        미국의 LEED와 한국의 친환경건축물 인증기준의 비교 연구 -학교시설 사례분석을 통한-

        The purpose of this study is to verify the validity of items and to obtain basic information for spread of Korea Green Building Certification Criteria(KGBCC) by comparing items and school cases of KGBCC with those of LEED 2.1. LEED 2.1 is concentrating on 'Energy' and 'Indoor Air Quality' and KGBCC is relatively showing even distribution. And LEED 2.1 is not evaluate 'Ecology' that is important to us. And school cases of KGBCC and LEED 2.1 obtained similar scores by field or those of KGBCC obtained more scores. Domestic buildings need to ontain certification by KGBCC considering domestic situation. Also we need to lead activating of KGBCC through incentive programs.

        수행평가 과제 해결에 있어 초·중학생의 매체 결정 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 학생들이 수행평가 과제를 해결하는데 있어 학교도서관의 매체를 결정하는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 매체풍부성, 매체유용성, 매체경험과 매체결정과의 관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초, 중학생 132명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 가설설정, 타당도 검증, 인과 모형을 설정한 구조방정식을 통하여 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 학교도서관의 매체경험이 매체결정의 주요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 매체풍부성과 매체 경험이 매체유용성을 매개로 매체결정에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석을 통하여 교수-학습 과정 및 평가를 진행하는데 있어 학교도서관이 중심이 되어 학교 교육과정 내에서 정보활용교육이 진행되어야 하며 학교도서관이 학교 교육의 중심으로서 학생들에게 매체에 대한 경험을 제공하는 것이 요구됨을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between media richness, media usefulness, media experience and media decision in order to identify factors that determine the media of school library in solving performance evaluation tasks. For this purpose, 132 primary and middle school students were surveyed and their structural equation was set up by hypothesis setting, validity test, and causal model. As a result, it was confirmed that media experience of school library is a major factor in media decision. Also, media richness and media experience appeared to influence media decision through media usefulness. The analysis implies that school library is centered on teaching - learning process and evaluation, so information literacy education should be carried out in school curriculum and school library is required to provide students experience on media as the center of school education.

        Hybrid LED용 적색 유기형광체의 합성 및 특성 연구

        We report the studies on the red organic phosphor by using perylene bisimide derivatives. Even though perylene bisimide derivatives have excellent thermal stability and luminous efficiency, they have low solubility in organic solvents. In this research, modified perylene bisimide derivative, N,N'-Bis(4-bromo-2, 6-diisopropylphenyl)-1, 6, 7, 12-tetraphenoxyperylene-3, 4, 9, 10-tetracarboxyl bisimide (1C), has been prepared by the reaction of phenol with N,N'-Bis(4-bromo-2, 6-diisopropylphenyl)-1, 6, 7, 12-tetrachloroperylene-3, 4, 9, 10-tetracarboxyl bisimide (1B) in presence of DMF, at $70^{\circ}C$. The synthesized (1C) was characterized by using $^1H-NMR$, FT-IR, UV/V is spectroscopy, and TGA. The absorbtion and emission of (1C) was shown at 576 nm and 610 nm in UV/V is spectrum. In TGA thermogram, (1C) showed good thermal stability without significant weight loss to $220^{\circ}C$. And in the solubility analysis, (1C) with phenoxy group showed the good solubility in general organic solvents. The blended films of (1C) with PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) at different weight % concentration such as 10, 5, 1 weight % have been prepared. The blended film was shown at 616 nm when monitored at 450 nm in PL emission spectra.

        허베이스피릿호 유류유출사고 방제작업 참여자의 보호장비착용 효과

        Objectives : To assess the protective effects of wearing protective devices among the residents and volunteers who participated in the cleanup of the Hebei Spirit oil spill. Methods : A total of 288 residents and 724 volunteers were surveyed about symptoms, whether they were wearing protective devices and potential confounding variables. The questionnaires were administered from the second to the sixth week following the accident. Spot urine samples were collected and analyzed for metabolites of 4 volatile organic compounds(VOCs), 2 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs), and 6 heavy metals. The association between the wearing of protective devices and various symptoms was assessed using a multiple logistic regression adjusted for confounding variables. A multiple generalized linear regression model adjusted for the covariates was used to test for a difference in least-square mean concentration of urinary biomarkers between residents who wore protective devices and those who did not. Results : Thirty nine to 98% of the residents and 62-98% of volunteers wore protective devices. Levels of fatigue and fever were higher among residents not wearing masks than among those who did wear masks(odds ratio 4.5; 95% confidence interval 1.23-19.86). Urinary mercury levels were found to be significantly higher among residents not wearing work clothes or boots(p<0.05). Conclusions : Because the survey was not performed during the initial high-exposure period, no significant difference was found in metabolite levels between people who wore protective devices and those who did not, except for mercury, whose biological half-life is more than 6 weeks.

