        폐고속국도의 생태복원 방안 -영동선 192.4K(인천) 지점을 중심으로-

        Expressways are often upgraded by widening the lanes and/or by reshaping the roads to be more linear for faster travel time. However, during the process of improving the route of the expressways, the areas where the old expressways used to be are often unused and abandoned. When these neglected sites are left alone, they often become dump sites causing pollution and impacting the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is important to restore the abandoned expressway sites to its full natural beauty. In this study, the abandoned expressway at the Soksa interchange in Pyungchang county, located in Kangwon province was studied for establishing the model of ecological restoration project. Considering the characteristics of the site, the target flora species was chosen to be Quercus species and the target fauna species as amphibians. After the target species were carefully chosen, each species` habitat requirements were studied in order to figure out the appropriate methods toward habitat restoration specifically for these species. In addition, to determine the most efficient method toward restoration of abandoned expressways, the study utilized the planting hole techniques, the crack techniques, and the colonization techniques. In terms of the spatial organization, public education program is incorporated at the main entrance area and the programs for experimenting, and developing vegetation and habitat restoration techniques are placed in the vicinity. In the master plan-to provide natural ecosystem at the site-ASCON (asphalt concrete) was removed first, then plans for restoration including species` habitat restoration were established. Furthermore, the project included plans for improving water quality polluted through non-point source considering the surrounding nearby road and farm lands. Finally, the study established a planning process that will experimentally apply to the abandoned expressway restoration method. In the future, there will be a continuous monitoring of the methods applied to verify if the restoration methods are effective. Also, new restoration techniques should be available according to a variety of abandoned expressways` characteristics.

        Since 1980 the Korea Land Development Coporation has played a major role in land development by means of a Public Initiated Land Development Scheme. This strategy has attempted to correct the market failure of the generation of large sum of windfall profits. In accordance with reimplementation of the local autonomous ruling system since 1991, the demend for local government initiated land development have increased rapidly as local governments attempt to math the influence of national local development policy. In this regards, it is very useful for urban planners to analyze the merits and dismerits of the local government initiated land development schemes in view of national agency's development. This paper recommends several mitigation measures to improve the settlement of the local government initiated land development scheme.

        This Paper studied the background and characteristics of the adopted public development among the system of housing land development that is executing in our country nowadays And it defined the reasons of problems that is caused by a social change in the Project of public development at the level of city public development toward a service that the public development effects to the City planning. So it would like to propose reform methods in develo-ping housing area to give basic data in establishing system of city public development by the local selfgoverning body as the methods for a construction of effective city space and smooth supply of housing area is presented as follows. First : In order to ensure a legitimacy of an exercise of government power for the business of public development, the gualification of a practical system of public development is to be strengthened. According to the guideline of the policy of city development or nation's housing or land, the condition of Yelated areas, the characteristics of business subject, the system of public development is to be selected. The object of the public development such as the developing business of residential land for the low-incomed class, the suitable business that is developed by the pu-blic, the developing business of land in national basic industries is to be realized and objectified more. Second : A differtial application of distribution price of the residential land according to not only the distribution of residential land related with housing construction business and its use or object but also the storage of public land and reformation of system and distribution object of public development land through an activation of the system of land selling in advance. Third : The idleness one of planning developed land such as a rational management for restriction of privaty ownership of developing profit, the establishment of effective restoration system of the developed profit, and establishment of land developing fund is to be controlled. Fourth : To ensure a reinvestment resources for continuous propulsion of the city developing business, its effective propulsion of developing business by a preaying distribution and induction of land demand and distribution acceleration ncouragement of purchase interest) is to be drived. So the distribution acceleration and fund revulsion is to be smooth with a rational reform of a distribution method by a minimization of dependency degree of outer fund in an early period of development and establishment of inverstment resources by a restoring profit of the public development. Fifth : A method of activation in city developing business is to be considered by a diversity of the developing subject. Sixth : The search for distribution method of space for city environment and the enlargement method of equipment space is to be considered.

        Renal angiomyolipoma is an uncommon benign tumor of the kidney that consists of smooth muscle, blood vessels and mature adipose tissues. The most common benign renal tumor associated with spontaneous non-traumatic perirenal hemorrhage is angiomyolipoma, because of high vascularity. The ultrasonographic and computed tomographic images are sufficiently characteristic to permit accurate preoperative diagnosis. We report 2 cases of renal angiomyolipoma with spontaneous perirenal hemorrhage which were managed with nephrectomy.

      • 4각덕트의 입구영역에서 난류진동유동의 유동특성에 관한 연구

        The flow characteristics of developing turbulent oscillatory flow are investigated experimentally in the entrance region of a square duct (40 ㎜ X 40 ㎜ and 4,000 ㎜). Experimental results of mean velocity profiles, turbulence intensity and entrance length are measured by using a hot-wire anemometer system together with data acquisition and processing systems. For turbulent oscillatory flow, the turbulent components in the velocity waveforms increase as the dimensionless transverse position approaches the wall. Velocity distribution are not change fully developed region. Inflow and outflow are nearly symmetrical form in the fully developed region such as x/D_h≥40. Turbulence intensity increases as the dimensionless transverse position increases from the center to the wall of the duct, and is slightly smaller in the accelerating phase than in the decelerating phase for the developing turbulent oscillatory flows. The entrance length of the turbulent oscillatory flow is about 40 times as large as the hydraulic diameter in the present experimental conditions.

        To understand the mechanism by which ras oncoprotein exhibits its physiological guanine nucleotide triphosphatase (GTPase) activity and pathological influence such as carcinogenesis, in depth knowledge on posttranslational processing is underscored. In the context, we focus on the biological role of enzymatic carboxyl methylation of C-terminal cysteine in ras family protein. Characterization of ras-protein cysteine carboxyl methyltransferase is the current objectives. Membrane extracts from bovine brain catalyze the transfer of methyl groups from S-adenosyl-L-methionine (AdoMet) to N-acetyl-S-farnesyl-L-cystein (AFC). It was determined by counting the radioactivity from[^(14)C] methyl AFC, the product of the methylation reaction as the α-carboxylmethyl ester derivative of AFC. According to subcellular cell fractionation, significant AFC is 11.1 μM, for AdoMet 3.8 μM and S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine (AdoHcy) was a competitive inhibitor with respect to AdoMet with an apparant Ki=1.8 μM. The change of methyl transferase activity following development of rat brain was analyzed and the highest specific activity was found 38 days after birth. respect to AdoMet with an apparant Ki=1:8 μM The change of methyl transferase activity following development of rat brain was analyzed and the highest specific activity was found 38 days after birth. Our results suggest that cystein carboxyl methyltransferase is distinct entity from protein methylase-Ⅱ (PM-Ⅱ) and associated with membrane in bovine brain conforming to previous reports.
