      • 국내 개발된 $N-tox^{(R)}$ 생물검정 시스템을 이용한 시안과 3, 5-이염화페놀의 발광박테리아(Vibrio fischeri)에 대한 혼합 독성 영향 연구

        Cyanides and dichlorophenols were important pollutants in industrial effluents of steel, petroleum, plastics, pesticides, synthetic dye and/or fiber manufacturing. The toxic effects of cyanide and 3, 5-dichlorophenol in the unary and binary solutions to Vibrio fischeri were determined using the newly developed $N-tox^{(R)}$ bioassay system. This bioassay system relies upon the attenuation of light intensity emitted by Vibrio fischeri exposed to various pollutants including metals and organic compounds. Most of studies dealing with toxicity of pollutants concerned single chemical species, while the organisms were typically exposed to pollutant mixtures. The present study showed that the toxicity of some binary combinations of cyanide and 3, 5-dichlorophenol significantly was lower than the predicted toxicity from the addicted model. This antagonistic interaction was well explained by chemical interaction model presented in this study.

        차세대 장수명 공동주택의 가변성능향상을 위한 건축요소기술 우선순위결정에 관한 연구

        최근 가변성능에 관하여 공간, 재료, 구조, 공법 등 건설 산업 전반에 걸쳐 많은 연구가 진행 중이며, 이와 더불어 공동주택의 노후화 문제로 인하여 건축요소기술의 개발이 가속화되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 최근 사회적으로 부각되고 있는 가변성능에 관한 공동주택의 요소기술 선정 및 대상사례를 중심으로 한 설문조사와 전문가 의견을 거쳐 건축요소기술의 평가항목을 1차적으로 선정하고자 한다. 그리고 선정된 건축요소기술 항목 중에서 타당성 및 객관성 검증절차를 통하여 건축요소기술을 재정립 및 분류하고, 최종적으로 적용 가능한 다양한 건축요소기술 가운데 우선순위가 높은 항목들을 결정하여 분석 및 평가함으로써 향후 장수명 공동주택의 가변성능향상을 위한 지침을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, lots of the research aspects of space, materials, structure, construction method relation to improving the flexibility going on throughout the construction industry, moreover the development of construction key technology has been accelerating by reason of deterioration in the apartment housing. Therefore, this study should firstly suggests assessment list of construction key technology through investigation of questionnaire and consultation of the expert on the basis of case studies, and should select it about the flexibility which making social issues lastly in the apartment housing. Secondly, this study should classify, reestablish core technology through inspection procedure of feasibility study among lists of deduced key technology. Finally, this study will suggest the manual & guideline for improving the flexibility for a long-life apartment housing at the next generation by selecting, analyzing and estimating higher score items of all key technology.

        한의원의 전문화가 경영성과에 미치는 영향

        At the result of data analysis with sample survey, oriental medicine clinics which treat particular kinds of illness with specialization make the profit of 1.6 times and the expense of 0.74 times more than those which treat general diseases, namely, the former gain the profit of about 2.9 times more than the latter. After excluding other variables which affect in the profit of oriental medicine clinics with multiple regression model, when considering only advantage of treatment for particular kinds of illness, specialized oriental medicine clinics win the more profit of 18.3 percent than general oriental medicine clinics. The specialization of oriental medicine clinics can become one of the positive measures in the situation of enlargement of medical of oriental medicine, falling of oriental medicine price and conflict of western and oriental medicine, etc. The specialization can help western medicine replace with oriental medicine, and level and scientific system of oriental medicine improve. Medical service for particular diseases, one of the better devices for improving profit of oriental medicine clinics, can theoretically make more advantage of oriental medicine clinics through measure of price discrimination than general medicine clinics.

        Co기 초합금 ECY768에서 응고 조직 및 탄화물 형성 거동

        Directional solidification experiments were carried out at 0.5-150 $\mu\textrm{m}$/s in the Co-base superalloy ECY 768. As increasing solidification rate, the dendrite length increased and it reached the maximum at 150 $\mu\textrm{m}$/s, where the tip temperature is close to the liquidus. The liquidus and eutectic temperatures could be estimated by comparing the dendrite lengths and the temperature gradients at the solid/liquid interface and those were estimated as $1424.6^{\circ}C$ and $1343^{\circ}C$ respectively. Between the dendrites just below final freezing temperature, MC carbide and $M_{23}$$C_{6}$ carbide were found. It was confirmed that the script or blocky shape was Ta or W-rich MC carbide, and the lamellar shape was Cr-rich eutectic carbide. The solid/liquid interface morphology clearly showed that the Cr-rich eutectic carbide formed just after the script type MC carbide.

