        서비스품질과 상황 대처요인이 고객만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        The domestic food service industry makes inroads into its market through the advanced management techniques such as large sized, high classed, specialized and capitalized multi-national food service company.Also, it is required to develop the service quality that can maximize customer’s satisfaction and attract the customer’s reaction and behavior in order to react actively in an environment with variety of changes.Especially, as the food service companies heavily rely on human resources, dissatisfaction factors can appear at any time regardless of the intention of service providers. In this situation, it is necessary to make a profound studyon how the company’s reaction effort affects customer’s satisfaction in order to strengthen the competition power of the food service company in the future.On the basis of the preceding studies, first created the study model and assumption and then used the survey questionnaires to make an investigation from customers of the family restaurant. For a positive analysis, created 3 assumptions and used LISREL analysis for the assumption verification. According to the study model, they sum up the result after verifying the study assumptions. Frist, service quality gives a plus(+) influence to the customer satisfaction.Second, a situation handling factor gives a plus (+) influence to the customer satisfaction. Third, customer satisfaction gives a plus(+) influence to the store loyalty.

        UHPC를 활용한 건축용 외장 패널 특성에 관한 실험적 연구

        Ultra High Performance Concrete(UHPC) is a construction material that has a low water-binder ratio(W/B), a high-performance chemical admixture(SP), mixing material and steel fiber, and performancesuperior to that of regular concrete in terms of liquidity and strength. In the study, UHPC was used toprepare construction external panels that can replace existing stone panels. In addition, experimentswere conducted to access the effects of differences in chemical admixture input amount, the number offillers, antifoaming agent and steel fiber. An evaluation, was conducted, such of concrete compressivestrength, flexural strength, impact strength, absorption rate, and frost resistance. The results showedcompressive strength up to 115.5MPa, flexural strength of 20.3MPa, and an absorption rate of 1%. Inthis case, impact strength and frost resistance evaluation were satisfied with outward observed. 초고성능 콘크리트(UHPC)는 낮은 물-바인더비(W/B), 고성능 감수제(SP), 혼화재 및 강섬유(Steel Fiber)의 혼입으로 일반 콘크리트보다 유동성, 강도 등에서 월등히 우수한 성능을 지닌 건설 재료이다. 본 연구에서는 UHPC를 활용하여 기존의석재 패널을 대체할 수 있는 건축용 외장 패널을 제작하였다. 또한, UHPC의 W/B비 배합별 동일한 혼화제 투입량, 충전재의혼입량, 소포제 및 강섬유 혼입 유무의 차이로 변수를 가지고 실험을 진행하였다. 평가 항목으로는 콘크리트 압축강도, 휨강도, 충격강도, 흡수율, 내동해성 등 물성 및 내구성 테스트를 진행하였다. 실험결과, 압축강도 최대 115.5MPa, 휨강도20.3MPa을 확보하였으며 흡수율 1%이내, 충격강도 및 내동해성 평가는 규격 내 겉보기 관찰 결과 이상 없음 결과를 만족하였다.

