        축류 압축기 날개의 제작 공차가 공력 특성에 미치는 영향- 1. 날개 형상 곡률 변형

        Blade shape profile in the axial compressor is one of the most important factors governing its aerodynamic characteristics. Manufacturing tolerance, which is inevitable in the blade manufacturing processes, may change blade profile and as a consequence, it will affect the compressor performance. In this paper, influence of manufacturing tolerance on the aerodynamic characteristics of axial compressor blades with distortion of blade profile curvatures is investigated by using a flow simulation technique. It is found that manufacturing tolerance can be an important factor affecting the source of both profile and wake losses of the axial compressor blades.

        공공 주택건설사업의 현장환경관리 업무요소 도출 및 수행주체 분석

        저탄소 녹색성장 및 친환경 트렌드는 미래 지구환경 보존의 핵심 개발지표이며, 정부도 제3차 건설환경기본계획을 발표하면서 녹색건설기술 및 고품질 건설환경 구현을 위해 체계적이고 다양한 추진방향을 제시하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지도 생산단계인 건설과정에서의 저탄소 및 친환경적 노력은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 공공 주택건설 현장의 친환경성 제고를 위해 기본적으로 시행되어야 할 활동인 현장의 환경관리 업무요소를 도출하고, 각각의 업무요소에 대한 합리적 수행주체와 프로세스를 제시하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 체계적인 현장 환경관리를 위해 필요한 수행업무를 파악하고, 수행주체 및 역할분담, 업무수행 프로세스를 합리화하는데 매우 유용한 자료가 될 것이다. 본 연구결과를 실무에 적용하기 위해서는 연구결과로 제시하고 있는 단위업무의 수행주체 및 수행프로세스별 명확한 업무분장에 대한 협의가 반드시 필요하며, 이와 아울러 환경관련 각종 제도 및 기준 현실화가 필수적이다. 이러한 적극적 이행노력과 더불어, 향후 환경관리활동 수행과정 및 결과에 대한 평가방법, 환경요인별 환경문제 발생 시의 기술적 해결방법에 대한 검토도 추가적으로 연구되어야 할 것이다. The trends of green growth and eco-friendliness came to be the core development indicator for the sustainable global environment. Korean government reflected these trends in the main flows of the national development index, and suggested diverse directions for green construction technologies and high quality construction environment through Third master plan for construction environment. However, the efforts to follow these trends during the construction process as a step for production phrase are not being considered enough yet. In this study, we identified the basic environmental management factors in order to enhance the eco-friendliness of public housing construction sites, and suggested the reasonable conducting parties and process for those respective factors. The results of this study are expected to be the valuable reference in defining the required activities and participants' responsibilities, and improving the work process for systematic on-site environmental management. In applying those results, the discussion should be followed on the executing party of each unit activity and the responsibility assignment for each process. At the same time, the legislation and standard related to environment need to be essentially amended. In the future, the method of evaluating the environmental management activities, and the technical solution to environmental problems are to be reviewed as a further research for successful environmental management.

        공공 건설현장의 친환경성 제고를 위한 현장환경관리협의회 운영 모델

        저탄소 녹색성장 및 친환경 트렌드는 미래 지구환경 보존의 핵심 개발지표이며, 정부도 저탄소 녹색성장 및 친환경성 제고를 국가발전의 주요지표로 설정하고 강력한 정책을 추진하고 있는 상황이다. 국내 건설산업 관련분야에서도 탄소저감 및 친환경 자재와 제품 개발, 대체에너지 개발 등에 대해서는 집중적 투자가 이루어지고 있으나, 생산단계인 건설과정에서의 저탄소 및 친환경적 노력은 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적 발주기관 및 환경관리 선도업체 환경관련 업무담당자와의 의견조사를 통하여 현재의 현장환경관리 실태와 문제점을 분석하고, 향후 체계적인 현장 환경관리를 위한 방안을 조사하여, 공공건설 현장의 친환성성 제고를 위한 방안의 일환으로 현장의 체계적 환경관리 활동 전개를 위한 조직 구성 및 운영 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구와 더불어 효율적 환경관리 활동을 정착시키기 위해서는 환경관리에 대한 수행주체들의 인식전환과 전담인력 배치, 환경관리비의 현실화, 그리고 효율적 업무처리를 위한 지침수립과 환경관리 활동에 대한 평가방법 등에 대한 검토도 추가적으로 필요한 시점이다. The trends of Green growth and environmentally-friendliness came to be the key development indicator for sustaining global environment for the future. Korean government reflected these trends in the main flows of the national development index. Korean construction industry is concentrating investment on fields related to these trends such as technologies for carbon dioxide deduction, materials or products for environmentally-friendly building and alternative energy development, as well. However, efforts to follow these trends during the construction process as a step for production phrase are not being considered enough. In this study, we analysed current status and points to be improved of on-site environment management by surveying major project owners and representatives of the environmental affairs in the leading companies of those fields. Also, we suggested organizational structure and operation model as a solution for enhancing environmentally-friendliness for systematic approach to manage on-site environment in public construction sites. In addition to these solutions, further approaches such as shifting paradigm of project owners and contractors, securing workforce and practical budget for efficient management activities, developing environmental management manuals, setting standards for evaluation of activities are needed for the stable settlement of on-site environmental management.

        적층식 모듈러주택의 시공 프로세스 분석을 통한 품질관리 중점사항 제안

        The modular construction means that more than 70% of the parts such as walls, windows, electrical wiring, facility piping, bathrooms, and kitchen appliances are pre-assembled at the factory and transported to the site. It is possible to shorten the construction period than general construction work and to secure high quality through modular mass production since the modular construction works in the field at the same time as the modular production. However, there are only four domestic modular manufacturers, and each company's modular components and construction methods are different, so it is necessary to standardize them. Therefore, this study investigated the construction process centering on the stacking method of modular housing construction work applied to D site in Cheonan-si, and proposed the key points of quality management by construction stage. As the project was conducted as a pilot project for government R&D projects, some differences may occur from general modular housing construction. However, the construction process and quality control focus of each unit box type modular house analyzed in this study can be used as basic data in the future of modular housing construction. In addition, the results of this study can be used to establish construction standards, such as the development of checklists and establishment of standard processes.

        個人的 構成槪念의 變化豫期, 意味性 및 分化가 自己-變化에 미치는 影響

        This study investigated the relationship between the anticipation of change, construct meaningfulness, construct differentiation, and the amount of change occurring on individual constructs over a six-week period. These variables were measured using Landfield's modified Rep Grid and 13-point scales. In combining the two FIC (FICc, FICp), the relationship between them was investigated. Also, cognitive integration or ordination was related to dogmatism. The anticipation of change was positively related to the amount of change that occurred in the construing of the self. Further, this positive relationship was maintained when the effects of meaningfulness and construct differentiation were controlled. The relationship between meaningfulness of construction and self-change was also as predicted. However, this relationship was substantially reduced when the effects of anticipated change and construct differentiation were statistically controlled. The relationship between the differentiation of the construct and self-change in the predicted direction, but was not significant. Further, when the effects of anticipating chang and construct meaningfulness on this relationship were controlled, the correlations were decreased to near zero. Thus, a dual use of measures of both differentiation and integration is required. Therefore it appears that the degree of construct differentiation is not a good predictor of self-change on personal constructs. Further, what impact construct differentiation does have on self-change would seem to make itself felt through its relationship with construct meaningfulness and the anticipation of change. Thus, the clinician should focus on the anticipation (construction) of change in reconstruction.
