        Vibro crushed-stone compacted pile (VCCP) method is one of a ground improvement technique by a vibro compaction in vertical direction with crushed stone to build up stone pile foundation in other to ensure stability of soft ground. In spite of its long applied history in geotechnical engineering division, most of studies have not been based on the reliable In-situ condition but on the laboratory tests including model tests. These model tests can express standard and ideal behavior but exceptional status that can be occur in the ground cannot be considered efficiently. This study performed the the series of trial construction to investigate the effect of VCCP method on the improvement of soft ground expecially in railroad construction site.

        호텔입지에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 연구

        This paper investigates the determinants of hotel location using the multiple regression analysis. It employs a two-stage model that estimates the relationship number of hotel and characteristic of retail trade areas in a stage one using the diagram graph and then a model investigating the determinants of a number of hotels. The data include information on real estate price, pedestrian traffic, number of business for 29 retail trade area in Seoul. Our findings are three parts. First, many of the hotels is relatively located in the Jonggak station, Gangnam station, and Yeongdeungpo station retail trade areas in Seoul. Second, the hotel is clustered with the restaurants·hotel, and service business in Seoul. Third, there is a positive relation between pedestrian traffic and number of hotels. the hotel has an even appeal to a large proportion of 20 age passing-by women pedestrian. In summary, the result provided the basis for implementation of a hotel location model analysis.

        1,3-Dichloropropanol 흡입에 의한 랫드간의 조직변화에 관한 연구

        1,3-Dichloro-2-propanol (1,3-DCP) is known as chloride chemicals and causes severe hepatotoxic agent. The Ito cells and Kupffer's cells of the liver in the 5 old F344 Rats were exposed to 1,3-DCP gas chamber for 6 hours/a day, 5 days/a week, and 13 weeks, in the 0, 5, 20, 80 ppm, respectively. After then the body weights, liver weights, and relative liver weight to body weight were measured, and the hepatic tissues were prepared by the routine and Immunostain method, and observed by the LM, and EM. In the results, there were severe body weight decrease (p<0.05) in the 80 ppm of the male and female rats. The relative liver weights to the body weight were increased relate with exposed 1,3-DCP concentration (P<0.001). Inflammatory cells, infiltration was observed at the perivascular area in the 20 ppm exposed group, and bilirubin pigment infiltration, bile duct hyperplasia, inflammation hepatocytic necrosis, fibrosis were observed in the 80 ppm exposure group. In the 80 ppm exposure group, disarrangement of the endothelial cells, erythrocytes and hepatic cell fragment in the Disse space and numerous migration macrophages were observed in the necrotic area by EM observation. In the immunostained hepatic tissues positive stained ED1 cells were extremely increased (P<0.05) in central vein area, but ED2 was weakly positive immunostained in the 80 ppm exposed group. Immunostained desmin was observed in the Ito cell. It was no difference in the low and medium exposed group but it was typical increase in the necrotic area. In conclusion, These results suggest that NOAEL of 1,3-DCP may be 5 ppm in rats and the Immunostained of desmin, ED1 and ED2 positive cells activated in the inflammatory liver were related to the exposure volume and density. The increase of the lto cells were related to the severe phagocytosis of the Kupffer's cells.

        감마선 조사에 의한 발생과정 중인 마우스의 소뇌발달에 관한 연구

        In order to study about the lobule and layer formation and cell migration of the mouse cerebellum from at the birth to 15th day effected by 2.5, 5 and 10 Gy r-raddiation at the 19th pregnancy. The routine tissue preparation and staining procedure, Immunohistochemical staining method by the several antibody and western brotting method were utilized from the birth to the15th day. The results were as followings. 1. The body and cerebellum weights were more slowly increase of the the 2.5 Gy, 5 Gy and 10 Gy irradiation group compare to the control group, and the health condition of the 2.5 Gy group was a little bad. but the 10 Gy group was more severe and begun to die from the 12th day after birth. 2. The thickness, proliferation and migration of the 2.5, 5 and 10 Gy irradiated external granular cells from the maginal zone to the medullary area forming the molecular layer from the 6th day to the 15th day after birth were thinner, weaker and more slower according to the radiated dosages than the control group in the cresyl violet staining. 3. The proliteration, migration and lobulation of the 5 Gy radiated groups from the first day to the 15th day after birth were more weak, incomplete and irregular shape in the immunostaining with Dab, Cdk5, P35, calbindin and Zebrin antibody. 4. In the western blotting analysis using the Reelin, Dab, Cdk5 and P35 antibody. The Bands were in the 60 KD, 80 KD, 33 KD and 35 KD, and there were no differences between the control and irradiated groups in the molecular band except the Reelin. 5. As a results, the proliferation and migration of the outer granular and purkinje cells, and lobulation of the cerebellum by the several dosaege of the ${\gamma}$-ray radiation were proportionally incomplete according to dosage.