        교통수요 추정의 신뢰도 제고를 위한시간대별 방향별 O/D 구축

        Inbound and outbound traffic volume in Seoul is quite different by time and by direction. The difference is so conspicuous in tolled Umyeonsan tunnel that the inbound traffic volume is higher than the outbound one during 16 hours in a day. Inbound car users are willing to pay toll fee to save travel time, while outbound car users are reluctant to pay toll fee because the need to save travel time is not big enough and other neighboring roads are not so congested. The traffic volume by direction in tolled roads depends not only upon trip purpose but also upon congestion in neighboring roads so that it is necessary to consider these road characteristics, when assigning O/D and forecasting traffic volume in roads. In reality, however, it is mostly to use peak and off-peak O/D, which is established from one-day O/D and its traffic volume proportion in those time periods. So the peak and off-peak O/D do not reflect the difference between produced and attracted trips in most zones in those time periods. This study suggests that the combined O/D, which reflects the difference between produced and attracted linked trips of each zone in most zones, should be used to forecast traffic volume by direction in Seoul. When the combined unlinked and linked O/D is established and used to forecast the traffic volume in Umyeonsan tunnel and neighboring roads, its forecasting reliability could be much improved. 서울시 교통량은 시간대별로 지역별로 유입 교통량과 유출 교통량의 차이가 크게 발생한다. 이러한 방향별 교통량 차이는 우면산터널에서 더욱 크게 나타나는데, 1일 중 16시간 동안 서울시로의 유입 교통량이 외곽지역으로의 유출교통량보다 많다. 서울시로 유입할 때에는 통행요금을 지불하더라도 통행시간이 최소가 되는 우면산터널을 이용하지만, 외곽지역으로 유출할 때에는 통행목적상 통행시간 최소화의 필요성이 적고 또한 주변 무료도로가 크게 혼잡하지 않아, 대부분 주변 무료도로를 이용하기 때문이다. 따라서 통행목적에 따라 또한 경쟁이 되는 주변 무료도로의 혼잡 상황에 따라 유료도로의 방향별 교통량은 크게 차이가 발생하므로, 이러한 통행특성을 고려하여 유료도로의 교통수요를 추정하는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 현재는 1일 수단 O/D에 집중률을 이용하여 방향별 통행량이 거의 동일한 시간대별 수단 O/D를 구축하여 교통수요를 추정하고 있다. 그 결과 경쟁이 되는 무료도로가 있는 유료도로의 교통수요가 시간대별 방향별로 제대로 추정되지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 지역별 시간대별 방향별 특성을 나타내는 목적 O/D와 1일 수단 O/D를 결합하여, 지역별 시간대별 방향별 통행특성을 묘사할 수 있는 시간대별 방향별 수단 O/D를 구축하였다. 이와 같이 구축된 시간대별 방향별 수단 O/D를 이용하여 우면산터널 교통수요를 추정하여 실제 교통량과 비교한 결과, 기존의 1일 O/D와 집중률을 이용한 시간대별 O/D에 의한 방법에 비하여 시간대별 방향별 교통수요 추정에 관한 신뢰도를 향상할 수 있었다.

        Many Countries in the world are struggling to foster the industry of international convention while attracting various international conventions on the politics, economy society, culture, religion and sports The needs of international conventiones are increasing now becourse of the expansion of international visitors exchanges and it affect on the promotion of national economy development of tour industry internal and overseas public relation of the countries. The important point in this situation is to make a consensus between public organization in cluding goverment related civil industry and academic society and set up and process the long term and short-term strategy basis on the consensus. First related facilities shouuld be enlarged and inproved and maketing activities to hold the conventions that are propec to their facilities should be fostered Second it is important to try to hold the international conventions through in troducing our related abilities and facilities of the world and through positive public realtions and marketing activities in the world Third to perform the inducde international coventions successfully the gualities of related personnel should be improved and the experts such as conventions planner and simultaneous interprefec should be nurtured. Fourth related dnterprises should be supported step by step by goverment level to foster their activifies on holding and operating the international conventions. Fifth the tourism effect can b promoted by harmonizing the tourism and international convention through building large scale convention centers in the cities Therefore to develop the international conventions industry more positively and effectively publicity work and activity to hold of the goverment posifive and creative effort of related enterprise and people's active participation are all needed.

        호텔 그린마케팅이 서비스 가치, 서비스 질 및 구매결정에 미치는 영향

        This study relates to the green marketing in a hotel. This study is to theoretically examine the existing research with regard to the green marketing and to verify the green marketing's impact on the purchase decision by consumers for services in a hotel enterprise, which produces and sells services. Green marketing not only focuses on a customer's need and desire in addition to a satisfaction of demand. But also, it is a marketing activity, which focuses on the quality of men's life in consideration of a customer in a broader dimension. It is conceptualized as marketing based on a production, sales and collection of a product, which is based on an environmental protection and a pollution factor is eliminated in. Consumers who are sensitive to an environmental issue as well as how a service and a product are produced, distributed and sold will play an important role in a consumption of a product like "green". In this regard, this study is to try to examine the consumers' reaction on an environment, which is a sensitive part. This study is i) to focus on a green marketing as a means to enhance a hotel image and to improve a management outcome; ii) to derive factors of activities with respect to a hotel's green marketing; iii) to review correlation with relevant purchase decision for services; and iv) to study variables which affect such relationship.

        인바운드 여행사의 환위험관리 실증 연구

        The management of foreign exchange risk is very important to the inbound tourism travel agency considering its peculiar character of dealing with the domestic travel communities for mainly foreign tourists. However, in a practical manner, it is the real state of affairs that most of owners still have only a superficial understanding on the foreign exchange, have little knowledge on the foreign exchange risk management strategies and techniques, and have little interest in them. For these reasons, this study aims to help the inbound tourism travel agency enable to break from idle conventions on the foreign exchange risk management and to set up a proper plan for managing the foreign exchange risk contributing to the stabilization of financial structure of inbound tourism travel agency by recognizing the importance of foreign exchange risk management and by applying appropriate risk management strategies and techniques. For achieving the aim, this study refers to the literatures and the presumptive case study of “S” travel agency.
