귀리로부터 추출된 수용성 Gum의 in vitro Cholesterol 흡착능

pH 10.5와 55℃에서 rolled oat로부터 추출한 수용성 gum은 전분과 단백질의 오염이 전혀 없었고 그 수율은 5.15%였으며 그 중 β-glucan의 함량은 약 30%를 차지하였다. 귀리의 gum은 10시간 이내에 효과적으로 cholesterol을 흡착하는 것으로 나타났고 그 양은 최대 25%에 달하였다. Oat gum, a soluble dietary fiber, was extracted from rolled oat and the content of β-glucan and the cholesterol adsorption activity of oat gum were examined. The content of oat gum extracted from rolled oat was 5.15% and the amount of β-glucan in the oat gum was 29.48%. Most of the cholesterol adsorption of oat gum occurred within 10 hours in the dialysis cell and the cholesterol adsorption activity of oat gum was between 12 to 25%.

Eight quality standards of the brown seaweed, Undaria pinnatifida were designed and evaluated with dry products collected from aquacultured and wild areas. Contents of n-3 fatty acids (stearidonic acid and eicosapentaenoic acid), anti-edema activity, and total carbohydrate were measured as functional criteria. Total bacteria and molds were counted for safety conditions. Amounts of a brown pigment fucoxanthin, debris, and moisture were measured to evaluate the visible status of the products. When the seaweeds were tested in 1g dry weight basis, they showed n-3 fatty acids in the range of approximately 0.2-2.8 mg, total carbohydrate of 0.39-0.71g, total bacteria of 104-6 cells, mold of 102 cells, fucoxanthin of 0.4-1.5 mg, and debris of 10-24mg. Anti-edema activity was 0.03-0.47AU at 40mg/mL extract. Moisture content was 11.4-12.6%.
화재현장 발화원인 판정을 위한 화재 재현실험과 연구 - 전기밥솥화재 중심 -

A significant number of house fires are believed to be caused by electrical appliances. Many firefighters suspect that some of these fires are caused by electric rice cookers but lack empirical evidence to counter the denials of major electric rice cooker companies. To investigate this hypothesis, a previous fire suspected to be caused by an electric rice cooker was identified for an experiment in which an electric rice cooker was intentionally short-circuited in similar conditions to determine if the rice cooker was a possible cause of ignition. By analyzing the combustion traces of the past fire and the points of ignition in the short-circuiting experiment, this study concludes that the cause of ignition in the past fire is likely the electric rice cooker. By identifying the electric rice cooker as the cause of ignition, we hope that the reliability of future fire investigation results is improved and further research can be used as reference for analysis of future home appliance fires.
소프트웨어 사업자 평가 시스템 개발 및 활용에 관한 연구

소프트웨어 자체나 소프트웨어 관련 기업의 평가를 위한 기존의 평가 시스템들은 소프트웨어 조직의 다양성과 측정 요소들의 정성적인 특성 등으로 측정이 어려웠고 이로 인해 조직의 프로세스, 기업환경이나 제품 기능성과 같은 제품위주의 단편적인 측면만을 고려한 평가 시스템들이 주를 이루어왔다. 따라서 잠재적 고객의 소프트웨어 구매나 제휴 업체 선정 등에 있어 일부 제한적인 정보만을 이용할 수 있었고, 이로 인해 소프트웨어나 소프트웨어 업체의 결정에 있어서 합리적이며 적절하고 빠른 의사결정을 하는 데 한계가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 평가 시스템들이 안고 있는 한계를 극복하여, 기업이 가지고 있는 역량에 대한 측면과 기업이 제공하는 고객 서비스 그리고 제품에 대한 고객 만족도 측면을 동시에 고려할 수 있는 평가 시스템(SISW)을 개발하였으며, 이를 국내 유수한 소프트웨어 기업을 대상으로 적용하여 그 결과를 분석, 제시하였다.

This study focuses on the capability of reverse logistics within a company and proposes a decision-making model that considers the life-cycle cost of pallet reverse logistics to determine whether to in-sourcing or out-sourcing this capability. Securing competitiveness in a highly competitive market, it is necessary to reduce costs and maximize corporate profits. This study aims to investigate logistics cost reduction measures focusing on resource recycling and reverse costs, and to help companies develop sustainable and cost-effective logistics strategies. The pooling system can be considered as an externalization and the purchase system as an internalization. This reveals three significant findings. Firstly, as the number of pallet reuse instances increases, the life-cycle cost is decreased in both the purchase and pooling models. Secondly, the costs incurred when applying the pooling model are more economical than purchasing pallets. Lastly, the study examines the effects based on the relative size of internal and external costs within the pooling system. This study is significant in that it emphasizes the importance of logistics cost management and suggests ways to support long-term success by effectively utilizing resource recycling and reverse costs.
