The planktonic diatoms were investigated from six stations in the Naktong River estuary on May 24 in 1994. Total 104 taxa including 3 unidentified taxa were collected and classified into 91 species, 12 varieties and 1 forma belong to 34 genera. Six taxa are new to Korea: Actinocyclus normanii(Grev.) Hust. var. subsalsus(Juhl.-Dennf.) Hust., Cyclotella rossii Ha˚k., Diatoma moniliformis Ku¨tz., Nitzschia capitellata Hust., Thalassiosira weissflogii(Grun.) Fryxell & Hasle, Tropidoneis pusilla(Greg.) Cleve. Aulacoseira ambigua is a dominant species at all stations.

Epilithiic diatoms and trophic states of Lake Andong, Imha, Yungchun, Unmun, Hapchun and Chinyang in the Naktong River system were studied. Collections for the study were made at the six dam lakes in September, 1994. Total 121 taxa, classified into 104 species, 16 varieties and 1 forma belong to 30 genera were found. Ten taxa were new to Korea. Achnanthes minutissima was a dominant species at all the Lakes studied exclusive of Navicula seminulum at only Lake Yungchun. The values of LTSI (Lake Trophic State Index), used for evaluation on the lake trophic state in the present study, were 5.8 at Lake Andong, 8.3 at Lake Imha, 8.0 at Lake Yungchun, 7.7 at Lake Unmun, 5.2 at Lake Hapchun and 6.4 at Lake Chyunyang. In consequence, only Lake Hapchun was evaluated as a mesotrophic lake, however the other lakes were eutrophic over 5.41 of LTSI value.

The objective of this research is to understand the relationships among participation motive, sports immersion, and participation satisfaction of marine sports. To attain such objective, authors conducted survey research with participants of skin scuba as one of the representative marine sports items. The results of this study are as follows. Concerning the causal relationship between participation motive and sports immersion of marine sports participants, the results showed that 1)the factors such as `pleasure motive`, `technical motive`, `social motive`, and `ego motive` affect recognition immersion in significant level, 2)factors such as `pleasure motive`, `technical motive`, `social motive`, `passive motive` positively affect activity immersion in significant level, and 3)factors such as `physical motive`, `pleasure motive`, `technical motive`, `ego motive`, etc were found to significantly affect participation immersion. Lastly, recognition immersion, activity immersion, and participation immersion significantly affected participant satisfaction.

There were collected and investigated to the comparison of phytoplankton communities in 6 dam lakes of the Naktong River system on September, 1994. Total 260 taxa were 233 species, 19 varieties, 2 forma and 14 unidentified species, belong to 89 genera, 30 families, 5 suborders, 12 orders and 6 classes. The species number occurred were ranged from 89 taxa in lake Youngchun to 135 taxa in lake Chinyang. The standing crops were ranged from 2.9×10^6 individuals/l to 8.9×10^6 individuals/l. Chlorophyceae was counted the highest value in lake Imha, but Bacillariophyceae was enumerated the highest in other lakes. Cyclotella pseudostelligera Cl. and Grun. in V. H. was dominated (47∼73%) in lake Andong, Hapchun and Chinyang, Phacotus lenticularis (Ehr.) Stein (45.7%) in lake Imha, Fragilaria capucina Desm. (18.4%) in lake Unmun and Aulacoseira distans (Ehr.) Sim. var. alpigena (Grun. Sim. (30.4%)) in lake Youngchun. The trophic states using indicators of phytoplankton were eutrophic levels in all the lakes. The examination of trophic status by LTSI (lake trophic status index) were mesotrophic level (5.2) in lake Hapchun and eutrophic levels (5.4< ) in the other lakes.

This study was carried out to evaluate cytotoxic effects of Houttuynia cordata $T_{HUNB}$ extracts on A549(lung cancer), B16(mouse melanoma), MDA-MB231(breast cancer) and SNU-C4(colon cancer) cell lines. We have determined by 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-Yl)-2, 5-diphenyl-2H-tetrazoliumbromide(MTT) assay. The $150{\mu}g/ml$ concentration of chloroform extract of Houttuynia cordata $T_{HUNB}$ was shown significantly antitoxic activity on MDA-MB231$(65.96{\pm}5.68%)$ and SNU-C4$(55.94{\pm}7.39%)$ cell lines.

Purpose: From the early 1990's, use of Tandem mass spectrometry in neonatal screening test, made early stage detection of disorders that was not detectable by the previous methods of inspection. This research aims to evaluate the frequency of positive results in national neonatal screening test by Tandem mass spectrometry and its usefulness. Methods: A designated organization for inherited metabolic disorder executed neonatal screening test on newborns using Tandem mass spectrometry from January 2006 to December 2015, followed by the investigation of these data by the Planned Population Federation of Korea (PPFK), and this research analyzed those inspected data from the PPFK. Results: Among total childbirth of 4,590,606, from January 2006 to December 2015, 3,445,238 were selected for MS/MS and conduction rate was 75.1%. 261 out of the selected 3,445,238 were confirmed patients and for last decade, detection rate of total metabolic disorder was 1/13,205. In 261 confirmed patients, 120 had an amino acid metabolic disorder and its detection rate was 1/28,710 and 110 had an organic acid metabolic disorder and detection rate was 1/31,320. Also, 31 had a fatty acid metabolic disorder and detection rate was 1/13,205. Conclusion: Inherited metabolic disorder is very rare. Until now, it was difficult to precisely grasp an understanding on the national incidence of inherited metabolic disorder, due to lack of overall data and inconsistent and incomplete long-term result analysis. However, this research attempted to comprehensively approach the domestic incidence, by analyzing previous 10 years of data.
적응적 중첩 임계치를 이용한 LiDAR 자료와 수치지도의 객체기반 건물변화탐지

도시 지역의 환경은 빠르게 변화하고 있기 때문에 그 변화를 신속하게 탐지하여 수치지도 데이터베이스에 반영하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 LiDAR 자료를 사용하여 도시지역 건물의 변화를 탐지하려는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LiDAR 자료와 기존 수치지도를 이용하여 객체 기반으로 건물변화를 탐지하고 그 유형을 분류하고자 하였다. 점 기반으로 건물의 외곽선을 추출하고 수치지도 건물 레이어와 중첩하여 중첩비교와 형상비교를 통해 변화유형을 분류하였다. 중첩비교시 객체별 적응적 임계치를 산정하여 적용함으로써 변화탐지의 객관성과 정확도를 높이고자 하였다. 실험결과, 제안한 방법으로 도시지역 건물의 변화를 탐지하고 분류하는 것이 기존 방법에 비해 높은 분류 정확도를 보임을 확인하였다. Because urban areas change rapidly, it is necessary to reflect urban changes in a digital map database in a timely manner. To address these issues, LiDAR data was used to detect changes in urban area buildings, The purpose of this study is to detect object-based building change using LiDAR data and existing digital maps, and classify change types, In the study, we classified change type using overlay and shape comparison with building layer of the digital maps and point-based extracted building outline from the LiDAR data. When applying the overlay method, we were able to increase the accuracy and objectivity of the change detection process throughout an adaptive threshold applied to each object. In the experiments, it was demonstrated that classifying and detecting changes in urban areas using the proposed method can provide superior classification ycarucca compared with the existing methodology.