        기판 전압이 n-채널 무접합 MuGFET 의 Z-RAM 특성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 다중게이트 구조인 n-채널 무접합(junctionless) MuGFET 의 기판 전압이 zero capacitor RAM(Z-RAM) 특성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실험적으로 분석하였다. 핀 폭이 50nm 이고, 핀 수가 1인 무접합 트랜지스터의 드레인에 3.5V, 기판에 0V 가 인가된 경우, 메모리 윈도우는 0.34V 이며 센싱 마진 은 $1.8{\times}10^4$ 의 특성을 보였다. 양의 기판 전압이 인가되면 충격 이온화가 증가하여 메모리 윈도우와 센싱 마진 특성이 개선되었다. 기판 전압이 0V에서 10V로 증가함에 따라, 메모리 윈도우 값은 0.34V 에서 0.96V 로 증가하였고, 센싱 마진 또한 소폭 증가하였다. 기판 전압에 따른 무접합 트랜지스터의 메모리 윈도우 민감도가 반전 모드 트랜지스터 보다 큰 것을 알 수 있었다. Gate Induced Drain Leakage(GIDL) 전류가 작은 무접합 소자의 경우 반전모드 소자에 비해서 보유시간 특성이 좋을 것으로 사료된다. Z-RAM의 동작 신뢰도 평가를 위해서 셋/리셋 전압 및 전류의 변화를 측정하였다. In this paper, the impact of substrate bias($V_{BS}$) on the zero capacitor RAM(Z-RAM) in n-channel junctionless multiple gate MOSFET(MuGFET) has been analyzed experimentally. Junctionless transistors with fin width of 50nm and 1 fin exhibits a memory window of 0.34V and a sensing margin of $1.8{\times}10^4$ at $V_{DS}=3.5V$ and $V_{BS}=0V$. As the positive $V_{BS}$ is applied, the memory window and sensing margin were improved due to an increase of impact ionization. When $V_{BS}$ is increased from 0V to 10V, not only the memory window is increased from 0.34V to 0.96V but also sensing margin is increased slightly. The sensitivity of memory window with different $V_{BS}$ in junctionless transistor was larger than that of inversion-mode transistor. A retention time of junctionless transistor is better than that of inversion-mode transistor due to low Gate Induced Drain Leakage(GIDL) current. To evaluate the device reliability of Z-RAM, the shifts in the Set/Reset voltages and current were measured.

        모야모야병 환자에서 안허혈증후군으로 인해 발생한 신생혈관 녹내장 1예

        Purpose: To report a case of neovascular glaucoma secondary to ocular ischemic syndrome in a patient with moyamoya disease, who was successfully treated with trabeculectomy. Case summary: A 45-year-old woman suffered from slowly decreased vision in the right eye 3 months previously. Ocular pain with conjunctival injection of the right eye and headache developed 2 months earlier. She was diagnosed with moyamoya disease and had an encephaloduroarteriosynangiosis at the neurosurgery. The patient complained of persistent conjunctival injection and decreased vision of the right eye after surgery. At the initial visit, best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of the right eye was 0.1 and intraocular pressure (IOP) was 42 mm Hg. Slit lamp examination revealed neovascularization of the iris and gonioscopy showed a 360° peripheral anterior synechiae. Fluorescein angiography demonstrated prolonged arteriovenous transit time in the right eye. On the electroretinogram, the amplitude of both a and b waves decreased in the right eye more than in the left eye. On the magnetic resonance angiography, narrowing of the right internal carotid artery was observed. The patient was diagnosed with neovascular glaucoma due to ocular ischemic syndrome caused by moyamoya disease. Panretinal photocoaguration, intravitreal bevacizumab injection and trabeculectomy with mitomycin-C soaking was performed in the right eye. At 8 months after surgery, BCVA of the right eye was 0.1, IOP was 17 mm Hg without antiglaucoma medication and bleb was maintained in good condition. Conclusions: The patient’s results indicate that neovascular glaucoma can occur secondary to ocular ischemic syndrome caused by moyamoya disease.

        가변용량 네트워크 시스템에서의 링크 중요도에 관한 척도

        가변용량 네트워크에서의 각 링크는 서로 독립이며 용량한계가 설정되어 있다. 각 링크는 각동하거나 작동불능의 두 상태로 구별되며 작동불능 상태의 링크는 유량을 통과시킬 수 없다. 주어진 네트워크는 미리 설정된 기정용량이상의 최대 전송용량이 가능할 때 작동된다고 한다. 본 논문에서는 가변용량 네트워크에서 기정용량이 주어졌을 때의 각 링크의 용량에 관한 구조적 중요도와 신뢰성 중요도를 정의하고, 네트워크 성능지수에 관련한 링크 중요도 척도를 제시한다. 또한 다양한 구조의 네트워크에서의 수치예제를 통하여 제시된 척도를 비교분석한다. A network with variable link capacities is considered to be in a functioning state if it can transmit a maximum flow which is greater than or equal to a specified amount of flow. The links are independent and either function or fail with known probability. No flow can be transmitted through a failed link. In this paper, we consider the measures of importance of a link in such networks. We define the structural importance and reliability importance, with respect to capacity, of a link when the required amount of flow is given. We also present the performance importance with respect to capacity. Numerical examples are presented as well for illustrative purpose.

