Power MOSFET is develop in power savings, high efficiency, small size, high reliability, fast switching, low noise. Power MOSFET can be used high-speed switching transistors devices. Recently attention to the motor and the application of various technologies. Power MOSFET is devices the voltage-driven approach switching devices are design to handle on large power, power supplies, converters, motor controllers. In this paper, design the 600 V Planar type, and design the trench type for realization of low on-resistance. For both structures, by comparing and analyzing the results of the simulation and characterization.

Purpose: Anatomical reduction of the fractured condylar process is an important prerequisite for re-establishing function. The authors reported about effectiveness of transoral approach for mandibular subcondyle fracture using trochar device in cases that the fracture line is below the reference line, the perpendicular line of the longitudinal axis of condylar process passing the lowest point of sigmoid notch. As a serial study, we report the open reduction via preauricular approach for mandibular condyle fracture, in cases that the fracture line is above the reference line. Patients and Methods: Sixteen condylar fractures of 15 adult patients were divided two groups and treated by open reduction via preauricular approach (8 cases) or by closed reduction (8 cases). The degree of maximal mouth opening, occlusion, anatomical reduction, condylar resorption and complications were assessed and evaluated for the two groups. Results: The open reduction of condyle via preauricular approach leads to good results without permanent complications. Anatomical reduction of open reduction group and maximal mouth opening range of the closed reduction group is significantly better than the other group. No significant differences were found in the condylar resorption and the occlusion. Conclusion: The preauricular approach was useful to reduce and fix the condylar fragment, in cases that the fracture line is above the reference line.

The micromechanics of 3-D braided preform by 3 $\times$1 pattern has been analyzed Based on the actual yarn paths and interlacing patterns, geometric relations between the structural parameters are analytically established. Analysis of the yarn paths during one repeat of the preform gives the number of different groups of the yarn with the same pattern in the structure which will in turn decide the yarn types used in the formation of hybrid composites where several different types of yarns are used. Observation of the preform surface cut at an angle of 18$^{\circ}$gives the interlacing pattern of the yarns and the critical condition of jamming in all directions has been determined with the critical orientation angle of 54$^{\circ}$which is smaller than that 1 $\times$1 pattern preform which is calculated as 60$^{\circ}$. This difference in critical orientation angle will result in difference in physical properties of the composites. The maximum yarn volume fraction was determind to be 63.4% which is smaller than 78.5% of 1 $\times$1 pattern preform. The validity of the analytical model was examined by testing the preforms braided with several different high performance fibers.

There is increasing evidence of a biochemical link between lipid oxidation and bone metabolism. Paraoxonase 1 (PON1) prevents the oxidation of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and metabolizes biologically active phospholipids in oxidized LDLs. Here, we performed association analyses of genetic variation in PON1 to ascertain its contribution to osteoporotic fractures (OFs) and bone mineral density (BMD). We directly sequenced the PON1 gene in 24 Korean individuals and identified 26 sequence variants. A large population of Korean postmenopausal women (n =1,329) was then genotyped for eight selected PON1polymorphisms. BMD at the lumbar spine and femoral neck was measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Lateral thoracolumbar (T4-L4) radiographs were obtained for vertebral fracture assessment,and the occurrence of non-vertebral fractures (i.e., wrist, hip, forearm, humerus, rib, and pelvis) was examined using self-reported data. Multivariate analyses showed that none of the polymorphisms was associated with BMD at either site. However, +5989A>G and +26080T>C polymorphisms were significantly associated with non-vertebral and vertebral fractures,respectively, after adjustment for covariates. Specifically,the minor allele of +5989A>G exerted a highly protective effect against non-vertebral fractures (OR =0.59, P = 0.036), whereas the minor allele of +26080T>C was associated with increased susceptibility to vertebral fractures (OR = 1.73, P = 0.020). When the risk for any OFs (i.e., vertebral or non-vertebral) was considered,the statistical significance of both polymorphisms persisted (P = 0.002-0.010). These results suggest that PON1 polymorphisms could be one of useful genetic markers for OF risk in postmenopausal women.

We investigated H-type molecular aggregation in a simply spin-coated amorphous homopolymer film of polymethacrylate containing push-pull azobenzene moieties. It was found that the aggregate formation was strongly influenced by thermal treatment an d that the aggregate created in the polymer film could be easily disrupted by irradiation of a linearly polarized light. In the first writing cycle of aggregated polymer film, photo-induced birefringence showed a steep increase to the highest value followed by a gradual decrease to the certain asymptotic value under longer irradiation of a linearly polarized light. This unique behavior could be attributed to the cooperative motion and the disruption of the aggregated molecules under continuous irradiation of light.