        Application of Indigenous Benthic Amphipods as Sediment Toxicity Testing Organisms

        series of experiments were conducted to develop standard test organisms and test protocols for measuring sediment toxicity using candidate amphipods such as Mandibulophoxus mai, Monocorophium acherusicum, Haustorioides indivisus, and Haustorioides koreanus, which are indigenous to Korea. The relevant association of test species with sediment substrates was one of the important factors in sediment bioassay. The indigenous amphipods M. mai and M. acherusicum were well associated with test sediments when they were exposed to various sediment substrates from sand to mud. The tolerant limits to various physico-chemical factors affecting bioassay results such as temperature, salinity and ammonia, as well as sensitivities to reference toxicant and contaminated sediments, were investigated using M. mai and M. acherusicum in the present study. These amphipods were tolerant to relatively wide ranges of salinity (10~30 psu) and ammonia (<50 ppm), and displayed relevant sensitivity to temperature as well. They are more sensitive to Cd, the reference toxicant, when compared to the standard test species used in other countries. Field-sediment toxicity tests revealed that M. mai would be more sensitive to sediment-associated pollutants than M. acherusicum, while the sensitivity of M. acherusicum was comparable to that of Leptocheirus plumulosus, which has been used as a standard test species in the United States of America. Overall results of this first attempt to develop an amphipod sediment toxicity test protocol in Korea indicated that M. mai and M. acherusicum would be applicable in the toxicity assessment of contaminated sediments, following the further evaluation encompassing various ecological and toxicological studies in addition to test method standardization.

        후박나무림의 (林) 물질생산량에 관하여

        This study was carried out to estimate the aboveground-biomass of Machilus thunbergii, warm-temperature evergreen broad leaved tree, growing in the seashore near Bogil island located at the southern part of the Korean peninsula. The bark of M. thunbergii was used for medicine in the Korea. The results were summarized as follows : 1) The aboveground-biomass was 123.708 tons/㏊ and the biomass of branch bark greater than 3㎝ in branch diameter was 1/5 of total bark mass(8.095 tons/㏊). Dry matter density was 1.77 ㏊/㎥ and leaf area index 8.08. 2) Net production of the stand was estimated as 16.051 tons/㏊/yr and the leaf was the greatest, followed by stemwood, branchwood, stem-bark and branch-bark. 3) The net assimilation rate of the stand was 1.384 ㎏/㏊/yr. The efficiency of leaves to produce stem was 0.451 ㏊/㏊/yr and that of bark 0.051 ㏊/㎏/yr. Biomass accumulation ratio was 7.707㏊/㏊/yr.

        발생영역별 리스크 위계에 따른 투자개발형 해외건설사업의 핵심 리스크 인자 도출 및 평가

        정부는 최근 장기적인 관점에서 해외건설사업의 시장 활성화와 수주 경쟁력 강화에 주력하고 있다. 또한 중동 지방의 플랜트 프로젝트에 집중되어 있는 해외건설시장의 다각화를 추진하기 위하여 투자개발형 사업을 확대하기로 하였다. 하지만 현재까지 투자개발형 사업에 대한 리스크 분석 사례는 미미한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 투자개발형 해외건설사업들에 대한 리스크 분석의 필요성을 제기하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 해외 투자개발형 사업에 대해서 AHP 및 퍼지이론을 적용하여 핵심 리스크 인자를 도출하기 위한 한 가지 방법론을 제시하는 것이다. 본 연구의 결과로써, 총 37개의 최종 핵심 리스크 인자들이 선정되었고, 이것들에 대한 특성을 분석하였다. 향후 연구에서는 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 해외 투자개발형 사업을 위한 리스크 관리 모델을 제안하고, 이것의 타당성을 검증할 예정이다. The Korean Government recently has been focused on strengthening competitiveness of order and stimulating construction market in the international construction industry. It has planned to extend the ODPs (overseas development projects) in order to diversifying the international construction market of which is domestic construction companies, placing too much emphasis on plant projects of the Middle East. However, literature review of risk analysis in the ODPs shows that the number of case study is several. Therefore, Authors asserted the necessity of risk analysis in the ODPs. The purpose of this study is to suggest a methodology that find KRFs (key risk factors) in the ODPs and analyze them, using AHP and Fuzzy theory. As a result, the 37 KRFs are selected and explained characteristics of them. A future direction of this study is to suggest a risk management model in the ODPs and prove feasibility of it.