        한국 여성에서 5-HTTLPR 유전자 다형성과 성격특성의 연관성

        Objectives : Findings from behavioral genetics which demonstrate the high heritability of personality traits have stimulated the search for the specific genes underlying personality. A large number of association studies have investigated a correlation between serotonin transporter-linked promoter region(5-HTTLPR) polymorphism and personality traits but the results have been inconsistent. So, the aim of this study is to investigate in a large sample with homogenous background about ethnicity, gender, occupation, and age. Methods : The participants included 247 healthy Korean female adults(mean age=23.12, SD=3.22)with no history of psychiatric disorders and other physical illnesses. Genomic DNA was extracted from peripheral blood, and genotyping was performed by PCR. Personality assessment was done with the Temperament and Character Inventory(TCI). Results : Genotype Frequencies are l/l 3.6%, l/s 32.8% and s/s 63.6%(l allele:20%, s allele:80%). This low frequency of the l allele and l/l genotype was different from Caucasian results. No significant association was observed between 5-HTTLPR polymorphism and personality traits in a Korean female population. Conclusions : This study investigated the association between 5-HTTLPR polymorphism and personality traits in Korean female subjects, a large sample with homogeneous background about ethnicity, gender, occupation, and age. No significant association was observed between 5-HTTLPR polymorphism and personality traits in a Korean female population.

        사회자본과 정보격차의 사회적 함의

        현재의 정보격차는 전통적인 개념의 정보격차와는 달리 상당히 복잡한 양상을 띠고 있다. 과거에는 정보격차와 사회자본은 별개의 개념으로 여겨져 왔다. 하지만, 현재의 정보격차는 사회구성원의 사회자본 형성에 상당한 영향을 미치며 상호 간에 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있다. 정보격차는 사회자본의 형성과 결합함으로써 과거의 이분법적인 사회집단의 구분을 한 단계 더 분리시키고 있다. 이러한 사회적 변화에는 정보통신기술(Information and Communication Technologies)의 급속한 발전이 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 이와 같은 새로운 유형의 사회구조적 분리는 과거와 같은 정보격차 해소방안과는 다른 차원의 접근을 필요로 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 Pew Internet & American Life Project(March 2002 survey)를 사용하여 ICT의 활용으로 인해 야기되는 정보격차와 사회자본 사이의 상관 관계를 분석하고 있다. The current notion of digital divide is quite different from the traditional definition of digital divide. People have considered that digital divide and social capital are separated notions and are not related with each other. However, in this current information society, the digital divide affects the process of building social capital, and thus these two concepts have become closely related with each other. Now, the notion of digital divide is combined with social capital theory and has created new social phenomena that multiple divisions of social structure. Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) plays important roles in this new social and informational environment. This research identifies the relationships between digital divide caused by ICTs and social capital. To investigate the relationship between digital divide and social capital, this research used datasets provided by the Pew Internet & American Life Project (March 2002 survey).

        신뢰성 있는 인터넷 서비스 제공을 위한 교정 보안 프레임워크

        본 논문에서는 신뢰성 있는 인터넷 서비스를 안전하게 제공하기 위한 차세대 보안기술로서 교정 보안 프레임워크를 제안한다. 교정 보안 프레임워크는 외부의 공격이나, 침입, 취약성 등의 장애요인에도 불구하고 일정수준의 지속적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 한다. 교정 보안의 핵심개념은 복구와 개선 기술이다. 복구 기술은 네트워크?l 생존성 기술과 빠른 서비스 복원을 가능하게 하는 네트워크 제어기술을 포함한다. 개선기술은 장애요인이 지속되거나 반복될 경우에 이를 방지하여 서비스의 완료성을 보장하는 기술로서 시스템 자체의 개선 방안과 취약성분석시스템, 망관리 시스템, 통합보안관리시스템 등과 같은 타 시스템과 연동하여 동적으로 기능을 개선시킬 수 있는 방안을 포함한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 프레임워크는 단독 시스템 뿐만 아니라 대규모 네트워크에도 적용되어 네트워크의 생존성을 보장하고 신뢰성 있는 사용자 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. We propose a correction security framework as next generation security technology to provide secure and reliable Internet services. The framework guarantees durability of the services in spite of external attack, intrusion, vulnerability for fault tolerance, and network management technology that covers the set of techniques aimed at providing rapid service recovery. The improvement technology includes system itself improvement and synamic improvement preventing faults from being re-activated, in cooperation with other systems such as vulnerability anaysis system, NMS, ESM. It is expected that our framework will be applied to global networks as well as system alone, and be able to guarantee the network survivability and reliable Internet services.
