 程度의 經費節減을 가져올 수 있었다. This study was carried out to investigate on the growth process of rice field, the yield component and the yield with the growing seedling box making in the Vinyl Jang Pan and wood much cheaper than the ordinary P.V.C. growing seedling box in the mechanical transplanting. The results were as follows; 1. The number of planting and missing plant ratio at the transplanting was not admitted to the significance in the each kind. 2. The plant height and the number of tiller in the growth process represented as the maximum defference from 8.3% to 13% in the each kind. 3. All of the number of panicles, Number of glumous flower and the 1,000 grain weight in the yield componet was not admitted the significance in the yield. 4. The straw, the empty grain weight, the winnowed paddy yield and Brown rice yield was not admitted the significance. 5. The results of analysis of the economic condition. it is possible to cut down the expenses of 11,294∼12,127won per 10α as using the vinyl Jang Pan growing seedling box than the ordinary P.V.C. growing seedling box.

      • 배기가스 재순환에 의한 실린더 및 피스톤 마모에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The effects of recirculated exhaust gas on the wear of cylinder liner, piston and piston rings have been investigated by the experiment with a two-cylinder, four cycle, indirect injection disel engine operating at 75% load and 1600 rpm spped. For the purpose of comparison between the wear rates of two cylinders with and without EGR, the recirculated exhaust gas is sucked into one of two cylinders after the soot among exhaust emissions is removed by an intentionally designed cylinder-type scrubber equipped with 6 water injectors(A water injector has 144 nozzles of 1.0 mm diameter), while only the fresh air into another cylinder. These experiments are carried out on the fuel injection at a fixed 15.3˚BTDC timing. It is found that firstly the mean wear amount of cylinder liner with EGR is more increased in the measurement positions of the second half than of the first and the mean wear amoount without EGR is almost uniform regardless of measurement positions, secondly the wear rates of the first and second piston ring(compression ring) thickness with EGR are more than twice, but the wear rate of oil ring thickness without EGR is more increased than that with EGR, and finally the wear rate of piston skirt with EGR is a little bit increased, but the piston head diameter is rather increased owing to soot adhesion and corrosion wear, and especially larger with EGR.

      • PID제어 기법을 적용한 그린하우스 온도제어

        본 연구는 이러한 종래의 온-오프제어와 아날로그제어의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 온실환기냉방 제어계의 수식모형에 근거한 디지탈제어기법을 도입하므로서 정확한 환기제어 방법을 도출하여 환기작동기의 최적 가동기법을 정착하여 에너지 효을을 제고시키기 위해 수행되었다. 연구는 소형 모형 온실에 계측제어 장치를 설치하여 환기냉방제어계의 온도 예측 수식모형 동정에 필요한 파라미터 식별을 실행하였고, 그 결과를 기초로 하여 비례적분미분제어법을 이용한 환기 냉방제어 실험을 실시하였던 바, 그 적용가능성이 입증되었다. In this study, digital control method baaed on the mathenatical model of ventilating cooling system for greenhouse was introduced. This system was expected to improve the weak point of the ON-OFF control system. Investigations were made to figure out the way of precious ventilation control which is the foundation of optimum operation technique of ventilation system in raising the energy efficiency. Parameters of mathematical model of temperature prediction for the ventilating cooling system were identified in a model greenhouse built for this study. With results from the parameter identification, operation simulations on ventilating cooling systems were carried out by proportional integrated derivative control(PID control). And then verification of the simulation results were made through the proto-type field experiments using control method.

        Plowing charging area of rice field with power tiller and tractor are as follows; 1. Plowing charging area of rice field with tractor have come out as 11.67ha(22ps, single bottom plow), 38.5ha(39ps, double bottom plow), 54.52ha(49ps, triple bottom plow). 2. Plowing charging area of rice field with tractor have come out as 30.43ha(22ps, rotavater with width 1.27m), 98.21ha (39ps, rotavater with width 1.52m), 108.07ha(49ps, rotavater with width 1.78m). 3. Plowing charging area of rice field with power tiller have come out as 8.05ha(6ps, plow), 9.10ha(8ps, plow), 9.98ha(10ps, plow). 4. Plowing charging area of rice field with power tiller have come out as 12.63ha(6ps, rotary), 17.97ha(8ps, rotary), 19.19ha(10ps, rotary).