        행동이상 Pogo 마우스 소뇌 Calretinin 면역반응성 홑극붓털세포(Unipolar brush cells)의 분포

        홑극붓털세포 (Unipolar Brush Cell)은 소뇌 과립층에서 최근 새롭게 발견된 흥분성 사이신경원(excitatory interneuron)으로 포유류 안뜰소뇌(vestibulocerebellum)에 집중적으로 분포한다. 홑극붓털세포는 소뇌외부에서 기원한 이끼섬유(mossy fiber)로부터 내인성 신경연접을 중계하는 역할 뿐만 아니라, GABA성 사이신경세포와 조롱박세포 (Purkinje cell)로 투사하는 흥분성, 글루타민성 사이신경세포로 알려져 있으며, 홑극붓털세포의 가지돌기들은 과립층 내에서 분지하여 이끼섬유, 과립세포 또는 다른 홑극붓털세포들과 시냅스를 형성한다. 본 연구는 새로운 행동이상(ataxia) 모델인 pogo 마우스를 이용하여, 대조군과의 calretinin 양성반응 홑극붓털세포의 분포 양상의 차이를 규명하고, Ca2± 항상성과의 연관관계를 알아보기 위해 시행하였다. 전체적으로 행동이상 pogo 마우스 소뇌에서 calretinin 양성반응 홑극붓털세포는 대조군, 즉 pogo/± 마우스에서의 경우와 동일한 양상으로 소뇌벌레(cerebellar vermis)의 후엽 중 IX, X번 소엽에서 주로 관찰되었다. 그러나 대조군에 비하여 calretinin 면역반응 홑극붓털세포의 전체적인 수의 감소가 관찰되었으며, 대조군에서 홑극붓털세포의 분포가 IX, X 소엽에서 시상면성 배열양상을 보이는 데에 반하여, 행동이상 pogo 마우스 소뇌에서는 시상면성 배열양상을 보이지 않았다. 이와 같은 행동이상 pogo 마우스 소뇌의 calretinin 양성반응 홑극붓털세포수와 배열양상의 비정상성은 소뇌 Ca2± 항상성에 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각되며, 행동이상 pogo 마우스에서 관찰되는 다양한 행동이상과도 밀접한 연관 관계가 있을 것으로 사료된다. Unipolar brush cells (UBCs) are a class of putative interneurons found in the granular layer of mammalian cerebellum and dorsal cochlear nucleus. The unipolar brush cells (UBCs), as with granular cells, which receives afferent synaptic input from extrinsic mossy fiber and whose axons branch in the granular layer and establish a system of cortex-intrinsic mossy fibers, which synapse with granule cells and other UBCs. In general, UBCs have been identified most readily by their expression of the calcium-binding protein, calretinin. The purpose of this study was to provide information about UBCs distributions of the new ataxic animal model, pogo mouse cerebellum using anti-calretinin immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence and its effect on calcium homeostasis. Through the examination of calretinin immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence, we observed that many calretinin immunoreactive UBCs were distributed widely throughout the lobules IX and X of the granular layer of both group. But, we found the number of calretinin immunoreactive UBCs of ataxic pogo (pogo/pogo) mouse was decreased and distribution pattern was altered, compared to control mouse. This result also suggest that reduced calretinin expression may effect on cerebellar Ca2± homeostasis, and it may in turn, explain the impaired motor coordination found in the ataxic pogo mice.

      • 3아치터널의 지표면 침하에 관한 연구

        A three-arch NATM tunnel with a total length of 53.5m has been constructed for a metropolitan subway station in Daejon, Korea. The tunnel, whose crown is located 22m below the ground, crosses the old Daejon station underneath. Since the tunnel comprises a very large section (10×28 m; largest in Korea), it shows complicated mechanical behaviors, especially near portal, due to its short length relative to width. As far as its construction step is concerned, the center tunnel is excavated with pre-excavated pilot tunnel, which is a unique feature of this tunnel (first in Korea) to secure safety during construction and prevent excessive settlements. The both side tunnels are then excavated along with the center tunnel. Since significant amount of settlement was predictable from the design stage, extensive monitoring was performed during construction. During excavation of the side tunnels, unexpected large settlements up to ~140㎜ (estimated 41.8 ㎜ at design stage) was measured at the center tunnel. In this paper, we study the causes of this unusually large ground settlement. We believe that the extra-wide tunnel excavation increases the stress influence zone of portal in longitudinal direction and consequently add more settlements to the existing due to excavation and consolidation.

      • LabVIEW에 의한 태양광 연계시의 전력품질 특성에 관한 연구

        태양광과 풍력과 같은 분산전원이 배전계통에 연계되어 운용되는 경우, 수용가의 규정전압인 220±6% (207[V]~233[V])를 벗어나는 현상이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 태양광이 연계되는 위치에 따라 변동하는 선로임피던스(R±jX)에 의하여 발생하는 순시 전압상승 및 전압강하에 의한 전력품질[과전압/저전압] 저하 현상을 LabVIEW S/W를 이용하여 확인하였으며, 이에 따른 문제점을 분석하고 그 해결책을 제시하였다.
