대왕범바리(Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀×E. lanceolatus ♂)의 아질산 급성노출에 따른 내성한계: 혈액성상 및 혈장성분의 변화

본 실험에서 아질산 급성노출은 대왕범바리의 혈액학적 성상 및 혈장성분에 유의적 변화를 나타내었다. 혈액학적 성상인 Hct와 Hb는 아질산 노출에 의한 유의적 감소를 확인하였다. 혈장 성분인 glucose, cholesterol, GPT 및 ALP는 아질산 노출에 의해 유의적으로 변화를 나타냄을 확인하였다. 본 실험의 결과 아질산 노출 100mg L<sup>-1</sup> 이상의 농도는 대왕범바리의 혈액 성상 및 혈장 성분의 유의적 영향을 미치며, 800 mg L<sup>-1</sup>의 아질산 급성 노출은 대량 폐사를 유발할 수 있으나, 기존 국내 양식 대상종인 Olive flounder, P. Olivaceus는 171.043 mg L<sup>-1</sup> (Kim et al. 2018), Yellow tail, Seriola quinqueradiata는 147 mg L<sup>-1</sup> (Sugiyama et al. 1991)에 비해 상대적으로 높은 값을 보여 아질산 내성이 상대적으로 강함을 확인할 수 있었다. Hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀×E. lanceolatus ♂) (mean weight 27.3±3.8 g, mean length 11.6±0.7 cm) were exposed to waterborne nitrite at 0, 100, 200, 400, 800, and 1600mg L<sup>-1</sup> for 96 hours. The hematocrit and hemoglobin values were significantly decreased by exposure to 100 mg L<sup>-1</sup> and 400 mg L<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. In plasma components, no significant change was observed in magnesium. Glucose was significantly increased by 200 and 400 mg L<sup>-1</sup> nitrite but reduced by 800 mg L<sup>-1</sup>. Cholesterol was significantly decreased by 400 mg L<sup>-1</sup> nitrite, but there was no significant change in total protein. GPT(glutamic pyruvate transaminase) was significantly increased by exposure to 200 and 400mg L<sup>-1</sup>. ALP(Alkaline phosphatase) was significantly increased by 800 mg L<sup>-1</sup>. The results of this study indicate that acute exposure to nitrite changes physiological parameters, such as hematological properties and plasma components.
지채(Triglochin maritimum)입식에 따른 바이오플락 사육수 내 세균 군집의 변화

In this study, changes in biofloc-related and pathogenic bacteria in both low and high concentration biofloc breeding water planted with the halophyte (Triglochin maritimum were investigated). In the low-concentration biofloc breeding water, the ratio of bacteria related to the nitrogen cycle was initially 59.57% and, it decreased to 26.57% at the end of the experiment while other bacteria (excluding nitrogen-cycling bacteria and vibrios) increased from 38.75% to 73.43%. However, the planted experimental group maintained a relatively high ratio of nitrogen cycling bacteria at 58%. In the high-concentration experimental group, bacteria related to the initial nitrogen cycle, non-pathogenic vibrios, and pathogenic vibrios were 11.60, 36.28, and 20.14%, respectively. Finally, nitrogen-cycling bacteria were 36.47% in the control group and 37.55% in the planted group. The total number of vibrios decreased by 46.54% in the planted group and 48.01% in the control group, indicating a significant decrease in both experimental groups. However, the residual rate of pathogenic vibrios was 4.48% in the control group and 0.54% in the planted group. Overall, the planted group showed decreasing harmful bacteria and increasing useful bacteria.
근관형성방법(根管形成方法)에 따른 모의근관형태(模擬根管形態)의 변화(變化)에 대(對)한 실험적(實驗的) 연구(硏究)