      • 메탄올/가솔린 혼합연료의 성능 및 배기가스 특성에 관한 연구

        Using a 4-cyclinder engine having 1,800cc of exhaustion capacity, compositions of the exhausted gases from mixed liquid fuels containing 10, 20, 30, or 40% methanols were as folles : 1. With increasing the equivalence ratio (ER), the brake thermal efficiency (BE) decreased. with the greatest efficiency observed appoximately at 0.8 of ER, whereas the torque exhibited a trend opposite to that of BE with the highest efficiency found at near 1.2 of ER. 2. Concentration of NOx gas decreased with increasing methanols percentage ; the lowest NOx gas concentration was observed at 1.20 of ER. 3. Concentration of CO gas exhibited a biphasic trend : it increased up to 20% of methanols and thereafter declined. 4. The amount of exhausted HC from the mixed fuel was comparable to that of pure gasoline up to 10% of methanols ratio but decreased at or above 20% of methanols ratio, which seems to have reasulted from a difference in the oxygen content of the fuels.

      • 動力耕耘機Engine의 性態曲善에 關한 硏究

        This study was initiated to evaluate the performance of 8ps Diesel engines detached from power tiller and to find the possibility of offering a rational guide in selecting and inspecting the engines. For this purpose. 8ps engines of 3 different engine builders were used in measuring the maximum power, normal power. torque and fuel consumption rate at different engine speeds. The result of the study are summarized as follows: 1. The average of the normal powers specified by the 3 engines was 8ps at 2,200rpm. However, in the test the average power of 3 engines at 2,2000rpm was 7.9ps, 7.6ps and 7.8ps which was almost same. And 8ps which was presented as a rated power was measured around 2,230rpm. 2. The average of the maximum powers specified by the 3 engines was 14ps/2,400rpm, 12ps/2,200rpm, and 11ps/2,200rpm. However, in the test the average power of 3 engines at 12.3ps, 11.3ps and 10.6ps which was lower than the average of specified powers at the same engine speed. 3. Fuel consumption rates normal power was 1,900rpm and maximum power was 1.800rpm. Fuel consumption rates of 3 engines was almost same. 4. Torque was increased about 0.1kg.m/100rpm untim 2,000rpm at normal power and 2,100rpm at maximum power, after that time it was decreased gradually.

      • 動力耕耘機 크기別 利用費用에 關한 分析

        動力耕耘機의 費用負擔을 計測하므로서 農家로 하여금 效率的인 利用과 選擇에 基礎資料를 提示코져 作業能率을 除外한 各 馬力別 利用費用을 試驗分析한 結果는 다음과 같았다. 1. 各 機種別 燃料消費時間은 110㏄當 5ps 4分 36秒, 6ps 4分 26秒, 8ps 3分 26秒, 10ps 2分 48秒로 馬力의 크기에 따라 一定比率의 差異를 나타냈다. 2. 各 機種別 燃料消費率은 5ps 253.6g/ps-hr, 6ps 220.9g/ps-hr, 8ps 212.3g/ps-hr, 10ps 208.4g/ps-hr로 馬力이 적은 機種일수록 消費率이 높게 나타났다. 3. 2ha이하의 農家에서는 8~10ps의 耕耘機보다 6ps의 耕耘機를 使用하는 것이 經濟的이라 생각된다. 4) 作業性能을 除外한 純粹利用費用面에서 볼 때 6ps는 8ps보다 年間 76千원 10ps보다 125千원의 費用節減을 가져올 수 있다. In order to utilize the basial data in efficiently using and selecting power tiller by measuring expense of it, The results investigated the expense of use by each horsepower except field efficiency were summarized as follows: 1. Fuel consumption time by each kind of power tiller per 110㏄ was 4.6 minutes 5ps, 4.4 minutes 6ps, 3.4 minutes 8 ps and 2.8 minutes in 10ps. As the horsepower is high, Fuel consumption time was short. 2. Specific fuel consumption(g/pshr) by each kind of power tiller was 253.6 5 ps, 220.9 6 ps, 212.3 8ps and 208.4 in 10 ps. As the horse power was low, It was high. 3. It was suggested that It be more economic to utilize the power tiller of 6ps than 8 to 10ps 4. The net expense of use except field efficiency was more cut down by 76,000 won in 6ps than in 8ps, and 125,000 won than in 10ps.