        도시자연공원구역 지정 및 관리상의 문제점 분석

        본 연구는 도시자연공원구역 제도가 도입되고 약 6년 정도가 흐른 현 시점에서 지역 지정 및 관리상 발생되고 있는 문제점을 분석 고찰함으로써 향후 도시자연공원구역의 지정 및 관리 측면의 제도개선에 기여 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 목적으로 수행하였다. 본 연구는 연구대상 도시의 민원 내용 분석 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 도시자연공원구역이 지닌 지정 및 관리상의 문제점을 도출하였으며, 이것을 근거로 도시자연공원 관련 전문가 집단을 대상으로 델파이조사를 실시하여 도출된 문제점의 타당성 검증을 검증하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 도시자연공원구역의 지정 및 관리와 관련하여 지정기준, 지정과정, 유지 관리, 법 지침 측면에서 20개 항목의 문제점이 도출되었으며, 델파이 분석을 시행한 결과 5개 항목이 제외되고, 2개 항목이 추가되어 모두 17개 항목의 문제점이 있는 것으로 도출되었다. 2. 지정기준 측면 문제점은 공원구역지정기준 우선순위(가중치)의 결여, 정량적 평가가 어려운 항목으로 객관성 결여, 국토환경성평가항목 부적합성, 토지적성평가항목 부적합성, 현장조사에 대한 구체적 기준 미 제시, 공원구역 지정면적 기준 제시 미비 등 6개 항목으로 나타났다. 3. 지정과정 측면 문제점은 공원구역 신규지정 시 민원발생, 공원구역지침 시행 전 수립된 도시자연공원구역 타당성평가 필요, 공원구역관리계획 결정 시 경계설정의 종합적 검토 부족, 정밀한 현장조사 수행을 위한 시간적 재정적 여건의 열악함 등 4개 항목으로 나타났다. 4. 관리기준 측면 문제점은 공간별 관리체계 부재, 공원녹지기본계획 중 도시자연공원구역관리계획의 실효성 부족, 용도구역과 도시공원의 이중적 성격으로 인한 관리주체의 이원화 발생, 공원구역을 유지 관리하기 위한 전문인력의 부족 등 4개 항목으로 나타났다. 5. 법 지침 측면 문제점은 별도의 도시자연공원구역관리계획 부재, 공원구역 내 행위허가 된 시설의 부지면적 기준부적합, 도시자연공원구역 타당성 검토 부재 등 3 개 항목으로 나타났다. This study was performed with the purpose of providing basic data for the improvement of zoning regulations of urban nature park by analyzing the present problem which occurred during last 6 years from the year of 2005 when the program was introduced for the first time. The study was processed first by the analysis of the cases of problems evoked by citizens, second the other problems was delineated by interviews of officials, at last the validity of all of the problems was verified by a group of professionals through delphi method. The results can be summarized as follows. 1. In relation to the designation and management of urban national park areas, designation criteria, designation process, maintenance, laws and regulations and 20 other items were found to be problematic. After Delphi method, 5 items were removed and 2 added. The results showed that there were 17 problematic items in total. 2. Regarding the problem of criteria for designation, which are, lack of priority(weights), lack of objectivity due to the difficulty to use quantitative evaluation method, incompatibility for contaminated land environmental impact assessment, incompatibility of land suitability assessment, lack of detailed field survey standards, lack of national park area standards, and 6 other items. 3. Regarding the problem of designation process, which are, the occurrence of civil appeals for designating a new national park, the needs of feasibility study on the urban national park areas constructed before urban national park guidelines came out, lack of a comprehensive review of the boundaries set when determining national park area management plan, poor temporal and financial conditions for an accurate field survey, and 4 other items. 4. Regarding the problem of maintenance management, which are, lack of management system in each space, lack of effectiveness of Urban Nature Park Area Management Plan among master plans for park and green areas, the occurrence of dual managers due to dual natures such as purpose area and city park, lack of professional manpower to manage park areas, and 4 other items. 5. Regarding the problems of regulation guidelines, which are, lack of separate urban park area management plan, incompatibility of the permitted facilities in the park to the park area standards, lack of feasibility study on urban park areas, and 3 other items.
