        통일교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식

        The purpose of this study is to provide reference data needed for designing the right directions for reunification education. The study focuses on the extent that the preschool teachers are aware of the reunification. North Korea status and the education, and also on any differences in perception according to background factors, i.e. age, career experiences, educational degrees, etc. The subject of this study was 326 teachers at both public and private kindergarten & day care center in Pusan and Kimhae. The analysis tool was SPSSWIN whereby frequency and percentage could be produced, and in addition x^2method was used for examining the teachers' differences in perception. The results of this study were (1) In terms of the awareness of the reunification, the preschool teachers responded in a highly positive manner, and meaningful difference appeared according to age, education, and career experience. They got reunification information mostly through mass media and press, and they agreed that the government should take the reunification cost. Many teachers did not know much about the government's reunification policy. During post-reunification era, Capitalism was preferred rather than the mixed system. The teachers were still concerned about ideology-associated problems even in the reunified Korea, and in this part they answered differently. (2) With regard to the perception about North Korea, the teachers thought the South and North Korea had many things in common, and human rights should be respected. In this context, they agreed that the government must help Nort Korea in many ways. For perception on civilian-level relationship, they thought that the Kumkang mountain development could contribute to the reunification, and in this part they answered differently. (3) With regard to the perception about reunification education, most teachers responded in a highly positive manner that the education is necessary. About the question whether they delivered the reunification education to children, most of teachers said yes, and in this part they answered differently according to the background factors.

      • 우묵사스레피 추출물에 의한 HL-60세포에서의 Apoptosis 유도

        The purpose of the present study is to examine the inhibitory effect of extracts of Eurya emarginata on the growth of HL-60 cells and to develop an anti-cancer agent using components of its leaves. To examine the inhibitory effect on the growth, metabolic activity was measured. In results, ethylacetate (EtOAc) extract of its leaves markedly inhibited the growth of these cells. Also, its extract reduced c-myc mRNA levels. At the same time, DNA fragmentation was observed and the portion of apoptotic cells were increased in its extract-treated HL-60 cells. Therefore, inhibitory effect of E. emarginata on the growth of HL-60 seem to arise from the induction of apoptosis. In order to understand the mechanism of apoptosis by extract of E. emarginata. We have observed the level of expression of Bcl-2 and Bax. In result, the level of Bcl-2 mRNA levels decreased in a time-dependent manner whereas the Bax mRNA level exhibited no changes. The results indicate that extract of E. emarginata induce apoptosis of HL-60 cells via down-modulation of Bcl-2 mRNA as well as its gene product expression with no change in Bax mRNA expression

        韓國と日本における會社法改正の推移に關する比較硏究 : 1990년이후를 중심으로 1990年以後を中心として

        1990년대에 들어 기업지배구조에 대한 논의가 활발해졌고, 그 영향으로 우리나라와 일본에서 수 차레의 회사법개정이 이루어졌다. 특히 우리 나라는 IMF경제위기를 겪으면서 기업지배구조의 선진화를 목표를 회사법을 개정하고 있다. 기업지배구조의 핵심적인 내용은 주로 대규모 주식회사의 경영관리구조, 즉 경영 및 감독구조의 문제라 할 수 있다. 그러나 우리나라와 일본의 회사법개정추이를 종합적으로 살펴보면 대규모 주식회사의 경영관리구조에 한하지 않고 기업의 국제경쟁력의 강화, 기업경영의 효율성 제고, 자금조달의 용이화 및 고도의 정보화사회에 따른 회사의 변화를 그 내용으로 하고 있다. 우리 나라의 회사법개정은 일본보다도 기업지배구조의 개선에 치중하고 있다. 특히 지금까지의 회사법개정에서 우리 나라는 주로 기업구조조정, 기업경영의 효율성제고 및 기업경영의 투명성을 확보하는데 주력하였다. 이에 비해 일본은 기업지배구조의 개선에 한하지 않고 소규모의 폐쇄회사에의 적용과 기업의 자금조달을 용이하게 하려는 노력이 주목된다. 앞으로의 개정에 있어 집단소송제도의 도입,집중투표제도의 의무화, 사외이사 선임의 의무화, 주주대표소송의 단독주주권화 및 회사운영에 있어서의 전자화 등이 주장되고 있다. 특히 일본은 2002년에 이사의 책임경감, 집행임원제도의 도입 및 전자주주총회 등을 내용으로 하는 대폭적인 회사법개정을 준비하고 있으므로 그 과정을 주목할 필요가 있다. 물론 각 나라 고유의 기업문화가 있으므로 획일적인 기준으로 세계의 모든 기업을 규율하는 것은 오히려 기업의 발전을 저해할 수 있다. 따라서 기업지배구조의 원칙과 회사관계법령의 개정방향도 각 나라의 실정에 맞게 재설정되어야 한다. 앞으로의 회사법개정은 좀더 기업의 건전한 발전을 도모하는 방향으로 나아가야 할 것이다.

        This paper examines the system of modality and it's linguistic expressions in Hungarian. The modality as a semantic category is distinguished between deontic modality and epistemic modality, which is concerned with speaker's attitude on the proposition or the meanings what is expressed in sentence. Epistemic modality is concerned with the speaker's assumptions or assessment of possibilities. Deontic modality encompasses meanings such as permission and obligation. The semantic features of modality are distinguished between 'necessity' and 'possibility', each of which are combined with 'deontic' and 'epistemic' modality. This means that the deontic and epistemic distinction cuts across the necessity and possibility distinction. deontic modality epistemic modality necessity obligation speaker's confidence possibility permission possibility In Hungarian the linguistic forms of modal expressions are the modal suffix -hat/-het and the modal verbs kell, lehet and szabad. The modal suffix -hat/-het has the semantic feature 'possibility' and expresses both deontic and epistemic modality. The modal verb kell has the semantic feature 'necessity' and lehet and szabad have possibility. From the syntactic viewpoint, the modality can also be distinguished between speakeroriented modality and subject-oriented modality. The term 'speaker-oriented modality' defines that the syntactic structure of the modal sentence with modal verb is different from that of it's basic sentence, that is, the speaker doesn't appear on the surface structure of modal sentence. On the contrary, the subject-oriented modality means that the sentence with the modal suffix has the same syntactic structure as it's basic sentence, so the personal category of sentence-subject is important condition to determine modal meanings. deontic modality epistemic modality szabad 'permission' lehet 'possibility' speaker-oriented kell 'obligation' kell 'speaker's confidence' subject-orented -hat/-het 'permssion' -hat/-het 'possibility' Speaker-oriented modality expresses the subjectivity of semantic meanings, that is, speakers attitude is directly reflected by syntactic structure with modal verbs in Hungarian. Subject-oriented modality expresses objectivity of semantic meanings, speaker s attitude is indirectly expressed by the subject of sentence. The distinction between subjectivity and objectivity of modal meanings can be firstly used to describe deontic possibility expressed by the modal verb 'szabad' and the modal suffix '-hat/het'.