      • 최적 ON-OFF제어에 의한 온실의 온도제어

        포장에서 설치된 800평 규모의 1-2W형 하우스로부터 수집된 환경자료를 바탕으로 수식모형을 이용하여 최적 ON-OFF제어, 단순 ON-OFF제어법으로 온도제어를 실시한 결과, 최적 ON-OFF제어방식에 의한 제어결과는 상당히 우수하였으며, 제어편차는 각각 ±0.4℃, ±1.1℃였다. This experiment was conducted to find out the temperature control in the 1-2W type modernized greenhouse by using optimal ON-OFF control and simple ON-OFF control algorithms. The control result predicted by the optimal ON-OFF control algorithm developed in this study is expected to be very helpful for designing greenhouse temperature control system. Maximum temperature control error under the same reference temperature were ±0.4℃ and ±1.1℃ respectively.

      • 비닐壯版을 利用한 水稻 機械移秧 育苗箱子 開發에 關한 硏究(Ⅰ) : 苗素質에 關한 試驗 On the seedling character

        本 硏究는 水稻機械移秧에 있어서 一般 푸라스틱 育苗箱子와 이보자 低廉하고 農家에서 직접 만들어 쓸 수 있는 Vinyl 壯版을 利用한 育苗箱子로 草長, 葉數, 生體重, 乾物重, 乾物重比에 對하여 實驗한 것으로 그 結果를 要約하면 다음과 같다. 1. 草長, 葉數, 生體重, 乾物重은 苗箱子에 따라서 高度의 有意性이 인정되나 乾物重比는 要因이 인정되지 않았다. 2. 비닐무공상자를 除外한 다른 비닐장판 육묘상자를 使用하여도 苗素質에 無關하게 나타났다. 3. 프라스틱상자보다 비닐장판을 이용하면 61% 經費節減을 가져올 수 있다. This study was carried out to investigate on the plant height and number of leafs, fresh weight, dry weight, dry weight ratio with the growing seedling box making by the vinyl bedding being much cheaper than the ordinary plastic growing seeding box in the mechanical transplanting. the results are as follows. 1. The plant height and number of leaf, flesh weight, dry weight was admitted to a high degree significance, but the dry weight ratio was not admitted to the factorial. 2. Any vinyl bedding with The exception of the vinyl bedding without hole appeared unrelatively in the character of seedling. 3. It is possible to cut down the expenses of 61% by using the vinyle bedding than the ordinary plastic growing seedling box.

      • 晉州地方의 國場作業機 負擔面積에 關한 硏究 : 移秧機, 바인더, 콤바인 Transplanter, Binder, Combine

        晋州地方의 圃場作業機 年間負擔面積은 다음과 같다. 1. 2條式 移秧期 年間負擔面積은 20日모 이앙은 11.84ha, 30日모 이앙은 11.68ha, 40日 이앙은 11.52ha로 나타났다. 2. 4條式 移秧期의 年間負擔面積은 20日모 이앙 18.07ha, 30日모 이앙 17.80ha, 40日모 이앙은 17.52ha로 나타났다. 3. Binder의 年間負擔面積은 벼 收穫 6.20ha 보리, 밀 收穫은 8.59ha로 나타났다. 4. 3∼4條式의 Combine 年間負擔面積은 벼收穫 13.73ha, 보리, 밀은 17.29ha로 나타났다. Charging area of the transplanter, Binder and Combine per year is as follows in Jinju districts. 1. Charging area of the 2 items rice transplanter per year have come out as 11.84 ha in case of the tranplanting with the 20 days old seedling, as 11.68 ha in the 30 days and 11.52 ha in the 40 days old seeding. 2. Charging area of the 4 items rice transplanter per year represented as 18.07 ha in the case of transplanting with the 20 days old seedling, as 17.80 ha in the 30 days and 17.52 ha in the 40 days old seedling. 3. Charging area of a Binder per year represented as 6.20 ha in the cas of harvesting the rice, as 8.59 ha in the barley and wheat. 4. Charging area of 3∼4 items Combine per year represented as 13.73 ha in the case of harvesting the rice, as 17.80 ha in the barley and wheat.