The purpose of this study was to examine the morphological changes of different simulated canals according to the preparation procedures. With the use of clear casting resin, simulated straight and curved canals were created so that canal preparation procedures could be directly visualized and compared. Thirty clear polyester casting resin blocks which contained four simulated canals divided into three groups; Group A($0^{\circ}$), Group B($15^{\circ}$), and Group C($30^{\circ}$). In each block, 3 canals were prepared different preparation techniques, which were conventional method, step-back method, and giromatic filing. But, one canal was not prepared as a control group. The results were as follows: 1. There was no difference on canal shape among three canal preparation methods in straight canals (Group A). 2. When conventional method and Giromatic filing were used in curved canals (Group B, C), elbow, zip and hour-glass shape were formed in apical third. 3. When conventional method and Giromatic filing were used in curved canals (Group B, C), tear-drop appearance developed at the site of the canal exit in curved canals. 4. In curved canals (Group B, C), file tend to straighten within the canal. 5. There was no difference on canal shape according to curved angle in step-back method (p > 0.1). But there was significant difference on canal shape according to curved angle in conventional method and Giromatic filing (p < 0.001). 6. Step-back method was significantly more effective than conventional method and Giromatic preparation in morphologic aspects of apical third of original canals.

지능형 로봇에 사용되는 필수적인 여러 센서들 중 시각센서는 로봇 지각의 중추적인 역할을 담당한다. 로봇 시장의 확대와 함께 이러한 시각 센서를 기반으로 인간과 로봇과의 자연스러운 상호작용에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며 최근에 학교와 연구소를 중심으로 대상체의 삼차원 거리 영상 정보를 함께 얻을 수 있는 스테레오 비전 처리 기술 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 스테레오 비전 처리에 대한 국내외연구 개발 동향에 대해 살펴보고 ETRI에서 개발중인 지능형 로봇의 스테레오 비전 처리 기술에 대하여 소개한다.

As a result of trying the various manufacturing methods considering the reality of manpower and equipments with this manual, the following standardized procedures and contents can be suggested. (1) Since tools presenting Rock-Drill data must formalize the order of explanation although explainers are different, it will be valid that it is configured by existing power point method rather than by web document type. Composition of contents are selected on the basis of defence card and survey and then 8 items including initial screen, peripheral conditions, mobilization route, general conditions, use and structure by floor, department of vehicle consideration in activities and end screen are included. (2) Making methods and cautions of data included and used in power point are as follows ; - It was most effective that objects of fire fighting and location of neighboring fire fighting water were expressed by electronic map and drawing of inner building was made by scanning it after paining general architecture drawing(plan by each floor) rather than using drawing tools of EXCEL program or CAD drawing. And it was helpful to simplify contents of architecture drawing to wall, stairs and gate in understanding them. - Photographing of video data should be taken to show available fire fighting facilities in fire, use of planned space and the whole inner structure of each floor from the inside of fire fighting buildings and to display play time between 10 sec. and 1 min, for obstacles to distance from adjacent buildings or passage of special vehicles and fire fighting water from the outside of the building. - File format of video data taken in this way is most suitable to use wmv(window media video) or asf(advanced streaming format) type in consideration of time required for export, screen quality, file capacity and play type in Rock-Drill through network. - Still screen(photo) is more effective to express the department of fire fighting vehicles or other equipments than using video. (3) In configuration work of power point, hyper link was used most and configured to see any part at any situation like web document and then uniformity of presentation order of power point was complemented. (4) In case of sales facilities with the area of $35.557m^2$, the time of 22 hours and 30 minutes for five days was taken with five persons. Therefore, when eight-hour works a day were calculated, the whole process of video work for Rock-Drill can be finished with three day works.

지능형 로봇은 인간 생활 환경에서 작동하고 일반 소비자를 대상으로 한다는 점에서 기존의 산업용 로봇과는 다른 내부 구조를 가져야 한다. 또한 표준화된 개방 구조를 갖추어 로봇 전용의 부품 산업이 활성화 될 수 있도록 하여 결과적으로 로봇의 단가를 낮출 수 있어야 한다. 본 고에서는 공장자동화와 자동차 분야에서 먼저 도입되고 있는 버스 형태의 제어 통신망이 지능형 로봇 분야에서 어떤 이점을 제공하는지에 대해 살펴보고, 최근의 2족 보행로봇에 성공적으로 적용되고 있는 대표적인 실시간 제어 통신망의 하나인 CAN에 대해 분석하고 CAN에 기반한 상위레벨 프로토콜을 소개한다.
